1. I update my previous comparison of the theoretical value of the muon anomaly with the new measurement and found $Δa_μ\equiv a_μ^{exp}-a_μ^{th} = (143\pm 42_{th}\pm 22_{exp})\times 10^{-11}$ which is about 3$σ$ discrepancy between the SM predictions and experiment. 2. I improve the estimate of QCD power corrections up to dimension D=12 and provide a new estimate of the ones up to D=20 within the SVZ expansion by combining the ratio of the Laplace sum rules (LSR) with the BNP $τ$-like decay moments for the I=1 vector current. The results in Table 1 confirm a violation of the factorization of the four-quark condensates and the value of the gluon one $ <α_s G^2>$ from some other sources. Up to D=20, I there is not any factorial nor exponential growth of the size of these power corrections. 3. I use these new values of power corrections to extract $α_s$ from the BNP lowest moment. To order $α_s^4$, I find within the SVZ expansion: $α_s(M_τ)= 0.3081(50)_{fit}(71)_{α_s^5}$ [resp. $0.3260 (47)_{fit}(62)_{α_s^5}]$ implying $α_s(M_Z)= 0.1170(6)(3)_{evol}$ [resp. $0.1192(6)(3)_{evol}$] for Fixed Order (FO) [resp. Contour Improved (CI)] PT series. They lead to the mean: $ α_s(M_τ)\vert_{SVZ}=0.3179(58)_{fit}(81)_{syst}$ and $ α_s(M_Z)\vert_{SVZ}= 0.1182(12)(3)_{evol}$ where the systematic error(syst) takes into account the discrepancy between FO and CI. Using the lowest BNP moment, we also obtain from the vector (V) component of $τ$-decay the mean: $ α_s(M_τ)\vert_{τ,V}=0.3219(52)(91)_{syst}$ giving: $α_s(M_Z)\vert_{τ,V}=0.1187(13)(3)_{evol}$. The average of the two determinations leads to: $ α_s(M_τ)=0.3198(72)$ and $α_s(M_Z)= 0.1185(9)(3)_{evol}$. 4. Some contributions beyond the SVZ expansion ($1/Q^2$, instantons and duality violation) expected to be small are discussed in Sections 10,11.

We present a review of our results for the masses and couplings of the scalar fully heavy four-quarks and $T_{QQ\bar{q}\bar{q}'}\, (J^P=0^\pm , 1^\pm)$ tetraquarks states from QCD Laplace sum rule (LSR), their ratios ${\cal R}$ and double ratio of sum rules (DRSR) within stability criteria and including Factorized Next-to-Leading Order (FNLO) Perturbative (PT) corrections. As the Operator Product Expansion (OPE) usually converges for $d\leqslant 6-8$, we evaluated the QCD spectral functions at Lowest Order of PT QCD and up to $\langle G^3 \rangle$. Our results for the $0^{++}$ fully heavy four-quark states may explain the LHCb broad structure around (6.2-6.7)GeV which can be due to $\overline{η_c} η_c,~~ \overline{χ_{c1}}χ_{c1}$ and $\overline{J/ψ}J/ψ$ molecules or/and their analogue $S_c S_c,~~ A_cA_c$ and $V_cV_c$ tetraquarks. The peak at (6.8-6.9)GeV can be identified to the $\overline{χ_{c0}}χ_{c0}$ molecule or/and the $P_c P_c$ tetraquark state. Then, combining ${\cal R}$ and DRSR we focus on the analysis of the four-quark nature of $T_{cc\bar{q}\bar{q}'}$ $1^{\pm}$ and $0^{\pm}$ states. We show that combining ${\cal R}$ and DRSR can provide more precise results: $M_{T^{1^+}_{cc}}=3886(6)$MeV and $M_{T^{0^+}_{cc}}=3883(3)$MeV. From our estimates of the masses of the Pseudoscalar and Vector $T_{cc\bar{q}\bar{q}'}$ states, we observe that the interpolating currents lead to two classes: Class H (Heavy) states with masses around 6GeV and Class L (Light) states around (3.8-4.4)GeV where the pseudoscalar (resp. all vector states) are below the $\overline{D}D_0,~~ overline{D}_s D_{s0}$ (resp. $\overline{D}D_1,~~ \overline{D}_s D_{s1}$) open charm thresholds. Finally, we extend the whole study to the bottom sector and confront our results with the ones from different LSR predictions and some other approaches in the literature.

