Invariant Generalized Complex Structures on Partial Flag Manifolds
Abstract: The aim of this paper is to classify all invariant generalized complex structure on a partial flag manifold $\mathbb{F}_Θ$ with at most four isotropy summands. To classify them all we proved that an invariant generalized almost complex structure on $\mathbb{F}_Θ$ is `constant' in each component of the isotropy representation.

Invariant Generalized Complex Structures on Flag Manifolds
Abstract: Let $G$ be a complex semi-simple Lie group and form its maximal flag manifold $\mathbb{F}=G/P=U/T$ where $P$ is a minimal parabolic subgroup, $U$ a compact real form and $T=U\cap P$ a maximal torus of $U$. The aim of this paper is to study invariant generalized complex structures on $\mathbb{F}$. We describe the invariant generalized almost complex structures on $\mathbb{F}$ and classify which one… ▽ More

Topological String Partition Function on Generalised Conifolds
Abstract: We show that the partition function on a generalised conifold $C_{m,n}$ with ${m+n \choose m}$ crepant resolutions can be equivalently computed on the compound du Val singularity $A_{m+n-1}\times \mathbb C$ with a unique crepant resolution.

New Reversal Mode in Exchange Coupled Antiferromagnetic/Ferromagnetic Disks: Distorted Viscous Vortex
Abstract: Magnetic vortices have generated intense interest in recent years due to their unique reversal mechanisms, fascinating topological properties, and exciting potential applications. Additionally, the exchange coupling of magnetic vortices to antiferromagnets has also been shown to lead to a range of novel phenomena and functionalities. Here we report a new magnetization reversal mode of magnetic vor… ▽ More
