This paper presents optimization models for electric Mobility-as-a-Service systems, whereby electric vehicles not only provide on-demand mobility, but also perform charging and Vehicle-to-Grid (V2G) operations to enhance the fleet operator profitability. Specifically, we formulate the optimal fleet operation problem as a mixed-integer linear program, with the objective combining of operational costs and revenues generated from servicing requests and grid electricity sales. Our cost function explicitly captures battery price and degradation, reflecting their impact on the fleet total cost of ownership due to additional charging and discharging activities. Simulation results for Eindhoven, The Netherlands, show that integrating V2G activities does not compromise the number of travel requests being served. Moreover, we emphasize the significance of accounting for battery degradation, as the costs associated with it can potentially outweigh the revenues stemming from V2G operations.

This paper explores the concept of étalé spaces associated with residuated lattices. Notions of bundles and étalés of residuated lattices over a given topological space are introduced and investigated. For a topological space $\mathscr{B}$, we establish that the category of étalés of residuated lattices over $\mathscr{B}$ with morphisms of étalés of residuated lattices is coreflective in the category of bundles of residuated lattices over $\mathscr{B}$ along with morphisms of bundles of residuated lattices. We provide a method for transferring an étalé of residuated lattices over a topological space to another, utilizing a continuous map. Finally, we define a contravariant functor, called the section functor, from the category of étalés of residuated lattices with inverse morphisms to the category of residuated lattices.

The unification of quantum mechanics and general relativity has long been elusive. Only recently have empirical predictions of various possible theories of quantum gravity been put to test. The dawn of multi-messenger high-energy astrophysics has been tremendously beneficial, as it allows us to study particles with much higher energies and travelling much longer distances than possible in terrestrial experiments, but more progress is needed on several fronts.
A thorough appraisal of current strategies and experimental frameworks, regarding quantum gravity phenomenology, is provided here. Our aim is twofold: a description of tentative multimessenger explorations, plus a focus on future detection experiments.
As the outlook of the network of researchers that formed through the COST Action CA18108 "Quantum gravity phenomenology in the multi-messenger approach (QG-MM)", in this work we give an overview of the desiderata that future theoretical frameworks, observational facilities, and data-sharing policies should satisfy in order to advance the cause of quantum gravity phenomenology.

The increased penetration of distributed energy resources and the adoption of sensing and control technologies are driving the transition from our current centralized electric grid to a distributed system controlled by multiple entities (agents). The Transactive Energy Community (TEC) serves as an established example of this transition. Distributed energy management approaches can effectively address the scalability, resilience, and privacy requirements of the evolving grid. In this context, the accuracy of agents' estimations becomes crucial for the performance of distributed and multi-agent decision-making paradigms. This paper specifically focuses on integrating Federated Learning (FL) with the multi-agent energy management procedure. FL is utilized to forecast agents' local energy generation and demand, aiming to accelerate the convergence of the distributed decision-making process. To enhance energy aggregation in TECs, we propose an FL-assisted distributed Consensus + Innovations approach. The results demonstrate that employing FL significantly reduces errors in predicting net power demand. The improved forecast accuracy, in turn, introduces less error in the distributed optimization process, thereby enhancing its convergence behavior.

Considering an arbitrary dimensional FLRW universe in the framework of a generalized Sáez--Ballester (SB) theory, we establish a noncommutative (NC) cosmological model. We concentrate on the predictions of NC model and compare them with their commutative counterparts in both the classical and quantum regimes. For the classic case, taking a very small NC parameter, we apply two different methods to analyze the model features. First, we show through numerical analysis that our NC model is a successful inflationary model capable of overcoming the graceful exit and horizon problems. Furthermore, the NC traces are visible the late time, which supports the UV/IR mixing characteristic of the NC models. In the second method, we show that our NC model can correspond to the previously developed NC inflationary models. In the commutative quantum case, we obtain an exact wave function and then use the WKB approximation to show that the solutions of the corresponding classical regime are recovered. Finally, with regard to the NC quantum level, we focus on the special case for which we show that a constant of motion exists. The latter helps us to conveniently transform the corresponding complicated NC-WDW equation into an ordinary differential equation, which can be easily solved numerically for the general case or analytically for some special cases. The resultant solutions show a dam** behavior in the wave function associated with the proposed NC model, which may be important in determining the viable initial states for the very early universe.

