Abstract:
Consider a complex unital Banach algebra $\mathcal{A}.$ For $x_1,x_2,x_3\in\mathcal{A},$ in this paper, we establish that under certain assumptions on $x_1,x_2,x_3$, Drazin (resp. g-Drazin) invertibility of any three elements among $x_1,x_2,x_3$ and $x_1+x_2+x_3\text{ }(\text{or }x_1x_2+x_1x_3+x_2x_3)$ ensure the Drazin (resp. g-Drazin) invertibility of the remaining one. As a consequence for two idempotents $p,q\in\mathcal{A},$ this result indicates the equivalence between Drazin (resp. g-Drazin) invertibility of $$λ_1p+γ_1q-λ_1pq+λ_2\left(pqp-(pq)^2\right)+\cdots+λ_m\left((pq)^{m-1}p-(pq)^m\right)$$ and $$λ_1-λ_1pq+λ_2\left(pqp-(pq)^2\right)+\cdots+λ_m\left((pq)^{m-1}p-(pq)^m\right),$$
where $γ_1,λ_i\in\mathbb{C}$ for $i=1,2,\cdots,m,$ with $λ_1γ_1\neq0.$ Furthermore, for $x_1,x_2$, we establish that the Drazin (resp. g-Drazin) invertibility of any two elements among $x_1,x_2$ and $x_1+x_2$ indicates the Drazin (resp. g-Drazin) invertibility of the remaining one, provided that $x_1x_2=α(x_1+x_2)$ for some $α\in\mathbb{C}$. Additionally, if it exists, we furnish a new formula to represent the Drazin (resp. g-Drazin) inverse of any element among $x_1,x_2$ and $x_1+x_2$, by using the other two elements and their Drazin (resp. g-Drazin) inverse.

Recently, Amnon Neeman settled a bold conjecture by Antieau, Gepner, and Heller regarding the relationship between the regularity of finite-dimensional noetherian schemes and the existence of bounded $t$-structures on their derived categories of perfect complexes.
In this paper, we prove some very general results about the existence of bounded $t$-structures on (not necessarily algebraic or topological) triangulated categories and their invariance under completion. Our general treatment, when specialized to the case of schemes, immediately gives us Neeman's theorem as an application and significantly generalizes another remarkable theorem by Neeman about the equivalence of bounded $t$-structures on the bounded derived categories of coherent sheaves. When specialized to other cases like (not necessarily commutative) rings, nonpositive DG-rings, connective $\mathbb{E}_1$-rings, triangulated categories without models, etc., we get many other applications. Under mild finiteness assumptions, these results give a categorical obstruction, the singularity category in our sense, to the existence of bounded $t$-structures on a triangulated category. The two key tools used in our treatment are the finitistic dimension for a triangulated category (a new concept introduced in the paper) and lifting $t$-structures along completions of triangulated categories.

We show that under an appropriate scaling, its empirical eigenvalue distribution, as $N \to \infty$, converges weakly to a random symmetric probability distribution on $\mathbb{R}$, which can be described as the expected spectral measure of a certain random unbounded self-adjoint operator on $\ell^2(\mathbb{Z})$. The limiting distribution turns out to be almost surely subgaussian. Furthermore, the support of the limiting distribution is bounded almost surely if $0<α<1$ and is unbounded almost surely if $1\leq α<2$.

The $k$-tensor Ising model is an exponential family on a $p$-dimensional binary hypercube for modeling dependent binary data, where the sufficient statistic consists of all $k$-fold products of the observations, and the parameter is an unknown $k$-fold tensor, designed to capture higher-order interactions between the binary variables. In this paper, we describe an approach based on a penalization technique that helps us recover the signed support of the tensor parameter with high probability, assuming that no entry of the true tensor is too close to zero. The method is based on an $\ell_1$-regularized node-wise logistic regression, that recovers the signed neighborhood of each node with high probability. Our analysis is carried out in the high-dimensional regime, that allows the dimension $p$ of the Ising model, as well as the interaction factor $k$ to potentially grow to $\infty$ with the sample size $n$. We show that if the minimum interaction strength is not too small, then consistent recovery of the entire signed support is possible if one takes $n = Ω((k!)^8 d^3 \log \binom{p-1}{k-1})$ samples, where $d$ denotes the maximum degree of the hypernetwork in question. Our results are validated in two simulation settings, and applied on a real neurobiological dataset consisting of multi-array electro-physiological recordings from the mouse visual cortex, to model higher-order interactions between the brain regions.

