Abstract: We report results from a study of hadronic transitions of the $χ_{bJ}(nP)$ states of bottomonium at Belle. The $P$-wave states are reconstructed in transitions to the $Υ(1S)$ with the emission of an $ω$ meson. Extraction of the Muon Signals Recorded with the Surface Detector of the Pierre Auger Observatory Using Recurrent Neural Networks

The SD samples the secondary particle content (mostly photons, electrons, positrons and muons) of extensive air showers initiated by cosmic rays with energies ranging from $10^{17}~$eV up to more than $10^{20}~$eV. Measuring the independent contribution of the muon component to the total registered signal is crucial to enhance the capability of the Observatory to estimate the mass of the cosmic rays on an event-by-event basis. However, with the current design of the SD, it is difficult to straightforwardly separate the contributions of muons to the SD time traces from those of photons, electrons and positrons. In this paper, we present a method aimed at extracting the muon component of the time traces registered with each individual detector of the SD using Recurrent Neural Networks. We derive the performances of the method by training the neural network on simulations, in which the muon and the electromagnetic components of the traces are known. We conclude this work showing the performance of this method on experimental data of the Pierre Auger Observatory. We find that our predictions agree with the parameterizations obtained by the AGASA collaboration to describe the lateral distributions of the electromagnetic and muonic components of extensive air showers. △ Less

Direct measurements of $X_{\mathrm{max}}$ are performed using observations of the longitudinal shower development with fluorescence telescopes. At the same time, several methods have been proposed for an indirect estimation of $X_{\mathrm{max}}$ from the characteristics of the shower particles registered with surface detector arrays. In this paper, we present a deep neural network (DNN) for the estimation of $X_{\mathrm{max}}$. The reconstruction relies on the signals induced by shower particles in the ground based water-Cherenkov detectors of the Pierre Auger Observatory. The network architecture features recurrent long short-term memory layers to process the temporal structure of signals and hexagonal convolutions to exploit the symmetry of the surface detector array. We evaluate the performance of the network using air showers simulated with three different hadronic interaction models. Thereafter, we account for long-term detector effects and calibrate the reconstructed $X_{\mathrm{max}}$ using fluorescence measurements. Finally, we show that the event-by-event resolution in the reconstruction of the shower maximum improves with increasing shower energy and reaches less than $25~\mathrm{g/cm^{2}}$ at energies above $2\times 10^{19}~\mathrm{eV}$. △ Less

Search for the Decay $B_s^0 \rightarrow η^\prime η$

Abstract: In the Standard Model (SM) charmless hadronic decays $B_s^0 \rightarrow η^\prime η$ proceed via tree-level $b\to u$ and penguin $b\to s$ transitions. Penguin transitions are sensitive to Beyond-the-Standard-Model (BSM) physics scenarios and could affect the branching fractions and {\it CP} asymmetries in such decays. Measurements in the $e^+e^-$ collision system, without the complexities introduced by hadron structure in the initial state, can serve as a complementary probe to examine the formation of a ridge signal. The first measurement of two-particle angular correlation functions in high multiplicity $e^+e^-$ collisions at $\sqrt{s}=10.52$ GeV is reported. The hadronic $e^+e^-$ annihilation data collected by the Belle detector at KEKB are used in this study. Two-particle angular correlation functions are measured over the full azimuth and large pseudorapidity intervals which are defined by either the electron beam axis or the event thrust as a function of charged particle multiplicity. The measurement in the event thrust analysis, with mostly outgoing quark pairs determining the reference axis, is sensitive to the region of additional soft gluon emissions. No significant ridge signal is observed with either coordinates analyses. Near side jet correlations appear to be absent in the thrust axis analysis. The measurements are compared to predictions from various event generators and expected to provide new constraints to the phenomenological models in the low energy regime. △ Less