Our proposed cosmological framework, which is based on fractional quantum cosmology, aims to address the issue of synchronicity in the age of the universe. % Please check intended meaning is retained. To achieve this, we have developed a new fractional $Λ$CDM cosmological model. We obtained the necessary formalism by obtaining the fractional Hamiltonian constraint in a general minisuperspace. This formalism has allowed us to derive the fractional Friedmann and Raychaudhuri equations for a homogeneous and isotropic cosmology. Unlike the traditional de Sitter phase, our model exhibits a power-law accelerated expansion in the late-time universe, when vacuum energy becomes dominant. % Please check intended meaning is retained. By fitting the model's parameters to cosmological observations, we determined that the fractional parameter of Lévy equals $α=1.986$. Additionally, we have calculated the age of the universe to be 13.8196 Gyr. Furthermore, we have found that the ratio of the age to Hubble time from the present epoch to the distant future is finite and confined within the interval $0.9858\leq Ht<95.238$.

The Wheeler--DeWitt equation for a flat and compact Friedmann--Lemaître--Robertson--Walker cosmology at the pre-inflation epoch is studied in the contexts of the standard and fractional quantum cosmology. Working within the semiclassical regime and applying the WKB approximation, we show that some fascinating consequences are obtained for our simple fractional scenario that are completely different from their corresponding standard counterparts: (i) The conventional de Sitter behavior of the inflationary universe for constant potential is replaced by a power-law inflation. (ii) The non-locality of the Riesz's fractional derivative produces a power-law inflation that depends on the fractal dimension of the compact spatial section of space-time, independent of the energy scale of the inflaton.

The notion of purely-prime filters of a residuated lattice has been investigated, and a Cohen-type theorem has been obtained. In this brief review, we comment on the concept of shape invariant potentials, which is an essential feature in many settings of $N=2$ supersymmetric quantum mechanics. To motivate its application within supersymmetric quantum cosmology, we present a case study to illustrate the value of this promising tool. Concretely, we take a spatially flat FRW model in the presence of a single scalar field, minimally coupled to gravity. Then, we extract the associated Schrödinger-Wheeler-DeWitt equation, allowing for a particular scope of factor ordering. Subsequently, we compute the corresponding supersymmetric partner Hamiltonians, $H_1$ and $H_2$. Moreover, we point out how the shape invariance property can be employed to bring a relation among several factor orderings choices for our Schrödinger-Wheeler-DeWitt equation. The ground state is retrieved, and the excited states easily written. Finally, the Hamiltonians, $H_1$ and $H_2$ are explicitly presented within a $N=2$ supersymmetric quantum mechanics framework.

The overall characteristics of the solar and atmospheric neutrino oscillations are approximately consistent with a tribimaximal form of the mixing matrix $U$ of the lepton sector. Exact tribimaximal mixing leads to $θ_{13}=0$. However, the results from the Daya Bay and RENO experiments have established, such that in comparison to the other neutrino mixing angles, $θ_{13}$ is small. Moreover, the atmospheric and solar mass splitting differ by two orders of magnitude. These significant differences constitutes the great enthusiasm and main motivation for our research herein reported. Kee** the leading behavior of U as tribimaximal. We would make a response to the following questions: at some level, whether or not the small parameters such as the solar neutrino mass splitting and $U_{e3}$, which vanish in a new framework, can be interpreted as a modified FL neutrino mass model? Subsequently, a minimal single perturbation leads to nonzero values for both of them? Our minimal perturbation matrix is constructed solely from computing the third mass eigenstate, using the rules of perturbation theory. Let us point out that in contrast with~\cite{my}, this matrix is not ad hoc assumed, but is instead built following a series of steps we will outline. Also in compared to the original FL neutrino mass model which generalize it by inserting phase factors, our work is more accurate. Subsequently, we produce the following results that add new contributions to the literature: a) we obtain a realistic neutrino mixing matrix with $δ\neq0$ and $θ_{23}=45^\circ$; b) the solar mass splitting term is dominated by an imaginary term, which could induce the existence of Majorana neutrinos, along with explaining a large CP violation in nature.

