In this paper, we present Hermes, an end-to-end framework to automatically generate formal representations from natural language cellular specifications. We first develop a neural constituency parser, NEUTREX, to process transition-relevant texts and extract transition components (i.e., states, conditions, and actions). We also design a domain-specific language to translate these transition components to logical formulas by leveraging dependency parse trees. Finally, we compile these logical formulas to generate transitions and create the formal model as finite state machines. To demonstrate the effectiveness of Hermes, we evaluate it on 4G NAS, 5G NAS, and 5G RRC specifications and obtain an overall accuracy of 81-87%, which is a substantial improvement over the state-of-the-art. Our security analysis of the extracted models uncovers 3 new vulnerabilities and identifies 19 previous attacks in 4G and 5G specifications, and 7 deviations in commercial 4G basebands.

We reconsider the Hamiltonian reduction of the action for three dimensional AdS supergravity and $W_3$ higher spin AdS gravity in the Chern-Simons formulation under asymptotically anti-de Sitter boundary conditions. We show that the reduction gives two copies of chiral bosons on the boundary. In particular, we take into account the holonomy of the Chern-Simons connection which manifests itself as zero mode of the momentum of the boundary chiral boson. We provide an equivalent formulation of the boundary action which we claim to be the geometric action on symplectic leaves of a (super-)Virasoro or a higher spin $W_N$ Poisson manifold in the case of supergravity or higher spin gravity respectively, where the intersection of leaves (given in terms of leaves representatives) can be identified as the bulk holonomy. This concludes the extension to non-linear algebras where the notion of coadjoint representation is not well-defined. The boundary Hamiltonian depends on a choice of boundary conditions and is equivalent to the Schwarzian action for corresponding Brown-Henneaux boundary conditions. We make this connection explicit in the extended supersymmetric case. Moreover, we discuss the geometric action in the case of $W_3$ AdS$_3$ gravity in both $\mathfrak{sl}(3)$ highest weight representations based on principal and diagonal $\mathfrak{sl}(2)$ embeddings.

Bottlenecks are one of the controversial issues in manufacturing companies. Managers and designers attempt to manage this trouble to improve efficiency in different ways. For example, expanding capacity is a prevalent solution to get rid of bottlenecks. In this paper, a color production line is chosen, which faces several challenges in its production line. This company attempts to distinguish and diminish the bottlenecks in the production line. The objective of this paper is to build a developed model of a production line to improve its profitability by breaking down its bottlenecks. Besides, the optimum number of operators with different utilizations is investigated in this paper. Furthermore, we considered the construction of new quality control in the station, which is the most time-wasting operation in the production line. The current study aims to apply computer simulation to examine the production line bottlenecks. In doing so, arena 14.00 software is used. Then the results are analyzed, and several managerial implications are presented.

We revisit universal features of duality in linear and nonlinear relativistic scalar and Abelian 1-form theories with single or multiple fields, which exhibit ordinary or generalized global symmetries. We show that such global symmetries can be interpreted as generalized Killing isometries on a suitable, possibly graded, target space of fields or its jet space when the theory contains higher derivatives. This is realized via a generalized sigma model perspective motivated from the fact that higher spin particles can be Nambu-Goldstone bosons of spontaneously broken generalized global symmetries. We work out in detail the 2D examples of a compact scalar and the massless Heisenberg pion fireball model and the 4D examples of Maxwell, Born-Infeld and ModMax electrodynamics. In all cases we identify the 't Hooft anomaly that obstructs the simultaneous gauging of both global symmetries and confirm the anomaly matching under duality. These results readily generalize to higher gauge theories for p-forms. For multifield theories we discuss the transformation of couplings under duality as two sets of Buscher rules for even or odd differential forms.

