Object tracking is a fundamental task in computer vision with broad practical applications across various domains, including traffic monitoring, robotics, and autonomous vehicle tracking. In this project, we aim to develop a sophisticated aerial vehicle system known as Track Anything Rapter (TAR), designed to detect, segment, and track objects of interest based on user-provided multimodal queries, such as text, images, and clicks. TAR utilizes cutting-edge pre-trained models like DINO, CLIP, and SAM to estimate the relative pose of the queried object. The tracking problem is approached as a Visual Servoing task, enabling the UAV to consistently focus on the object through advanced motion planning and control algorithms. We showcase how the integration of these foundational models with a custom high-level control algorithm results in a highly stable and precise tracking system deployed on a custom-built PX4 Autopilot-enabled Voxl2 M500 drone. To validate the tracking algorithm's performance, we compare it against Vicon-based ground truth. Additionally, we evaluate the reliability of the foundational models in aiding tracking in scenarios involving occlusions. Finally, we test and validate the model's ability to work seamlessly with multiple modalities, such as click, bounding box, and image templates.

The objective of the research is to propose an IoT-based solution to aquaculture that increases efficiency and productivity. The article presented a system that collects data using sensors, analyzes them using a machine learning model, generates decisions with the help of Artificial Intelligence (AI), and sends notifications to the user. The proposed system has been implemented and tested to validate and achieve a satisfactory result.

Nearly 30% of the people in the rural areas of Bangladesh are below the poverty level. Moreover, due to the unavailability of modernized healthcare-related technology, nursing and diagnosis facilities are limited for rural people. Therefore, rural people are deprived of proper healthcare. In this perspective, modern technology can be facilitated to mitigate their health problems. ECG sensing tools are interfaced with the human chest, and requisite cardiovascular data is collected through an IoT device. These data are stored in the cloud incorporates with the MQTT and HTTP servers. An innovative IoT-based method for ECG monitoring systems on cardiovascular or heart patients has been suggested in this study. The ECG signal parameters P, Q, R, S, T are collected, pre-processed, and predicted to monitor the cardiovascular conditions for further health management. The machine learning algorithm is used to determine the significance of ECG signal parameters and error rate. The logistic regression model fitted the better agreements between the train and test data. The prediction has been performed to determine the variation of PQRST quality and its suitability in the ECG Monitoring System. Considering the values of quality parameters, satisfactory results are obtained. The proposed IoT-based ECG system reduces the health care cost and complexity of cardiovascular diseases in the future.

In the modern world, satellite images play a key role in forest management and degradation monitoring. For a precise quantification of forest land cover changes, the availability of spatially fine resolution data is a necessity. Since 1972, NASAs LANDSAT Satellites are providing terrestrial images covering every corner of the earth, which have been proved to be a highly useful resource for terrestrial change analysis and have been used in numerous other sectors. However, freely accessible satellite images are, generally, of medium to low resolution which is a major hindrance to the precision of the analysis. Hence, we performed a comprehensive study to prove our point that, enhancement of resolution by Super-Resolution Convolutional Neural Network (SRCNN) will lessen the chance of misclassification of pixels, even under the established recognition methods. We tested the method on original LANDSAT-7 images of different regions of Sundarbans and their upscaled versions which were produced by bilinear interpolation, bicubic interpolation, and SRCNN respectively and it was discovered that SRCNN outperforms the others by a significant amount.

The problem of class imbalance is extensive for focusing on numerous applications in the real world. In such a situation, nearly all of the examples are labeled as one class called majority class, while far fewer examples are labeled as the other class usually, the more important class is called minority. Over the last few years, several types of research have been carried out on the issue of class imbalance, including data sampling, cost-sensitive analysis, Genetic Programming based models, bagging, boosting, etc. Nevertheless, in this survey paper, we enlisted the 24 related studies in the years 2003, 2008, 2010, 2012 and 2014 to 2019, focusing on the architecture of single, hybrid, and ensemble method design to understand the current status of improving classification output in machine learning techniques to fix problems with class imbalances. This survey paper also includes a statistical analysis of the classification algorithms under various methods and several other experimental conditions, as well as datasets used in different research papers.

Heterogeneous applications could be assimilated within the same wireless sensor network with the aid of modern motes that have multiple sensor boards on a single radio board. Different types of data generated from such types of motes might have different transmission characteristics in terms of priority, transmission rate, required bandwidth, tolerable packet loss, delay demands etc. Considering a sensor network consisting of such multi-purpose nodes, in this paper we propose Prioritized Heterogeneous Traffic-oriented Congestion Control Protocol (PHTCCP) which ensures efficient rate control for prioritized heterogeneous traffic. Our protocol uses intra-queue and inter-queue priorities for ensuring feasible transmission rates of heterogeneous data. It also guarantees efficient link utilization by using dynamic transmission rate adjustment. Detailed analysis and simulation results are presented along with the description of our protocol to demonstrate its effectiveness in handling prioritized heterogeneous traffic in wireless sensor networks.