A combination of algebraic and topological methods is applied to obtain new and structural results on mp-residuated lattices. Applying the $A_4$ symmetry in the scenario of unimodular second scheme of trimaximal $TM_2$ mixing matrix, where the charged lepton mass matrix is diagonal and the nature of neutrinos are Majorana, we investigate and analyze feasible two zeros neutrino mass matrices. Among the seven possible two-zero textures with $A_4$ symmetry, we have found that only two textures, namely the texture with $(e, e)$ and $(e,μ)$ vanishing element of mass matrix and its permutation, are consistent with the experimental data in the non-perturbation method. We also obtain new significant relations between phases of our model, namely $ρ+σ=φ\pmπ$ and $\sin^2{θ_{13}}=\frac{2}{3}R_ν$ where $R_ν=\frac{δm^2}{Δm^2}$. Subsequently, by admitting the experimental ranges of $R_ν$, we retrieve the allowed range of the unknown phase $φ$. Such a procedure assist us to determine the ranges of all the neutrino observable parameters, the masses of neutrinos, the CP-violating phases and $J$ parameter as well as to predict the normal hierarchy for the neutrino mass. Finally, we show that our predictions with respect to our herewith reported specific textures are consistent with the corresponding data reported from neutrino oscillation, cosmic microwave background and neutrinoless double beta decay experiments.

We study the geodesic deviation (GD) equation in a generalized version of the Sáez--Ballester (SB) theory in arbitrary dimensions. We first establish a general formalism and then restrict to particular cases, where (i) the matter-energy distribution is that of a perfect fluid, and (ii) the spacetime geometry is described by a vanishing Weyl tensor. Furthermore, we consider the spatially flat FLRW universe as the background geometry.
Based on this setup, we compute the GD equation as well as the convergence condition associated with fundamental observers and past directed null vector fields.
Moreover, we extend that framework and extract the corresponding geodesic deviation in the \emph{modified} Sáez--Ballester theory (MSBT), where the energy-momentum tensor and potential emerge strictly from the geometry of the extra dimensions. In order to examine our herein GD equations, we consider two novel cosmological models within the SB framework. Moreover, we discuss a few quintessential models and a suitable phantom dark energy scenario within the mentioned SB and MSBT frameworks.
Noticing that our herein cosmological models can suitably include the present time of our Universe, we solve the GD equations analytically and/or numerically. By employing the correct energy conditions plus recent observational data, we consistently depict the behavior of the deviation vector $η(z)$ and the observer area distance $r_0(z)$ for our models. Concerning the Hubble constant problem, we specifically focus on the observational data reported by the Planck collaboration and the SH0ES collaboration to depict $η(z)$ and $r_0(z)$ for our herein phantom model.
Subsequently, we contrast our results with those associated with the $Λ$CDM model.

This paper presents a noncommutative (NC) version of an extended Sáez-Ballester (SB) theory. Concretely, considering the spatially flat Friedmann-Lemaître-Robertson-Walker~(FLRW) metric, we propose an appropriate dynamical deformation between the conjugate momenta and applying the Hamiltonian formalism, obtain deformed equations of motion. In our model, the NC parameter appears linearly in the deformed Poisson bracket and the equations of the NC SB cosmology. When it goes to zero, we get the corresponding commutative counterparts. Even by restricting our attention to a particular case, where there is neither an ordinary matter nor a scalar potential, we show that the effects of the noncommutativity provide interesting results: applying numerical endeavors for very small values of the NC parameter, we show that (i) at the early times of the universe, there is an inflationary phase with a graceful exit, for which the relevant nominal condition is satisfied; (ii) for the late times, there is a zero acceleration epoch. By establishing an appropriate dynamical framework, we show that the results (i) and (ii) can be obtained for many sets of the initial conditions and the parameters of the model. Finally, we indicate that, at the level of the field equations, one may find a close resemblance between our NC model and the Starobinsky inflationary model.

