A Fine-grained Analysis of Fitted Q-evaluation: Beyond Parametric Models
Abstract: In this paper, we delve into the statistical analysis of the fitted Q-evaluation (FQE) method, which focuses on estimating the value of a target policy using offline data generated by some behavior policy. We provide a comprehensive theoretical understanding of FQE estimators under both parameteric and nonparametric models on the $Q$-function. On the Spectral Large Sieve Inequality for $\mathrm{PGL}_2 (\mathbb{Z}[i]) \backslash \mathrm{PGL}_2 (\mathbb{C})$
Abstract: In this paper, we introduce concise expressions for the complex Bessel integral that enables us to improve the spectral large sieve inequality of Watt for $\mathrm{PGL}_2 (\mathbb{Z}[i]) \backslash \mathrm{PGL}_2 (\mathbb{C})$. Our result is optimistic in the case when the average of spectral parameters is on a square centered at $(0, 0)$.

Formal deformations, cohomology theory and $L_\infty[1]$-structures for differential Lie algebras of arbitrary weight
Abstract: Generalising a previous work of Jiang and Sheng, a cohomology theory for differential Lie algebras of arbitrary weight is introduced. The underlying $L_\infty[1]$-structure on the cochain complex is also determined via a generalised version of higher derived brackets. The equivalence between $L_\infty[1]$-structures for absolute and relative differential Lie algebras are established. Formal deform… ▽ More

Multiple closed geodesics on Finsler $3$-dimensional sphere
Abstract: In 1973, Katok constructed a non-degenerate (also called bumpy) Finsler metric on $S^3$ with exactly four prime closed geodesics. And then Anosov conjectured that four should be the optimal lower bound of the number of prime closed geodesics on every Finsler $S^3$. In this paper, we proved this conjecture for bumpy Finsler $S^{3}$ if the Morse index of any prime closed geodesic is nonzero.

On the Fourier Transform of Bessel Functions over Complex Numbers---I: the Spherical Case
Abstract: In this note, we shall prove a formula for the Fourier transform of spherical Bessel functions over complex numbers, viewed as the complex analogue of the classical formulae of Hardy and Weber. The formula has strong representation theoretic motivations in the Waldspurger correspondence over the complex field.

On the Kuznetsov Trace Formula for $\mathrm{PGL}_2(\mathbb{C})$
Abstract: In this note, using a representation theoretic method of Cogdell and Piatetski-Shapiro, we prove the Kuznetsov trace formula for an arbitrary discrete group $Γ$ in $\mathrm{PGL}_2(\mathbb{C})$ that is cofinite but not cocompact. An essential ingredient is a kernel formula, recently proved by the author, on Bessel functions for $\mathrm{PGL}_2(\mathbb{C})$. This approach avoids the difficult analys… ▽ More

On a power-type coupled system of Monge-Ampère equations
Abstract: We study an elliptic system coupled by Monge-Ampère equations: \begin{center} $\left\{ \begin{array}{ll} det~D^{2}u_{1}={(-u_{2})}^α, & \hbox{in $Ω,$} det~D^{2}u_{2}={(-u_{1})}^β, & \hbox{in $Ω,$} u_{1}<0, u_{2}<0,& \hbox{in $Ω,$} u_{1}=u_{2}=0, & \hbox{on $ \partial Ω,$} \end{array} \right.$ \end{center} here $Ω$~is a smooth, bounded and strictly convex domain in~… ▽ More

Character sums of composite moduli and hybrid subconvexity
Abstract: Let $M=M_1 M_2 M_3$ be the product of three distinct primes and let $χ=χ_1 χ_2 χ_3$ be a Dirichlet character of modulus $M$ such that each $χ_i$ is a primitive character modulo $M_i$ for $i=1,2,3$. In this paper, we provide a $δ$-symbol method for obtaining non-trivial cancellation in smooth character sums of the form $\sum_{n=1}^\infty χ(n) W(n/N)$, with $N$ roughly of size $\sqrt M$ and $W$ a sm… ▽ More

Morita's Theory for the Symplectic Groups
Abstract: We construct and study the holomorphic discrete series representation and the principal series representation of the symplectic group $\mathrm{Sp}(2n,F)$ over a $p$-adic field $F$ as well as a duality between some sub-representations of these two representations. The constructions of these two representations generalize those defined in Morita and Murase's works. Moreover, Morita built a duality f… ▽ More

Morita's Duality for Split Reductive Groups
Abstract: In this paper, we extend the work in "Morita's Theory for the Symplectic Groups" to split reductive groups. We construct and study the holomorphic discrete series representation and the principal series representation of a split reductive group $\mathrm {G}$ over a $p$-adic field $F$ as well as a duality between certain sub-representations of these two representations.

Theory of Bessel Functions of High Rank - I: Fundamental Bessel Functions
Abstract: In this article we introduce a new category of special functions called fundamental Bessel functions arising from the Voronoi summation formula for $\mathrm{GL}_n (\mathbb{R})$. The fundamental Bessel functions of rank one and two are the oscillatory exponential functions $e^{\pm i x}$ and the classical Bessel functions respectively. The main implements and subjects of our study of fundamental Bes… ▽ More

Existence of multiple solutions to a class of nonlinear Schrödinger system with external sources terms
Abstract: We study a class of nonlinear schrödinger system with external sources terms as perturbations in order to obtain existence of multiple solutions, this system arises from Bose-Einstein condensates etc..As these external sources terms are positive functions and small in some sense, we use Nehari manifold to get the existence of a positive ground state solution and a positive bound state solution.