While classic control theory offers state of the art solutions in many problem scenarios, it is often desired to improve beyond the structure of such solutions and surpass their limitations. To this end, residual policy learning (RPL) offers a formulation to improve existing controllers with reinforcement learning (RL) by learning an additive "residual" to the output of a given controller. However, the applicability of such an approach highly depends on the structure of the controller. Often, internal feedback signals of the controller limit an RL algorithm to adequately change the policy and, hence, learn the task. We propose a new formulation that addresses these limitations by also modifying the feedback signals to the controller with an RL policy and show superior performance of our approach on a contact-rich peg-insertion task under position and orientation uncertainty. In addition, we use a recent Cartesian impedance control architecture as the control framework which can be available to us as a black-box while assuming no knowledge about its input/output structure, and show the difficulties of standard RPL. Furthermore, we introduce an adaptive curriculum for the given task to gradually increase the task difficulty in terms of position and orientation uncertainty. A video showing the results can be found at https://youtu.be/SAZm_Krze7U .

We perform an in-depth analysis of the transformation rules under duality for couplings of theories containing multiple scalars, $p$-form gauge fields, linearized gravitons or $(p,1)$ mixed symmetry tensors. Following a similar reasoning to the derivation of the Buscher rules for string background fields under T-duality, we show that the couplings for all classes of aforementioned multi-field theories transform according to one of two sets of duality rules. These sets comprise the ordinary Buscher rules and their higher counterpart; this is a generic feature of multi-field theories in spacetime dimensions where the field strength and its dual are of the same degree. Our analysis takes into account topological theta terms and generalized $B$-fields, whose behavior under duality is carefully tracked. For a 1-form or a graviton in 4D, this reduces to the inversion of the complexified coupling or generalized metric under electric/magnetic duality. Moreover, we write down an action for linearized gravity in the presence of $θ$-term from which we obtain previously suggested on-shell duality and double duality relations. This also provides an explanation for the origin of theta in the gravitational duality relations as a specific additional sector of the linearized gravity action.

The asymptotic dynamics of AdS$_3$ gravity with two asymptotically anti-de Sitter regions is investigated, paying due attention to the zero modes, i.e., holonomies along non-contractible circles and their canonically conjugates. This situation covers the eternal black hole solution. We derive how the holonomies around the non-contractible circles couple the fields on the two different boundaries and show that their canonically conjugate variables, needed for a consistent dynamical description of the holonomies, can be related to Wilson lines joining the boundaries. The action reduces to the sum of four free chiral actions, one for each boundary and each chirality, with additional non-trivial couplings to the zero modes which are explicitly written. While the Gauss decomposition of the $SL(2,\mathbb{R})$ group elements is useful in order to treat hyperbolic holonomies, the Iwasawa decomposition turns out to be more convenient in order to deal with elliptic and parabolic holonomies. The connection with the geometric action is also made explicit. Although our paper deals with the specific example of two asymptotically anti-de Sitter regions, most of our global considerations on holonomies and radial Wilson lines qualitatively apply whenever there are multiple boundaries, independently of the form that the boundary conditions explicitly take there.

The transition metal carbides (namely MXenes) and their functionalized derivatives exhibit various physical and chemical characteristics and offer many potential applications in electronic devices and sensors. Using density functional theory (DFT), it is revealed that the nearly free electron (NFE) states are near the Fermi levels in hydroxyl (OH) functionalized MXenes. Most of the OH-terminated MXene are metallic, but some of them, e.g. Sc2C(OH)2, are semiconductors and the NFE states are conduction bands. In this paper, to investigate the NFE states in MXenes, an attractive image-potential well model is adopted. Compared the solutions of this model with the DFT calculations, it is found that due to the overlap of spatially extensive wave functions of NFE states and their hybridization between the artificial neighboring layers imposed by the periodical boundary conditions (PBCs), the DFT results represent the properties of multiple layers, intrinsically. Based on the DFT calculations, it is found that the energy gap widths are affected by the interlayer distances. We address that the energetics of the NFE states can be modulated by the external electric fields and it is possible to convert semiconducting MXenes into metals. This band-gap manipulation makes the OH-terminated semiconducting MXenes an excellent candidate for electronic switch applications. Finally, using a set of electron transport calculations, I-V characteristics of Sc2C(OH)2 devices are investigated with the gate voltages.