We establish an extended version of the modified Sáez-Ballester (SB) scalar-tensor theory in arbitrary dimensions whose energy momentum tensor as well as potential are pure geometrical quantities. This scenario emerges by means of two scalar fields (one is present in the SB theory and the other is associated with the extra dimension) which widens the scope of the induced-matter theory. Moreover, it bears a close resemblance to the standard Sáez-Ballester scalar-tensor theory, as well as other alternative theories to general relativity, whose construction includes either a minimally or a non-minimally coupled scalar field. However, contrary to those theories, in our framework the energy momentum tensor and the scalar potential are not added by hand, but instead are dictated from the geometry. Concerning cosmological applications, our herein contribution brings a new perspective. We firstly show that the dark energy sector can be naturally retrieved within a strictly geometric perspective, and we subsequently analyze it. Moreover, our framework may provide a hint to understand the physics of lower gravity theories.

The notion of hull-kernel topology on a collection of prime filters in a residuated lattice is introduced and investigated. It is observed that any collection of prime filters is a $T_0$ topological space under the hull-kernel and the dual hull-kernel topologies. It is proved that any collection of prime filters is a $T_1$ space if and only if it is an antichain, and it is a Hausdorff space if and only if it satisfies a certain condition. Some characterizations in which maximal filters forms a Hausdorff space are given. At the end, it is focused on the space of minimal prim filters, and it is shown that this space is a totally disconnected Hausdorff space. We study inflation with the Dirac-Born-Infeld (DBI) noncanonical scalar field in both the cold and warm scenarios. We consider the Anti-de Sitter warp factor $f(φ)=f_{0}/φ^{4}$ for the DBI inflation and check viability of the quartic potential $V(φ)=λφ^{4}/4$ in light of the Planck 2015 observational results. In the cold DBI setting, we find that the prediction of this potential in the $r-n_s$ plane is in conflict with Planck 2015 TT,TE,EE+lowP data. This motivates us to focus on the warm DBI inflation with constant sound speed. We conclude that in contrary to the case of cold scenario, the $r-n_s$ result of warm DBI model can be compatible with the 68\% CL constraints of Planck 2015 TT,TE,EE+lowP data in the intermediate and high dissipation regimes, whereas it fails to be observationally viable in the weak dissipation regime. Also, the prediction of this model for the running of the scalar spectral index $dn_s/d\ln k$ is in good agreement with the constraint of Planck 2015 TT,TE,EE+lowP data. Finally, we show that the warm DBI inflation can provide a reasonable solution to the swampland conjecture that challenges the de Sitter limit in the standard inflation.

In this paper, by establishing a Brans-Dicke (BD) cosmology by means of a deformed phase space, in the absence of any scalar potential, cosmological constant and ordinary matter, we show that it is feasible to overcome obstacles reported in the corresponding commutative (non-deformed) frameworks. More concretely, by applying the Hamiltonian formalism and introducing a dynamical deformation, between the momenta associated to the FLRW scale factor and the BD scalar field, we obtain the modified equations of motion. In particular, these equations reduce to their standard counterparts when the noncommutative (NC) parameter is switched off. By focusing on a specific branch of solutions, in contrast to standard frameworks (even with a varying BD coupling parameter), we show that we can obtain an adequate appropriate inflationary epoch possessing a suitable graceful exit. In other words, in the Jordan frame (JF), such branch of solutions properly satisfy the sufficient condition required for satisfactory inflation, which is equivalent to get an inflationary phase in the conformal Einstein frame (EF) without branch change. Concerning the cosmological dynamics, we further show that our NC framework bears close resemblance to the $R^2$ (Starobinsky) inflationary model.

