Quantum $K$-theory of Lagrangian Grassmannian via parabolic Peterson isomorphism
Abstract: We study Schubert calculus in the torus-equivariant quantum $K$-ring of the Lagrangian Grassmannian $\mathrm{LG}(n)$. Our main tool is the $K$-theoretic Peterson map due to Kato. The map is from the (localized) equivariant $K$-homology ring $K_{*}^{T}(\mathrm{Gr}_{G})$ of the affine Grassmannian $\mathrm{Gr}_{G}$ of the symplectic group $G=\mathrm{Sp}_{2n}(\mathbb{C})$ to the (localized) torus-equ… ▽ More

Homogeneous Ulrich bundles on homogenous varieties of certain exceptional types
Abstract: This paper studies the Ulrich property of homogeneous vector bundles on rational homogenous varieties. We provide a criterion for an initialized irreducible homogeneous vector bundle on a rational homogeneous variety with any Picard number to be Ulrich with respect to any polarizations. This criterion extends Fonarev's result, which applies to rational homogeneous varieties with Picard number one.… ▽ More

Degrees of some orthogonal Deligne--Lusztig varieties
Abstract: We show a degree formula for a type of orthogonal Deligne--Lusztig varieties and their Plücker embeddings. This is an analog of work of Li on a unitary case.

The fate of non-supersymmetric Gross-Neveu-Yukawa fixed point in two dimensions
Abstract: We investigate the fate of the non-supersymmetric Gross-Neveu-Yukawa fixed point found by Fei et al in $4-ε$ dimensions with a two-component Majorana fermion continued to two dimensions. Assuming that it is a fermionic minimal model which possesses a chiral $\mathbb{Z}_2$ symmetry (in addition to fermion number parity) and just two relevant singlet operators, we can zero in on four candidates. Homogeneous ACM bundles on exceptional Grassmannians
Abstract: In this paper, we characterize homogeneous arithmetically Cohen-Macaulay (ACM) bundles over exceptional Grassmannians in terms of their associated data. We show that there are only finitely many irreducible homogeneous ACM bundles by twisting line bundles over exceptional Grassmannians. As a consequence, we prove that some exceptional Grassmannians are of wild representation type.

Arithmetically Cohen--Macaulay bundles on homogeneous varieties of Picard rank one
Abstract: In this paper, we study arithmetically Cohen--Macaulay (ACM) bundles on homogeneous varieties $G/P$. Indeed we characterize the homogeneous ACM bundles on $G/P$ of Picard rank one in terms of highest weights. This is a generalization of the result on $G/P$ of classical types presented by Costa and Miró-Roig for type $A$, and Du, Fang, and Ren for types $B,C$ and $D$. As a consequence we prove that… ▽ More

Arithmetic Gan-Gross-Prasad conjecture for RSZ unitary Shimura curves
Abstract: Xue proved an equational refinement of the unitary Shimura curve case of the arithmetic Gan-Gross-Prasad conjecture via the Gross-Zagier formula for quaternionic Shimura curves. On the other hand, Rapoport, Smithling and Zhang posed a variant of the conjecture, using modified PEL type Shimura varieties, which we call RSZ Shimura varieties. We reinterpret the result of Xue in terms of the modified… ▽ More

The canonicity of the integral models of RSZ Shimura varieties
Abstract: We show that the integral models of Shimura varieties of Rapoport, Smithling and Zhang in relation to variants of the arithmetic Gan-Gross-Prasad conjecture, the arithmetic fundamental lemma conjecture and the arithmetic transfer conjecture are canonical in the sense prescribed by Pappas. In particular, we prove that they are isomorphic to the models constructed by Kisin and Pappas.

A Hierarchical Convex Optimization for Multiclass SVM Achieving Maximum Pairwise Margins with Least Empirical Hinge-Loss
Abstract: In this paper, we formulate newly a hierarchical convex optimization for multiclass SVM achieving maximum pairwise margins with least empirical hinge-loss. This optimization problem is a most faithful as well as robust multiclass extension of an NP-hard hierarchical optimization appeared for the first time in the seminal paper by C.~Cortes and V.~Vapnik almost 25 years ago. By extending the very r… ▽ More

Zamolodchikov relations and Liouville hierarchy in SL(2,R)_k WZNW model
Abstract: We study the connection between Zamolodchikov operator-valued relations in Liouville field theory and in the SL(2,R)_k WZNW model. In particular, the classical relations in SL(2,R)_k can be formulated as a classical Liouville hierarchy in terms of the isotopic coordinates, and their covariance is easily understood in the framework of the AdS_3/CFT_2 correspondence. Conversely, we find a closed e… ▽ More

The Liouville Geometry of N=2 Instantons and the Moduli of Punctured Spheres
Abstract: We study the instanton contributions of N=2 supersymmetric gauge theory and propose that the instanton moduli space is mapped to the moduli space of punctured spheres. Due to the recursive structure of the boundary in the Deligne-Knudsen-Mumford stable compactification, this leads to a new recursion relation for the instanton coefficients, which is bilinear. Instanton contributions are expressed… ▽ More
