We estimate the parameters of Hybrid Palatini gravity model with the Schwarzschild precession of S-stars, specifically of S2, S38 and S55 stars. We also take into account case of bulk mass distribution near Galactic Center. We assume that the Schwarzschild orbital precession of mentioned S-stars is the same like in General Relativity (GR) in all studied cases. In 2020 the GRAVITY Collaboration detected the orbital precession of the S2 star around the supermassive black hole (SMBH) at the Galactic Center and showed that it is close to the GR prediction. The astronomical data analysis of S38 and S55 orbits showed that also in these cases orbital precession is close to the GR prediction. Based on this observational fact, we evaluated parameters of the Hybrid Palatini Gravity model with the Schwarzschild precession of the S2, S38 and S55 stars and we estimated the range of parameters of Hybrid Palatini gravity model for which the orbital precession is like in GR for all tree stars. We also evaluated parameters of the Hybrid Palatini Gravity model in case of different values of bulk mass density distribution of extended matter. We believe that proposed method is a useful tool to evaluate parameters of the gravitational potential at the Galactic Center.

We investigate higher-order breathers of the cubic nonlinear Schrödinger equation on an elliptic background. We find that, beyond first-order, any arbitrarily constructed breather is a single-peaked solitary wave on a disordered background. These "quasi-rogue waves" are also common on periodic backgrounds. We assume the higher-order breather is constructed out of constituent first-order breathers with commensurate periods (i.e., higher-order harmonic waves). In that case, one obtains "quasi-periodic" breathers with distorted side-peaks. Fully periodic breathers are obtained when their wavenumbers are harmonic multiples of the background and each other. They are truly rare, requiring finely-tuned parameters. Thus, on a periodic background, we arrive at the paradoxical conclusion that the apparent higher-order rogue waves are rather common, while the truly periodic breathers are exceedingly rare.

Abstract:
Given any background (or seed) solution of the nonlinear Schrödinger equation, the Darboux transformation can be used to generate higher-order breathers with much greater peak intensities. The Darboux transformation is generic in iterating a pair of generating solutions of the Lax-pair equation which preserves the solution of the nonlinear Schrödinger equation as a consistency condition. The Darboux transformation itself knows nothing about the background solution except through the initial pair of Lax solutions. Because of this, in this work, we can prove in an unified manner, and without knowing the analytical form of the background solution, that the peak-height of a high-order breather, is just a sum of peak-heights of first-order breathers plus that of the background, {\it irrespective} of the specific choice of the background. Detailed results are verified for breathers on a cnoidal background. Generalizations to more extended nonlinear Schrödinger equations are also indicated.

Abstract:
It is well known that Akhmediev breathers of the nonlinear cubic Schrodinger equation can be superposed nonlinearly via the Darboux transformation to yield breathers of higher order. Surprisingly, we find that the peak height of each Akhmediev breather only adds {\it linearly} to form the peak height of the final breather. Using this new peak-height formula, we show that at any given periodicity, there exist a unique high-order breather of maximal intensity. Moreover, these high-order breathers form a continuous hierarchy, growing in intensity with increasing periodicity. For any such higher-order breather, a simple initial wave function can be extracted from the Darboux transformation to dynamically generate that breather from the nonlinear Schrodinger equation.

We present in vitro and in vivo studies of yttrium-90 (90Y)-labelled human serum albumin magnetic microspheres (HSAMMS) as multifunctional agent for bimodal radionuclide-hyperthermia cancer therapy. The HSAMMS were produced using a modified emulsification-heat stabilization technique and contained 10-nm magnetite nanoparticles coated with citric acid, distributed as inhomogeneous clusters within the albumin microspheres. The average particle size of the complete HSAMMS was 20 (mu)m, and they exhibited superparamagnetic behavior at room temperature. The stability of the 90^Y-labelled HSAMMS was investigated in vitro (in saline and human serum) and in vivo by analyzing their biodistribution in normal Wistar rats. The in vitro experiments revealed the high stability of the labelled HSAMMS in saline and human serum after 72 h. Following the intravenous administration of the 90^Y-HSAMMS in rats, 88.81% of the activity localizes in the lungs after 1 h, with 82.67% remaining after 72 h. These data on 90Y-HSAMMS provide good evidence for their potential use in bimodal radionuclide-hyperthermia cancer therapy.