We consider a noncommutative (NC) inflationary model with a homogeneous scalar field minimally coupled to gravity. The particular NC inflationary setting produces entirely new consequences. We first analyze the free field case and subsequently examine the situation where the scalar field is subjected to a polynomial and exponential potentials. We propose to use a canonical deformation between momenta, in a spatially flat FLRW universe, and while the Friedmann equation remains unaffected the Friedmann acceleration equation (and thus the Klein-Gordon equation) is modified by an extra term linear in the NC parameter. This concrete noncommutativity on the momenta allows interesting dynamics that other NC models seem not to allow. Let us be more precise. This extra term behaves as the sole explicit pressure that under the right circumstances implies a period of accelerated expansion of the universe. We find that in the absence of the scalar field potential, and in contrast with the commutative case, in which the scale factor always decelerates, we obtain an inflationary phase for small negative values of the NC parameter. Subsequently, the period of accelerated expansion is smoothly replaced by an appropriate deceleration phase providing an interesting model regarding the graceful exit problem in inflationary models.
Moreover, in the case of the free scalar field, we show that not only the horizon problem is solved but also there is some resemblance between the evolution equation of the scale factor associated to our model and that for the $R^2$ (Starobinsky) inflationary model. Therefore, our herein NC model not only can be taken as an appropriate scenario to get a successful kinetic inflation, but also is a convenient setting to obtain inflationary universe possessing the graceful exit when scalar field potentials are present.

In this paper, we bring together the five-dimensional Saez-Ballester~(SB) scalar-tensor theory [1] and the induced-matter-theory~(IMT) setting [2], to obtain a modified SB theory (MSBT) in four dimensions. Specifically, by using an intrinsic dimensional reduction procedure into the SB field equations in five-dimensions, a MSBT is obtained onto a hypersurface orthogonal to the extra dimension. This four-dimensional MSBT is shown to bear distinctive new features in contrast to the usual corresponding SB theory as well as to IMT and the Modified Brans-Dicke Theory (MBDT)~\cite{RFM14}. It should be emphasized that the herein appealing solutions can emerge solely from the geometrical reductional process, from presence also of extra dimension(s) and not from any ad-hoc matter either in the bulk or on the hypersurface.
Subsequently, we apply the herein MSBT to cosmology and consider an extended spatially flat FLRW geometry in a five-dimensional vacuum space-time. After obtaining the exact solutions in the bulk, we proceed to construct, by means of the MSBT setting, the corresponding dynamic, on the four-dimensional hypersurface. More precisely, we obtain the (SB) components of the induced matter, including the induced scalar potential terms. We retrieve two different classes of solutions. Concerning the first class, we show that the MSBT yields a barotropic equation of state for the induced perfect fluid. We then investigate vacuum, dust, radiation, stiff fluid and false vacuum cosmologies for this scenario and contrast the results with those obtained in the standard SB theory, IMT and BD theory. Regarding the second class solutions, we show that the scale factor behaves similar to a de Sitter (DeS) model. However, in our MSBT setting, this behavior is assisted by non-vanishing induced matter instead, without any a priori cosmological constant.

We investigate gravity-driven acceleration and kinetic inflation in this NC BD cosmology. Despite to the commutative case, in which both the scale factor and BD scalar field are obtained in power-law forms (in terms of the cosmic time), in our herein NC model, we see that the power-law scalar factor is multiplied by a dynamical exponential warp factor. This warp factor depends on not only the NC parameter but also the momentum conjugate associated to the BD scalar field. For very small values of this parameter, we obtain an appropriate inflationary solution, which can overcome the problems within the standard BD cosmology in a more efficient manner. Moreover, we see that a graceful exit from an early acceleration epoch towards a decelerating radiation epoch is provided. For late times, due to the presence of the NC parameter, we obtain a zero acceleration epoch, which can be interpreted as the coarse-grained explanation.

