Abstract:
The spin and parity of the charmed mesons $D_{s}^{*+}$, $D^{*0}$ and $D^{*+}$ are determined for the first time to be $J^P=1^{-}$ with significances greater than 10$σ$ over other hypotheses of $2^{+}$ and $3^{-}$, using an $e^+e^-$ collision data sample with an integrated luminosity of 3.19 fb$^{-1}$ collected by the BESIII detector at a center-of-mass energy of 4.178 GeV. Different spin-parity hypotheses for $D_{s}^{*+}$, $D^{*0}$, and $D^{*+}$ mesons are tested via a helicity amplitude analysis of the processes $e^+e^-\to D^{*+}_{s}D^{-}_{s}$, $D^{*0}D^{0}$ and $D^{*+}D^{-}$, with $D^{*+}_{s}\to D^{+}_{s} γ$, $D^{*0}\to D^{0}π^{0}$, and $D^{*+}\to D^{+}π^{0}$. The results confirm the quark model predictions.

Credit risk in the China's bond market has become increasingly evident, creating a progressively escalating risk of default for credit bond investors. Given the current incomplete and inaccurate bond information disclosure, timely tracking and forecasting the individual credit bond default risks have become essential to maintain market stability and ensure healthy development. This paper proposes an Intelligent Forecasting Framework for Default Risk that provides precise day-by-day default risk prediction. In this framework, we first summarize the factors that impact credit bond defaults and construct a risk index system. Then, we employ a combined default probability annotation method based on the evolutionary characteristics of bond default risk. The method considers the weighted average of Variational Bayesian Gaussian Mixture estimation, Market Index estimation, and Default Trend Backward estimation for daily default risk annotation of matured or defaulted bonds according to the risk index system. Moreover, to mine time-series correlation and cross-sectional index correlation features efficiently, an intelligent prediction model for Chinese credit bond default risk is designed using the ConvLSTM neural network and trained with structured feature data. The experiments demonstrate that the predicted individual bond risk is slightly higher and substantially more responsive to fluctuations than the risk indicated by authoritative ratings, thereby improving on the inadequacies of inflated and untimely bond ratings. Consequently, this study's findings offer multiple insights for regulators, issuers, and investors.

The sequential decay also enables a separation of weak and strong phase differences, which are found for the first time to be $ξ_{P}-ξ_{S} = (0.0 \pm 1.7 \pm 0.2) \times 10^{-2}$~rad and $δ_{P}-δ_{S} = (-1.3 \pm 1.7 \pm 0.4)\times 10^{-2}$~rad, respectively. Face recognition service providers protect face privacy by extracting compact and discriminative facial features (representations) from images, and storing the facial features for real-time recognition. However, such features can still be exploited to recover the appearance of the original face by building a reconstruction network. Although several privacy-preserving methods have been proposed, the enhancement of face privacy protection is at the expense of accuracy degradation. In this paper, we propose an adversarial features-based face privacy protection (AdvFace) approach to generate privacy-preserving adversarial features, which can disrupt the map** from adversarial features to facial images to defend against reconstruction attacks. To this end, we design a shadow model which simulates the attackers' behavior to capture the map** function from facial features to images and generate adversarial latent noise to disrupt the map**. The adversarial features rather than the original features are stored in the server's database to prevent leaked features from exposing facial information. Moreover, the AdvFace requires no changes to the face recognition network and can be implemented as a privacy-enhancing plugin in deployed face recognition systems. Extensive experimental results demonstrate that AdvFace outperforms the state-of-the-art face privacy-preserving methods in defending against reconstruction attacks while maintaining face recognition accuracy.

This paper presents an empirical analysis of the capital asset pricing model using trading data for the Chinese A-share market from 2000 to 2019. Firstly, the standard CAPM is tested using a Fama-MacBetch regression and although the results successfully test the three core hypotheses, the resulting beta risk does not have a significant impact on returns. Secondly, the Fama-French three-factor model, which uses a combination of market, size and value factors to price capital assets, is analysed, showing that it is able to capture most of the variation in A-share market returns, with an adjusted R-squared greater than 0.88 for the 25 portfolios constructed. Finally, the paper takes into account the "shell value contamination" problem caused by IPO regulation in the Chinese stock market, and minimises its impact by excluding stocks in the lowest 30% of the market capitalisation, which allows some of the anomalous results in the three-factor model to be effectively corrected. Although this paper does not present a more innovative approach, it is unique in its data selection and presents a detailed presentation of the data processing and regression analysis process, which 1) illustrates the applicability of capital asset pricing models in the Chinese market; and 2) provides a set of open source materials for the basic learning of capital asset pricing models.

