Abstract:
The theory of linear Fredholm integral-functional equations of the second kind with linear functionals and with a parameter is considered. The necessary and sufficient conditions are obtained for the coefficients of the equation and those parameter values, in the nighbohood of which the equation has solutions. The leading terms of the asymptotics of the solutions are constructed. The constructive…

The constructive method is proposed for constructing a solution both in the regular case and in the irregular one. In the regular case, the solution is constructed as a Taylor series in powers of the parameter. In the irregular case, the solution is constructed as a Laurent series in powers of the parameter. Constructive theory and method is demonstrated on the model example.

Abstract:
This paper portrays the method of UAV magnetometry survey data interpolation. The method accommodates the fact that this kind of data has a spatial distribution of the samples along a series of straight lines (similar to maritime tacks), which is a prominent characteristic of many kinds of UAV surveys. The interpolation relies on the very basic Nearest Neighbours algorithm, although augmented with…

This paper portrays the method of UAV magnetometry survey data interpolation. The method accommodates the fact that this kind of data has a spatial distribution of the samples along a series of straight lines (similar to maritime tacks), which is a prominent characteristic of many kinds of UAV surveys. The interpolation relies on the very basic Nearest Neighbours algorithm, although augmented with a Machine Learning approach. Such an approach enables the error of less than 5 percent by intelligently adjusting the Nearest Neighbour algorithm parameters. The method was pilot tested on geomagnetic data with Borok Geomagnetic Observatory UAV aeromagnetic survey data.

Abstract:
From the data on Cherenkov light from EASs collected over the period of more than 15 years, the spectrum of cosmic rays was obtained in the energy range 1.0E15-1.0E18 eV. This spectrum has two features: at ~3.0E15 eV (first knee) and at ~1.0E17 eV (second knee). The first knee is characterized by the indexes γ_1=2.7+/-0.03 and γ_2 = 3.12+/-0.03 and the second knee - by γ_1 = 2.92+/-0.03 and γ_2=3.…

The first knee is characterized by the indexes γ_1=2.7+/-0.03 and γ_2 = 3.12+/-0.03 and the second knee - by γ_1 = 2.92+/-0.03 and γ_2=3.24+/-0.04. In the second case the difference amounts to Δγ_23=0.32{\pm}0.03{\pm}0.05 which is less than the case of the first knee Δγ_12=0.42+/-0.03+/-0.05 (here dual errors represent statistics and systematics correspondingly). The lesser difference Δγ_23 can be explained with the influx of cosmic rays from Meta-galaxy and, hence, with some increase of the cosmic rays intensity in the energy range 5.0E16-1.0E18 eV, which compensates the escape of heavier nuclei from the Galaxy. The presence of the second knee could be confirmed by abrupt change in mass composition from from lnA~3 at ~1.0E17 eV to lnA~1.5 at 1.0E18eV found from the analysis of longitudinal development of EAS.

Abstract:
A nanofabricated regular array of coupled gold nano-pillars is employed to detect local indices of refraction of different liquids using a shift of an antisymmetric plasmon resonance peak observed in the reflection spectra. The peak spectral position is found to be a unique function of the local refractive index for a wide range of indices. We discuss possible applications of the fabricated nano…

Abstract:
Laser trap** near the surface of a nanostructured substrate is demonstrated. Stable microbubbles with radii of 1-20micrometers have been created and manipulated with sub-micron precision by a focused laser beam in an immersion oil covering arrays of pairs of gold nanopillars deposited on a glass substrate. The threshold for bubble creation and trap** characteristics depended on near-field co…

Stable microbubbles with radii of 1-20micrometers have been created and manipulated with sub-micron precision by a focused laser beam in an immersion oil covering arrays of pairs of gold nanopillars deposited on a glass substrate. The threshold for bubble creation and trap** characteristics depended on near-field coupling of nanopillars. The nanometric laser tweezers showed giant trap** efficiency of Q~50 for the trapped microbubbles.