Our main results are bounds on the size of the chromatic Delaunay mosaic, in which we assume that $d$ and $s$ are constants. For example, if $A$ is finite with $n = \#{A}$, and the coloring is random, then the chromatic Delaunay mosaic has $O(n^{\lceil{d/2}\rceil})$ cells in expectation. In contrast, for Delone sets and Poisson point processes in $\mathbb{R}^d$, the expected number of cells within a closed ball is only a constant times the number of points in this ball. Furthermore, in $\mathbb{R}^2$ all colorings of a dense set of $n$ points have chromatic Delaunay mosaics of size $O(n)$. This encourages the use of chromatic Delaunay mosaics in applications.

We study a diluted mean-field spin glass model with a quadratic Hamiltonian. Our main result establishes the limiting free energy in terms of an integral of a family of random variables that are the weak limits of the quenched variances of the spins in the system with varying edge connectivity. The key ingredient in our argument is played by the identification of these random variables as the unique solution to a recursive distributional equation. Our results in particular provide the first example of the diluted Shcherbina-Tirozzi model, whose limiting free energy can be derived at any inverse temperature and external field.

Develo** state-of-the-art classical simulators of quantum circuits is of utmost importance to test and evaluate early quantum technology and understand the true potential of full-blown error-corrected quantum computers. In the past few years, multiple theoretical and numerical advances have continuously pushed the boundary of what is classically simulable, hence the development of a plethora of tools which are often limited to a specific purpose or designed for a particular hardware (e.g. CPUs vs. GPUs). Moreover, such tools are typically developed using tailored languages and syntax, which makes it hard to compare results from, and create hybrid approaches using, different simulation techniques.
To support unified and optimized use of these techniques across platforms, we developed HybridQ, a highly extensible platform designed to provide a common framework to integrate multiple state-of-the-art techniques to run on a variety of hardware. The philosophy behind its development has been driven by three main pillars: "Easy to Use", "Easy to Extend", and "Use the Best Available Technology". The powerful tools of HybridQ allow users to manipulate, develop, and extend noiseless and noisy circuits for different hardware architectures. HybridQ supports large-scale high-performance computing (HPC) simulations, automatically balancing workload among different processor nodes and enabling the use of multiple backends to maximize parallel efficiency. Everything is then glued together by a simple and expressive language that allows seamless switching from one technique to another as well as from one hardware to the next, without the need to write lengthy translations, thus greatly simplifying the development of new hybrid algorithms and techniques.

With the growth of renewable generation (RG) and the development of associated ride through curves serving as operating limits, during disturbances, on violation of these limits, the power system is at risk of losing large amounts of generation. In order to identify preventive control measures that avoid such scenarios from manifesting, the power system must be modeled as a constrained dynamical system. For such systems, the interplay of feasibility region (man-made limits) and stability region (natural dynamical system response) results in a positively invariant region in state space known as the constrained stability region (CSR). After the occurrence of a disturbance, as it is desirable for the system trajectory to lie within the CSR, critical clearing time (CCT) must be defined with respect to the CSR instead of the stability region as is done traditionally. The sensitivity of CCT to system parameters of constrained systems then becomes beneficial for planning/revising protection settings (which impact feasible region) and/or operation (which impact dynamics). In this paper, we derive the first order CCT sensitivity of generic constrained power systems using the efficient power system trajectory sensitivity computation, pioneered by Hiskens in [1]. The results are illustrated for a single-machine infinite-bus (SMIB) system as well as a multi-machine system in order to gain meaningful insight into the dependence between ability to meet constraints, system stability, and changes occurring in power system parameters, such as, mechanical power input and inertia.

Then we give the existence/multiplicity results for the above equation.

Under suitable assumption on $s,p,μ,α$ and $f(x,t)$, first we study
the analogous Hardy-Sobolev-Littlewood-type result for variable exponents suitable for the fractional Sobolev space with variable order and