Building benchmarks to systemically analyze different capabilities of video question answering (VideoQA) models is challenging yet crucial. Existing benchmarks often use non-compositional simple questions and suffer from language biases, making it difficult to diagnose model weaknesses incisively. A recent benchmark AGQA poses a promising paradigm to generate QA pairs automatically from pre-annotated scene graphs, enabling it to measure diverse reasoning abilities with granular control. However, its questions have limitations in reasoning about the fine-grained semantics in videos as such information is absent in its scene graphs. To this end, we present ANetQA, a large-scale benchmark that supports fine-grained compositional reasoning over the challenging untrimmed videos from ActivityNet. Similar to AGQA, the QA pairs in ANetQA are automatically generated from annotated video scene graphs. The fine-grained properties of ANetQA are reflected in the following: (i) untrimmed videos with fine-grained semantics; (ii) spatio-temporal scene graphs with fine-grained taxonomies; and (iii) diverse questions generated from fine-grained templates. ANetQA attains 1.4 billion unbalanced and 13.4 million balanced QA pairs, which is an order of magnitude larger than AGQA with a similar number of videos. Comprehensive experiments are performed for state-of-the-art methods. The best model achieves 44.5% accuracy while human performance tops out at 84.5%, leaving sufficient room for improvement.

The field of machine learning (ML) has gained widespread adoption, leading to significant demand for adapting ML to specific scenarios, which is yet expensive and non-trivial. The predominant approaches towards the automation of solving ML tasks (e.g., AutoML) are often time-consuming and hard to understand for human developers. In contrast, though human engineers have the incredible ability to understand tasks and reason about solutions, their experience and knowledge are often sparse and difficult to utilize by quantitative approaches. In this paper, we aim to bridge the gap between machine intelligence and human knowledge by introducing a novel framework, which leverages the state-of-the-art large language models to develop ML solutions for novel tasks. We showcase the possibility of extending the capability of LLMs to comprehend structured inputs and perform thorough reasoning for solving novel ML tasks. And we find that, after some dedicated design, the LLM can (i) observe from the existing experiences of ML tasks and (ii) reason effectively to deliver promising results for new tasks. The solution generated can be used directly to achieve high levels of competitiveness. Examples and code available at https://github.com/microsoft/CoML.

The extraordinary performance of large language models (LLMs) heightens the importance of detecting whether the context is generated by an AI system. More importantly, while more and more companies and institutions release their LLMs, the origin can be hard to trace. Since LLMs are heading towards the time of AGI, similar to the origin tracing in anthropology, it is of great importance to trace the origin of LLMs. In this paper, we first raise the concern of the origin tracing of LLMs and propose an effective method to trace and detect AI-generated contexts. We introduce a novel algorithm that leverages the contrastive features between LLMs and extracts model-wise features to trace the text origins. Our proposed method works under both white-box and black-box settings therefore can be widely generalized to detect various LLMs.(e.g. can be generalized to detect GPT-3 models without the GPT-3 models). Also, our proposed method requires only limited data compared with the supervised learning methods and can be extended to trace new-coming model origins. We construct extensive experiments to examine whether we can trace the origins of given texts. We provide valuable observations based on the experimental results, such as the difficulty level of AI origin tracing, and the AI origin similarities, and call for ethical concerns of LLM providers. We are releasing all codes and data as a toolkit and benchmark for future AI origin tracing and detecting studies. \footnote{We are releasing all available resource at \url{https://github.com/OpenLMLab/}.}

