The goal of this study is to investigate the local convergence of a three-step Newton-Traub technique for solving nonlinear equations in Banach spaces with a convergence rate of five. The first order derivative of a nonlinear operator is assumed to satisfy the generalized Lipschitz condition, i.e. the $κ$-average condition. Furthermore, a few results on the convergence of the same method in Banach spaces are developed under the assumption that the derivative of the operators satisfies the radius or center Lipschitz condition with a weak $κ$-average, and that $κ$ is a positive integrable function but not necessarily non-decreasing. Our new notion provides a tighter convergence analysis without the need for new circumstances. As a result, we broaden the applicability of iterative approaches. Theoretical results are supported further by illuminating examples. The existence and uniqueness of the solution $x^*$ are examined in the convergence theorem. In the end, we achieve weaker sufficient convergence criteria and more specific information on the position of the solution than previous efforts requiring the same computational effort. We obtain the convergence theorems as well as some novel results by applying the results to some specific functions for $κ(u)$. A numerical test is carried out to corroborate the hypothesis established in this work.

In this article, the local convergence analysis of the multi-step seventh order method is presented for solving nonlinear equations. The point worth noting in our paper is that our analysis requires a weak hypothesis where the Fréchet derivative of the nonlinear operator satisfies the $ψ$-continuity condition and extends the applicability of the computation when both Lipschitz and Hölder conditions fail. The convergence in this study is shown under the hypotheses on the first order derivative without involving derivatives of the higher-order. To find a subset of the original convergence domain, a strategy is devised. As a result, the new Lipschitz constants are at least as tight as the old ones, allowing for a more precise convergence analysis in the local convergence case. Some numerical examples are provided to show the performance of the method presented in this contribution over some existing schemes.

In this paper, the local convergence analysis of the multi-step seventh order method is presented for solving nonlinear equations assuming that the first-order Fréchet derivative belongs to the Lipschitz class. The significance of our work is that it avoids the standard practice of Taylor expansion thereby, extends the applicability of the scheme by applying the technique based on the first-order derivative only. Also, this study provides radii of balls of convergence, the error bounds in terms of distances in addition to the uniqueness of the solution. Furthermore, generalization of this analysis satisfying Hölder continuity condition is provided since it is more relaxed than Lipschitz continuity condition. We have considered some numerical examples and computed the radii of the convergence balls.

In this paper, we present a model of mining multilevel association rules which satisfies the different minimum support at each level, we have employed fuzzy set concepts, multi-level taxonomy and different minimum supports to find fuzzy multilevel association rules in a given transaction data set. Apriori property is used in model to prune the item sets. The proposed model adopts a topdown progressively deepening approach to derive large itemsets. This approach incorporates fuzzy boundaries instead of sharp boundary intervals. An example is also given to demonstrate and support that the proposed mining algorithm can derive the multiple-level association rules under different supports in a simple and effective manner.

In recent years, discovery of association rules among itemsets in a large database has been described as an important database-mining problem. The problem of discovering association rules has received considerable research attention and several algorithms for mining frequent itemsets have been developed. Many algorithms have been proposed to discover rules at single concept level. However, mining association rules at multiple concept levels may lead to the discovery of more specific and concrete knowledge from data. The discovery of multiple level association rules is very much useful in many applications. In most of the studies for multiple level association rule mining, the database is scanned repeatedly which affects the efficiency of mining process. In this research paper, a new method for discovering multilevel association rules is proposed. It is based on FP-tree structure and uses cooccurrence frequent item tree to find frequent items in multilevel concept hierarchy.

G-protein coupled receptors (GPCRs) constitute a broad class of cell-surface receptors in eukaryotes and they possess seven transmembrane a-helical domains. GPCRs are usually classified into several functionally distinct families that play a key role in cellular signalling and regulation of basic physiological processes. We can develop statistical models based on these common features that can be used to classify proteins, to predict new members, and to study the sequence-function relationship of this protein function group. In this study, SVM based classification model has been developed for the identification of human gpcr sequences. Sequences of Level 1 subfamilies of Class A rhodopsin is considered as case study. In the present study, an attempt has been made to classify GPCRs on the basis of species. The present study classifies human gpcr sequences with rest of the species available in GPCRDB. Classification is based on specific information derived from the n-terminal and extracellular loops of the sequences, some physicochemical properties and amino acid composition of corresponding gpcr sequences. Our method classifies Level 1 subfamilies of GPCRs with 94% accuracy.

Now a days, data mining and knowledge discovery methods are applied to a variety of enterprise and engineering disciplines to uncover interesting patterns from databases. The study of Sequential patterns is an important data mining problem due to its wide applications to real world time dependent databases. Sequential patterns are inter-event patterns ordered over a time-period associated with specific objects under study. Analysis and discovery of frequent sequential patterns over a predetermined time-period are interesting data mining results, and can aid in decision support in many enterprise applications. The problem of sequential pattern mining poses computational challenges as a long frequent sequence contains enormous number of frequent subsequences. Also useful results depend on the right choice of event window. In this paper, we have studied the problem of sequential pattern mining through two perspectives, one the computational aspect of the problem and the other is incorporation and adjustability of time constraint. We have used Indiscernibility relation from theory of rough sets to partition the search space of sequential patterns and have proposed a novel algorithm that allows previsualization of patterns and allows adjustment of time constraint prior to execution of mining task. The algorithm Rough Set Partitioning is at least ten times faster than the naive time constraint based sequential pattern mining algorithm GSP. Besides this an additional knowledge of time interval of sequential patterns is also determined with the method.

In this paper, the mining of hybrid association rules with rough set approach is investigated as the algorithm RSHAR.The RSHAR algorithm is constituted of two steps mainly. At first, to join the participant tables into a general table to generate the rules which is expressing the relationship between two or more domains that belong to several different tables in a database. Then we apply the map** code on selected dimension, which can be added directly into the information system as one certain attribute. To find the association rules, frequent itemsets are generated in second step where candidate itemsets are generated through equivalence classes and also transforming the map** code in to real dimensions. The searching method for candidate itemset is similar to apriori algorithm. The analysis of the performance of algorithm has been carried out.