creating automated processes in different areas of medical science with the application of engineering tools is a highly growing field over recent decades. In this context, many medical image processing and analyzing researchers use worthwhile methods in artificial intelligence, which can reduce necessary human power while increases accuracy of results. Among various medical images, blood microscopic images play a vital role in heart failure diagnosis, e.g., blood cancers. The prominent component in blood cancer diagnosis is white blood cells (WBCs) which due to its general characteristics in microscopic images sometimes make difficulties in recognition and classification tasks such as non-uniform colors/illuminances, different shapes, sizes, and textures. Moreover, overlapped WBCs in bone marrow images and neighboring to red blood cells are identified as reasons for errors in the classification task. In this paper, we have endeavored to segment various parts in medical images via Naïve Bayes clustering method and in next stage via TSLDA classifier, which is supplied by features acquired from covariance descriptor results in the accuracy of 98.02%. It seems that this result is delightful in WBCs recognition.

Considering the recent breakthroughs in the synthesis of novel two-dimensional (2D) materials from layered bulk structures, ternary layered transition metal borides, known as MAB phases, have come under scrutiny as a means of obtaining novel 2D transition metal borides, so-called MBene. Here, based on a set of phonon calculations, we show the dynamic stability of many Al-containing MAB phases, MAlB (M = Ti, Hf, V, Nb, Ta, Cr, Mo, W, Mn, Tc), M$_2$AlB$_2$ (Sc, Ti, Zr, Hf, V, Cr, Mo, W, Mn, Tc, Fe, Rh, Ni), M$_3$Al$_2$B$_2$ (M = Sc, T, Zr, Hf, Cr, Mn, Tc, Fe, Ru, Ni), M$_3$AlB$_4$ (M = Sc, Ti, Zr, Hf, V, Nb, Ta, Cr, Mo, W, Mn, Fe), and M$_4$AlB$_6$ (M = Sc, Ti, Zr, Hf, V, Nb, Ta, Cr, Mo). By comparing the formation energies of these MAB phases with those of their available competing binary M$-$B and M$-$Al, and ternary M$-$Al$-$B phases, we find that some of the Sc-, Ti-, V-, Cr-, Mo-, W-, Mn-, Tc-, and Fe-based MAB phases could be favorably synthesized in an appropriate experimental condition. In addition, by examining the strengths of various bonds in MAB phases via crystal orbital Hamilton population and spring constant calculations, we find that the B$-$B and then M$-$B bonds are stiffer than the M$-$Al and Al$-$B bonds. The different strength between these bonds implies the etching possibility of Al atoms from MAB phases, consequently forming various 2D MB, M$_2$B$_3$, and M$_3$B$_4$ MBenes. Furthermore, we employ the nudged elastic band method to investigate the possibility of the structural phase transformation of the 2D MB MBenes into graphene-like boron sheets sandwiched between transition metals and find that the energy barrier of the transformation is less than $0.4$ eV/atom.

The well-known fact that $S^1$, $S^3$ and $S^7$ are parallelizable manifolds admitting flat connections is revisited. The role of torsion in the construction of those flat connections is made explicit, and the possibilities allowed by different metric signatures are examined. A necessary condition for parallelizability in an open region is that the torsion tensor must be covariantly constant. This property can be used to obtain a relation between a torsion-free and flat connections. Our treatment covers Riemannian and pseudo-Riemannian (non-Euclidean signature) hyperbolic manifolds of dimensions three and seven. Apart from the spherical cases mentioned above, the explicit flat $\mathfrak{so}(p,q)$ connections with $p+q=3,7$ are constructed for the coset manifolds $SO(p,q+1)/SO(p,q)$ or $SO(p+1,q)/SO(p,q)$.