In this talk, I summarize the results obtained recently in Ref.\,\cite{SNe} using the PDG 22 compilation of the $e^+e^-\to$ Hadrons $\oplus$ the recent CMD3 data for the pion form factor. Using the gluon condensate $\langle α_s G^2\rangle=(6.49\pm 0.35)\times 10^{-2}$ GeV$^4$ from heavy quark sum rules, the extracted QCD four-quark and dimension eight condensate condensates values are: $ρα_s\langle\barψψ\rangle^2= (5.98\pm 0.64)\times 10^{-4}$ GeV$^6$ and $d_8= (4.3\pm 3.0)\times 10^{-2}$ GeV$^8$ from the ratio ${\cal R}_{10}$ of Laplace sum rules to order $α_s^4$. Inversely using these estimated values of the condensates, we obtain from ${\cal R}_{10}$: $\langle α_s G^2\rangle=(6.12\pm 0.61)\times 10^{-2}$ GeV$^4$ which leads to the average $(6.40\pm 0.30)\times 10^{-2}$ GeV$^4$. %from light and heavy quark systems. Using the lowest $τ$-like decay moment, the mean result of Fixed Order (FO) and Contour Improved (CI) PT series within the standard OPE is : $α_s(M_τ)=0.3385(50)(136)_{syst}$ [resp. $0.3262(37)(78)_{syst}$] to order $α_s^4$ [resp. $α_s^5$] leading to $α_s(M_Z)$=0.1207(17)(3) [resp. 0.1193(11)(3)], while the sum of the non-perturbative contribution at $M_τ$ is\,: $δ^V_{NP}(M_τ)=(2.3\pm 0.2)\times 10^{-2}$. Using the same data, one also obtains the LO hadronic vacuum polarization to the muon and $τ$ anomalous magnetic moments: $a_μ\vert^{hvp}_{l.o}= (7036.5\pm 38.9)\times10^{-11}, \, a_τ\vert^{hvp}_{l.o}= (3494.8\pm 24.7)\times10^{-9} $ which leads to : $Δa_μ\equiv a_μ^{exp}-a_μ^{th} = (143\pm 42_{th}\pm 22_{exp})\times 10^{-11}$ indicating about 3$σ$ discrepancy between the SM predictions and experiment. One also finds: $α^{(5)}(M_Z)\vert_{had}=(2766.3\pm 4.5)\times 10^{-5}$.

Using these results into the inverse Laplace transform sum rules (LSR) moments and their ratio, we estimate the mass and coupling of the lowest ground state. We obtain\,: $M_T=3028(287)$ MeV and the renormalization group invariant (RGI) coupling $\hat f_T=224(33)$ MeV within a vacuum saturation estimate of the $D=8$ dimension gluon condensates ($k_G=1$). We study the effect of $k_G$ on the result and find: $M_T=3188(337)$ MeV and $\hat f_T$=245(32) MeV for $k_G=(3\pm 2)$. Our result does not favour the pure gluonia/glueball nature of the observed $f_2(2010,2300,2340)$ states.

We show the inconsistency in using at the same time the standard SVZ value of the gluon and the vacuum saturation of the four-quark condensates. Using the previous values of the four-quark and $d_8$ condensates, we re-extract $<α_s G^2>$ from ${\cal R}_{10}$ to be: $(6.12\pm 0.61)\times 10^{-2}$ GeV$^4$ in perfect agreement with the one from heavy quarkonia. We also use the lowest $τ$-like decay moment ${\cal R}_τ^{ee}$ to extract the value of the QCD coupling $α_s(M^2_τ)$=0.3385(145)[resp. 0.3262(86)] (mean of fixed order (FO) and Contour Improved (CI) PT series) to order $α_s^4$ [resp. $α_s^5$] and the standard OPE. The corresponding value of the sum of the non-perturbative contribution is: $δ_{NP}(M_τ)=(3.74\pm 0.40)\times 10^{-2}$. Reciprocally, using $α_s(M_τ)$, $<α_s G^2>$ and $d_8$ as inputs, we test the stability of the value of the four-quark condensate obtained from the lowest $τ$-like moment. We complete our analysis by updating our previous determinations of the lowest order hadronic vacuum polarization contributions to the lepton anomalies and to $α(M^2_Z)$. We obtain in Table 2 : $a_μ\vert^{hvp}_{l.o}= (7036.5\pm 38.9)\times10^{-11}, a_τ\vert^{hvp}_{l.o}= (3494.8\pm 24.7)\times10^{-9} $ and $α(M^2_Z)=(2766.3\pm 4.5)\times 10^{-5}$. This new value of $a_μ$ leads to: $Δa_μ\equiv a_μ^{exp}-a_μ^{th} = (142\pm 42_{th}\pm 41_{exp})\times 10^{-11}$.

