In this study we explore the astrophysical implications of pressure anisotropy on the physical characteristics of millisecond pulsars within the framework of $f(Q)$ gravity. Starting off with the field equations for anisotropic matter distributions, we adopt the physically salient Durgapal-Fuloria ansatz together with a well-motivated anisotropic factor for the interior matter distribution. This leads to a nonlinear second order differential equation which is integrated to give the complete gravitational and thermodynamical properties of the stellar object. The resulting model is subjected to rigorous tests to ensure that it qualifies as a physically viable compact object within the $f(Q)$-gravity framework. We study in detail two factors, one being non-metricity (gravitational interaction) and the other the pressure anisotropy (matter variation) and their contributions to the mass, radius and stability of the star. Our analyses indicate that our models are well-behaved, singularity-free and can account for the existence of a wide range of observed pulsars with masses ranging from 2.08 to 2.67 $M_{\odot}$, with the upper value being in the so-called {\em mass gap} regime observed in gravitational events such as GW190814. A novel finding of this work is two-fold: an increase in the non-metricity factor (fixed anisotropy) leads to a spectrum of pulsars with radii ranging from a minimum of 10 km whereas a variation in anisotropy (fixed non-metricity) restricts the radii to a narrow window between ($12 - 13.2$) km for a 450 Hz pulsar. In addition, contributions from anisotropy outweigh the impact of nonmetricity in predicting the masses of pulsars with the ratio, $\left(\frac{M_Δ}{M_Q}\right)_{max} \approx 2.43 $ for low mass pulsars.

We present an exhaustive study of wormhole configurations in $κ(\mathcal{R},\mathcal{T})$ gravity with linear and non-linear functions. The model assumed Morrison-Thorne spacetime where the redshift and shape functions linked with the matter contain and geometry of the spacetime through non-covariant conservation equation of the stress-energy tensor. The first solution was explored assuming a constant redshift function that leads to a wormhole (WH) which is asymptotically non-flat. The remaining solutions were explored in two cases. Firstly, assuming a linear equation of state $p(r)=ωρ(r)$ along with different forms of $κ(\mathcal{R},\mathcal{T})-$function. This proved enough to derive a shape function of the form $b(r)=r_{0}\left(\frac{r_{0}}{r}\right)^{1/ω}$. Secondly, by assuming specific choices of the shape function consistent with the wormhole configuration requirements. All the solutions fulfill flare-out condition, asymptotically flat and supported by phantom energy. Further, the embedding surface and its revolution has been generated using numerical method to see how the length of the throat is affected of the coupling parameters through $κ(\mathcal{R},\mathcal{T})$ function. At the end, we have also calculated the average null energy condition, which is satisfied by all the WH models signifying minimum exotic matter is required to open the WH throats.

This study simulates strange stars in $f(Q)$ gravity with an additional source under an electric field using gravitational decoupling and the complete Gravitational Decoupling (CGD) technique. By employing the Tolman ansatz and the MIT bag model equation of state (EOS), we explore bounded star configurations derived from the $θ_0^0 = ρ$ and $θ_1^1 = p_r$ sectors within the CGD formalism. Our models are subjected to physical viability tests, and we analyze the impact of anisotropy and the electric charge parameter $E_0$ as well as the coupling parameters $α$ and $β_1$. Comparisons are made with observational constraints, including GW190814, neutron stars PSR J1614-2230, PSR J1903+6620, Cen X-3 and LMC X-4. Notably, we achieve the presence of a lower "\textit{mass gap}" component by adjusting parameters $α$ and $β_1$. Our models exhibit well-behaved mass profiles, internal regularity, and stability, with the absence of gravitational collapse verified through the Buchdahl--Andréasson's limit. In addition, we present a detailed physical analysis based on three parameters, $α$ (decoupling strength), $β_1$ ($f(Q)$--coupling) and $Q$ (surface charge). This study provides insights into the behavior of compact objects in $f(Q)$ gravity and expands our understanding of strange star configurations within this framework.

Inspired by the conundrum of the gravitational event, GW190814 which brings to light the coalescence of a 23 $ M_{\odot}$ black hole with a yet to be determined secondary component, we look to modelling compact objects within the framework of $f(\mathcal{Q})$ gravity by employing the method of gravitational decoupling. We impose a quadratic equation of state (EOS) for the interior matter distribution which in the appropriate limit reduces to the MIT bag model. The governing field equations arising from gravitational decoupling bifurcates into the $ρ=θ^0_0$ and $p_r=θ^1_1$ sectors leading to two distinct classes of solutions. Both families of solutions are subjected to rigorous tests qualifying them to describe a plethora of compact objects including neutron stars, strange stars and the possible progenitor of the secondary component of GW190814. Using observational data of mass-radius relations for compact objects LMC X-4, Cen X-3, PSR J1614-2230 and PSR J0740+6620 we show that it is possible to generate stellar masses and radii beyond 2.0 $ M_{\odot}$ for neutron stars. Our findings reveal that the most { suitable and versatile model in this framework is the quadratic EOS}, which accounts for a range of low mass stars as well as typical stellar candidates describing the secondary component of GW190814.

