Flavor deconstruction refers to non-universal gauge extensions where the original gauge symmetry is deconstructed into separate copies, one for each family. A hierarchical chain of symmetry breaking provides an attractive low-scale solution to the flavor puzzle, consistent with flavor-changing neutral currents and finite naturalness. Although successful in explaining the origin of flavor hierarchies in the quark and charged lepton sectors, existing models have struggled with the large and seemingly anarchic mixing observed in neutrino oscillations. This letter identifies conditions under which neutrino anarchy may arise from flavor deconstruction in generic models with right-handed neutrinos. When deconstruction is applied to carefully chosen subgroups of the extended gauge symmetry, hierarchies in the seesaw formula cancel out.

We analyze $B^0 \to K^0 \bar{\ell} \ell$ long-distance contributions induced by the rescattering of a pair of charmed and charmed-strange mesons. We present an explicit estimate of these contributions using an effective description in terms of hadronic degrees of freedom, supplemented by data on the $B^0 \to D^*D_s (D^*_sD)$ transition in order to reproduce the corresponding discontinuity in the $B^0 \to K^0 \bar{\ell}\ell$ amplitude. The $D^* D_s(D^*_s D) K$ vertex is estimated using heavy-hadron chiral perturbation theory, obtaining an accurate description of the whole rescattering process in the low-recoil (or high-$q^2$) limit. We also present an extrapolation to the whole kinematical region introducing appropriate form factors. The explicit estimate of the leading $D^*D_s (D^*_sD)$ intermediate state leads to a long-distance amplitude which does not exceed a few percent relative to the short-distance one. The consequences of this result for the extraction of the short-distance coefficient $C_9$ are discussed.

The sizable long-distance amplitudes from $c \bar{c}$ narrow resonances are taken into account by employing a dispersive approach. For each available $q^2=m_{μμ}^2$ bin and each helicity amplitude an independent determination of the Wilson coefficient $C_9$, describing $b\to s\ell^+\ell^-$ transitions at short distances, is obtained. The consistency of the $C_9$ values thus obtained provides an a posteriori check of the absence of additional, sizable, long-distance contributions. The systematic difference of these values from the Standard Model expectation supports the hypothesis of a non-standard $b\to s μ^+μ^-$ amplitude of short-distance origin.

Guided by the criterium of minimality, we assume that flavour non universality is confined to the Abelian sector of the gauge group: the universal hypercharge emerges after a sequence of symmetry-breaking steps characterised by two high mass scales, $Λ_{[23]} < Λ_{[12]}$, where the second and the first fermion generations get their mass respectively. At least in one of the two models the smaller of these scales can be in the 10 TeV range, consistently with current bounds from flavour observables. Both models are extended to include as well neutrino masses and mixings.

We present a comprehensive analysis of electroweak, flavor, and collider bounds on the complete set of dimension-six SMEFT operators in the $U(2)^5$-symmetric limit. This operator basis provides a consistent framework to describe a wide class of new physics models and, in particular, the motivated class of models where the new degrees of freedom couple mostly to the third generation. By analyzing observables from all three sectors, and consistently including renormalization group evolution, we provide bounds on the effective scale of all 124 $U(2)^5$-invariant operators. The relation between flavor-conserving and flavor-violating observables is analyzed taking into account the leading $U(2)^5$ breaking in the Yukawa sector, which is responsible for heavy-light quark mixing. We show that under simple, motivated, and non-tuned hypotheses for the parametric size of the Wilson coefficients at the high scale, all present bounds are consistent with an effective scale as low as 1.5 TeV. We also show that a future circular $e^+ e^-$ collider program such as FCC-ee would push most of these bounds by an order of magnitude. This would rule out or provide clear evidence for a wide class of compelling new physics models that are fully compatible with present data.

The Kobayashi-Maskawa (KM) hypothesis about the existence of a third generation of quarks represents a cornerstone of the Standard Model (SM). Fifty years after this seminal paper, flavor physics continues to represent a privileged observatory on physics occurring at high energy scales. In this paper I first review this statement using general effective-theory arguments, highlighting some interesting modern lessons from the KM paper. I then discuss some novel extensions of the SM based on the concept of flavor deconstruction: the hypothesis that gauge interactions are manifestly flavor non universal in the ultraviolet. The phenomenological consequences of this class of models are also briefly illustrated.

