There is multiple databases contain datasets of TP53 gene and its tumor protein P53 which believed to be involved in over 50% of human cancers cases, these databases are rich as datasets covered all mutations caused diseases (cancers), but they haven't efficient mining method can classify and diagnosis mutations patient's then predict the cancer of that patient. This paper proposed a novel mining of cancer via mutations because there is no mining method before offers friendly, effective and flexible predict or diagnosis of cancers via using whole common database of TP53 gene (tumor protein P53) as dataset and selecting a minimum number of fields in training and testing quick propagation algorithm which supporting this miming method. Simulating quick propagation network for the train dataset shows results the Correlation (0.9999), R-squared (0.9998) and mean of Absolute Relative Error (0.0029), while the training for the ALL datasets (train, test and validation dataset) have results the Correlation (0.9993), R-squared (0.9987) and mean of Absolute Relative Error (0.0057).

Till now the academic institutes in Kurdistan region not connected via network with each other and with research centers worldwide, this paper suggests design an optical IP-Network for academic Kurdistan region based on DWDM (Dense wavelength Division Multiplexer) backbone. The design has been developed using minimum spanning tree between the main realistic locations for campuses in each province were calculated using Prim's algorithm in province level. This proposed network simulated using OPENT IT GURU, and then information was collected using GPS and GIS about the campuses (to obtain realistic locations) of each university in university level, finally unique design model was assumed for each campus in campus level. Simulation the proposed design shows results of delay, traffic sends, traffic receives; utility, performance (packet/second) and throughput are measured in the case of heavy load. Addition to that the hub based network has longer response time than the switch based network. Key words: IP-Network, OPNET, DWDM, Prim's algorithm, Intranet, GPS and GIS.

The GRS is a one of the important units in Erbil Power Station EPS, which is responsible on controlling gas pressure and gas temperature this unit previously works manually. The local control panel for GRS system contains two types of digital signals the first one indicated by Light Emitting Diodes LED to point normal operations, fault and alarm, and event of operations while the second indicated by ON-OFF switches, which consists of two types the push buttons switch and mode selector switch. To overcome human in manual control faults in controlling GRS systems, automation system becomes the best solution. The purpose of this research is to design and implement embedded automation system that can be used to control a GRS automatically through a GUI and from remote location by using programmable interface controller (PIC16F877A). In this research the (PIC) software which is based on (C language), developed by Microchip (MPLAB) is used in programming a PIC microcontroller, then Visual Basic is used in the construction of GUI, the RS-232 serial cable is used as a connector between PIC and PC. Implement the proposed design and test it as a first system shows all operations of GRS successful were converted into full computerize controlling (with the ability of full automatic control) from remote location through proposed GUI.