In this article, we are reporting for the first time the existence of gravastar configurations in the framework of K(R,T)-gravity, which can be treated as an alternative to a black hole (Mazur and Mottola). This strengthens how much this new gravity theory may be physically demanding to the gravity community in the near future. We first develop the gravastar field equations for a generic K(R,T) functional and then we study four different models within this theory. We find that the solutions for the interior region are regular everywhere regardless of the exact form of the K(R,T) functional. The solutions for the shell region indicate that two of the four models subjected to the study are physically feasible. In addition, the junction conditions are considered at each interface by using the Lanczos equations that yield the surface density and pressure at the thin shell. We investigate various characteristics of the gravastar structure such as the proper length, energy, and entropy of the spherical distribution.

In this article, new wormhole solutions in the framework of General Relativity are presented. Taking advantage of gravitational decoupling by means of minimal geometric deformation approach and, the so-called noncommutative geometry Gaussian and Lorentzian density profiles, the seminal Morris-Thorne space-time is minimally deformed providing new asymptotically wormhole solutions. Constraining the signature of some parameters, the dimensionless constant $α$ is bounded using the flare-out and energy conditions. In both cases, this results in an energy-momentum tensor that violates energy conditions, thus the space-time is threading by exotic matter. However, it is possible to obtain a positive defined density at the wormhole throat and its neighborhood. To further support the study a thoroughly graphical analysis has been performed.

We present the first interior solutions representing compact stars in $κ(\mathcal{R},\mathcal{T})$ gravity, by solving the modified field equations in isotropic coordinates. Further, we have assumed the metric potentials in Schwarzschild's form and a few parameters along with the isotropic condition of pressure. For solving, we use specific choice of the running gravitational constant as $κ(\mathcal{R},\mathcal{T})=8π-λ\mathcal{T} ~~(G=\tilde{c}=1)$. Once arrived at the reduced field equations, we investigate two solutions with $c=1$ and $c \neq 1$, where $c$ denotes here another constant that should not be confused with the speed of light. Then, we investigate each solution by determining the thermodynamics variable {\it viz} pressure, density, speed of sound, and adiabatic index. We found that these solutions satisfy the Bondi criterion, causality condition, and energy conditions. We also found that the $M-R$ curves generated from these solutions satisfy the stringent constraints provided by the gravitational wave observations due to the neutron star merger GW 170817.

This work is devoted to provide a way of representing $4D$ spherically symmetric and static compact stellar configurations into a $5D$ space time, using the black string framework.
We write the four and five dimensional line elements and the four and five dimensional energy momentum tensor such that the four and five dimensional quantities are related by a function $A(z)$, where $z$ represents to the extra dimension. Remarkably, one consequence of our chosen form for the line element, for the energy momentum tensor and for $A(z)$, is the fact that the $5D$ equations are reduced to the usual form of the four dimensional equations of motion. Also, the five dimensional conservation equation adopts the form of the four dimensional conservation equation. It is worth mentioning that, although our methodology is simple, this form of reduction could serve to represent other types of four dimensional objects into an extra dimension in future works. Furthermore, under our assumptions the sign of the pressure along the extra dimension is given by the trace of the four dimensional energy momentum tensor.
Furthermore, our simple election for the function $A(z)$ modifies some features of the induced 4--dimensional compact stellar configuration, such as the mass--radius relation, the momentum of inertia, the central values of the thermodynamic variables, to name a few. Besides, the topology of this model is ${S}^{2}\times {S}^{1}$ and not the ${S}^{3}$ topology of the 5--dimensional structures.

To recreate the cosmological models, we employed the parametrization approach in modified teleparallel Gauss-Bonnet gravity. It has been interesting to apply the parametrization approach to investigate cosmological models. The real benefit of using this method is that the observational data may be incorporated to examine the cosmological models. Several cosmological parameters were examined, such as the Hubble parameter (H), the deceleration parameter (q), and the equation of state (EoS) parameter (w). The results obtained are consistent with recent cosmological findings in the conventional scenario. A transition scenario from a decelerating stage to an accelerating stage of cosmic evolution has been observed. The EoS parameter is also in the quintessence phase, which drives the accelerating expansion of the Universe. Also, we look at the violation of strong energy condition, which has become inevitable in the context of modified gravitational theory. Finally, we have performed the Om(z) diagnostic and also obtained the age of the Universe by using the data from the cosmological observations.