We show that this estimate is in good agreement with the result obtained summing the SM predictions for the leading one-body modes ($K$ and $K^*$) and the subleading non-resonant $Kπ$ channel (for which we also present an updated estimate). On the contrary, the semi-inclusive sum based on data exhibits a deficit compared to the inclusive SM prediction in the muon modes. The statistical significance of this deficit does not exceed $2σ$, but is free from uncertainties on hadronic form factors, and fully compatible with the deficit observed at low-$q^2$ on the exclusive modes. The implications of these results in conjunction with other SM tests on $b\to s\barμμ$ modes are briefly discussed.

The striking success of the Standard Model in explaining precision data and, at the same time, its lack of explanations for various fundamental phenomena, such as dark matter or the baryon asymmetry of the universe, suggests new physics at an energy scale much larger than the electroweak scale. In the absence of a short-range-long-range conspiracy, the Standard Model can be viewed as the leading term of an effective "remnant" theory (referred to as the SMEFT) of a more fundamental structure. Over the last years, many aspects of the SMEFT have been investigated and it has become a standard tool to analyze experimental results in an integral way. In this article, after briefly presenting the salient features of the Standard Model, we review the construction of the SMEFT. We discuss the range of its applicability and bounds on its coefficients imposed by general theoretical considerations. Since new physics models are likely to exhibit exact or approximate accidental global symmetries, especially in the flavor sector, we also discuss their implications for the SMEFT. The main focus of our review is the phenomenological analysis of experimental results. We show explicitly how to use various effective field theories to study the phenomenology of theories beyond the Standard Model. We give a detailed description of the matching procedure and the use of the renormalization group equations, allowing to connect multiple effective theories valid at different energy scales. Explicit examples from low-energy experiments and from high-$p_T$ physics illustrate the workflow. We also comment on the non-linear realization of the electroweak symmetry breaking and its phenomenological implications.

We systematically explore ultraviolet complete models where flavour hierarchies emerge, via approximate accidental symmetries, from an underlying flavour non-universal gauge structure. In order to avoid large quantum corrections to the Higgs mass, the first layer of non-universality, separating the third generation from the light ones, should appear at the TeV scale. A handful of models survive the combined criteria of naturalness in the Higgs sector, having a semi-simple embedding in the UV, and compatibility with experiments. They all feature quark-lepton unification in the third family and a non-universal electroweak sector. We study in more detail the interesting option of having colour and hypercharge non-universal at the TeV scale, while $\mathrm{SU}(2)_L$ remains universal up to high scales: this gauge structure turns to be very efficient in secluding the Higgs from large quantum corrections and predicting flavour mixing consistent with data. In all cases, these models imply a rich TeV-scale phenomenology within the reach of near-future direct and indirect experimental searches.

We analyze the compatibility of the hypothesis of third-family quark-lepton unification at the TeV scale with electroweak precision data, lepton flavor universality tests, and high-$p_T$ constraints. We work within the framework of the UV complete flavor non-universal 4321 gauge model, which is matched at one loop to the Standard Model Effective Field Theory. For consistency, all electroweak precision observables are also computed at one loop within the effective field theory. At tree level, the most sizeable corrections are to $W\rightarrow τν_τ$ and $Z \to ν_τν_τ$ due to integrating out a pseudo-Dirac singlet fermion required by the model for neutrino mass generation. At loop level, the new colored states of the model generate large flavor-universal contributions to the electroweak precision observables via leading- and next-to-leading log running effects, yielding a significant improvement in the electroweak fit (including an increase in the $W$-boson mass). These effects cannot be decoupled if the model addresses the charged-current $B$-meson anomalies. Overall, we find good compatibility between the data sets, while simultaneously satisfying all low- and high-energy constraints.

The last-but-one step in the symmetry-breaking chain is a non-universal 4321 model, characterised by a vector leptoquark naturally coupled mainly to the third generation. The stability of the Higgs sector points to a 4321$\to$SM symmetry-breaking scale around the TeV, with interesting phenomenological consequences in $B$ physics and collider processes that differ from those of other known 4321 completions.

In all cases, we implement a minimal breaking of a $U(2)^n_f$ flavour symmetry, with a single motivated exception. We then perform a global fit including the main observables sensitive to exchanges of the $\mathcal{G}_μ^A$ at tree level and in loops dominated by logs insensitive to the UV completion.