Using $(1.0087\pm0.0044)\times10^{10}$ $J/ψ$ events collected with the BESIII detector at the BEPCII storage ring, the process $Ξ^{0}n\rightarrowΞ^{-}p$ is studied, where the $Ξ^0$ baryon is produced in the process $J/ψ\rightarrowΞ^0\barΞ^0$ and the neutron is a component of the $^9\rm{Be}$, $^{12}\rm{C}$ and $^{197}\rm{Au}$ nuclei in the beam pipe. A clear signal is observed with a statistical significance of $7.1σ$. The cross section of the reaction $Ξ^0+{^9\rm{Be}}\rightarrowΞ^-+p+{^8\rm{Be}}$ is determined to be $σ(Ξ^0+{^9\rm{Be}}\rightarrowΞ^-+p+{^8\rm{Be}})=(22.1\pm5.3_{\rm{stat}}\pm4.5_{\rm{sys}})$ mb at the $Ξ^0$ momentum of $0.818$ GeV/$c$, where the first uncertainty is statistical and the second is systematic. No significant $H$-dibaryon signal is observed in the $Ξ^-p$ final state. This is the first study of hyperon-nucleon interactions in electron-positron collisions and opens up a new direction for such research.

A signal for the decay $D_s^{*+}\to e^+ν_e$ is observed with a statistical significance of $2.9σ$. The branching fraction of ${D_s^{*+}\to e^+ν_e}$ is measured to be $(2.1{^{+1.2}_{-0.9}}_{\rm stat.}\pm0.2_{\rm syst.})\times 10^{-5}$, corresponding to an upper limit of $4.0\times10^{-5}$ at the 90\% confidence level. Taking the total width of the $D_s^{*+}$~(($0.070\pm0.028$) keV) predicted by lattice quantum chromodynamics as input, the decay constant of the $D^{*+}_s$ is determined to be $f_{D_s^{*+}}=(213.6{^{+61.0}_{-45.8}}_{\rm stat.}\pm43.9_{\rm syst.})$ MeV, corresponding to an upper limit of 353.8 MeV at the 90\% confidence level.

Combining with the world average branching fraction of $Λ_{c}^{+}\rightarrow Σ^+ π^+ π^-$, their branching fractions are measured to be $(0.377\pm0.042\pm0.018\pm0.021)\%$ for $Λ_{c}^{+}\rightarrowΣ^{+} K^{+} K^{-}$, $(0.200\pm0.023\pm0.010\pm0.011)\%$ for $Λ_{c}^{+}\rightarrowΣ^{+} K^{+} π^{-}$, $(0.414\pm0.080\pm0.029\pm0.023)\%$ for $Λ_{c}^{+}\rightarrowΣ^{+}φ$ and $(0.197\pm0.036\pm0.008\pm0.011)\%$ for $Λ_{c}^{+}\rightarrowΣ^{+}K^{+} K^{-}$(non-$φ$). In all the above results, the first uncertainties are statistical, the second are systematic and the third are from external input of the branching fraction of $Λ_{c}^{+}\rightarrow Σ^+ π^+ π^-$. Since no signal for $Λ_{c}^{+}\rightarrowΣ^{+} K^{+} π^{-}π^{0}$ is observed, the upper limit of its branching fraction is determined to be 0.11\% at the 90$\%$ confidence level.

Vision Transformers have shown great performance in single tasks such as classification and segmentation. However, real-world problems are not isolated, which calls for vision transformers that can perform multiple tasks concurrently. Existing multi-task vision transformers are handcrafted and heavily rely on human expertise. In this work, we propose a novel one-shot neural architecture search framework, dubbed AutoTaskFormer (Automated Multi-Task Vision TransFormer), to automate this process. AutoTaskFormer not only identifies the weights to share across multiple tasks automatically, but also provides thousands of well-trained vision transformers with a wide range of parameters (e.g., number of heads and network depth) for deployment under various resource constraints. Experiments on both small-scale (2-task Cityscapes and 3-task NYUv2) and large-scale (16-task Taskonomy) datasets show that AutoTaskFormer outperforms state-of-the-art handcrafted vision transformers in multi-task learning. The entire code and models will be open-sourced.

Deep neural network (DNN) models are valuable intellectual property of model owners, constituting a competitive advantage. Therefore, it is crucial to develop techniques to protect against model theft. Model ownership resolution (MOR) is a class of techniques that can deter model theft. A MOR scheme enables an accuser to assert an ownership claim for a suspect model by presenting evidence, such as a watermark or fingerprint, to show that the suspect model was stolen or derived from a source model owned by the accuser. Most of the existing MOR schemes prioritize robustness against malicious suspects, ensuring that the accuser will win if the suspect model is indeed a stolen model.
In this paper, we show that common MOR schemes in the literature are vulnerable to a different, equally important but insufficiently explored, robustness concern: a malicious accuser. We show how malicious accusers can successfully make false claims against independent suspect models that were not stolen. Our core idea is that a malicious accuser can deviate (without detection) from the specified MOR process by finding (transferable) adversarial examples that successfully serve as evidence against independent suspect models. To this end, we first generalize the procedures of common MOR schemes and show that, under this generalization, defending against false claims is as challenging as preventing (transferable) adversarial examples. Via systematic empirical evaluation, we show that our false claim attacks always succeed in the MOR schemes that follow our generalization, including in a real-world model: Amazon's Rekognition API.