In the present work we have investigated a new anisotropic solution for polytropic star in the framework of $4D$ Einstein-Gauss-Bonnet (EGB) gravity. The possibility of determining the masses and radii of compact stars which puts some limitations on equation of state (EoS) above the nuclear saturation density. For this purpose, the $4D$ EGB field equations are solved by taking a generalized polytropic equation of state (EoS) with Finch-Skea ansatz. The generalized solution for anisotropic model has been tested for different values of Gauss-Bonnet constant $α$ which satisfies all the physical criteria including causality with static stability via mass vs central mass density ($M-ρ_c$), Bondi and Abreu criterion. The adiabatic index shows a minor influence of the GB coupling constant whereas the central and surface redshifts in the EGB gravity always remain lower than the GR. We present the possibility of fitting the mass and radius for some known compact star via $M-R$ curve which satisfies the recent gravitational wave observations from GW 170817 event.

The current theoretical development identified as the gravitational decoupling via Complete Geometric Deformation (CGD) method that has been introduced to explore the nonmetricity $Q$ effects in relativistic astrophysics. In the present work, we have investigated the gravitationally decoupled anisotropic solutions for the strange star in the framework of $f(Q)$ gravity by utilizing the CGD technique. To do this, we started with Tolman metric ansatz along with the MIT Bag model equation of state related to the hadronic matter. The solutions of the governing equations of motions are obtained by using two approaches, namely the mimicking of the $θ$ sector to the seed radial pressure and energy density of the fluid model. The obtained models describe the self-gravitating static, compact objects whose exterior solution can be given by the vacuum Schwarzschild Anti-de Sitter spacetime. In particular, we modeled five stellar candidates, viz., LMC X-4, PSR J1614-2230, PSR J0740+6620, GW190814, and GW 170817 by using the observational data. The rigorous viability tests of the solutions have been performed through regularity and stability conditions. We observed that the nonmetricity parameter and decoupling constant show a significant effect on stabilizing to ensure the physically realizable stellar models. The innovative feature of this work is to present the stable compact objects with the masses beyond the $2 M_{\odot}$ without engaging of exotic matter. Therefore, the present study shows a new perception and physical significance about the exploration of ultra-compact astrophysical objects.

A comparison with the corresponding Einstein model in a suitable limit is easily deduced. Evidently higher curvature effects induced by the Lovelock contributions generate lower densities, pressures, surface tensions and anisotropy factors when compared to its Einstein counterpart. The maximum moment of inertia is attained for the Einstein case and hence it may be inferred that Lovelock effects soften the equation of state. The model satisfies various stability tests.

In the current exposition, we are concerned with modeling of the lower mass component of the coalescence pair. We utilise the $f(\mathcal{Q})$ gravity together with Minimum Geometric Deformation (MGD) technique to obtain compact stellar objects with masses aligned with the GW190814 event. Starting off with the Tolman IV ansatz for one of the metric functions, together with a MIT Bag model equation of state we are able to reduce the problem of fully describing the gravitational behaviour of the seed solution to a quadrature. Through the MGD technique, we introduce anisotropy by deforming the radial part of the gravitational potential. This enables us to obtain two new classes of solutions which depend on the metricity parameter, $\cal Q$ and the deformation constant, $β$. We show that these two parameters play a crucial role in determining the thermodynamical behaviour and stability of our models. In particular, we show that the interplay between the metricity parameter and the deformation constant leads to predicted mass of the progenitor articulating as the secondary component of GW190814.