For the neutral mode $\bar B^0 \to \bar K^0 \ell^+\ell^-$, we perform a detailed numerical comparison versus those obtained with the general-purpose photon-shower tool PHOTOS. The comparison indicates a good agreement, at the few per-mil level, when focusing on the rare mode only. In addition, our framework allows us to investigate the impact of the charmonium resonances. Interference effects, not described by PHOTOS in the experimental analysis, are found to be small in the dilepton invariant mass region $q^2 < 6 \textrm{GeV}^2$, which is used to determine $R_{K^{(*)}}$. Using a semi-analytic framework we assess the full, rare and resonant, mode. Based thereupon, we discuss strategies to check the subtraction of the resonant mode, which has a sizeable impact at $q^2 \approx 6 \textrm{GeV}^2$ in the electron mode.

We analyse the problem in general terms within the SMEFT, considering the renormalisation group evolution of all the operators involved. We show that semileptonic four-fermion operators, which are likely to generate a sizeable contribution to the $(g-2)_μ$ anomaly, need to be tightly aligned to the lepton Yukawa couplings and the dipole operators in flavour space. While this tuning can be achieved in specific NP constructions, employing particular dynamical assumptions and/or flavour symmetry hypotheses, it is problematic in a wide class of models with broken flavour symmetries, such as those proposed to address both charged- and neutral-current $B$ anomalies. We quantify this tension both in general terms, and in the context of explicit NP constructions.

We construct an expression for a general lepton flavour universality (LFU) ratio, $R_{X}$, in $b\to s l^+ l^-$ decays in terms of a series of hadronic quantities which can be treated as nuisance parameters. This expression allows to include any LFU ratio in global fits of $b\to s l^+ l^-$ short-distance parameters, even in the absence of a precise knowledge of the corresponding hadronic structure. The absence of sizeable LFU violation and the approximate left-handed structure of the Standard Model amplitude imply that only a very limited set of hadronic parameters hamper the sensitivity of $R_X$ to a possible LFU violation of short-distance origin. A global $b\to s l^+ l^-$ combination is performed including the measurement of $R_{pK}$ for the first time, resulting in a significance of new physics of $4.2\,σ$. In light of this, we evaluate the impact on the global significance of new physics using a set of experimentally promising non-exclusive $R_X$ measurements that LHCb can perform, and find that they can significantly increase the discovery potential of the experiment.

We show that the inclusion of vector-like fermions, required by $B$-physics data, leads to sizable modifications of the leading-log results derived within an Effective Field Theory approach. In the motivated parameter-space region relevant to the $B$-physics anomalies, the models predict a few per-mil decrease of the effective $W$-boson coupling to $τ$, within the reach of future experiments.

Motivated by deviations with respect to Standard Model predictions in $b\to s\ell^+\ell^-$ decays, we evaluate the global significance of the new physics hypothesis in this system by including the {\it look-elsewhere effect} for the first time. We estimate the trial-factor with pseudo-experiments and find that it can be as large as seven. We calculate the global significance for the new physics hypothesis by considering the most general description of a non-standard $b\to s\ell^+\ell^-$ amplitude of short-distance origin. Theoretical uncertainties are treated in a highly conservative way by absorbing the corresponding effects into a redefinition of the Standard Model amplitude. Using the most recent measurements of LHCb, ATLAS and CMS, we obtain the global significance to be $4.3$ standard deviations.

Motivated by the recent LHCb announcement of a $3.1σ$ violation of lepton-flavor universality in the ratio $R_K=Γ(B\to Kμ^+μ^-)/Γ(B\to K e^+ e^-)$, we present an updated, comprehensive analysis of the flavor anomalies seen in both neutral-current ($b\to s\ell^+\ell^-$) and charged-current ($b\to cτ\barν$) decays of $B$ mesons. Our study starts from a model-independent effective field-theory approach and then considers both a simplified model and a UV-complete extension of the Standard Model featuring a vector leptoquark $U_1$ as the main mediator of the anomalies. We show that the new LHCb data corroborate the emerging pattern of a new, predominantly left-handed, semileptonic current-current interaction with a flavor structure respecting a (minimally) broken $U(2)^5$ flavor symmetry. New aspects of our analysis include a combined analysis of the semileptonic operators involving tau leptons, including in particular the important constraint from $B_s$--$\bar B_s$ mixing, a systematic study of the effects of right-handed leptoquark couplings and of deviations from minimal flavor-symmetry breaking, a detailed analysis of various rare $B$-decay modes which would provide smoking-gun signatures of this non-standard framework (LFV decays, di-tau modes, and $B\to K^{(*)}ν\barν$), and finally an updated analysis of collider bounds on the leptoquark mass and couplings.