The analysis utilizes a method where the tag-side $B$ meson is reconstructed in a semileptonic decay mode, and the signal-side $τ$ is reconstructed in a purely leptonic decay. The measured values are $\mathcal{R}(D)= 0.307 \pm 0.037 \pm 0.016$ and $\mathcal{R}(D^{\ast})= 0.283 \pm 0.018 \pm 0.014$, where the first uncertainties are statistical and the second are systematic. These results are in agreement with the Standard Model predictions within $0.2$ and $1.1$ standard deviations, respectively, while their combination agrees with the Standard Model predictions within $1.2$ standard deviations. △ Less

Search for a light CP-odd Higgs boson and low-mass dark matter at the Belle experiment

Abstract: We report on the first Belle search for a light CP-odd Higgs boson, $A^{0}$, that decays into low mass dark matter, $χ$, in final states with a single photon and missing energy. We search for events produced via the dipion transition $Υ(\textrm{2S})\rightarrowΥ(\textrm{1S})π^{+}π^{-}$, followed by the on-shell process $Υ(\textrm{1S})\rightarrowγA^{0}$ with $A^{0} \rightarrowχχ$, or by the off-shel… ▽ More We report on the first Belle search for a light CP-odd Higgs boson, $A^{0}$, that decays into low mass dark matter, $χ$, in final states with a single photon and missing energy. We search for events produced via the dipion transition $Υ(\textrm{2S})\rightarrowΥ(\textrm{1S})π^{+}π^{-}$, followed by the on-shell process $Υ(\textrm{1S})\rightarrowγA^{0}$ with $A^{0} \rightarrowχχ$, or by the off-shell process $Υ(\textrm{1S})\rightarrowγχχ$. Utilizing a data sample of 157.3 $\times$ 10$^{6}$ $Υ(\textrm{2S})$ decays, we find no evidence for a signal. We set limits on the branching fractions of such processes in the mass ranges $M_{A^{0}} <$ 8.97 $\textrm{GeV/}\textit{c}^{2}$ and $M_χ <$ 4.44 $\textrm{GeV/}\textit{c}^{2}$. This book is the outcome of a joint effort of Belle II collaborators and theorists through the Belle II theory interface platform (B2TiP), an effort that commenced in 2014. The aim of B2TiP was to elucidate the potential impacts of the Belle II program, which includes a wide scope of physics topics: B physics, charm, tau, quarkonium, electroweak precision measurements and dark sector searches. It is composed of nine working groups (WGs), which are coordinated by teams of theorist and experimentalists conveners: Semileptonic and leptonic B decays, Radiative and Electroweak penguins, phi_1 and phi_2 (time-dependent CP violation) measurements, phi_3 measurements, Charmless hadronic B decay, Charm, Quarkonium(like), tau and low-multiplicity processes, new physics and global fit analyses. This book highlights "golden- and silver-channels", i.e. those that would have the highest potential impact in the field. Theorists scrutinised the role of those measurements and estimated the respective theoretical uncertainties, achievable now as well as prospects for the future. Using a sum-of-exclusive technique with invariant $X_s$ mass up to 2.8~GeV/$c^2$, we obtain $Δ_{0-} = \bigl[-0.48 \pm 1.49 {\rm (stat.)} \pm 0.97 {\rm (syst.)} \pm 1.15 {(f_{+-}/f_{00})}\bigr]$\% and $ΔA_{CP} = \bigl[+3.69 \pm 2.65 {\rm (stat.)} \pm 0.76{\rm (syst.)}\bigr]$\%, where the last uncertainty for $Δ_{0-}$ is due to the uncertainty on the production ratio of $B^+B^-$ to $B^0\bar{B}^0$ in $Υ(4S)$ decays. The measured value of $Δ_{0-}$ is consistent with zero, allowing us to constrain the resolved photon contribution in the $B \to X_s γ$, and improve the branching fraction prediction. The result for $ΔA_{CP}$ is consistent with the prediction of the SM. We also measure the direct $CP$ asymmetries for charged and neutral $B \to X_s γ$ decays. We measure a branching fraction of $\mathcal{B}(Υ(2S)\toγη_{b}(1S))=(6.1^{+0.6+0.9}_{-0.7-0.6})\times 10^{-4}$, and derive an $η_{b}(1S)$ mass of $9394.8^{+2.7+4.5}_{-3.1-2.7}$ MeV/$c^{2}$, where the uncertainties are statistical and systematic, respectively. Observation of inclined EeV air showers with the radio detector of the Pierre Auger Observatory

