Modern social media networks have become an important platform for information competition among countries, regions, companies and other parties. This paper utilizes the research method of spread dynamics to investigate the influence of the control role of announcements in social networks on the spreading process. This paper distinguishes two spreading phases using the authentication intervention as a boundary: the unconfirmed spreading phase and the confirmed spreading phase. Based on the actual rules of spreading in online social networks, two kinds of verification results are defined: true information and false information. The Two-stage information spreading dynamics model is developed to analyze the changes in spreading effects due to different validation results. The impact of the intervention time on the overall spread process is analyzed by combining important control factors such as response cost and time-sensitivity. The validity of the model is verified by comparing the model simulation results with real cases and the adaptive capacity experiments. This work is analyzed and visualized from multiple perspectives, providing more quantitative results. The research content will provide a scientific basis for the intervention behavior of information management control by relevant departments or authorities.

Accurate medical image segmentation especially for echocardiographic images with unmissable noise requires elaborate network design. Compared with manual design, Neural Architecture Search (NAS) realizes better segmentation results due to larger search space and automatic optimization, but most of the existing methods are weak in layer-wise feature aggregation and adopt a ``strong encoder, weak decoder" structure, insufficient to handle global relationships and local details. To resolve these issues, we propose a novel semi-supervised hybrid NAS network for accurate medical image segmentation termed SSHNN. In SSHNN, we creatively use convolution operation in layer-wise feature fusion instead of normalized scalars to avoid losing details, making NAS a stronger encoder. Moreover, Transformers are introduced for the compensation of global context and U-shaped decoder is designed to efficiently connect global context with local features. Specifically, we implement a semi-supervised algorithm Mean-Teacher to overcome the limited volume problem of labeled medical image dataset. Extensive experiments on CAMUS echocardiography dataset demonstrate that SSHNN outperforms state-of-the-art approaches and realizes accurate segmentation. Code will be made publicly available.

A good feature representation is the key to image classification. In practice, image classifiers may be applied in scenarios different from what they have been trained on. This so-called domain shift leads to a significant performance drop in image classification. Unsupervised domain adaptation (UDA) reduces the domain shift by transferring the knowledge learned from a labeled source domain to an unlabeled target domain. We perform feature disentanglement for UDA by distilling category-relevant features and excluding category-irrelevant features from the global feature maps. This disentanglement prevents the network from overfitting to category-irrelevant information and makes it focus on information useful for classification. This reduces the difficulty of domain alignment and improves the classification accuracy on the target domain. We propose a coarse-to-fine domain adaptation method called Domain Adaptation via Feature Disentanglement~(DAFD), which has two components: (1)the Category-Relevant Feature Selection (CRFS) module, which disentangles the category-relevant features from the category-irrelevant features, and (2)the Dynamic Local Maximum Mean Discrepancy (DLMMD) module, which achieves fine-grained alignment by reducing the discrepancy within the category-relevant features from different domains. Combined with the CRFS, the DLMMD module can align the category-relevant features properly. We conduct comprehensive experiment on four standard datasets. Our results clearly demonstrate the robustness and effectiveness of our approach in domain adaptive image classification tasks and its competitiveness to the state of the art.

Computational communication research on information has been prevalent in recent years, as people are progressively inquisitive in social behavior and public opinion. Nevertheless, it is of great significance to analyze the direction of predominant sentiment from the sentiment communication perspective. In this paper, the information emotion propagation model is established by introducing revamp genetic algorithms into information emotion. In the process of information dissemination, both the information emotions and the network emotions are dynamic. For this model, the information emotions and the network nodes emotions are quantified as binary codes. The convergence effects, crossover and mutation algorithms are introduced. These factors all act on the transmission process via dynamic propagation rate, and the improved genetic algorithm also acts on the emotion transmission. In particular, the latter two algorithms are different from the existing biological domain. Based on the existing research results in other manuscripts, we perform simulation described above on the hybrid network. The simulation results demonstrate that the trend approximate to the actual data. As a result, our work can prove that our proposed model is essentially consistent with the actual emotion transmission phenomenon.

It is in practice impossible to describe the topology of a real network or its message propagation process using a single dynamic model. To address this issue, we constructed a new hybrid network model based on scale-free (SF), small-world (SW) features that functions as closely as possible to a real network. And the hybrid propagation model is constructed with susceptible-infected-susceptible (SIS), susceptible-infected-recovered (SIR) and susceptible-infected-recovered-susceptible (SIRS) model mixed in arbitrary proportions. The model applies the concepts of blockbuster effect and implicit node edges to reflect explosive spread as a significant characteristic of information propagation. A theoretical analysis and derivation of the new model in which hybrid networks were simulated revealed that the network degree distribution closely follows a power law. Using an improved similarity function to define the degree of closeness to real network cases, the proposed model was shown to be valid and very close to a real network.