The recent theoretical advance known as the Minimal Geometric Deformation (MGD) method has initiated a renewed interest in investigating higher curvature gravitational effects in relativistic astrophysics. In this work, we model a strange star within the context of Einstein-Gauss-Bonnet gravity with the help of the MGD technique. Starting off with the Tolman metric ansatz together with the MIT Bag model equation of state applicable to hadronic matter, anisotropy is introduced via the superposition of the seed source and the decoupled energy-momentum tensor. The solution of the governing systems of equations bifurcates into two distinct models, namely the mimicking of the $θ$ sector to the seed radial pressure and energy density and a regular fluid model. Each of these models can be interpreted as self-gravitating static, compact objects with the exterior described by the vacuum Boulware-Deser solution. Utilizing observational data for three stellar candidates, viz., PSR J1614-2230, PSR J1903+317, and LMC X-4 we subject our solutions to rigorous viability tests based on regularity and stability. We find that the Einstein-Gauss-Bonnet parameter and the decoupling constant compete against each other for ensuring physically realizable stellar structures. The novel feature of work is the demonstration of stable compact objects with stellar masses in excess of $M= 2 M_{\odot}$ without appealing to exotic matter. The prospect of identifying wormholes by investigating the shadows of wormholes constitute a foremost source of insight into the evolution of compact objects and it is one of the essential problems in contemporary astrophysics. The nature of the compact objects (wormholes) plays a crucial role on shadow effect, which actually arises during the strong gravitational lensing. Current Event Horizon Telescope observations have inspired scientists to study and to construct the shadow images of the wormholes. In this work, we explore the shadow cast by a certain class of rotating wormhole. To search this, we first compose the null geodesics and study the effects of the parameters on the photon orbit. We have exposed the form and size of the wormhole shadow and have found that it is slanted as well as can be altered depending on the different parameters present in the wormhole spacetime. We also constrain the size and the spin of the wormhole using the results from M87* observation, by investigating the average diameter of the wormhole as well as deviation from circularity with respect to the wormhole throat size. In a future observation, this type of study may help to indicate the presence of a wormhole in a galactic region.

Geodesic motion has significant characteristics of space-time. We calculate the principle Lyapunov exponent (LE), which is the inverse of the instability timescale associated with this geodesics and Kolmogorov-Senai (KS) entropy for our rotating Kerr-Kiselev (KK) black hole. We have investigate the existence of stable/unstable equatorial circular orbits via LE and KS entropy for time-like and null circular geodesics. We have shown that both LE and KS entropy can be written in terms of the radial equation of innermost stable circular orbit (ISCO) for time-like circular orbit. Also, we computed the equation marginally bound circular orbit, which gives the radius (smallest real root) of marginally bound circular orbit (MBCO). We found that the null circular geodesics has larger angular frequency than time-like circular geodesics ($Q_o > Q_σ$). Thus, null-circular geodesics provides the fastest way to circulate KK black holes. Further, it is also to be noted that null circular geodesics has shortest orbital period $(T_{photon}< T_{ISCO})$ among the all possible circular geodesics. Even null circular geodesics traverses fastest than any stable time-like circular geodesics other than the ISCO.

In this exposition, we seek solutions of the Einstein-Maxwell field equations in the presence of a massive scalar field cast in the Brans-Dicke (BD) formalism which describes charged anisotropic strange stars. The interior spacetime is described by a spherically symmetric static metric of embedding class I. This reduces the problem to a single-generating function of the metric potential which is chosen by appealing to physics based on regularity at each interior point of the stellar interior. The resulting model is subjected to rigorous physical checks based on stability, causality and regularity. We show that our solutions describe compact objects such as PSR J1903+327; Cen X-3; EXO 1785-248 \& LMC X-4 to an excellent approximation. Novel results of our investigation reveal that the scalar field leads to higher surface charge densities which in turn affects the compactness and upper and lower values imposed by the modified Buchdahl limit for charged stars. Our results also show that the electric and scalar fields which originate from entirely different sources couple to alter physical characteristics such as mass-radius relation and surface redshift of compact objects. This superposition of the electric and scalar fields is enhanced by an increase in the BD coupling constant, $ω_{BD}$.

Several attempts have been made in the past decades to search for the true ground state of the dense matter at sufficiently large densities and low temperatures via compact astrophysical objects. Focusing on strange stars, we derive the hydrostatic equilibrium assuming a maximally symmetric phase of homogeneous superconducting quark matter called the \textit{color-flavor-locked} (CFL) phase in the background of energy-momentum squared gravity (EMSG). Theoretical and experimental investigations show that strange quark matter (SQM) in a CFL state can be the true ground state of hadronic matter at least for asymptotic densities, and even if the unequal quark masses. Motivated by these theoretical models, we explore the structure of stellar objects in recently proposed EMSG, which allows a correction term $T_{μν}T^{μν}$ in the action functional of the theory. Interestingly, EMSG may be effective to resolve the problems at high energy densities, e.g., relevant to the early universe and dense compact astrophysical objects without invoking some new forms of fluid stress, such as bulk viscosity or scalar fields. Finally, we solve the complicated field equations numerically to obtain the mass-radius relations for strange stars in CFL equation of state.