Abstract: With the Auger Engineering Radio Array (AERA) of the Pierre Auger Observatory, we have observed the radio emission from 561 extensive air showers with zenith angles between 60$^\circ$ and 84$^\circ$. In contrast to air showers with more vertical incidence, these inclined air showers illuminate large ground areas of several km$^2$ with radio signals detectable in the 30 to 80\,MHz band. A compariso… ▽ More With the Auger Engineering Radio Array (AERA) of the Pierre Auger Observatory, we have observed the radio emission from 561 extensive air showers with zenith angles between 60$^\circ$ and 84$^\circ$. In contrast to air showers with more vertical incidence, these inclined air showers illuminate large ground areas of several km$^2$ with radio signals detectable in the 30 to 80\,MHz band. A comparison of the measured radio-signal amplitudes with Monte Carlo simulations of a subset of 50 events for which we reconstruct the energy using the Auger surface detector shows agreement within the uncertainties of the current analysis. As expected for forward-beamed radio emission undergoing no significant absorption or scattering in the atmosphere, the area illuminated by radio signals grows with the zenith angle of the air shower. Inclined air showers with EeV energies are thus measurable with sparse radio-antenna arrays with grid sizes of a km or more. This is particularly attractive as radio detection provides direct access to the energy in the electromagnetic cascade of an air shower, which in case of inclined air showers is not accessible by arrays of particle detectors on the ground. △ Less

Observation of an excited $Ω^-$ baryon

Abstract: Using data recorded with the Belle detector, we observe a new excited hyperon, an $Ω^{*-}$ candidate decaying into $Ξ^0K^-$ and $Ξ^-K^0_S$ with a mass of $2012.4\pm0.7\ {\rm (stat)\pm\ 0.6\ (\rm syst)}\ {\rm MeV}/c^2$ and a width of $Γ=6.4^{+2.5}_{-2.0}\ {\rm(stat)}\pm1.6\ {\rm(syst)}\ {\rm MeV}$. The $Ω^{*-}$ is seen primarily in $Υ(1S), Υ(2S)$, and $Υ(3S)$ decays. Abstract: We report the measurement of gamma gamma to eta_c(1S), eta_c(2S) to eta' pi+ pi- with eta' decays to gamma rho and eta pi+ pi- using 941 fb^{-1} of data collected with the Belle detector at the KEKB asymmetric-energy e+e- collider. First observation of eta_c(2S) to eta' pi+ pi- with a significance of 5.5sigma including systematic error is obtained, and the eta_c(2S) mass is measured to be M = [3635.1\pm3.7~(stat.)\pm2.9~(syst.)] MeV/c^{2}. The products of the two-photon decay width and branching fraction (B) of decays to eta'pi+ pi- are determined to be Γ_{gamma gamma}B = [65.4\pm2.6~(stat.)\pm6.9~(syst.)] eV for eta_c(1S) and [5.6^{+1.2}_{-1.1}~(stat.)\pm1.1~(syst.)] eV for eta_c(2S). A new decay mode for the eta_c(1S) to eta'f_0(2080) with f_0(2080) to pi+ pi- is observed with a statistical significance of 20sigma. The f_0(2080) mass and width are determined to be M = [2083^{+63}_{-66}~(stat.)\pm 32~(syst.)] MeV/c^{2} and Γ= [178^{+60}_{-178}~(stat.) \pm 55~(syst.)] MeV. The cross sections for gamma gamma to eta' pi+ pi- and eta'f_{2}(1270) are measured for the first time. △ Less