This thesis is devoted to various questions connected with duality. It is composed of two parts. The first part discusses some aspects of timelike T-duality. We explore the possibility of compactification of supergravity theories with various signatures (low energy limit of $M$-theories which are dual under timelike T-dualities) on parallelizable internal seven dimensional (pseudo-)spheres. We show that, beside the standard theory, only one of the dual theories known as $M'$-theory can admit such a solution. The effective four dimensional theory is non-supersymmetric and due to the presence of torsion the symmetry of seven dimensional (pseudo-)sphere breaks down to $Spin(3,4)$. In the second part, in an attempt to have a systematic discussion of gaugings in supergravity, we show the isomorphism between the space of local deformations of the appropriate zero coupling limit of the embedding tensor Lagrangian and that of the second-order scalar-vector Lagrangian, describing the bosonic sector of supergravity ignoring gravity, in a chosen duality frame determined by embedding tensors. We analyze the BV-BRST deformation of a class of scalar-vector coupled Lagrangians, which contains supergravity Lagrangians as examples, and find a set of constraints that guarantee the consistency of the deformations of the Lagrangians. We show in principle that for a large class of theories considered in this thesis, the only deformations are those of the Yang-Mills type associated with a subgroup of the rigid symmetries.

Chemical exfoliation of MAX phases into two-dimensional (2D) MXenes can be considered as a major breakthrough in the synthesis of novel 2D systems. To gain insight into the exfoliation possibility of MAX phases and to identify which MAX phases are promising candidates for successful exfoliation into 2D MXenes, we perform extensive electronic structure and phonon calculations, and determine the force constants, bond strengths, and static exfoliation energies of MAX phases to MXenes for 82 different experimentally synthesized crystalline MAX phases. Our results show a clear correlation between the force constants and the bond strengths. As the total force constant of an "A" atom contributed from the neighboring atoms is smaller, the exfoliation energy becomes smaller, thus making exfoliation easier. We propose 37 MAX phases for successful exfoliation into 2D Ti$_2$C, Ti$_3$C$_2$, Ti$_4$C$_3, $Ti$_5$C$_4$, Ti$_2$N, Zr$_2$C, Hf$_2$C, V$_2$C, V$_3$C$_2$, V$_4$C$_3$, Nb$_2$C, Nb$_5$C$_4$, Ta$_2$C, Ta$_5$C$_4$, Cr$_2$C, Cr$_2$N, and Mo$_2$C MXenes. In addition, we explore the effect of charge injection on MAX phases. We find that the injected charges, both electrons and holes, are mainly received by the transition metals. This is due to the electronic property of MAX phases that the states near the Fermi energy are mainly dominated by $d$ orbitals of the transition metals. For negatively charged MAX phases, the electrons injected cause swelling of the structure and elongation of the bond distances along the $c$ axis, which hence weakens the binding. For positively charged MAX phases, on the other hand, the bonds become shorter and stronger. Therefore, we predict that the electron injection by electrochemistry or gating techniques can significantly facilitate the exfoliation possibility of MAX phases to 2D MXenes.

