Abstract:
The $K^{+} \to π^{+}π^{0}π^{0}γ$ decay is observed by the OKA collaboration. The branching ratio is measured to be $(4.1 \pm 0.9(stat) \pm 0.4(syst))\times 10^{-6}$. The branching ratio and $γ$ energy spectrum are consistent with ChPT prediction.

The paper presents a measurement of the T-odd correlation in radiation decay \boldmath $K^+ \rightarrow π^{0} e^{+} ν_{e} γ$ performed on the installation of the 101200 candidate events of the investigated decay were identified. Measured correlation $ξ_{πe γ}$ -is a mixed product of moments $e^{+}$, $π^{0}$, $γ$ in the kaon rest system, normalized by $M^{3}_{K}$. To assess the asymmetry of the distribution by $ξ_{πe γ}$ the value used is $A_ξ= \frac {N_{+}-N_{-}} {N_{+}+N_{-}}$, where $N_{+(-)}$ is the number of events with $ξ$ greater than (less than) zero. For the $A_ξ$ asymmetry, the value is obtained $A_ξ = (+0.1 \pm 3.9($stat.$) \pm1.7($syst.$))\times10^{-3}$ or $|A_ξ| < 5.4\times10^{-3} (90\%~ CL)$

The differential spectra over the photon energy and the photon-electron opening angle in kaon rest frame are presented. In particular, the branching ratio for $E^{*}_γ>30$ MeV and $Θ^{*}_{e γ}>20^{\circ}$ is measured R = $\frac{Br(K^+ \rightarrow π^{0} e^{+} ν_{e} γ) } {Br(K^+ \rightarrow π^{0} e^{+} ν_{e})} $ = =(0.587$\pm$0.010($stat.$)$\pm$0.015($syst.$))$\times10^{-2}$, which is in a good agreement with ChPT $O(p^{4})$ calculations.

Abstract:
A precise measurement of the vector and axial-vector form factors difference $F_V-F_A$ in the $K^+\rightarrow{μ^+}{ν_μ}γ$ decay is presented. About 95K events of $K^+\rightarrow{μ^+}{ν_μ}γ$ are selected in the OKA experiment. The result is $F_V-F_A=0.134\pm0.021(stat)\pm0.027(syst)$. Both errors are smaller than in the previous $F_V-F_A$ measurements.

The measured energy spectrum of the decay photon is compared with the prediction of the chiral perturbation theory to O$(p^{4})$. A search for an up-down asymmetry of the photon with respect to the hadronic system decay plane is also performed.

The missing mass analysis was performed to search for the decay channel $K^{+}\toμ^{+}ν_{H}$ with a hypothetic stable heavy neutrino in the final state. The obtained missing mass spectrum does not show peaks which could be attributed to existence of stable heavy neutrinos in the mass range (220 $< m_{ν_{H}} <$ 375) MeV$/c^{2}$. As a result, we obtain upper limits on the branching ratio and on the value of the mixing element $|U_{μH}|^{2}$.

A search for narrow Theta(1540)^+, a candidate for pentaquark baryon with positive strangeness, has been performed in an exclusive proton-induced reaction p+C(N) \to Theta^+ \bar{K}^0 + C(N) on carbon nuclei or quasifree nucleons at E_{beam}=70 GeV (sqrt{s} = 11.5 GeV) studying nK^+, pK_S and pK_L decay channels of Theta(1540)^+ in four different final states of the Theta^+ \bar{K}^0 system. In order to assess the quality of the identification of the final states with neutron or K_L we reconstructed Lambda(1520)\to nK_S and phi\to K_LK_S decays in the calibration reactions p+C(N)\to Lambda(1520)K^+ + C(N) and p+C(N)\to pφ+ C(N). We found no evidence for narrow pentaquark peak in any of the studied final states and decay channels. Assuming that the production characteristics of the Theta^+ \bar{K^0} system are not drastically different from those of the Lambda(1520)K^+ and pφsystems, we established upper limits on the cross section ratios sigma(Theta^+\bar{K}^0)/sigma(Lambda(1520)K^+) < 0.02 and sigma(Theta^+\bar{K}^0)/sigma(pφ) < 0.15 at 90% CL and a preliminary upper limit for the forward hemisphere cross section sigma(Theta^+\bar{K}^0) < 30 nb/nucleon.

Abstract:
The radiative decay Λ(1520) --> Λγwas measured directly in the study of exclusive diffractive-like reaction p + N --> Λ(1520) K^+ + N, Λ(1520) --> Λγwith the SPHINX spectrometer. The values of the branching and partial width of this radiative decay were obtained: BR[Λ(1520) --> Λγ] = (1.02+/-0.21(stat)+/-0.15(syst))x10^{-2} and Γ[Λ(1520) --> Λγ] = 159+/-33(stat)+/-26(syst) keV.

Improved Measurement of the K+ to pi+ nu nubar Branching Ratio
Authors:
E949 Collaboration,

Abstract:
An additional event near the upper kinematic limit for K+ to pi+ nu nubar has been observed by Experiment E949 at Brookhaven National Laboratory. Combining previously reported and new data, the branching ratio is B(K+ to pi+ nu nubar)= 1.47 (+1.30, - 0.89) x 10-10 based on three events observed in the pion momentum region 211<P<229 MeV/c. At the measured central value of the branching ratio, the…

At the measured central value of the branching ratio, the additional event had a signal-to-background ratio of 0.9.