Abstract: The first search for $Z_{c}$ pair production in $Υ(1S)$ and $Υ(2S)$ decays and in $e^{+}e^{-}$ annihilation at $\sqrt{s}$ = 10.52, 10.58, and 10.867 GeV is conducted using data collected with the Belle detector at the KEKB asymmetric energy electron-positron collider. The analysis is performed with a combination of the final data sets of the \babar\ and Belle experiments containing $471 \times 10^{6}$ and $772 \times 10^{6}$ $B\bar{B}$ pairs collected at the $Υ\left(4S\right)$ resonance at the asymmetric-energy B factories PEP-II at SLAC and KEKB at KEK, respectively. We measure $\sin{2β} = 0.80 \pm 0.14 \,(\rm{stat.}) \pm 0.06 \,(\rm{syst.}) \pm 0.03 \,(\rm{model})$ and $\cos{2β} = 0.91 \pm 0.22 \,(\rm{stat.}) \pm 0.09 \,(\rm{syst.}) \pm 0.07 \,(\rm{model})$. The result for the direct measurement of the angle is $β= \left( 22.5 \pm 4.4 \,(\rm{stat.}) \pm 1.2 \,(\rm{syst.}) \pm 0.6 \,(\rm{model}) \right)^{\circ}$. The last quoted uncertainties are due to the composition of the $D^{0} \to K_{S}^{0} π^{+} π^{-}$ decay amplitude model, which is newly established by a Dalitz plot amplitude analysis of a high-statistics $e^{+}e^{-} \to c\bar{c}$ data sample as part of this analysis. We find the first evidence for $\cos2β>0$ at the level of $3.7$ standard deviations. The measurement excludes the trigonometric multifold solution $π/2 - β= (68.1 \pm 0.7)^{\circ}$ at the level of $7.3$ standard deviations and therefore resolves an ambiguity in the determination of the apex of the CKM Unitarity Triangle. The hypothesis of $β= 0^{\circ}$ is ruled out at the level of $5.1$ standard deviations, and thus CP violation is observed in $B^{0} \to D^{(*)} h^{0}$ decays. △ Less

Abstract: We report the result of a search for the decay $B^{-}\toμ^{-}\barν_μ$. The signal events are selected based on the presence of a high momentum muon and the topology of the rest of the event showing properties of a generic $B$-meson decay, as well as the missing energy and momentum being consistent with the hypothesis of a neutrino from the signal decay. We find a 2.4 standard deviation excess abov… ▽ More We report the result of a search for the decay $B^{-}\toμ^{-}\barν_μ$. The signal events are selected based on the presence of a high momentum muon and the topology of the rest of the event showing properties of a generic $B$-meson decay, as well as the missing energy and momentum being consistent with the hypothesis of a neutrino from the signal decay. We find a 2.4 standard deviation excess above background including systematic uncertainties, which corresponds to a branching fraction of ${\cal B}(B^{-}\toμ^{-}\barν_μ) =(6.46 \pm 2.22 \pm 1.60 )\times10^{-7}$ or a frequentist 90% confidence level interval on the $B^{-}\toμ^{-}\barν_μ$ branching fraction of $[2.9, 10.7]\times 10^{-7}$. This result is obtained from a $711\ \text{fb}^{-1}$ data sample that contains $772 \times 10^6$ $B\bar{B}$ pairs, collected near the $Υ(4S)$ resonance with the Belle detector at the KEKB asymmetric-energy $e^+ e^-$ collider. △ Less

Observation of $Ξ_{c}(2930)^0$ and updated measurement of $B^{-} \to K^{-} Λ_{c}^{+} \barΛ_{c}^{-}$ at Belle

