Background: Mild cognitive impairment (MCI) is often considered a precursor to Alzheimer's disease (AD) due to the high rate of progression from MCI to AD. Sensitive neural biomarkers may provide a tool for an accurate MCI diagnosis, enabling earlier and perhaps more effective treatment. Despite the availability of numerous neuroscience techniques, electroencephalography (EEG) is the most popular and frequently used tool among researchers due to its low cost and superior temporal resolution. Objective: We conducted a sco** review of EEG and MCI between 2012 and 2022 to track the progression of research in this field. Methods: In contrast to previous sco** reviews, the data charting was aided by co-occurrence analysis using VOSviewer, while data reporting adopted a Patterns, Advances, Gaps, Evidence of Practice, and Research Recommendations (PAGER) framework to increase the quality of the results. Results: Event-related potentials (ERPs) and EEG, epilepsy, quantitative EEG (QEEG), and EEG-based machine learning were the research themes addressed by 2310 peer-reviewed articles on EEG and MCI. Conclusion: Our review identified the main research themes in EEG and MCI with high-accuracy detection of seizure and MCI performed using ERP/EEG, QEEG and EEG-based machine learning frameworks.

This bibliometric review summarised the research trends and analysed research areas in multiple sclerosis (MS) over the last decade. The documents containing the term "multiple sclerosis" in the article title were retrieved from the Scopus database. We found a total of 18003 articles published in journals in the English language between 2012 and 2021. The emerging keywords identified utilising the enhanced strategic diagram were "covid-19", "teriflunomide", "clinical trial", "microglia", "b cells", "myelin", "brain", "white matter", "functional connectivity", "pain", "employment", "health-related quality of life", "meta-analysis" and "comorbidity". In conclusion, this study demonstrates the tremendous growth of MS literature worldwide, which is expected to grow more than double during the next decade especially in the identified emerging topics.

Firms with different ownership structures could be argued to have different levels of efficiency.Highly concentrated firms are expected to be more efficient as this type of ownership structure may alleviate the conflict of interest between managers and shareholders.In Malaysia, public-listed firms have been found to have highly concentrated ownership structure.However, whether this evidence holds for every industry has not been established.Hence, the objective of this paper is to investigate whether there are variations in ownership structure and firm's efficiency across sectors.To achieve this objective, the frequency distributions of ownership structure were calculated and firms efficiency scores for consumer products, industrial products, construction and trading/services sectors were measured.Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA) under the assumptions of constant returns to scale(CRS) and variable returns to scale(VRS) was employed to estimate firms efficiency scores.A sample of 156 firms listed on the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange(KLSE) was selected using the stratified random sampling method. The findings have shown that there are variations in firm ownership structure and efficiency across sectors.

The successful execution of a construction project is heavily impacted by making the right decision during tendering processes. Managing tender procedures is very complex and uncertain involving coordination of many tasks and individuals with different priorities and objectives. Bias and inconsistent decision are inevitable if the decision-making process is totally depends on intuition, subjective judgement or emotion. In making transparent decision and healthy competition tendering, there exists a need for flexible guidance tool for decision support. Aim of this paper is to give a review on current practices of Decision Support Systems (DSS) technology in construction tendering processes. Current practices of general tendering processes as applied to the most countries in different regions such as United States, Europe, Middle East and Asia are comprehensively discussed. Applications of Web-based tendering processes is also summarised in terms of its properties. Besides that, a summary of Decision Support System (DSS) components is included in the next section. Furthermore, prior researches on implementation of DSS approaches in tendering processes are discussed in details. Current issues arise from both of paper-based and Web-based tendering processes are outlined. Finally, conclusion is included at the end of this paper.