We pay a special attention on the higher order perturbative (PT) corrections up to the (estimated) ${\cal O}(α_s^5)$ which improve the quality of the analysis. We request that the optimal results obey the rigorous constraint: {\it Resonance $\geq$ QCD continuum contributions ($R_{P/C}\geq 1$)} in the LSR which excludes a Breit-Wigner / on-shell (not to be confused with a complex pole) scalar meson mass around (500-600) MeV obtained for values [$t_c\leq (1\sim 1.5)$ GeV$^2$] of the QCD continuum threshold. Mass-splittings due to $SU3$ breakings are small. We discuss the different assignements of the observed scalar mesons below 2 GeV in the Conclusions where the $I=0$ states are compared with the scalar gluonia. The results are compiled in Table 3 to 6.

NLO factorized perturbative (PT) QCD corrections are included for giving a meaning on the choice of the used running MS heavy quark mass, while the OPE is truncated at the under-controlled $d=6$ dimension condensates. Our results are compiled in Tables 4,7,10,12 and compared with some LO existing ones. We observe that the icurrents lead to two classes : Class H (Heavy) states with masses around 6 (resp. 13) GeV for charm (resp. bottom) channels. Class L (Light) states $T_{cc\bar q\bar q'}(3.8\sim 4.4)$ where the pseudoscalar (resp. all vector states) are below the open charm thresholds and $T_{bb\bar q\bar q'}(\simeq 10.4)$ where all of them are below the open beauty thresholds. Mass-splittings due to SU3 breakings are tiny (< 50 MeV). Though more accessible experimentally, Class L states have weaker couplings to the currents than the Class H ones and may be difficult to observe. The mass-splittings between the 1st radial excitation and the ground state are about 2 GeV which are (almost) heavy flavour and current-type independent while their couplings are large signaling new dynamics of these exotic states. Quark masses behaviours of the masses and couplings based on empirical observation are discussed. The eventual findings of the $T_{cc\bar u\bar d}$(6.3) $0^-$ ground state which may not be obscured by the Class L 1st radial excitations can be an alternative way to test the vacuum saturation violation of the four-quark $d=6$ condensates.

We show that combined R and DRSR can provide more precise results. First, we conclude that the observed X_c(3872) and Z_c(3900) are tetramoles states (superposition of quasi-degenerated molecule and a tetraquark states having (almost) the same coupling to the currents) with the predicted masses: M_{T_{X_c}}=3876(44) MeV and M_{ T_{Z_c}}=3900(42) MeV. In the 2nd part, we focus on the analysis of the four-quark nature of different T_{QQqq'} 1^+ and 0^+ states within the 3_c3_c interpolating currents. The final results are summarized in Table 7. Combined R and DRSR calibrated to the observed X_c(3872) lead to a precise prediction of e.g. M_{T_{cc}^{1^+}}=3886(6) MeV. In a similar way, the DRSR for M_{T_{cc}^{0^+}}/M_{T_{cc}^{1^+}} calibrated to M_{T_{cc}^{1^+}} gives M_{T_{cc}^{0^+}}= 3883(3) MeV. The SU3 breaking ratios M_{T_{ccss}^{0^+}}/ M_{T_{cc}^{0^+}} lead to the improved mass predictions: M_{T_{ccss}^{0^+}}=3988(12) MeV. In the 3rd part, the analysis is extended to the beauty mesons, where we find the tetramole masses : M_{ T_{Z_b}}=10579(99) MeV and M_{X_b}=10545(131) MeV. We also observe that the T^{1^+,0^+}_{bbqq'} states are (almost) stable (within the errors) against strong interactions. In the 4th part, we (critically) review and correct some recent LSR estimates of the T^{1^+,0^+}_{QQqq'} masses. Our results from LSR+DRSR are confronted with the ones from some other approaches (lattices and quark models) in Fig. 25.