Abelian vector fields non-minimally coupled to uncharged scalar fields arise in many contexts. We investigate here through algebraic methods their consistent deformations ("gaugings"), i.e., the deformations that preserve the number (but not necessarily the form or the algebra) of the gauge symmetries. Infinitesimal consistent deformations are given by the BRST cohomology classes at ghost number zero. We parametrize explicitly these classes in terms of various types of global symmetries and corresponding Noether currents through the characteristic cohomology related to antifields and equations of motion. The analysis applies to all ghost numbers and not just ghost number zero. We also provide a systematic discussion of the linear and quadratic constraints on these parameters that follow from higher-order consistency. The variety of consistent "gauging" deformations of supergravity theories in four dimensions depends on the choice of Lagrangian formulation. One important goal is to get the most general deformations without making hidden assumptions. Ignoring supersymmetry we consider in this paper $n_v$ abelian vector potentials in four spacetime dimensions with non-minimal kinetic coupling to $n_s$ uncharged (possibly nonlinear) scalar fields. As in the case of extended supergravities, one model may possess different formulations related by $Sp(2n_v,\mathbb{R})$. The symplectic group mixes its electric and magnetic potentials. The model admits a global duality symmetry subgroup $G$ which acts also on the scalars. We recall first how the general second order Lagrangian, its local deformations and those of its abelian gauge group will depend on the choice of $2n_v$ directions (choice of "Darboux frame"). We start from a general frame defined by the symplectic transformation relating it to a fixed"reference" one. Combinations of symplectic matrix coefficients appear then as constant parameters in the second order Lagrangians. Another gauging method uses an "embedding tensor" that characterizes the realization of the gauge group via the global duality group. It involves additional 2-form gauge fields. A suitable zero charge limit of this realization has abelian gauge group and the "gauging" can be viewed as a consistent deformation of that limit. We show that the two methods applied to the corresponding ungauged models have equivalent local deformations -- and more generally, have isomorphic local BRST cohomology at all ghost numbers. We finally consider manifestly duality invariant first order actions with abelian gauge group. We point out that obstructions to non-abelian deformations of the Yang-Mills type exhibited in a previous work remain present when couplings to scalar fields are included.

Recently, two-dimensional (2D) transition metal carbides and nitrides, namely, MXenes have attracted lots of attention for electronic and energy storage applications. Due to a large spin-orbit coupling (SOC) and the existence of a Dirac-like band at the Fermi energy, it has been theoretically proposed that some of the MXenes will be topological insulators (TIs). Up to now, all of the predicted TI MXenes belong to transition metal carbides, whose transition metal atom is W, Mo or Cr. Here, on the basis of first-principles and Z2 index calculations, we demonstrate that some of the MXene nitrides can also be TIs. We find that Ti3N2F2 is a 2D TI, whereas Zr3N2F2 is a semimetal with nontrivial band topology and can be turned into a 2D TI when the lattice is stretched. We also find that the tensile strain can convert Hf3N2F2 semiconductor into a 2D TI. Since Ti is one of the mostly used transition metal element in the synthesized MXenes, we expect that our prediction can advance the future application of MXenes as TI devices.

The only irreducible pseudo-riemannian manifolds admitting absolute parallelism are, besides Lie groups, the seven-sphere $S^7 \equiv SO(8)/SO(7)$ and its pseudo-riemannian version $S^{3,4} \equiv SO(4,4)/SO(3,4)$. [There is also the complexification $SO(8,\mathbb{C})/SO(7, \mathbb{C})$, but it is of dimension too high for our considerations.] The seven-sphere $S^7\equiv S^{7,0}$ has been found to play an important role in $11$-dimensional supergravity, both through the Freund-Rubin solution and the Englert solution that uses its remarkable parallelizability to turn on non trivial internal fluxes. The spacetime manifold is in both cases $AdS_4 \times S^7$. We show that $S^{3,4}$ enjoys a similar role in $M'$-theory and construct the exotic form $AdS_4 \times S^{3,4}$ of the Englert solution, with non zero internal fluxes turned on. There is no analogous solution in $M^*$-theory.

Here, using a set of first-principles calculations, we demonstrate that some of the newly added members, oxide M$'_2$M$"$C$_2$ (M$'$= Mo, W; M$"$= Ti, Zr, Hf) MXenes, are topological insulators. The nontrivial topological states of the predicted MXenes are revealed by the $Z_2$ index, which is evaluated from the parities of the occupied bands below the Fermi energy at time reversal invariant momenta, and also by the presence of the edge states. The predicted M$'_2$M$"$C$_2$O$_2$ MXenes show nontrivial gaps in the range of 0.041 -- 0.285 eV within the generalized gradient approximation and 0.119 -- 0.409 eV within the hybrid functional. The band gaps are induced by the spin-orbit coupling within the degenerate states with $d_{x^2-y^2}$ and $d_{xy}$ characters of M$'$ and M$"$, while the band inversion occurs at the $Γ$ point among the degenerate $d_{x^2-y^2}$/$d_{xy}$ orbitals and a non-degenerate $d_{3z^2-r^2}$ orbital, which is driven by the hybridization of the neighboring orbitals. The phonon dispersion calculations find that the predicted topological insulators are structurally stable.
The predicted W-based MXenes with large band gaps might be suitable candidates for many topological applications at room temperature. In addition, we study the electronic structures of thicker ordered double transition metals M$'_2$M$"_2$C$_3$O$_2$ (M$'$= Mo, W; M$"$= Ti, Zr, Hf) and find that they are nontrivial topological semimetals.

