Furthermore, we study a fractional tempered version of Noether theorem and we provide a very explicit expression of a constant of motion in terms of symmetry group and Lagrangian for fractional problems of calculus of variations. Finally we study a mountain pass type solution of the cited problem.

These are the first known relations between multizetas, which are not with prime field coefficients. We seem to have one universal family. We also find that interestingly the mechanism with which the relations work is quite different from the rational function field case, raising interesting questions about the expected motivic interpretation in higher genus. We first establish a nonconvex optimization problemcharacterizing the optimal profits for a network operatingat a steady-state equilibrium and then propose a convexproblem with the same optimal profits that allows for efficientcomputation. Next, we study the relative mix of autonomous andhuman-driven vehicles that results at equilibrium for variouscosts of operation for autonomous vehicles. We develop specific formulas for the coefficients $d_k$ and $\ell_k$ of the exponential and logarithmic functions and relate them with the product $D_k$ of all monic elements of $A$ of degree $k$. On the Carlitz module, $D_k$ and $d_k$ coincide, but this is not true in general Drinfeld modules. On this example, we obtain a formula relating both invariants. We prove also using elementary methods a theorem due to Thakur that relate two different combinatorial symbols important in the analysis of solitons.

Namely we prove that any nilpotent singularity of codimension four in $\mathbb{R}^4$ unfolds generically a bifurcation hypersurface of bifocal homoclinic orbits, that is, homoclinic orbits to equilibrium points with two pairs of complex eigenvalues. We also prove that any nilpotent singularity of codimension three in $\mathbb{R}^3$ unfolds generically a bifurcation curve of heteroclinic cycles between two saddle-focus equilibrium points with different stability indexes. Under generic assumptions these cycles imply the existence of homoclinic bifurcations. Homoclinic orbits to equilibrium points with complex eigenvalues are the simplest configurations which can explain the existence of complex dynamics as, for instance, strange attractors. The proof of the arising of these dynamics from a singularity is a very useful tool, particularly for applications.

We prove some interesting multiplicative relations which hold between the coefficients of the logarithmic derivatives obtained in a few simple ways from $\mathbb{F}_q$-linear formal power series. Since the logarithmic derivatives connect power sums to elementary symmetric functions via the Newton identities, we establish, as applications, new identities between important quantities of function field arithmetic, such as the Bernoulli-Carlitz fractions and power sums as well as their multi-variable generalizations. Resulting understanding of their factorizations has arithmetic significance, as well as applications to function field zeta and multizeta values evaluations and relations between them. Using specialization/generalization arguments, we provide much more general identities on linear forms providing a switch between power sums for positive and negative powers.

The evolution of a system of chemical reactions can be studied, in the eikonal approximation, by means of a Hamiltonian dynamical system. The fixed points of this dynamical system represent the different states in which the chemical system can be found, and the connections among them represent instantons or optimal paths linking these states. We study the relation between the phase portrait of the Hamiltonian system representing a set of chemical reactions with constant rates and the corresponding system when these rates vary in time. We show that the topology of the phase space is robust for small time-dependent perturbations in concrete examples and state general results when possible. This robustness allows us to apply some of the conclusions on the qualitative behavior of the autonomous system to the time-dependent situation.

The conditional diameter obtained is called $(α,β, s,t)$-\emph{diameter}. We obtain upper bounds on the $(α,β, s,t)$-diameter by using the $k$-alternating polynomials on the mesh of eigenvalues of an associated weighted graph. We show that $\lceil\frac{δ_{n}+δ_{n-1}-1}{2}\rceil \le {a}({\cal L}(Γ))\le δ_1.$ In particular, if $Γ$ is a $δ$-regular graph ($δ>0$), then $a({\cal L}(Γ))=δ$, and if $Γ$ is a $(δ_1,δ_2)$-semiregular bipartite graph, then $a({\cal L}(Γ))=\lceil \frac{δ_1+δ_2-1}{2} \rceil$. As a consequence of the study we compare $a({\cal L}(Γ))$ and ${a}(Γ)$, and we characterize the graphs having $a({\cal L}(Γ))<4$. Moreover, we show that the global-connected alliance number of ${\cal L}(Γ)$ is bounded by $γ_{ca}({\cal L}(Γ)) \ge \lceil\sqrt{D(Γ)+m-1}-1\rceil,$ where $D(Γ)$ denotes the diameter of $Γ$, and we show that the global alliance number of ${\cal L}(Γ)$ is bounded by $γ_{a}({\cal L}(Γ))\geq \lceil\frac{2m}{δ_{1}+δ_{2}+1}\rceil$. The global offensive alliance number $γ_o(Γ)$ and the global strong offensive alliance number $γ_{\hat{o}}(Γ)$ are defined similarly. Clearly, $a_o(Γ)\le γ_o(Γ)$ and $a_{\hat{o}}(Γ)\le γ_{\hat{o}}(Γ)$. It was shown in [Discuss. Math. Graph Theory, 24 (2004), no. 2, 263-275] that $ a_o(Γ)\le \frac{2n}{3}$ and $ a_{\hat{o}}(Γ)\le \frac{5n}{6}$, where $n$ denotes the order of $Γ$. In this paper we obtain several tight bounds on $γ_o(Γ)$ and $γ_{\hat{o}}(Γ)$ in terms of several parameters of $Γ$. For instance, we show that $\frac{2m+n}{3Δ+1} \le γ_o(Γ)\le \frac{2n}{3}$ and $\frac{2(m+n)}{3Δ+2} \leγ_{\hat{o}}(Γ)\le \frac{5n}{6}$, where $m$ denotes the size of $Γ$ and $Δ$ its maximum degree (the last upper bound holds true for all $Γ$ with minimum degree greatest or equal to two).
