The Internet of Things (IoT) is an idea that intends to interface arranged data frameworks to actual items. The Internet of Things (IoT) has applications in pretty much every part of life in this day and age, and stock administration is no special case. IoT gives an answer for this issue by making it simpler to interface every one of the various organizations in a strategic framework utilizing Wireless Sensor Networks. An Interactive Shop** Model and an Automated Inventory Intelligent Management System that uses the Internet of Things to give constant item following, the board, and observing. A study and examination of the commonness of IoT among assembling SMEs is introduced, just as the current impediments and possibilities for permitting prescient investigation. The four examination capacities are depicted alongside an outline of the IoT empowering agents. Future patterns and difficulties in arising innovative work subjects are featured, for example, making IoT advances available to SMEs. The motivation behind this paper is to look at how the Internet of Things is changing our lives and work spaces, just as to feature probably the best strategic approaches, insights, and patterns. Considering the develo** significance of big business IoT and the exploration hole in this field, an IoT design and the IoT administration industry will be examined. A model is needed to choose and send IoT administrations in different authoritative settings.

Folklore, a solid branch of folk literature, is the hallmark of any nation or any society. Such as oral tradition; as proverbs or jokes, it also includes material culture as well as traditional folk beliefs, and various customs. Bengali folklore is as rich in-depth as it is amazing. Nevertheless, in the womb of time, it is determined to sustain its existence. Therefore, our aim in this study is to make our rich folklore more comprehensible to everyone in a more sophisticated computational way. Some studies concluded various aspects of the Bengali language with NLP. Our proposed model is to be specific for Bengali folklore. Technically, it will be the first step towards Bengali natural language processing for studying and analyzing the folklore of Bengal.

Accurate building energy prediction is useful in various applications starting from building energy automation and management to optimal storage control. However, vulnerabilities should be considered when designing building energy prediction models, as intelligent attackers can deliberately influence the model performance using sophisticated attack models. These may consequently degrade the prediction accuracy, which may affect the efficiency and performance of the building energy management systems. In this paper, we investigate the impact of bi-level poisoning attacks on regression models of energy usage obtained from household appliances. Furthermore, an effective countermeasure against the poisoning attacks on the prediction model is proposed in this paper. Attacks and defenses are evaluated on a benchmark dataset. Experimental results show that an intelligent cyber-attacker can poison the prediction model to manipulate the decision. However, our proposed solution successfully ensures defense against such poisoning attacks effectively compared to other benchmark techniques.

Since the dawn of mankind's introduction to powered flights, there have been multiple incidents which can be attributed to aircraft stalls. Most modern-day aircraft are equipped with advanced warning systems to warn the pilots about a potential stall, so that pilots may adopt the necessary recovery measures. But these warnings often have a short window before the aircraft actually enters a stall and require the pilots to act promptly to prevent it. In this paper, we propose a deep learning based approach to predict an Impending stall, well in advance, even before the stall-warning is triggered. We leverage the capabilities of long short-term memory (LSTM) recurrent neural networks (RNN) and propose a novel approach to predict potential stalls from the sequential in-flight sensor data. Three different neural network architectures were explored. The neural network models, trained on 26400 seconds of simulator flight data are able to predict a potential stall with > 95% accuracy, approximately 10 seconds in advance of the stall-warning trigger. This can significantly augment the Pilot's preparedness to handle an unexpected stall and will add an additional layer of safety to the traditional stall warning systems.

Oral lesions are important findings on computed tomography (CT) images. In this study, a fully automatic method to detect oral lesions in mandibular region from dental CT images is proposed. Two methods were developed to recognize two types of lesions namely (1) Close border (CB) lesions and (2) Open border (OB) lesions, which cover most of the lesion types that can be found on CT images. For the detection of CB lesions, fifteen features were extracted from each initial lesion candidates and multi layer perceptron (MLP) neural network was used to classify suspicious regions. Moreover, OB lesions were detected using a rule based image processing method, where no feature extraction or classification algorithm were used. The results were validated using a CT dataset of 52 patients, where 22 patients had abnormalities and 30 patients were normal. Using non-training dataset, CB detection algorithm yielded 71% sensitivity with 0.31 false positives per patient. Furthermore, OB detection algorithm achieved 100% sensitivity with 0.13 false positives per patient. Results suggest that, the proposed framework, which consists of two methods, has the potential to be used in clinical context, and assist radiologists for better diagnosis.