We analyze the neutrino mass spectrum and discuss the extra-dimensional interpretation of a three-site Pati-Salam model which i) unifies all families of quark and leptons, ii) provides a natural description of the Standard Model Yukawa couplings, iii) could account for the recent $B$-physics anomalies. The key feature of the model is a breaking of the Pati-Salam and electroweak gauge symmetries localized on opposite sites, communicated to the other sites in an attenuated manner via nearest-neighbor interactions. We show that in this context gauge-singlet fermions localized on each site, receiving hierarchical Majorana masses, can allow the implementation of an inverse seesaw mechanism leading to light anarchic neutrino masses consistent with data. The continuum limit of this three-site setup has a natural interpretation in terms of a warped extra dimension with three defects, where the required exponential hierarchies can be achieved from $\mathcal{O}(1)$ differences in the bulk field masses.

We analyze the stability of the Higgs sector of a three-site model with flavor-non-universal gauge interactions, whose spectrum of non-Standard-Model states spans three orders of magnitude. This model is inspired by deconstructing a five-dimensional theory where the generation index is in one-to-one relation to the position in the fifth dimension. It provides a good description of masses and mixing of the SM fermions in terms of scale hierarchies. We demonstrate that, within this construction, the mass term of the SM-like Higgs does not receive large corrections proportional to the highest mass scales. The model suffers only of the unavoidable "little hierarchy problem" between the electroweak scale and the lightest NP states, which are expected to be at the TeV scale.

Vector-like fermions induce new sources of flavor symmetry breaking, resulting in tree-level flavor-changing couplings for the leptoquark not present in the minimal version of the model. These, in turn, lead to a series of non-vanishing flavor-changing neutral-current amplitudes at the loop level. We systematically analyze these effects in semileptonic, dipole and $ΔF=2$ operators. The impact of these corrections in $b\to sνν$ and $b\to cτν$ observables are discussed in detail. In particular, we show that, in the parameter region providing a good fit to the $B$-physics anomalies, the model predicts a $10\%$ to $50\%$ enhancement of $\mathcal{B}(B\to K^{(*)}νν)$.

We present a detailed analysis of QED corrections to $\bar{B} \to \bar{K} \ell^+ \ell^-$ decays at the double-differential level. Cancellations of soft and collinear divergences are demonstrated analytically using the phase space slicing method. Whereas soft divergences are found to cancel at the differential level, the cancellation of the hard-collinear logs $\ln m_\ell$ require, besides photon-inclusiveness, a specific choice of kinematic variables. In particular, hard-collinear logs in the lepton-pair invariant mass distribution ($q^2$), are sizeable and need to be treated with care when comparing with experiment. Virtual and real amplitudes are evaluated using an effective mesonic Lagrangian. Crucially, we show that going beyond this approximation does not introduce any further infrared sensitive terms. All analytic computations are performed for generic charges and are therefore adaptable to semileptonic decays such as $B \to D \ell \bar ν$.

These optimized ratios are obtained with simple cuts or reweighting of the dilepton mass distributions, which imply a minimum loss of signal on the rare tauonic modes while maximizing the cancellation of theoretical uncertainties among the two modes. We illustrate the usefulness of these observables in $B_c\to J/ψ$, $B_c\to ψ(2S)$, $B\to D^\ast$ and $B_s\to D_s^\ast$ transitions, showing that in all cases we can reach $\mathcal{O}(1\%)$ uncertainties on the SM predictions of the improved LFU ratios employing conservatives form-factor uncertainties.

Extending previous work on this subject, we present a complete analysis of the $\mathcal{O}(α_s)$ corrections to the matching conditions of semileptonic operators at the high scale. These corrections are not negligible, but they do not exceed the 10% level and are subleading compared to the $\mathcal{O}(α_4)$ corrections proportional to the leading leptoquark coupling, which is expected to be much larger than the QCD coupling in the parameter space region of phenomenological interest. We further analyze the impact of radial modes, both at $\mathcal{O}(α_4)$ and at $\mathcal{O}(α_s)$ accuracy, highlighting their role in the renormalization of the theory.

