The development of the advanced Radio Frequency Timer of electrons is described. It is based on a helical deflector, which performs circular or elliptical sweeps of keV electrons, by means of 500 MHz radio frequency field. By converting a time distribution of incident electrons to a hit position distribution on a circle or ellipse, this device achieves extremely precise timing. Streak Cameras, based on similar principles, routinely operate in the ps and sub-ps time domain, but have substantial slow readout system. Here, we report a device, where the position sensor, consisting of microchannel plates and a delay-line anode, produces ~ns duration pulses which can be processed by using regular fast electronics. A photon sensor based on this technique, the Radio Frequency Photo-Multiplier Tube (RFPMT), has demonstrated a timing resolution of ~10 ps and a time stability of ~0.5 ps, FWHM. This makes the apparatus highly suited for Time Correlated Single Photon Counting which is widely used in optical microscopy and tomography of biological samples. The first application in lifetime measurements of quantum states of graphene, under construction at the A. I. Alikhanyan National Science Laboratory (AANL), is outlined. This is followed by a description of potential RFPMT applications in time-correlated Diffuse Optical Tomography, time-correlated Stimulated Emission Depletion microscopy, hybrid FRET/STED nanoscopy and Time-of-Flight Positron Emission Tomography.

Abstract:
One of the most prominent features of young objects in the optical range is the presence of emission lines, in particular Ha at 6563A. We present the search's results of PMS stellar objects in the several star forming regions carried out on 2.6 m telescope in Byurakan observatory. We have used the method of slit-less spectroscopy employing a grism in combination with a narrow-band Ha interference filter to detect the objects with Ha emission.

Abstract:
In this work the results of the statistical analysis of the 215 stars with Ha emission in the IC 348 cluster are presented. The sample is completed to R<20.0.The optical radius is about 11 arcmin. The percentage of emission stars increase from bright to fainter objects and to the range of 13.0<R-AR<19.0 reaches 80%. The ratio between WTTau and CCTau objects is 64% and 36%. The 70% of X-ray sources are WTTau stars. The age of WTTau and CTTau objects are about 2*106 years. The age of the non emission stars with a mass less solar is about 2*106 years also, but non emission more massive objects are "older", the age of them is about 7*106 years. The most massive stars with a low level of activity is concentrated in a small dense central core of the cluster with a radius about 1 arcmin, and apparently, they are generated during an earlier wave of star formation in the cluster.

The Wightman function and the vacuum expectation values of the field squared and of the energy-momentum tensor are obtained, for a massive scalar field with an arbitrary curvature coupling parameter, in the region between two infinite parallel plates, on the background of de Sitter spacetime. The field is prepared in the Bunch-Davies vacuum state and is constrained to satisfy Robin boundary conditions on the plates. For the calculation, a mode-summation method is used, supplemented with a variant of the generalized Abel-Plana formula. This allows to explicitly extract the contributions to the expectation values which come from each single boundary, and to expand the second-plate-induced part in terms of exponentially convergent integrals. Several limiting cases of interest are then studied. Moreover, the Casimir forces acting on the plates are evaluated, and it is shown that the curvature of the background spacetime decisively influences the behavior of these forces at separations larger than the curvature scale of de Sitter spacetime. In terms of the curvature coupling parameter and the mass of the field, two very different regimes are realized, which exhibit monotonic and oscillatory behavior of the vacuum expectation values, respectively. The decay of the Casimir force at large plate separation is shown to be power-law (monotonic or oscillating), with independence of the value of the field mass.

Wightman function, the vacuum expectation values of the field squared and the energy-momentum tensor are investigated for a scalar field with general curvature coupling parameter in the geometry of a plate in the de Sitter spacetime. Robin boundary condition for the field operator is assumed on the plate. The vacuum expectation values are presented as the sum of two terms. The first one corresponds to the geometry of de Sitter bulk without boundaries and the second one is induced by the presence of the plate. We show that for non-conformal fields the vacuum energy-momentum tensor is non-diagonal with the off-diagonal component corresponding to the energy flux along the direction perpendicular to the plate. In dependence of the parameters, this flux can be either positive or negative. The asymptotic behavior of the field squared, vacuum energy density and stresses near the plate and at large distances is investigated.

Abstract:
Within the framework of McLaughlin-Scott perturbation theory the equation-of-motion of the dislocation kink in the pinning potential is linearized, assuming the simultaneous influence of ac and dc forces. Based on the equations derived, the probability of kink depinning was studied. The dependencies of the depinning probability on dc and ac forces are analyzed in details.

The long-duration GRB050713a was observed by the MAGIC Telescope, 40 seconds after the burst onset, and followed up for 37 minutes, until twilight. The observation, triggered by a SWIFT alert, covered energies above ~175 GeV. Using standard MAGIC analysis, no evidence for a gamma signal was found. As the redshift of the GRB was not measured directly, the flux upper limit, estimated by MAGIC, is still compatible with the assumption of an unbroken power-law spectrum extending from a few hundred keV to our energy range.