Abstract: We report the first observation of the $Ξ_{c}(2930)^0$ charmed-strange baryon with a significance greater than 5$σ$. The $Ξ_{c}(2930)^0$ is found in its decay to $K^- Λ_{c}^+$ in $B^{-} \to K^{-} Λ_{c}^{+} \barΛ_{c}^{-}$ decays. The measured mass and width are $[2928.9 \pm 3.0(\rm stat.)^{+0.9}_{-12.0}(\rm syst.)]$ MeV/$c^{2}$ and $[19.5 \pm 8.4(\rm stat.) ^{+5.9}_{-7.9}(\rm syst.)]$ MeV, respecti… ▽ More We report the first observation of the $Ξ_{c}(2930)^0$ charmed-strange baryon with a significance greater than 5$σ$. The measured mass and width are $[2928.9 \pm 3.0(\rm stat.)^{+0.9}_{-12.0}(\rm syst.)]$ MeV/$c^{2}$ and $[19.5 \pm 8.4(\rm stat.) ^{+5.9}_{-7.9}(\rm syst.)]$ MeV, respectively, and the product branching fraction is ${\cal B}(B^{-} \to Ξ_{c}(2930)^0 \barΛ_{c}^{-}) {\cal B}(Ξ_{c}(2930)^0 \to K^- Λ_{c}^{+})=[1.73 \pm 0.45(\rm stat.) \pm 0.21(\rm syst.)]\times 10^{-4}$. We also measure ${\cal B}(B^{-} \to K^{-} Λ_{c}^{+} \barΛ_{c}^{-}) = [4.80 \pm 0.43(\rm stat.) \pm 0.60(\rm syst.)] \times 10^{-4}$ with improved precision, and search for the charmonium-like state $Y(4660)$ and its spin partner, $Y_η$, in the $Λ_{c}^{+}\barΛ_{c}^{-}$ invariant mass spectrum. No clear signals of the $Y(4660)$ nor its spin partner are observed and the 90\% credibility level (C.L.) upper limits on their production rates are determined. Abstract: We report a measurement of the cross section for $K^0_S$ pair production in single-tag two-photon collisions, $γ^* γ\to K^0_S K^0_S$, for $Q^2$ up to 30 GeV$^2$, where $Q^2$ is the negative of the invariant mass squared of the tagged photon. Abstract: We search for $CP$ violation in the charged charm meson decay $D^{+}\toπ^{+}π^{0}$, based on a data sample corresponding to an integrated luminosity of $\rm 921~fb^{-1}$ collected by the Belle experiment at the KEKB $e^{+}e^{-}$ asymmetric-energy collider. Search for light tetraquark states in $Υ(1S)$ and $Υ(2S)$ decays

Abstract: We search for the $J^{PC}=0^{--}$ and $1^{+-}$ light tetraquark states with masses up to 2.46~GeV/$c^2$ in $Υ(1S)$ and $Υ(2S)$ decays with data samples of $(102\pm 2)$ million and $(158\pm 4)$ million events, respectively, collected with the Belle detector. No significant signals are observed in any of the studied production modes, and 90\% credibility level (C.L.) upper limits on their branching… ▽ More We search for the $J^{PC}=0^{--}$ and $1^{+-}$ light tetraquark states with masses up to 2.46~GeV/$c^2$ in $Υ(1S)$ and $Υ(2S)$ decays with data samples of $(102\pm 2)$ million and $(158\pm 4)$ million events, respectively, collected with the Belle detector. No significant signals are observed in any of the studied production modes, and 90\% credibility level (C.L.) upper limits on their branching fractions in $Υ(1S)$ and $Υ(2S)$ decays are obtained. The inclusive branching fractions of the $Υ(1S)$ and $Υ(2S)$ decays into final states with $f_1(1285)$ are measured to be ${\cal B}(Υ(1S)\to f_1(1285)+anything)=(46\pm28({\rm stat.})\pm13({\rm syst.}))\times 10^{-4}$ and ${\cal B}(Υ(2S)\to f_1(1285)+anything)=(22\pm15({\rm stat.})\pm6.3({\rm syst.}))\times 10^{-4}$. The measured $χ_{b2} \to J/ψ+ anything$ branching fraction is measured to be $(1.50\pm0.34({\rm stat.})\pm0.22({\rm syst.}))\times 10^{-3}$, and 90\% C.L. upper limits for the $χ_{b0,b1} \to J/ψ+ anything$ branching fractions are found to be $2.3\times 10^{-3}$ and $1.1\times 10^{-3}$, respectively. For ${\cal B}(χ_{b1} \to ω+ anything)$, the branching fraction is measured to be $(4.9\pm1.3({\rm stat.})\pm0.6({\rm syst.}))\times 10^{-2}$. %($<3.68\times 10^{-2}$ at 90\% C.L.). We do not observe significant signals for $X(3872)$ nor $X(3915)$, and set the 90$\%$ confidence level upper limits: ${\cal B}(B^{+} \to X(3872) K^{+} )<2.7 \times 10^{-4}$ and ${\cal B}(B^{+} \to X(3915) K^{+} )<2.9 \times 10^{-4}$. These represent the most stringent upper limit for ${\cal B}(B^{+} \to X(3872) K^{+} )$ to date and the first measurement for ${\cal B}(B^{+} \to X(3915) K^{+} )$. The measured branching fractions for $η_{c}$ and $η_{c}(2S)$ are the most precise to date: ${\cal B}(B^{+} \to η_{c} K^{+} )=(12.3\pm0.8\pm0.7) \times 10^{-4}$ and ${\cal B}(B^{+} \to η_{c}(2S)K^{+}) =(4.9\pm1.1\pm0.3) \times 10^{-4}$ , where the first and second uncertainties are statistical and systematic, respectively. △ Less