The latter are constrained using the analytic properties of the amplitude combined with data and perturbative calculations. Finally, we estimate the sensitivity expected at the LHCb experiment with present and future datasets. We find that constraints on the branching fraction of $O(10^{-3})$, competitive with current direct bounds, can be achieved with the current dataset, while bounds of $O(10^{-4})$ could be obtained with the LHCb upgrade-II luminosity.

For large values of $g_4$, motivated by recent $B$-physics data, one-loop corrections are sizeable. The main effect is an enhanced contribution at low-energy, at fixed on-shell couplings. It is based on the numerical comparison of squared amplitudes computed at specific phase-space and parameter points in pairs of implementations. Interactions are fully linearised in the effective field theory expansion. The squares of linear effective field theory amplitudes and their interference with standard-model contributions are compared separately. Such pairwise comparisons are primarily performed at tree level and a possible extension to the one-loop level is also briefly considered. We present a thorough investigation of the vector leptoquark hypothesis for a combined explanation of the $B$-physics anomalies. We analyze this hypothesis from a twofold perspective, taking into account recent results from $B$-physics observables and high-$p_T$ searches. First, using a simplified model, we determine the general conditions for a successful low-energy fit in presence of right-handed leptoquark couplings (neglected in previous analyses). Second, we show how these conditions, in particular a sizable 2-3 family mixing, can be achieved in a motivated ultraviolet completion. Our analysis reinforces the phenomenological success of the vector leptoquark hypothesis in addressing the anomalies, and its compatibility with motivated extensions of the Standard Model based on the idea of flavor non-universal gauge interactions. The implications of right-handed leptoquark couplings for a series of key low-energy observables, namely $B_s \to ττ$ and $τ\toμ$ lepton flavor violating processes, both in $τ$ and in $B$ decays, are discussed in detail. The role of the ultraviolet completion in precisely estimating other low-energy observables, most notably $ΔF=2$ amplitudes, is also addressed.

We present here a detailed analysis of the model predictions for a series of low-energy observables, mainly in $B$ and $τ$ physics. The model is in good agreement with present data and predicts a well-defined pattern of non-standard effects in low-energy observables that could allow us to test it in the near future. Particularly interesting are the predictions of large $τ\toμ$ Lepton Flavor Violating processes, such as $τ\to μγ$, $τ\to 3μ$, $B\to K τμ$, and $B_s\toτμ$. Also $μ\to 3 e$, $μ\to eγ$, and $K_L \to μe$ decays could be not far from the present exclusion bounds, although this conclusion is more model dependent.

This procedure allows us to identify a relatively narrow SUSY-allowed region in the $(m_h, m_t)$ plane. We argue that the compatibility of the measured values of Higgs and top masses with this SUSY-allowed region is not less surprising than the corresponding compatibility with the narrow SM metastability region. As such, it provides a non-trivial signal of the compatibility of present data with a supersymmetric completion of the SM.

We present the HiggsPO UFO model for Monte Carlo event generation of electroweak $VH$ and VBF Higgs production processes at NLO in QCD in the formalism of Higgs pseudo-observables (PO). We illustrate the use of this tool by studying the QCD corrections, matched to a parton shower, for several benchmark points in the Higgs PO parameter space. We find that, while being sizable and thus important to be considered in realistic experimental analyses, the QCD higher-order corrections largely factorize. As an additional finding, based on the NLO results, we advocate to consider 2D distributions of the two-jet azimuthal-angle difference and the leading jet $p_T$ for new physics searches in VBF Higgs production. The HiggsPO UFO model is publicly available.

Motivated by additional experimental hints of Lepton Flavour Universality violation in B decays, both in charged- and in neutral-current processes, we analyse the ingredients necessary to provide a combined description of these phenomena. By means of an Effective Field Theory (EFT) approach, based on the hypothesis of New Physics coupled predominantly to the third generation of left-handed quarks and leptons, we show how this is possible. We demonstrate, in particular, how to solve the problems posed by electroweak precision tests and direct searches with a rather natural choice of model parameters, within the context of a $U(2)_q \times U(2)_\ell$ flavour symmetry. We further exemplify the general EFT findings by means of simplified models with explicit mediators in the TeV range: coloured scalar or vector leptoquarks and colour-less vectors. Among these, the case of an $SU(2)_L$-singlet vector leptoquark emerges as a particularly simple and successful framework.

