In this paper, we will consider a governance token pricing algorithm that conducts liquidity operations on AMM (CPMM) DEXs (automated market maker decentralized exchanges) with liquidity that belongs to a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO), also called protocol-owned liquidity (POL). The primary aim of the protocol is maintaining a price peg by determining algorithmically when and how to carry out interventions that consist of two steps: extracting liquidity from an AMM liquidity pool and conducting "token swap" operations. We will cover setting up an optimal peg function as a weighted sum of certain normalized factors, which are to be determined collectively by the DAO. In particular, we will review various arithmetic invariants of liquidity intervention, which brings the price to a peg while leaving total liquidity intact, and show how such interventions can be substituted in practice by so-called PMM (proactive market maker) protocols.

This paper discusses the issues with liquidity that inhibit adoption of so-called wrapped tokens, i.e. digital assets issued in one blockchain ecosystem (origin) with representation in other blockchain networks (destination), and an incentive model and a governance mechanism for solving these issues are suggested. The proposed liquidity model called Graviton can be implemented both within the framework of a single destination chain, or as a blockchain-agnostic solution combining various blockchain platforms together and providing liquidity to wrapped tokens in each of them. This model does not depend on how cross-chain transfer gateways are implemented, and can work with both centralized gates and bridges, or decentralized trustless gateways, as well as gateways based on oracle networks and threshold signatures.

This document is a specialized technical description of one of the potential implementations of a second layer protocol over Gravity, a blockchain-/token-agnostic decentralized oracle protocol. The SuSy protocol prescribes an implementation of cross-chain transfers of digital assets (tokens) in blockchain networks that support smart contracts, focused primarily on popular blockchains with varying architectures, consensuses and cryptography. SuSy is centered exclusively around technical implementation of transfers, without bringing any incentive models for cross-chain transfer providers. In addition, we describe the most popular inter-chain communication solutions such as Polkadot, Cosmos Hub, Rainbow and RenVM, as a backdrop for the new solution proposed in this paper.

This paper intends to propose the architecture of a blockchain-agnostic protocol designed for communication of blockchains amongst each other (i.e. cross-chain), and for blockchains with the outside world (i.e. data oracles). The expansive growth of cutting-edge technology in the blockchain industry outlines the need and opportunity for addressing oracle consensus in a manner both technologically and economically efficient as well as futureproof. Blockchain-agnosticism is inherently limited if proposing a technological solution involves adding one more architectural layer. As such, Gravity protocol is designed to be a truly blockchain-agnostic protocol. By ensuring parity through direct integration and by leveraging the stability and security of the respective interconnected ecosystems, Gravity circumvents the need for a dedicated, public blockchain and a native token. Ultimately, Gravity protocol intends to address scalability challenges by providing a solid infrastructure for the creation of gateways, cross-chain applications, and sidechains. This paper introduces and defines the concept of Oracle Consensus and its implementation in the Gravity protocol named the Pulse Consensus algorithm. The proposed consensus architecture allows Gravity to be considered a singular decentralized blockchain-agnostic oracle.