We study the collapse process of a homogeneous perfect fluid (in FLRW background) with a barotropic equation of state in Brans-Dicke (BD) theory in the presence of phase space deformation effects. Such a deformation is introduced as a particular type of non-commutativity between phase space coordinates. For the commutative case, it has been shown in the literature [1], that the dust collapse in BD theory leads to the formation of a spacetime singularity which is covered by an event horizon. In comparison to general relativity (GR), the authors concluded that the final state of black holes in BD theory is identical to the GR case but differs from GR during the dynamical evolution of the collapse process. However, the presence of non-commutative effects influences the dynamics of the collapse scenario and consequently a non-singular evolution is developed in the sense that a bounce emerges at a minimum radius, after which an expanding phase begins. Such a behavior is observed for positive values of the BD coupling parameter. For large positive values of the BD coupling parameter, when non-commutative effects are present, the dynamics of collapse process differs from the GR case. Finally, we show that for negative values of the BD coupling parameter, the singularity is replaced by an oscillatory bounce occurring at a finite time, with the frequency of oscillation and amplitude being damped at late times.

In this paper, we obtain exact cosmological vacuum solutions for an extended FLRW homogenous and isotropic Brans-Dicke (BD) universe in five dimensions for all values of the curvature index. Then, by employing the equations associated to a modified Brans-Dicke theory (MBDT) [1], we construct the physics on a four-dimensional hypersurface. We show that the induced matter obeys the equation of state of a fluid of a barotropic type. We discuss the properties of such an induced matter for some values of the equation of state parameter and analyze in detail their corresponding solutions. To illustrate the cosmological behaviors of the solutions, we contrast our solutions with those present the standard Brans-Dicke theory. We retrieve that, in MBDT scenario, it is impossible to find a physically acceptable solution associated to the negative curvature for both the dust-dominated and radiation-dominated universes. However, for a spatially flat and closed universes, we argue that our obtained solutions are more general than those associated to the standard BD theory and, moreover, they contain a few classes of solutions which have no analog in the BD cosmology. For those particular cases, we further compare the results with those extracted in the context of the induced matter theory (IMT) and general relativity (GR). Furthermore, we discuss in detail the time behaviors of the cosmological quantities and compare them with recent observational data. We find a favorable range for the deceleration parameter associated to a matter-dominated spatially flat universe (for the late times) which is compatible with recent corresponding observational results.

Within an algebraic framework, used to construct the induced-matter-theory (IMT) setting, in $(D+1)$-dimensional Brans-Dicke (BD) scenario, we obtain a modified BD theory (MBDT) in $D$ dimensions. Being more specific, from the $(D+1)$-dimensional field equations, a $D$--dimensional BD theory, bearing new features, is extracted by means of a suitable dimensional reduction onto a hypersurface orthogonal to the extra dimension. In particular, the BD scalar field in such $D$-dimensional theory has a self-interacting potential, which can be suitably interpreted as produced by the extra dimension. Subsequently, as an application to cosmology, we consider an extended spatially flat FLRW geometry in a $(D+1)$-dimensional space-time. We then contrast the resulted solutions (for different phases of the universe) with those usually extracted from the conventional GR and BD theories in view of current ranges for cosmological parameters. We show that the induced perfect fluid background and the induced scalar potential can be employed, within some limits, for describing different epochs of the universe. We study the gravitational collapse of a homogeneous scalar field, minimally coupled to gravity, in the presence of a particular type of dynamical deformation between the canonical momenta of the scale factor and of the scalar field. In the absence of such a deformation, a class of solutions can be found in the literature [R. Goswami and P. S. Joshi, arXiv:gr-qc/0410144], %\cite{JG04}, whereby a curvature singularity occurs at the collapse end state, which can be either hidden behind a horizon or be visible to external observers. However, when the phase-space is deformed, as implemented herein this paper, we find that the singularity may be either removed or instead, attained faster. More precisely, for negative values of the deformation parameter, we identify the emergence of a negative pressure term, which slows down the collapse so that the singularity is replaced with a bounce. In this respect, the formation of a dynamical horizon can be avoided depending on the suitable choice of the boundary surface of the star. Whereas for positive values, the pressure that originates from the deformation effects assists the collapse toward the singularity formation. In this case, since the collapse speed is unbounded, the condition on the horizon formation is always satisfied and furthermore the dynamical horizon develops earlier than when the phase-space deformations are absent. These results are obtained by means of a thoroughly numerical discussion.