In this chapter we explore a few examples of physics opportunities using the existing chain of accelerators at CERN, including potential upgrades. In this context the LHC ring is also considered as a part of the injector system. The objective is to find examples that constitute sensitive probes of New Physics that ideally cannot be done elsewhere or can be done significantly better at theCERN accelerator complex. Some of these physics opportunities may require a more flexible injector complex with additional functionality than that just needed to inject protons into the FCC-hh at the right energy, intensity and bunch structure. Therefore it is timely to discuss these options concurrently with the conceptual design of the FCC-hh injector system.

We analyse the rare processes $K \to πν\barν$ in view of the recent hints of violations of Lepton Flavour Universality (LFU) observed in B meson decays. If, as suggested by present data, the new interactions responsible for LFU violations couple mainly to the third generation of left-handed fermions, $K \to πν\barν$ decays turn out to be particularly interesting: these are the only kaon decays with third-generation leptons (the $τ$ neutrinos) in the final state. In order to relate B-physics anomalies and K decays we adopt an Effective Field Theory approach, assuming that the new interactions satisfy an approximate $U(2)_q\times U(2)_\ell$ flavour symmetry. In this framework we show that O(1) deviations from the Standard Model predictions in $K \to πν\barν$ branching ratios, closely correlated to similar effects in $B \to K^{(*)}ν\barν$, are naturally expected. The correlation of $\mathcal{B}(K \to πν\barν)$, $\mathcal{B}(B \to K^{(*)}ν\barν)$, and the LFU violations in B decays would provide a very valuable tool to shed more light on this interesting phenomenon.

We analyse the recent hints of Lepton Flavor Universality violations in semi-leptonic $B$ decays within a general EFT based on a $U(2)^n$ flavor symmetry acting on the light generations of SM fermions. We analyse in particular the consistency of these anomalies with the tight constraints on various low-energy observables in $B$ and $τ$ physics. We show that, with a moderate fine-tuning, a consistent picture for all low-energy observables can be obtained under the additional dynamical assumption that the NP sector is coupled preferentially to third generation SM fermions. We discuss how this dynamical assumption can be implemented in general terms within the EFT, and we identify a series of observables in $τ$ decays which could provide further evidences of this NP framework.

We perform a likelihood analysis of the minimal Anomaly-Mediated Supersymmetry Breaking (mAMSB) model using constraints from cosmology and accelerator experiments. We find that a wino-like or a Higgsino-like neutralino LSP, $m_{\tilde χ^0_{1}}$, may provide the cold dark matter (DM) with similar likelihood. The upper limit on the DM density from Planck and other experiments enforces $m_{\tilde χ^0_{1}} \lesssim 3~TeV$ after the inclusion of Sommerfeld enhancement in its annihilations. If most of the cold DM density is provided by the $\tilde χ_0^1$, the measured value of the Higgs mass favours a limited range of $\tan β\sim 5$ (or for $μ> 0$, $\tan β\sim 45$) but the scalar mass $m_0$ is poorly constrained. In the wino-LSP case, $m_{3/2}$ is constrained to about $900~TeV$ and ${m_{\tilde χ^0_{1}}}$ to $2.9\pm0.1~TeV$, whereas in the Higgsino-LSP case $m_{3/2}$ has just a lower limit $\gtrsim 650TeV$ ($\gtrsim 480TeV$) and $m_{\tilde χ^0_{1}}$ is constrained to $1.12 ~(1.13) \pm0.02~TeV$ in the $μ>0$ ($μ<0$) scenario. In neither case can the anomalous magnetic moment of the muon, ${(g-2)_μ}$, be improved significantly relative to its Standard Model (SM) value, nor do flavour measurements constrain the model significantly, and there are poor prospects for discovering supersymmetric particles at the LHC, {though there} are some prospects for direct DM detection. On the other hand, if the ${m_{\tilde χ^0_{1}}}$ contributes only a fraction of the cold DM density, {future LHC $E_T$-based searches for gluinos, squarks and heavier chargino and neutralino states as well as disappearing track searches in the wino-like LSP region will be relevant}, and interference effects enable ${\rm BR}(B_{s, d} \to μ^+μ^-)$ to agree with the data better than in the SM in the case of wino-like DM with $μ> 0$.
