Warped Kernel Estimator for I.I.D. Paths of Diffusion Processes
Abstract: This paper deals with a nonparametric warped kernel estimator $\widehat b$ of the drift function computed from independent continuous observations of a diffusion process. A risk bound on $\widehat b$ is established. The paper also deals with an extension of the PCO bandwidth selection method for $\widehat b$. Finally, some numerical experiments are provided.

Nadaraya-Watson Estimator for I.I.D. Paths of Diffusion Processes
Abstract: This paper deals with a nonparametric Nadaraya-Watson estimator $\hat b$ of the drift function computed from independent continuous observations of a diffusion process. Risk bounds on $\hat b$ and its discrete-time approximation are established. The paper also deals with extensions of the PCO and leave-one-out cross validation bandwidth selection methods for $\hat b$. Finally, some numerical exper… ▽ More

Tight Risk Bound for High Dimensional Time Series Completion
Abstract: Initially designed for independent datas, low-rank matrix completion was successfully applied in many domains to the reconstruction of partially observed high-dimensional time series. However, there is a lack of theory to support the application of these methods to dependent datas. In this paper, we propose a general model for multivariate, partially observed time series. We show that the least-sq… ▽ More