We present Tolman IV spacetime representing compact fluid sphere in bigravity. Here we have explored the effect of scale parameter $k$ in the local matter distribution of compact stars. We have model for three well-known compact stars and it shows that for lower values of $k$ leads to stiffer EoS. This claim is also supported by the graphical analysis. It can be observed that the sound speed and the adiabatic index are more for lower values of $k$. It is also seen that all the solutions of Einstein's field equations are still satisfying the field equations in the presence of a background metric $γ_{μν}$. However, the density and pressure does modified by extra term from the constant curvature background, thus affecting the EoS. One can also think that the parameter $α\equiv 1/k^2$ as coupling constant between the $g_{μν}$ and $γ_{μν}$ and consequently more the coupling stiffer is the EoS. As $k\rightarrow \infty$, the background de-Sitter spacetime reduces to Minkowski's spacetime and the coupling vanishes. The solution satisfy the causality condition, all the energy conditions and equilibrium under gravity and hydrostatic forces. The stability of the local stellar structure is enhanced by reducing the scalar curvature of the background spacetime.

This work is devoted on the recently introduced Einstein-Gauss-Bonnet gravity in four dimensions. The theory can bypass the Lovelock's theorem and avoids Ostrogradsky instability. The integrated part of this theory is the GB term gives rise to a non-trivial contribution to the gravitational dynamics in the limit $D \to 4$. Our main interest is to explore a class of static and spherically symmetric compact objects made of strange matter in the color flavor locked (CFL) phase, in which all three quark flavors participate to pairing symmetrically. It is therefore natural to ask for compact objects in 4$D$ EGB gravity since, compact stars signatures may be the test-bed to compare new models to the Einstein gravity; on the other hand, this could shed new light on the possible presence of CFL phase in compact stars. This feature may be relevant in view of recent observations claiming the existence of stable compact \emph{quark} stars (hybrid neutron stars or strange stars).

In this paper we employ Tolman VII solution with exotic matter that may be present in the extremely dense core of compact objects. The Tolman VII solution, an exact analytic solution to the spherically symmetric, static Einstein field equations with a perfect fluid source, has many characteristics that make it interesting for modeling high density stellar astronomical objects. For our purpose we use generalized non-linear equation of state which may incorporate exotic matter along with dust, radiation and dark energy. The equation of state (EoS) has a linear contribution comprising quark/radiation matters and a nonlinear contribution comprising dark energy/exotic matters. The amount of exotic matter contain can be modify by a parameter $n$ which can be linked to adiabatic index. As $n$ increases the exotic contribution increases which stiffens the EoS. The physical properties of the model such as pressure, density, mass function, surface redshift, gravitational redshift are examined and the stability of the stellar configuration is discussed in details. The model has promising features as it satisfies all energy conditions and is free from central singularities. The $M-R$ relation is constructed analytically and the maximum mass and its corresponding radius is determined using the exact solutions and is shown to satisfy various observational stellar compact stars.

We study the influence of higher curvature effects on stellar structure and conclude that the properties of stars are greatly impacted when such terms are dynamic. In particular the surface gravitational redshift which is connected to the equation of state and also the mass-radius ratio differs greatly from the corresponding values in general relativity as evidenced through our empirical comparisons. A model of a superdense star with strange star equation of state is constructed within the framework of the Einstein--Gauss--Bonnet theory. Under these assumptions large classes of solutions are admitted by the field equations. We isolate a particular class with the ansatz of the Vaidya--Tikekar superdense star spatial gravitational potential. The model is found to satisfy elementary requirements for physical applicability and stability. The parameter values chosen are consistent with observed star models. A significant effect of the higher curvature terms is to reduce the speed of sound and to drastically reduce the values of the surface gravitational redshift compared to the Einstein counterpart. These latter results have implications for interpretations of observations in relativistic astrophysics which are often made against the background of the standard general theory of relativity.

The present paper is devoted to investigating the possibility of getting stellar interiors for ultra-dense compact spherical systems portraying an anisotropic matter distribution employing the gravitational decoupling by means of Minimal Geometric Deformation (MGD) procedure within the modified theory of f(R,T) gravity. According to this theory, the covariant divergence of stress-energy tensor does not vanish, hence the movement of classical particles does not follow geodesics resulting in an extra acceleration which suffices the late-time acceleration of the universe without adopting to exotic matter fields. In this regard, we have considered the algebraic function as f(R, {\rm T})= R+2χT, the corresponding effective stress-energy tensor is conserved as well as the exact solutions are derived, where $χ$ indicates a coupling constant. Moreover, the physical quantities associated with the new solutions are well-behaved from the physical and mathematical point of view as well as free of geometrical singularities, violation of the causality condition, non-decreasing thermodynamic functions. Thereafter, the physical viability of the obtained model is affirmed by performing several physical tests of the main salient features such as energy density, radial, and tangential pressure, anisotropy effect, dynamical equilibrium, energy conditions, and dynamical stability. On the other hand, we have generated the M-R curves from our solutions in the four different scenarios, including GR, GR+MGD, f(R,T) and f(R,T)+MGD, and we found a perfect fit for many compact spherical objects in these scenarios by changing the gravitational decoupling constant αand the coupling constant χas free parameters. The present study reveals that the modified f(R,T) gravity through gravitational decoupling by means of MGD method is a suitable theory to explain compact stellar spherical systems....

