Computing a Saito basis from a standard basis
Abstract: In this paper we describe how to compute a Saito basis of a cusp, a plane curve with only one Puiseux pair. Moreover, the 1-forms of the Saito basis that we compute are characterized in terms of their divisorial orders associated to the "cuspidal" divisor of the minimal reduction of singularities of the cusp. We also introduce a new family of analytic invariants for plane curves computed in terms… ▽ More

Idealistic Flowers in the Reduction of Singularities
Abstract: We present here a proof of the classical reduction of singularities based on the idea of "idealistic flowers". We follow the general ideas of Maximal Contact Theory, presented in a recent book of Aroca, Hironaka and Vicente, that recovers three old publications of Jorge Juan Institute. The concept of idealistic flowers deals with the globalization problems arising from the local nature of the maxi… ▽ More

Analytic semiroots for plane branches and singular foliations
Abstract: The analytic moduli of equisingular plane branches has the semimodule of differential values as the most relevant system of discrete invariants. Focusing in the case of cusps, the minimal system of generators of this semimodule is reached by the differential values attached to the differential $1$-forms of the so-called standard bases. We can complete a standard basis to an enlarged one by adding… ▽ More

Logarithmic Models for Non-Dicritical Foliations
Abstract: We show the existence of an essentially unique logarithmic model for any germ of non-dicritical singular holomorphic foliation of codimension one in $({\mathbb C}^n,0)$ without saddle-nodes.

Invariant Hypersurfaces and Nodal Components of Foliations
Abstract: It is known that there is at least an invariant analytic curve passing through each of the components in the complement of nodal singularities, after the reduction of singularities of a germ of singular foliation in ${\mathbb C}^2,0$}. Here, we state and prove a generalization of this property to any ambient dimension.

Invariant Surfaces for Toric Type Foliations in Dimension Three
Abstract: A foliation is of toric type when it has a combinatorial reduction of singularities. We show that every toric type foliation on (C3, 0), without saddle-nodes, has invariant surface. We extend the argument of Cano-Cerveau, done for the nondicritical case, to the compact dicritical components of the exceptional divisor. These components are projective toric surfaces and the isolated invariant branch… ▽ More

Truncated Local Uniformization of Formal Integrable Differential Forms
Abstract: We prove the existence of Local Uniformization for rational codimension one foliations along rational rank one valuations, in any ambient dimension. This result is consequence of the Truncated Local Uniformization of integrable formal differential $1$-forms, that we also state and prove in the paper. Thanks to the truncated approach, we perform a classical inductive procedure, based both in the co… ▽ More

Local polar invariants for plane singular foliations
Abstract: In this survey paper, we take the viewpoint of polar invariants to the local and global study of non-dicritical holomorphic foliations in dimension two and their invariant curves. It appears a characterization of second type foliations and generalized curve foliations as well as a description of the GSV-index in terms of polar curves. We also interpret the proofs concerning the Poincaré problem wi… ▽ More

Partial separatrices and local Brunella's alternative
Abstract: Here we state a conjecture concerning a local version of Brunella's alternative: any codimension one foliation in $({\mathbb C}^3,0)$ without germ of invariant surface has a neighborhood of the origin formed by leaves containing a germ of analytic curve at the origin. We prove the conjecture for the class of codimension one foliations whose reduction of singularities is obtained by blowing-up poin… ▽ More

Local Brunella's Alternative I. RICH Foliations
Abstract: This paper is devoted to studying the structure of codimension one singular holomorphic foliations on $({\mathbb C}^3,0)$ without invariant germs of analytic surface. We focus on the so-called CH-foliations, that is, foliations without saddle nodes in two dimensional sections. Considering a reduction of singularities, we detect the possible existence of "nodal components", which are a higher dimen… ▽ More

Infinitesimal Poincaré-Bendixson Problem in dimension three
Abstract: We describe the sets of accumulation of secants for orbits of real analytic vector fields in dimension three having the origin as only ω-limit point. It is a kind of infinitesimal Poincaré-Bendixson problem in dimension three. These sets have structure of cyclic graph when the singularities are isolated under one blow-up. In the case of hyperbolic reduction of singularities with conditions of type… ▽ More

Reduction of Singularities of Three-Dimensional Line Foliations
Abstract: We give a birational reduction of singularities for one dimensional foliations in ambient spaces of dimension three. To do this, we first prove the existence of a Local Uniformization in the sense of Zariski. The reduction of singularities is then obtained by a gluing procedure for Local Uniformization similar to Zariski's one, using an axiomatization of Zariski's work by Olivier Piltant.