Abstract: We study hadronic transitions between bottomonium states using 496 fb$^{-1}$ data collected at the $Υ(4S)$ resonance with the Belle detector at the KEKB asymmetric energy $e^{+}e^{-}$ collider. We measure: ${\cal B}(Υ(4S)\toπ^+π^-Υ(1S))=(8.2\pm 0.5 {\rm(stat.)} \pm 0.4 {\rm(syst.)})\times10^{-5}$, ${\cal B}(Υ(4S)\toπ^+π^-Υ(2S))=(7.9\pm 1.0 {\rm(stat.)} \pm 0.4 {\rm(syst.)})\times10^{-5}$, and… ▽ More We study hadronic transitions between bottomonium states using 496 fb$^{-1}$ data collected at the $Υ(4S)$ resonance with the Belle detector at the KEKB asymmetric energy $e^{+}e^{-}$ collider. We measure the ratio of branching fractions ${\cal R} = {\cal B}(Υ(4S)\toηΥ(1S))/{\cal B}(Υ(4S)\toπ^+π^-Υ(1S)) = 2.07\pm 0.30 {\rm(stat.)} \pm 0.11 {\rm(syst.)}$. We search for the decay $Υ(1^3D_{1,2})\toηΥ(1S)$, but do not find significant evidence for such a transition. We also measure the initial state radiation production cross sections of the $Υ(2S,3S)$ resonances and we find values compatible with the expected ones. Finally, the analysis of the $Υ(4S)\toπ^+π^-Υ(1S)$ events shows indications for a resonant contribution due to the $f_0(980)$ meson. △ Less

Evidence for Isospin Violation and Measurement of $CP$ Asymmetries in $B \to K^{\ast}(892) γ$

Abstract: We report the first evidence for isospin violation in $B \to K^* γ$ and the first measurement of difference of $CP$ asymmetries between $B^+ \to K^{*+} γ$ and $B^0 \to K^{*0} γ$. This analysis is based on the data sample containing $772 \times 10^6 B\bar{B}$ pairs that was collected with the Belle detector at the KEKB energy-asymmetric $e^+ e^-$ collider. We find evidence for the isospin violation with a significance of 3.1$σ$, $Δ_{0+} = (+6.2 \pm 1.5 ({\rm stat.}) \pm 0.6 ({\rm syst.}) \pm 1.2 (f_{+-}/f_{00}))$\%, where the third uncertainty is due to the uncertainty on the fraction of $B^+B^-$ to $B^0\bar{B}^0$ production in $Υ(4S)$ decays. The measured value is consistent with predictions of the SM. The result for the difference of $CP$ asymmetries is $ΔA_{CP} = (+2.4 \pm 2.8({\rm stat.}) \pm 0.5({\rm syst.}))$\%, consistent with zero. The measured branching fractions and $CP$ asymmetries for charged and neutral $B$ meson decays are the most precise to date. Search for $Λ_c^+\toφp π^0$ and branching fraction measurement of $Λ_c^+\to K^-π^+ p π^0$

