We live in a period where bio-informatics is rapidly expanding, a significant quantity of genomic data has been produced as a result of the advancement of high-throughput genome sequencing technology, raising concerns about the costs associated with data storage and transmission. The question of how to properly compress data from genomic sequences is still open. Previously many researcher proposed many compression method on this topic DNA Compression without machine learning and with machine learning approach. Extending a previous research, we propose a new architecture like modified DeepDNA and we have propose a new methodology be deploying a double base-ed strategy for compression of DNA sequences. And validated the results by experimenting on three sizes of datasets are 100, 243, 356. The experimental outcomes highlight our improved approach's superiority over existing approaches for analyzing the human mitochondrial genome data, such as DeepDNA.

Personalized treatments are gaining momentum across all fields of medicine. Precision medicine can be applied to neuromodulatory techniques, where focused brain stimulation treatments such as repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) are used to modulate brain circuits and alleviate clinical symptoms. rTMS is well-tolerated and clinically effective for treatment-resistant depression (TRD) and other neuropsychiatric disorders. However, despite its wide stimulation parameter space (location, angle, pattern, frequency, and intensity can be adjusted), rTMS is currently applied in a one-size-fits-all manner, potentially contributing to its suboptimal clinical response (~50%). In this review, we examine components of rTMS that can be optimized to account for inter-individual variability in neural function and anatomy. We discuss current treatment options for TRD, the neural mechanisms thought to underlie treatment, differences in FDA-cleared devices, targeting strategies, stimulation parameter selection, and adaptive closed-loop rTMS to improve treatment outcomes. We suggest that better understanding of the wide and modifiable parameter space of rTMS will greatly improve clinical outcome.

Insights on Rigidity and flexibility at the Global and Local Levels of Protein Structures and their Roles in Homologous Psychrophilic, Mesophilic and Thermophilic Proteins: A Computational Study
Authors:

Abstract:
The rigidity and flexibility of homologous psychrophilic(P), mesophilic(M) and thermophilic(T) proteins have been investigated at the global and local levels in terms of packing factor and atomic fluctuations obtained from B-factors. For comparison of atomic fluctuations, correction of errors by considering errors in B-factors from all sources in a consolidated manner and conversion of the fluctua…

The rigidity and flexibility of homologous psychrophilic(P), mesophilic(M) and thermophilic(T) proteins have been investigated at the global and local levels in terms of packing factor and atomic fluctuations obtained from B-factors. For comparison of atomic fluctuations, correction of errors by considering errors in B-factors from all sources in a consolidated manner and conversion of the fluctuations to the same temperature have been suggested and validated. Results indicate no differences in the global values like average packing factor among the three classes of protein homologs but at local levels there are differences. Comparison of homologous proteins triplets show that the average atomic fluctuations at a given temperature obey the order P>M>T. Packing factors and the atomic fluctuations are anti-correlated suggesting that altering the rigidity of the active site might be a potential strategy to make tailor made psychrophilic or thermophilic proteins from their mesophilic homologs.

Microarray data analysis is one of the major area of research in the field computational biology. Numerous techniques like clustering, biclustering are often applied to microarray data to extract meaningful outcomes which play key roles in practical healthcare affairs like disease identification, drug discovery etc. But these techniques become obsolete when time as an another factor is considered for evaluation in such data. This problem motivates to use triclustering method on gene expression 3D microarray data. In this article, a new methodology based on coarse-grained parallel genetic approach is proposed to locate meaningful triclusters in gene expression data. The outcomes are quite impressive as they are more effective as compared to traditional state of the art genetic approaches previously applied for triclustering of 3D GCT microarray data.
