Geographical and Temporal Weighted Regression (GTWR) model is an important local technique for exploring spatial heterogeneity in data relationships, as well as temporal dependence due to its high fitting capacity when it comes to real data. Geographical and Temporal Weighted Regression (GTWR) model is an important local technique for exploring spatial heterogeneity in data relationships, as well as temporal dependence due to its high fitting capacity when it comes to real data. In this article, we consider a GTWR model driven by a spatio-temporal noise, colored in space and fractional in time. Concerning the covariates, we consider that they are correlated, taking into account two interaction types between covariates, weak and strong interaction. Under these assumptions, Weighted Least Squares Estimator (WLS) is obtained, as well as its rate of convergence. In order to evidence the good performance of the estimator studied, it is provided a simulation study of four different scenarios, where it is observed that the residuals oscillate with small variation around zero. The STARMA package of the R software allows obtaining a variant of the $R^{2}$ coefficient, with values very close to 1, which means that most of the variability is explained by the model.

The Wright-Fisher (W-F) diffusion model serves as a foundational framework for interpreting population evolution through allele frequency dynamics over time. Despite the known transition probability between consecutive generations, an exact analytical expression for the transition density at arbitrary time intervals remains elusive. Commonly utilized distributions such as Gaussian or Beta inadequately address the fixation issue at extreme allele frequencies (0 or 1), particularly for short periods. In this study, we introduce two alternative parametric functions, namely the Asymptotic Expansion (AE) and the Gaussian approximation (GaussA), derived through probabilistic methodologies, aiming to better approximate this density. The AE function provides a suitable density for allele frequency distributions, encompassing extreme values within the interval [0,1]. Additionally, we outline the range of validity for the GaussA approximation. While our primary focus is on W-F diffusion, we demonstrate how our findings extend to other diffusion models featuring singularities. Through simulations of allele frequencies under a W-F process and employing a recently developed adaptive density estimation method, we conduct a comparative analysis to assess the fit of the proposed densities against the Beta and Gaussian distributions.

Abstract:
In this article, we study the limit distribution of the least square estimator, properly normalized, from a regression model in which observations are assumed to be finite ($αN$) and sampled under two different random times. Based on the limit behavior of the characteristic function and convergence result we prove the asymptotic normality for the least square estimator. We present simulation resul…

We present simulation results to illustrate our theoretical results.

Abstract:
In this article, we present the least squares estimator for the drift parameter in a linear regression model driven by the increment of a fractional Brownian motion sampled at random times. For two different random times, Jittered and renewal process sampling, consistency of the estimator is proven. A simulation study is provided to illustrate the performance of the estimator under different values of the Hurst parameter H.

Abstract:
In this article, we study the problem of parameter estimation for a discrete Ornstein - Uhlenbeck model driven by Poisson fractional noise. Based on random walk approximation for the noise, we study least squares and maximum likelihood estimators. Thus, asymptotic behaviours of the estimator is carried out, and a simulation study is shown to illustrate our results.