Abstract: We have searched for the Cabibbo-suppressed decay $Λ_c^+\toφpπ^0$ in $e^+e^-$ collisions using a data sample corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 915 $\rm fb^{-1}$. The data were collected by the Belle experiment at the KEKB $e^+e^-$ asymmetric-energy collider running at or near the $Υ(4S)$ and $Υ(5S)$ resonances. No significant signal is observed, and we set an upper limit on the branchin… ▽ More We have searched for the Cabibbo-suppressed decay $Λ_c^+\toφpπ^0$ in $e^+e^-$ collisions using a data sample corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 915 $\rm fb^{-1}$. The data were collected by the Belle experiment at the KEKB $e^+e^-$ asymmetric-energy collider running at or near the $Υ(4S)$ and $Υ(5S)$ resonances. No significant signal is observed, and we set an upper limit on the branching fraction of $\mathcal{B}(Λ_c^+\to φpπ^0) <15.3\times10^{-5}$ at 90% confidence level. The contribution for nonresonant $Λ_c^+\to K^+K^- pπ^0$ decays is found to be consistent with zero and the corresponding upper limit on its branching fraction is set to be $\mathcal{B}(Λ_c^+\to K^+K^-pπ^0)_{\rm NR} <6.3\times10^{-5} $ at 90% confidence level. We also measure the branching fraction for the Cabibbo-favored decay $Λ_c^+\to K^-π^+pπ^0$; the result is $\mathcal{B}(Λ_c^+\to K^-π^+pπ^0)= (4.42\pm0.05\, (\rm stat.) \pm 0.12\, (\rm syst.) \pm 0.16\, (\mathcal{B}_{\rm Norm}))\%$, which is the most precise measurement to date. Finally, we have searched for an intermediate hidden-strangeness pentaquark decay $P^+_s\toφp$. We see no evidence for this intermediate decay and set an upper limit on the product branching fraction of ${\cal B}(Λ_c^+\to P^+_s π^0)\times {\cal B}(P^+_s\toφp) <8.3\times 10^{-5}$ at 90% confidence level. △ Less

Abstract: The inclusive cross sections for di-hadrons of charged pions and kaons ($e^+e^- \rightarrow hhX$) in electron-positron annihilation are reported. They are obtained as a function of the total fractional energy and invariant mass for any di-hadron combination in the same hemisphere as defined by the thrust event-shape variable and its axis. These di-hadron fragmentation functions are needed as an unpolarized baseline in order to quantitatively understand related spin-dependent measurements in other processes and to apply them to the extraction of quark transversity distribution functions in the nucleon. The $K^{+}K^{-}$ invariant mass distribution of the signal candidates shows an excess in the region below $1.5$ GeV/$c^2$, which is consistent with the previous studies from BaBar and LHCb. Unfolded differential decay rates of four kinematic variables fully describing the $\bar B^0 \to D^{*\,+} \, \ell^- \, \bar ν_\ell$ decay in the $B$-meson rest frame are presented. We measure the total branching fraction $\mathcal{B}( \bar B^0 \to D^{*\,+} \, \ell^- \, \bar ν_\ell ) = \left(4.95 \pm 0.11 \pm 0.22 \right) \times 10^{-2}$, where the errors are statistical and systematic respectively. The value of $\left|V_{cb} \right|$ is determined to be $\left( 37.4 \pm 1.3 \right) \times 10^{-3}$. Both results are in good agreement with current world averages. △ Less