Compared to general document analysis tasks, form document structure understanding and retrieval are challenging. Form documents are typically made by two types of authors; A form designer, who develops the form structure and keys, and a form user, who fills out form values based on the provided keys. Hence, the form values may not be aligned with the form designer's intention (structure and keys) if a form user gets confused. In this paper, we introduce Form-NLU, the first novel dataset for form structure understanding and its key and value information extraction, interpreting the form designer's intent and the alignment of user-written value on it. It consists of 857 form images, 6k form keys and values, and 4k table keys and values. Our dataset also includes three form types: digital, printed, and handwritten, which cover diverse form appearances and layouts. We propose a robust positional and logical relation-based form key-value information extraction framework. Using this dataset, Form-NLU, we first examine strong object detection models for the form layout understanding, then evaluate the key information extraction task on the dataset, providing fine-grained results for different types of forms and keys. Furthermore, we examine it with the off-the-shelf pdf layout extraction tool and prove its feasibility in real-world cases.

In this paper, we investigate the relationship between Temperley-Lieb immanants, which were introduced by Rhoades and Skandera, and %-immanants, an immanant based on a concept introduced by Chepuri and Sherman-Bennett. Our main result is a classification of when a Temperley-Lieb immanant can be written as a linear combination of %-immanants. This result uses a formula by Rhoades and Skandera to compute Temperley-Lieb immanants in terms of complementary minors. Using this formula, we also derive an explicit expression for the coefficients of a Temperley-Lieb immanant coming from a $321$-, $1324$-avoiding permutation $w$ containing the pattern $2143,$ which we use to derive our main result.

Classification and segmentation are crucial in medical image analysis as they enable accurate diagnosis and disease monitoring. However, current methods often prioritize the mutual learning features and shared model parameters, while neglecting the reliability of features and performances. In this paper, we propose a novel Uncertainty-informed Mutual Learning (UML) framework for reliable and interpretable medical image analysis. Our UML introduces reliability to joint classification and segmentation tasks, leveraging mutual learning with uncertainty to improve performance. To achieve this, we first use evidential deep learning to provide image-level and pixel-wise confidences. Then, an Uncertainty Navigator Decoder is constructed for better using mutual features and generating segmentation results. Besides, an Uncertainty Instructor is proposed to screen reliable masks for classification. Overall, UML could produce confidence estimation in features and performance for each link (classification and segmentation). The experiments on the public datasets demonstrate that our UML outperforms existing methods in terms of both accuracy and robustness. Our UML has the potential to explore the development of more reliable and explainable medical image analysis models. We will release the codes for reproduction after acceptance.

The modulus ratio and the relative phase of EM-$psionic$ form factors combined with all energy points are measured to be $R^Ψ =$ 0.71$^{+0.10}_{-0.10}$ $\pm$ 0.03 and $ΔΦ^Ψ$ = (23$^{+8.8}_{-8.0}$ $\pm$ 1.6$)^\circ$, where the first uncertainties are statistical and the second systematic.

Adversarial attacks aim to perturb images such that a predictor outputs incorrect results. Due to the limited research in structured attacks, imposing consistency checks on natural multi-object scenes is a promising yet practical defense against conventional adversarial attacks. More desired attacks, to this end, should be able to fool defenses with such consistency checks. Therefore, we present the first approach GLOW that copes with various attack requests by generating global layout-aware adversarial attacks, in which both categorical and geometric layout constraints are explicitly established. Specifically, we focus on object detection task and given a victim image, GLOW first localizes victim objects according to target labels. And then it generates multiple attack plans, together with their context-consistency scores. Our proposed GLOW, on the one hand, is capable of handling various types of requests, including single or multiple victim objects, with or without specified victim objects. On the other hand, it produces a consistency score for each attack plan, reflecting the overall contextual consistency that both semantic category and global scene layout are considered. In experiment, we design multiple types of attack requests and validate our ideas on MS COCO and Pascal. Extensive experimental results demonstrate that we can achieve about 30$\%$ average relative improvement compared to state-of-the-art methods in conventional single object attack request; Moreover, our method outperforms SOTAs significantly on more generic attack requests by about 20$\%$ in average; Finally, our method produces superior performance under challenging zero-query black-box setting, or 20$\%$ better than SOTAs. Our code, model and attack requests would be made available.

