Harmonic locus and Calogero-Moser spaces
Abstract: We study the harmonic locus consisting of the monodromy-free Schrödinger operators with rational potential and quadratic growth at infinity. It is known after Oblomkov that it can be identified with the set of all partitions via the Wronskian map for Hermite polynomials. We show that the harmonic locus can also be identified with the subset of the Calogero--Moser space introduced by Wilson, which… ▽ More

Todd polynomials and Hirzebruch numbers
Abstract: In 1956 Hirzebruch found an explicit formula for the denominators of the Todd polynomials, which was proved later in his joint work with Atiyah. We present a new formula for the Todd polynomials in terms of the ``forgotten symmetric functions", which follows from our previous work on complex cobordisms. On Quadrirational Yang-Baxter Maps
Abstract: We use the classification of the quadrirational maps given by Adler, Bobenko and Suris to describe when such maps satisfy the Yang-Baxter relation. We show that the corresponding maps can be characterized by certain singularity invariance condition. This leads to some new families of Yang-Baxter maps corresponding to the geometric symmetries of pencils of quadrics.

Quantum Calogero-Moser systems: a view from infinity
Abstract: Various infinite-dimensional versions of Calogero-Moser operator are discussed in relation with the theory of symmetric functions and representation theory of basic classical Lie superlagebras. This is a version of invited talk given by the second author at XVI International Congress on Mathematical Physics in Prague, August 2009.

Calogero-Moser operators in infinite dimension
Abstract: Various infinite-dimensional versions of the Calogero-Moser operator are discussed. The related class of Jack-Laurent symmetric functions is studied. In the special case when parameter k=-1 the analogue of Jacobi-Trudy formula is given and the relation with representation theory of Lie superlagebra gl(m,n) is discussed.

Whittaker-Hill equation and semifinite-gap Schroedinger operators
Abstract: A periodic one-dimensional Schroedinger operator is called semifinite-gap if every second gap in its spectrum is eventually closed. We construct explicit examples of semifinite-gap Schroedinger operators in trigonometric functions by applying Darboux transformations to the Whittaker-Hill equation. We give a criterion of the regularity of the corresponding potentials and investigate the spectral… ▽ More

Euler characters and super Jacobi polynomials
Abstract: We prove that Euler supercharacters for orthosymplectic Lie superalgebras can be obtained as a certain specialization of super Jacobi polynomials. A new version of Weyl type formula for super Schur functions and specialized super Jacobi polynomials play a key role in the proof.