Solving field equations exactly in $f(R,T)$ gravity is one of the difficult task. To do so, many authors have adopted different methods such as assuming both the metric functions, an equation of state (EoS) and a metric function etc. However, such methods may not always lead to well-behaved solutions and thereby rejection of the solutions may happen after complete calculations. Indeed, very recent works on embedding class one methods suggested that the chances of arriving at the well behaved-solution is very high thereby inspired us to used it. In class one approach, we have to ansatz one of the metric potentials and the other can be obtain from the Karmarkar condition. In this paper, we are proposing new class one solution which is well-behaved in all physical points of view. We have analyzed the nature of the solution by tuning the $f(R,T)-$coupling parameter $χ$ and found that the solution results into stiffer EoS for $χ=-1$ than $χ=1$. This is because for lesser values of $χ$, velocity of sound is more, higher $M_{max}$ in $M-R$ curve and the EoS parameter $ω$ is larger. The solution satisfy the causality condition, energy conditions, stable and static under radial perturbations (static stability criterion) and in equilibrium (modified TOV-equation). The resulting $M-R$ diagram from this solution is well fitted with observed values of few compact stars such as PSR J1614-2230, Vela X-1, Cen X-3 and SAX J1808.4-3658. Therefore, for different values of $χ$, we have predicted the corresponding radii and their respective moment of inertia from the $M-I$ curve.

In this paper, we consider wormhole geometries in the context of teleparallel equivalent of general relativity (TEGR) as well as $f(T)$ gravity. The TEGR is an alternative geometrical formulation of Einstein's general relativity, where modified teleparallel gravity or $f(T)$ gravity has been invoked as an alternative approach for explaining an accelerated expansion of the universe. We present the analytical solutions under the assumption of spherical symmetry and the existence of a conformal Killing vectors to proceed a more systematic approach in searching for exact wormhole solutions. More preciously, the existence of a conformal symmetry places restrictions on the model. Considering the field equations with a diagonal tetrad and anisotropic distribution of the fluid, we study the properties of traversable wormholes in TEGR that violates the weak and the null energy conditions at the throat and its vicinity. In the second part, wormhole solutions are constructed in the framework of $f(T)$ gravity, where $T$ represents torsion scalar. As a consistency check, we also discuss the behavior of energy conditions with a viable power-law $f(T)$ model and the corresponding shape functions. In addition, a wide variety of solutions are deduced by considering a linear equation of state relating the density and pressure, for the isotropic and anisotropic pressure, independently of the shape functions, and various phantom wormhole geometries are explored.

We present an anisotropic charged analogue of Kuchowicz (1971) solution of the general relativistic field equations in curvature coordinates by using simple form of electric intensity $E$ and pressure anisotropy factor $Δ$ that involve charge parameter $K$ and anisotropy parameter $α$ respectively. Our solution is well behaved in all respects for all values of $X$ ( $X$ is related to the radius of the star ) lying in the range $0< X \le 0.6$, $α$ lying in the range $0 \le α\le 1.3$, $K$ lying in the range $0< K \le 1.75$ and Schwarzschild compactness parameter "$u$" lying in the range $0< u \le 0.338$. Since our solution is well behaved for a wide range of the parameters, we can model many different types of ultra-cold compact stars like quark stars and neutron stars. We present some models of super dense quark stars and neutron stars corresponding to $X=0.2,~α=0.2$ and $K=0.5$ for which $u_{max}=0.15$. By assuming surface density $ρ_b=4.6888\times 10^{14}~ g/cc$ the mass and radius are $0.955 M_\odot$ and $9.439 km$ respectively. For $ρ_b=2.7\times 10^{14}~ g/cc$ the mass and radius are $1.259 M_\odot$ and $12.439 km$ respectively and for $ρ_b=2\times 10^{14}~ g/cc$ the mass and radius are $1.463 M_\odot$ and $14.453 km$ respectively. It is also shown that inclusion of more electric charge and anisotropy enhances the static stable configuration under radial perturbations. The $M-R$ graph suggests that the maximum mass of the configuration depends on the surface density {\bf i.e. with the increase of surface density} the maximum mass and corresponding radius decrease. This may be because of existence of exotic matters at higher densities that soften the EoSs.