Using a set of first-principles calculations, we studied the electronic structures of two-dimensional transition metal carbides and nitrides, so called MXenes, functionalized with F, O, and OH. Our projected band structures and electron localization function analyses reveal the existence of nearly free electron (NFE) states in variety of MXenes. The NFE states are spatially located just outside the atomic structure of MXenes and are extended parallel to the surfaces. Moreover, we found that the OH-terminated MXenes offer the NFE states energetically close to the Fermi level. In particular, the NFE states in some of the OH-terminated MXenes, such as Ti2C(OH)2, Zr2C(OH)2, Zr2N(OH)2, Hf2C(OH)2, Hf2N(OH)2, Nb2C(OH)2, and Ta2C(OH)2, are partially occupied. This is in remarkable contrast to graphene, graphane, and MoS2, in which their NFE states are located far above the Fermi level and thus they are unoccupied. As a prototype of such systems, we investigated the electron transport properties of Hf2C(OH)2 and found that the NFE states in Hf2C(OH)2 provide almost perfect transmission channels without nuclear scattering for electron transport. Our results indicate that these systems might find applications in nanoelectronic devices. Our findings provide new insights into the unique electronic band structures of MXenes.

MXenes are a set of two-dimensional transition metal carbides and nitrides that offer many potential applications in energy storage and electronic devices. As an important parameter to design new electronic devices, we investigate the work functions of bare MXenes and their functionalized ones with F, OH, and O chemical groups using first-principles calculations. From our calculations, it turns out that the OH terminated MXenes attain ultralow work functions between 1.6 and 2.8 eV. Moreover, depending on the type of the transition metal, the F or O functionalization affects increasing or decreasing the work functions. We show that the changes in the work functions upon functionalizations are linearly correlated with the changes in the surface dipole moments. It is shown that the work functions of the F or O terminated MXenes are controlled by two factors: the induced dipole moments by the charge transfers between F/O and the substrate, and the changes in the total surface dipole moments caused by surface relaxation upon the functionalization. However, in the cases of the OH terminated MXenes, in addition to these two factors, the intrinsic dipole moments of the OH groups play an important role in determining the total dipole moments and consequently justify their ultralow work functions.

Two-dimensional (2D) topological insulator (TI) have been recognized as a new class of quantum state of matter. They are distinguished from normal 2D insulators with their nontrivial band-structure topology identified by the $Z_2$ number as protected by time-reversal symmetry (TRS). 2D TIs have intriguing spin-velocity locked conducting edge states and insulating properties in the bulk. In the edge states, the electrons with opposite spins propagate in opposite directions and the backscattering is fully prohibited when the TRS is conserved. This leads to quantized dissipationless "two-lane highway" for charge and spin transportation and promises potential applications. Up to now, only very few 2D systems have been discovered to possess this property. The lack of suitable material obstructs the further study and application. Here, by using first-principles calculations, we propose that the functionalized MXene with oxygen, M$_2$CO$_2$ (M=W, Mo and Cr), are 2D TIs with the largest gap of 0.194 eV in W case. They are dynamically stable and natively antioxidant. Most importantly, they are very likely to be easily synthesized by recent developed selective chemical etching of transition-metal carbides (MAX phase). This will pave the way to tremendous applications of 2D TIs, such as "ideal" conducting wire, multifunctional spintronic device, and the realization of topological superconductivity and Majorana modes for quantum computing.