Autonomous driving and its widespread adoption have long held tremendous promise. Nevertheless, without a trustworthy and thorough testing procedure, not only does the industry struggle to mass-produce autonomous vehicles (AV), but neither the general public nor policymakers are convinced to accept the innovations. Generating safety-critical scenarios that present significant challenges to AV is an essential first step in testing. Real-world datasets include naturalistic but overly safe driving behaviors, whereas simulation would allow for unrestricted exploration of diverse and aggressive traffic scenarios. Conversely, higher-dimensional searching space in simulation disables efficient scenario generation without real-world data distribution as implicit constraints. In order to marry the benefits of both, it seems appealing to learn to generate scenarios from both offline real-world and online simulation data simultaneously. Therefore, we tailor a Reversely Regularized Hybrid Offline-and-Online ((Re)$^2$H2O) Reinforcement Learning recipe to additionally penalize Q-values on real-world data and reward Q-values on simulated data, which ensures the generated scenarios are both varied and adversarial. Through extensive experiments, our solution proves to produce more risky scenarios than competitive baselines and it can generalize to work with various autonomous driving models. In addition, these generated scenarios are also corroborated to be capable of fine-tuning AV performance.

The matrix elements for both channels are in reasonable agreement with previous measurements. The non-zero $gX^2Y$ term for the decay mode $η\toπ^+π^-π^0$ is confirmed, as reported by the KLOE Collaboration, while the other higher-order terms are found to be insignificant. Dalitz plot asymmetries in the $η\toπ^+π^-π^0$ decay are also explored and are found to be consistent with charge conjugation invariance. In addition, a cusp effect is investigated in the $η\toπ^0π^0π^0$ decay, and no obvious structure around the $π^+π^-$ mass threshold is observed.

With the expansive aging of global population, service robot with living assistance applied in indoor scenes will serve as a crucial role in the field of elderly care and health in the future. Service robots need to detect multiple targets when completing auxiliary tasks. However, indoor scenes are usually complex and there are many types of interference factors, leading to great challenges in the multiple targets detection. To overcome this technical difficulty, a novel improved Mask RCNN method for multiple targets detection in the indoor complex scenes is proposed in this paper. The improved model utilizes Mask RCNN as the network framework. On this basis, Convolutional Block Attention Module (CBAM) with channel mechanism and space mechanism is integrated, and the influence of different background, distance, angle and interference factors are comprehensively considered. Meanwhile, in order to evaluate the detection and identification effects of the established model, a comprehensive evaluation system based on loss function and Mean Average Precision (mAP) is established. For verification, experiments on the detection and identification effects under different distances, backgrounds, angles and interference factors were conducted. The results show that designed model improves the accuracy to a higher level and has a better anti-interference ability than other methods when the detection speed was nearly the same.

Using 7.33 fb$^{-1}$ of $e^+e^-$ collision data collected by the BESIII detector at center-of-mass energies between 4.128 and 4.226~GeV, we observe for the first time the decay $D^{\pm}_s\to ωπ^{\pm}η$ with a statistical significance of 7.6$σ$. The measured branching fraction of this decay is $(0.54\pm0.12\pm0.04)\%$, where the first uncertainty is statistical and the second is systematic.

This paper develops and analyzes a stochastic derivative-free optimization strategy. A key feature is the state-dependent adaptive variance. We prove global convergence in probability with algebraic rate and give the quantitative results in numerical examples. A striking fact is that convergence is achieved without explicit information of the gradient and even without comparing different objective function values as in established methods such as the simplex method and simulated annealing. It can otherwise be compared to annealing with state-dependent temperature.