We present a physically plausible solution representing Einstein's cluster mimicking the behaviors of compact star in the context of teleparallel equivalent of general relativity. The Teleparallel gravity (TEGR) is an alternative formulation of gravity which uses tetrads as the dynamical variables. We focus on two particularly interesting scenarios. First, we develop the Einstein clusters in TEGR field equations using effective energy-momentum tensor for diagonal as well as off-diagonal tetrad. We then study the clusters in modified $f(T)-$gravity for anisotropic fluid distribution. Based on these two theories, we further study the solution without net electric charge and then for charged solution. For charge parameter $k \rightarrow 0$, the charged solution reduces to neutral one. Our calculations show that when charge increases, the stiffness of the EoS also increases. This is due to increase in adiabatic index and sound speed approaching speed of light. When the charge increase beyond a certain limit ($0\le k \le 1.3 \times 10^{-5}$ and $0\le k \le 1 \times 10^{-6}$), the compactness parameter crosses the Buchdahl limit i.e. $2M/R>8/9$ and the solution start violating the causality condition. We test the Tolman-Oppenheimer-Volkoff (TOV) limit for such compact objects. We analyze the static stability criterion of the Einstein clusters for both charged and uncharged case, and the stability of such compact objects is enhanced by the presence some net electric charge. Finally, we compare our solution for pure general relativity. As a result, we concluded that the Einstein cluster solution do exist in pure GR, however, physically unfit to mimic compact stars. We have also extend our findings by assuming the diagonal or off-diagonal tetrad and specific case of $f(T)$. In such models, Einstein's cluster solutions do exist however can't mimic the properties of a compact star.

To find more deliberate $f(R, T)$ astrophysical solutions, we proceed by studying wormhole geometries under the assumption of spherical symmetry and the existence of a conformal Killing symmetry to attain the more acceptable astrophysical results. To do this, we consider a more plausible and simple model $f(R,T)=R+2χT$, where $R$ is the Ricci scalar and $T= -ρ+p_r+2p_t$ denotes the trace of the energy-momentum tensor of the matter content. We explore and analyze two cases separately. In the first part, wormhole solutions are constructed for the matter sources with isotropic pressure. However, the obtained solution does not satisfy the required wormhole conditions. In the second part, we introduce an EoS relating with pressure (radial and lateral) and density. We constrain the models with phantom energy EoS i.e. $ω= p_r/ ρ< -1$, consequently violating the null energy condition. Next, we analyze the model via $p_t= n p_r $. Several physical properties and characteristics of these solutions are investigated which are consistent with previous references about wormholes. We mainly focus on energy conditions (NEC, WEC and SEC) and consequently for supporting the respective wormhole geometries in details. In both cases it is found that the energy density is positive as seen by any static observer. To support the theoretical results, we also plotted several figures for different parameter values of the model that helps us to confirm the predictions. Finally, the volume integral quantifier, which provides useful information about the total amount of exotic matter required to maintain a traversable wormhole is discussed briefly.

In the present article, we discuss relativistic anisotropic solutions of the Einstein field equation for the spherically symmetric line element under the class I condition. To do so we apply the embedding class one technique using Eisland condition. Within this approach, one arrives at a particular differential equation that links the two metric components $e^ν$ and $e^λ$. In order to obtain the full space-time description inside the stellar configuration we ansatz the generalized form of metric component $g_{rr}$ corresponding to the Finch-Skea solution. Once the space-time geometry is specified we obtain the complete thermodynamic description i.e. the matter density $ρ$, the radial, and tangential pressures $p_r$ and $p_t$, respectively. Graphical analysis shows that the obtained model respects the physical and mathematical requirements that all ultra-high dense collapsed structures must obey. The $M-R$ diagram suggests that the solution yields stiffer EoS as parameter $n$ increases. The $M-I$ graph is in agreement with the concepts of Bejgar et al. \cite{bej} that the mass at $I_{max}$ is lesser by few percent (for this solution $\sim 3\%$) from $M_{max}$. This suggests that the EoSs is without any strong high-density softening due to hyperonization or phase transition to an exotic state.

