Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) has been used as a metric to measure the negative impacts and enhance positive outcomes of companies in areas such as the environment, society, and governance. Recently, investors have increasingly recognized the significance of ESG criteria in their investment choices, leading businesses to integrate ESG principles into their operations and strategies. The Multi-Lingual ESG Issue Identification (ML-ESG) shared task encompasses the classification of news documents into 35 distinct ESG issue labels. In this study, we explored multiple strategies harnessing BERT language models to achieve accurate classification of news documents across these labels. Our analysis revealed that the RoBERTa classifier emerged as one of the most successful approaches, securing the second-place position for the English test dataset, and sharing the fifth-place position for the French test dataset. Furthermore, our SVM-based binary model tailored for the Chinese language exhibited exceptional performance, earning the second-place rank on the test dataset.

Background: Robotic technologies involved in skin laser are emerging. Objective: To compare the accuracy, efficacy and safety of novel robotic prototype with human operator in laser operation performance for skin photo-rejuvenation. Methods: Seventeen subjects were enrolled in a prospective, comparative split-face trial. Q-switch 1064nm laser conducted by the robotic prototype was provided on the right side of the face and that by the professional practitioner on the left. Each subject underwent a single time, one-pass, non-overlapped treatment on an equal size area of the forehead and cheek. Objective assessments included: treatment duration, laser irradiation shots, laser coverage percentage, VISIA parameters, skin temperature and the VAS pain scale. Results: Average time taken by robotic manipulator was longer than human operator; the average number of irradiation shots of both sides had no significant differences. Laser coverage rate of robotic manipulator (60.2 +-15.1%) was greater than that of human operator (43.6 +-12.9%). The VISIA parameters showed no significant differences between robotic manipulator and human operator. No short or long-term side effects were observed with maximum VAS score of 1 point. Limitations: Only one section of laser treatment was performed. Conclusion: Laser operation by novel robotic prototype is more reliable, stable and accurate than human operation.

In the traditional text style transfer model, the text style is generally relied on by experts knowledge and hand-designed rules, but with the application of deep learning in the field of natural language processing, the text style transfer method based on deep learning Started to be heavily researched. In recent years, text style transfer is becoming a hot issue in natural language processing research. This article summarizes the research on the text style transfer model based on deep learning in recent years, and summarizes, analyzes and compares the main research directions and progress. In addition, the article also introduces public data sets and evaluation indicators commonly used for text style transfer. Finally, the existing characteristics of the text style transfer model are summarized, and the future development trend of the text style transfer model based on deep learning is analyzed and forecasted.

In this letter, as a proof of concept, we propose a deep learning-based approach to attack the chaos-based image encryption algorithm in \cite{guan2005chaos}. The proposed method first projects the chaos-based encrypted images into the low-dimensional feature space, where essential information of plain images has been largely preserved. With the low-dimensional features, a deconvolutional generator is utilized to regenerate perceptually similar decrypted images to approximate the plain images in the high-dimensional space. Compared with conventional image encryption attack algorithms, the proposed method does not require to manually analyze and infer keys in a time-consuming way. Instead, we directly attack the chaos-based encryption algorithms in a key-independent manner. Moreover, the proposed method can be trained end-to-end. Given the chaos-based encrypted images, a well-trained decryption model is able to automatically reconstruct plain images with high fidelity. In the experiments, we successfully attack the chaos-based algorithm \cite{guan2005chaos} and the decrypted images are visually similar to their ground truth plain images. Experimental results on both static-key and dynamic-key scenarios verify the efficacy of the proposed method.
