CMOS-Based Biosensor Arrays
Abstract: CMOS-based sensor array chips provide new and attractive features as compared to today's standard tools for medical, diagnostic, and biotechnical applications. Examples for molecule- and cell-based approaches and related circuit design issues are discussed.

Modelling of Statistical Low-Frequency Noise of Deep-Submicron MOSFETs
Abstract: The low-frequency noise (LF-noise) of deep submicron MOSFETs is experimentally studied with special emphasis on yield relevant parameter scattering. A novel modeling approach is developed which includes detailed consideration of statistical effects.