Utilizing the metric formalism, we rewrite the field equations as those of Brans-Dicke theory with vanishing coupling parameter. By choosing the functionality of Ricci scalar as $f({\mathcal R})=α{\mathcal R}^{m}$, we show that for an appropriate initial value of the energy density, if $α$ and $m$ satisfy certain conditions, the resulting singularity would be naked, violating the cosmic censorship conjecture. These conditions are the ratio of the mass function to the area radius of the collapsing ball, negativity of the effective pressure, and the time behavior of the Kretschmann scalar. Also, as long as parameter $α$ obeys certain conditions, the satisfaction of the weak energy condition is guaranteed by the collapsing configuration.

It has been shown that four dimensional Brans-Dicke theory with effective matter field and self interacting potential can be achieved from vacuum 5D BD field equations, where we refer to as modified Brans-Dicke theory (MBDT). We investigate a generalized Bianchi type I anisotropic cosmology in 5D BD theory, and by employing obtained formalism, we derive induced-matter on any 4D hypersurface in context of the MBDT. We illustrate that if the usual spatial scale factors are functions of time while scale factor of extra dimension is constant, and scalar field depends on time and fifth coordinate, then in general, one will encounter inconsistencies in field equations. Then, we assume the scale factors and scalar field depend on time and extra coordinate as separated variables in power law forms. Hence, we find a few classes of solutions in 5D spacetime through which, we probe the one which leads to a generalized Kasner relations among Kasner parameters. The induced scalar potential is found to be in power law or in logarithmic form, however, for constant scaler field and even when scalar field only depends on fifth coordinate, it vanishes. The conservation law is indeed valid in this MBDT approach for derived induced energy momentum tensor (EMT). We proceed our investigations for a few cosmological quantities, where for simplicity we assume metric and scalar field are functions of time. Hence, the EMT satisfies barotropic equation of state, and the model indicates that constant mean Hubble parameter is not allowed. Thus, by appealing to variation of Hubble parameter, we assume a fixed deceleration parameter, and set evolution of quantities with respect to the fixed deceleration, BD coupling and state parameters. The WEC allows a shrinking extra dimension for decelerating expanding universe that, in the constant scalar field, evolves same as flat FRW spacetime in GR.

We investigate the effects of a special kind of dynamical deformation between the momenta of the scalar field of the Brans-Dicke theory and the scale factor of the FRW metric. This special choice of deformation includes linearly a deformation parameter. We trace the deformation footprints in the cosmological equations of motion when the BD coupling parameter goes to infinity. One class of the solutions gives a constant scale factor in the late time that confirms the previous result obtained via another approach in the literature. This effect can be interpreted as a quantum gravity footprint in the coarse grained explanation. The another class of the solutions removes the big bang singularity, and the accelerating expansion region has an infinite temporal range which overcomes the horizon problem. After this epoch, there is a graceful exiting by which the universe enters in the radiation dominated era.

We investigate the induced geodesic deviation equations in the brane world models, in which all the matter forces except gravity are confined on the 3-brane. Also, the Newtonian limit of induced geodesic deviation equation is studied. We show that in the first Randall-Sundrum model the Bohr-Sommerfeld quantization rule is as a result of consistency between the geodesic and geodesic deviation equations. This indicates that the path of test particle is made up of integral multiples of a fundamental Compton-type unit of length $h/mc$.