The main purpose of this work is to find generating functions comprising the wormhole like geometry and discuss the nature of these generating functions. We have used the Herrera et al. \cite{1} approaches of obtaining generating functions in the background of wormhole spacetime. Here we have adopt two approaches of solving the field equations to find wormhole geometry. In the first method, we have assumed the redshift function $f(r)$ and the shape function $b(r)$ and solve for the generating functions. In an another attempt we assume generating functions and redshift functions and then try to find shape functions of the wormholes.

We obtain a new solution of the TOV-equation for an anisotropic fluid distribution by imposing the Karmarkar condition. In order to close the system of equations we postulate an interesting form for the grr gravitational potential which allows us to solve for gtt metric component via the Karmarkar condition. We demonstrate that the new interior solution has well-behaved physical attributes and can be utilized to model relativistic static fluid spheres. By using observational data sets for the radii and mass-to-radius relations for compact stars such as 4U 1538-52, LMC X-4 and PSR J1614- 2230 we show that our solution describes these objects to a very good degree of accuracy. The physical plausibility of the solution depends on a parameter $c$ for a particular star. For 4U 1538-52 the solution behaves well for $0.1574 \le c \le 0.46$ which corresponds to $1 \ge v^2_{r0} \ge 0:13$, $0.91 \ge v^2_{t0}\ge 0.04$ and $17.8 \ge Γ_0 \ge 3.8$. For LMC X-4 the solution behaves well for $0.1235 \le c \le 0.35$ which corresponds to $0.99 \ge v^2_{r0} \ge 0.15$, $0.91 \ge v^2_{t0}\ge 0.06$ and $15.35 \ge Γ_0 \ge 3.35$. Our model approximates the pulsar PSR J1614-2230 for $0.05 \le c \le 0.13$ which corresponds to $1 \ge v^2_{r0}\ge 0.21$, $0.94 \ge v^2_{t0} \ge 0.13$ and $8.34 \ge Γ_0 \ge 2.34$. Our observations of the behavior of the thermodynamical and physical variables of these compact objects lead us to conclude that the parameter c plays an important role in determining the equation of state of the stellar material. It is apparent that smaller values of c lead to stiffer equation of states and vice-versa.

We present a new class of solutions to the Einstein field equations for an anisotropic matter distribution in which the interior space-time obeys the Karmarkar condition. The necessary and sufficient condition required for a spherically symmetric space-time to be of class one reduces the gravitational behavior of the model to a single metric function. By assuming a physically viable form for the $g_{rr}$ metric potential we obtain an exact solution of the Einstein field equations which is free from any singularities and satisfies all the physical criteria. We utilize this solution to predict the masses and radii of well-known compact objects such as Cen X-3, PSR J0348+0432, PSRB0943+10 and XTE J1739-285.

We are presenting a family of new exact solutions for relativistic anisotropic stellar objects by considering four dimensional spacetime embedded in five dimensional Pseudo Euclidean space known as Class I solutions. These solutions are well-behaved in all respects, satisfy all energy conditions and the resulting compactness parameter is also within Buchdahl limit. The well-behaved nature of the solutions for a particular star solely depends on index n. We have discussed the solutions in detail for the neutron star XTE J1739-285 (M = 1.51M$\odot$, R = 10.9 km). For this particular star, the solution is well behaved in all respects for $8 \le n \le 20$. However, the solutions with n < 8 possess increasing trend of sound speed and the solutions belong to n > 20 disobey causality condition. Further, the well-behaved nature of the solutions for PSR J0348+0432 (2.01M$\odot$, 11 km), EXO 1785-248 (1.3M$\odot$, 8.85 km) and Her X-1 (0.85M$\odot$, 8.1 km) are specified by the index n with limits $24 \le n \le 54$, $1.5 \le n \le 4$ and $0.8 \le n \le 2.7$ respectively.

In the present paper we are willing to model anisotropic star by choosing a new grr metric potential. All the physical parameters like the matter density, radial and transverse pressure and are regular inside the anisotropic star, with the speed of sound less than the speed of light. So the new solution obtained by us gives satisfactory description of realistic astrophysical compact stars. The model of the present paper is compatible with observational data of compact objects like RX J1856-37, Her X-1, Vela X-12 and Cen X-3. A particular model of Her X-1 (Mass 0.98 times solar mass and radius=6.7 km.) is studied in detail and found that it satisfies all the condition needed for physically acceptable model. Our model is described analytically as well as with the help of graphical representation.

Abstract:
We present a spherically symmetric solution of the general relativistic field equations in isotropic coordinates for charged fluid with pressure anisotropy, compatible with a super dense star modeling. Further, we have constructed an anisotropic model of super dense star with all degree of suitability. We also observed that by increasing anisotropy, the maximum mass of super dense stars also decre…