Rearrangement-based nonprehensile manipulation still remains as a challenging problem due to the high-dimensional problem space and the complex physical uncertainties it entails. We formulate this class of problems as a coupled problem of local rearrangement and global action optimization by incorporating free-space transit motions between constrained rearranging actions. We propose a forest-based kinodynamic planning framework to concurrently search in multiple problem regions, so as to enable global exploration of the most task-relevant subspaces, while facilitating effective switches between local rearranging actions. By interleaving dynamic horizon planning and action execution, our framework can adaptively handle real-world uncertainties. With extensive experiments, we show that our framework significantly improves the planning efficiency and manipulation effectiveness while being robust against various uncertainties.

Ensemble methods can deliver surprising performance gains but also bring significantly higher computational costs, e.g., can be up to 2048X in large-scale ensemble tasks. However, we found that the majority of computations in ensemble methods are redundant. For instance, over 77% of samples in CIFAR-100 dataset can be correctly classified with only a single ResNet-18 model, which indicates that only around 23% of the samples need an ensemble of extra models. To this end, we propose an inference efficient ensemble learning method, to simultaneously optimize for effectiveness and efficiency in ensemble learning. More specifically, we regard ensemble of models as a sequential inference process and learn the optimal halting event for inference on a specific sample. At each timestep of the inference process, a common selector judges if the current ensemble has reached ensemble effectiveness and halt further inference, otherwise filters this challenging sample for the subsequent models to conduct more powerful ensemble. Both the base models and common selector are jointly optimized to dynamically adjust ensemble inference for different samples with various hardness, through the novel optimization goals including sequential ensemble boosting and computation saving. The experiments with different backbones on real-world datasets illustrate our method can bring up to 56\% inference cost reduction while maintaining comparable performance to full ensemble, achieving significantly better ensemble utility than other baselines. Three enhancements around 4.20, 4.47 and 4.67 GeV are visible. The resonances have masses of $4209.6\pm4.7\pm5.9\,{\rm MeV}/c^{2}$, $4469.1\pm26.2\pm3.6\,{\rm MeV}/c^{2}$ and $4675.3\pm29.5\pm3.5\,{\rm MeV}/c^{2}$ and widths of $81.6\pm17.8\pm9.0\,{\rm MeV}$, $246.3\pm36.7\pm9.4\,{\rm MeV}$, and $218.3\pm72.9\pm9.3\,{\rm MeV}$, respectively, where the first uncertainties are statistical and the second systematic. The first and third resonances are consistent with the $ψ(4230)$ and $ψ(4660)$ states, respectively, while the second one is compatible with the $ψ(4500)$ observed in the $e^{+}e^{-}\to K^{+}K^{-}J/ψ$ process. These three charmoniumlike $ψ$ states are observed in $e^{+}e^{-}\to D^{*0}D^{*-}π^{+}$ process for the first time.

Is Yang-Mills Theory Unitary in Fractional Spacetime Dimensions?
Authors:

Abstract:
We present concrete evidence that Yang-Mills theory exhibits non-unitarity in non-integer spacetime dimensions. This violation of unitarity stems from evanescent operators that, while vanishing in four dimensions, are non-zero in general d dimensions. We demonstrate that these evanescent operators lead to the emergence of both negative-norm states and complex anomalous dimensions.

We present a study of the resonant structure of the decay $D^0 \to K_{\rm L}^0π^+π^-$, using quantum-correlated $D^0\bar{D}^0$ data produced at $\sqrt{s}=3.773$ GeV. The data sample was collected by the BESIII experiment and corresponds to an integrated luminosity of $2.93$ fb$^{-1}$. This study is the first amplitude analysis of a decay mode involving a $K_{\rm L}^0$, which also results in the first measurement of the complex $\textit{U-spin breaking parameters}$ ($\hatρ$) related to various $\mathit{CP}$-eigenstate resonant modes through which the three-body decay proceeds. The moduli of the $\hatρ$ parameters have central values in a wide range from $0.4$ to $12.1$, which indicates substantial U-spin symmetry breaking. We present the fractional resonant contributions and average strong-phase parameters over regions of phase space for both $K_{\rm S}^0π^+π^-$ and $K_{\rm L}^0π^+π^-$ modes. We also report the ratio of the branching fractions between $K_{\rm L}^0π^+π^-$ and $K_{\rm S}^0π^+π^-$ decay modes and the $\mathit{CP}$-even fraction of the $K_{\rm L}^0π^+π^-$ state calculated using the U-spin breaking parameters.
