Solution of the Bosonic and Algebraic Hamiltonians by using AIM
Abstract: We apply the notion of asymptotic iteration method (AIM) to determine eigenvalues of the bosonic Hamiltonians that include a wide class of quantum optical models. We consider solutions of the Hamiltonians, which are even polynomials of the fourth order with the respect to Boson operators. We also demonstrate applicability of the method for obtaining eigenvalues of the simple Lie algebraic structur… ▽ More

Solution of the Matrix Hamiltonians via asymptotic iteration method
Abstract: A method is suggested to obtain solutions of the various quantum optical Hamiltonians in the framework of the asymptotic iteration method. We extend the notion of asymptotic iteration method to solve the 2 \times 2 matrix Hamiltonians. On a particular case, eigenvalues of the Rabi and Rashba Hamiltonians are computed. The method presented here reproduces a number of earlier results in a natural… ▽ More

Solution of spin-boson systems in one and two-dimensional geometry via the asymptotic iteration method
Abstract: We consider solutions of the $2\times 2$ matrix Hamiltonian of physical systems within the context of the asymptotic iteration method. Our technique is based on transformation of the associated Hamiltonian in the form of the first order coupled differential equations. We construct a general matrix Hamiltonian which includes a wide class of physical models. The systematic study presented here rep… ▽ More

A New Approach to Analyse $H\otimes (2h\oplus g)$ Jahn-Teller System for $C_{60}$
Abstract: It is now well known that electron (hole)-vibron coupling and hence Jahn-Teller (JT) effect is important understanding the properties of $C_{60}$ and related molecules. In this paper, we study $H\otimes (2h\oplus g)$ coupling case to find the potential energy surfaces for the positively charged $C_{60}$ molecule due to distortion. The $H\otimes (2h\oplus g)$ Jahn-Teller system is of particular i… ▽ More

Algebraic treatments of the problems of the spin-1/2 particles in the one and two-dimensional geometry: a systematic study
Abstract: We consider solutions of the 2x2 matrix Hamiltonians of the physical systems within the context of the su(2) and su(1,1) Lie algebra. Our technique is relatively simple when compared with the others and treats those Hamiltonians which can be treated in a unified framework of the $% Sp(4,R)$ algebra. The systematic study presented here reproduces a number of earlier results in a natural way as we… ▽ More

Solution of two-mode bosonic Hamiltonians and related physical systems
Abstract: We have constructed the quasi-exactly-solvable two-mode bosonic realizations of su(2) and su(1, 1) algebra. We derive the relations leading to the conditions for quasi-exact solvability of two-boson Hamiltonians by determining a general procedure which maps the Schwinger representations of the su(2) and su(1, 1) algebras to the Gelfand-Dyson representations, respectively. This map** allows us… ▽ More

Solution of a Hamiltonian of quantum dots with Rashba spin-orbit coupling: quasi-exact solution
Abstract: We present a method to solve the problem of Rashba spin-orbit coupling in semiconductor quantum dots, within the context of quasi-exactly solvable spectral problems. We show that the problem possesses a hidden osp(2,2) superalgebra. We constructed a general matrix whose determinant provide exact eigenvalues. Analogous mathematical structures between the Rashba and some of the other spin-boson ph… ▽ More

Spectra of Interacting Electrons in a Quantum Dot: Quasi-Exact Solution
Abstract: We present a procedure to solve the Schroedinger equation of two interacting electrons in a quantum dot in the presence of an external magnetic field within the context of quasi-exactly-solvable spectral problems. We show that the symmetries of the Hamiltonian can be recovered for specific values of the magnetic field, which leads to an exact determination of the eigenvalues and eigenfunctions.… ▽ More

Quasi-exact-solution of the Generalized Exe Jahn-Teller Hamiltonian
Abstract: We consider the solution of a generalized Exe Jahn-Teller Hamiltonian in the context of quasi-exactly solvable spectral problems. This Hamiltonian is expressed in terms of the generators of the osp(2,2) Lie algebra. Analytical expressions are obtained for eigenstates and eigenvalues. The solutions lead to a number of earlier results discussed in the literature. However, our approach renders a ne… ▽ More

Exact solution of position dependent mass Schroedinger equation by supersymmetric quantum mechanics
Abstract: A supersymmetric technique for the solution of the effective mass Schrö% dinger equation is proposed. Exact solutions of the Schroedinger equation corresponding to a number of potentials are obtained. The potentials are fully isospectral with the original potentials. Emergence of Goldstone bosons arising from the absence of certain potential terms is also discussed. Analogo… ▽ More
