In manufacturing, many use cases of Industry 4.0 require vendor-neutral and machine-readable information models to describe, implement and execute resource functions. Such models have been researched under the terms capabilities and skills. Standardization of such models is required, but currently not available. This paper presents a reference model developed jointly by members of various organizations in a working group of the Plattform Industrie 4.0. This model covers definitions of most important aspects of capabilities and skills. It can be seen as a basis for further standardization efforts.

Despite significant investment in software infrastructure, machine learning systems, runtimes and compilers do not compose properly. We propose a new design aiming at providing unprecedented degrees of modularity, composability and genericity. This paper discusses a structured approach to the construction of domain-specific code generators for tensor compilers, with the stated goal of improving the productivity of both compiler engineers and end-users. The approach leverages the natural structure of tensor algebra. It has been the main driver for the design of progressive lowering paths in \MLIR. The proposed abstractions and transformations span data structures and control flow with both functional (SSA form) and imperative (side-effecting) semantics. We discuss the implications of this infrastructure on compiler construction and present preliminary experimental results.

Abstract:
We implement a capacitorless model of a VO2 oscillator by introducing into the circuit of a field-effect transistor and a VO2 thermal sensor, which provide negative current feedback with a time delay. We compare the dynamics of current and voltage oscillations on a switch in a circuit with a capacitor and without a capacitor. The oscillation period in the capacitorless model is controlled in a narrow range by changing the distance between the switch and the sensor. The capacitorless model provides the possibility of significant miniaturization of the oscillator circuit, and it is important for the implementation of large arrays of oscillators in oscillatory neural networks to solve the problem of classification and pattern recognition.

Abstract:
The study presents a numerical model of leaky integrate-and-fire neuron created on the basis of $VO_2$ switch. The analogue of the membrane potential in the model is the temperature of the switch channel, and the action potential from neighbouring neurons propagates along the substrate in the form of thermal pulses. We simulated the operation of three neurons and demonstrated that the total effect…

We simulated the operation of three neurons and demonstrated that the total effect happens due to interference of thermal waves in the region of the neuron switching channel. The thermal mechanism of the threshold function operates due to the effect of electrical switching, and the magnitude (temperature) of the threshold can vary by external voltage. The neuron circuit does not contain capacitor, making it possible to produce a network with a high density of components, and has the potential for 3D integration due to the thermal mechanism of neurons interaction.

In this report we described our approach achieves $53\%$ of unweighted accuracy over $7$ emotions and $0.05$ and $0.09$ mean squared errors for arousal and valence in OMG emotion recognition challenge. Our results were obtained with ensemble of single modality models trained on voice and face data from video separately. We consider each stream as a sequence of frames. Next we estimated features from frames and handle it with recurrent neural network. As audio frame we mean short $0.4$ second spectrogram interval. For features estimation for face pictures we used own ResNet neural network pretrained on AffectNet database. Each short spectrogram was considered as a picture and processed by convolutional network too. As a base audio model we used ResNet pretrained in speaker recognition task. Predictions from both modalities were fused on decision level and improve single-channel approaches by a few percent