It has been argued recently that string theory effects qualitatively modify the effective black hole geometry experienced by modes with radial momentum of order $1/\sqrt{α'}$. At tree level, these $α'$-effects can be explicitly worked out in two-dimensional string theory, and have a natural explanation in the T-dual description as coming from the integration of the zero-mode of the linear dilaton, what yields a contribution that affects the scattering phase-shift in a peculiar manner. It has also been argued that the phase-shift modification has its origin in a region of the moduli space that does not belong to the exterior black hole geometry, leading to the conclusion that at high energy the physics of the problem is better described by the dual model. Here, we elaborate on this argument. We consider the contribution of worldsheet instantons in the 2D Euclidean black hole sigma-model and study its influence on the phase-shift at high energy.

Motivated by the geometrical interpretation of Brans-Dicke (BD) scalar field which may also act as a torsion potential in Lyra geometry, we study the effects of spacetime torsion on the dynamics of a collapsing massive star. Taking the interior spacetime as the FLRW metric and the matter content as spherically symmetric, homogeneous perfect fluid with the equation of state (EoS) $p=wρ$, we show that the collapse ends in a spacetime singularity which is of the strong curvature type in the sense of Tipler. Whether the trapped surfaces form during the dynamical evolution of the collapse depends on the torsion parameter, related to the BD coupling parameter, and the EoS subject to the conditions on physical reasonableness of the collapse configuration. Hence, the space of torsion and EoS parameters is divided into two portions, one for which the collapse process leads to the formation of apparent horizon and the other for which the apparent horizon is failed to form in the interior region. The nature of the singularity is examined from the exterior perspective, by searching for the existence of radial null geodesics reaching the faraway observers. Moreover, it is found that the effects of a dynamical torsion can be transferred to the outside region of the collapsing star, making the exterior region dynamic.

We consider the gravitational collapse of a spherically symmetric homogeneous matter distribution consisting of a Weyssenhoff fluid in the presence of a negative cosmological constant. Our aim is to investigate the effects of torsion and spin averaged terms on the final outcome of the collapse. For a specific interior spacetime setup, namely the homogeneous and isotropic FLRW metric, we obtain two classes of solutions to the field equations where depending on the relation between spin source parameters, $(i)$ the collapse procedure culminates in a spacetime singularity or $(ii)$ it is replaced by a non-singular bounce. We show that, under certain conditions, for a specific subset of the former solutions, the formation of trapped surfaces is prevented and thus the resulted singularity could be naked. The curvature singularity that forms could be gravitationally strong in the sense of Tipler. Our numerical analysis for the latter solutions shows that the collapsing dynamical process experiences four phases, so that two of which occur at the pre-bounce and the other two at post-bounce regimes. We further observe that there can be found a minimum radius for the apparent horizon curve, such that the main outcome of which is that there exists an upper bound for the size of the collapsing body, below which no horizon forms throughout the whole scenario.

The proposed method which is based on the adaptive backstep**, has been developed to synchronize two chaotic systems with the same or partially different attractor. Sufficient conditions for the synchronization are analytically obtained. There after an adaptive control law is derived to make the states of two slightly mismatched chaotic Coullet systems synchronized. The stability analysis is then proved using the Lyapunov stability theorem. It is the privilege of the approach that only needs a single controller signal to realize the synchronization task. We showed that if one of the acidic hydrogen atoms of adamantane is replaced by Li/Li+, the resulting complex is activated and ready to adsorb hydrogen molecules at a high gravimetric weight percent of around ~ 7.0 %. Due to polarization of hydrogen molecules under the induced electric field generated by positively charged Li/Li+, they are adsorbed on ADM.Li/Li+ complexes with an average binding energy of ~ -0.15 eV/H2, desirable for hydrogen storage applications. We also examined the possibility of the replacement of a larger number of acidic hydrogen atoms of adamantane by Li/Li+ and the possibility of aggregations of formed complexes in experiments.