Encouraged by the agreement, with the recent LHCb data on the $D^-K^+$ invariant mass from $B \rightarrow D^+D^-K^+$ decay, of our results for the masses of the $0^+$ and $1^-$ open charm $(\bar c\bar d)(u s)$ tetraquarks and molecules states from QCD spectral sum rules within stability criteria, which we review here, we extend our analysis to the $b$-quark channel. We find, in the $0^+$ case the lowest mass $M_{BK}=5195(15)~{\rm MeV}$ with $f_{BK}=8.3(2.4)~{\rm keV}$ and three (almost) degenerate states having respectively the masses $M_{SS}=5702(60)~{\rm MeV}$, $M_{AA}=5661(75)~{\rm MeV}$ and $M_{B^*K^*}=5720(71)~{\rm MeV}$ and couplings $f_{SS}=22.2(2.3)~{\rm keV}$, $f_{AA}=30.1(3.1)~{\rm keV}$ and $f_{B^*K^*}=26.5(2.8)~{\rm keV}$, from which we can associate a scalar tetramole with $M_{\mathcal T_{\mathcal M_0}}=5694(69)~{\rm MeV}~\text{and} ~ f_{\mathcal T_{\mathcal M_0}}=26.5(2.7)~{\rm keV}$. In the spin 1 case, we find four (almost) degenerate states associated with a tetramole having $M_{\mathcal T_{\mathcal M_1}}=5700(81)~{\rm MeV}~\text{and} ~ f_{\mathcal T_{\mathcal M_1}}=16.2(2.6)~{\rm keV}$. For the first radial excitation of the $BK$ molecule, we have $M_{(BK)_1} = 6265(146) ~{\rm MeV}$ and $f_{(BK)_1} = 22.8(3.2) ~{\rm keV}$ . For the remaining states, we associate a scalar and vector tetramoles having respectively $M_{\mathcal (T_{\mathcal M_0})_1}=7439(314)~{\rm MeV}, ~ f_{\mathcal (T_{\mathcal M_0})_1}=74.7(8.4)~{\rm keV}$ and $M_{\mathcal (T_{\mathcal M_1})_1}=7544(345)~{\rm MeV}, ~ f_{\mathcal (T_{\mathcal M_1})_1}=33.0(6.7)~{\rm keV}$.

We discuss the topics mentioned in the title by scrutinizing and improving the $0^{-+}$ di-gluonia sum rules within the standard SVZ-expansion at N2LO without instantons. We discuss the topics mentioned in the title by scrutinizing and improving the $0^{-+}$ di-gluonia sum rules within the standard SVZ-expansion at N2LO without instantons. First, we reconsider the estimate of the slope of the topological charge $χ'(0)=24.3(3.4)$ MeV which imply $0.144(5) [\rm data: 0.145(13)]$ for the first moment of the polarized proton structure function (proton spin) and $G_A^{(0)} = 0.337(50) [\rm data=0.330(39)]$ for the singlet form factor of the axial current. Second, we work with high degree moments and parametrize the spectral function beyond the minimal duality ansatz: "One resonance plus QCD continuum" to get the $0^{-+}$ di-gluonia spectra. Then, we obtain three groups of gluonia: The familiar light $η_1$ [singlet gluon component of the $η'(958)$] with $[M_{η_1},f_{η_1}]= [825 , 905(72)]$; The two new medium gluonia with $M_{P_{1a}}=1338(112)$ MeV and $[M_{P_{1b}}=1462(117) $ MeV or their mean $[M_{P_1},f_{P_1}]=[1397(81),594(144)]$ MeV which support the gluonium nature of the candidate $η(1405)$ and may bring a small gluon piece to the $η(1295)$; Their 1st radial excitations: $M_{P'_{1a}}=1508(226)$ MeV and $M_{P'_{1b}}=1553(139)$ MeV with their mean: $[M_{P'_1},f_{P'_1}]=[1541(118),205(282)]$ MeV which may be identified (up to some eventual mixings with $\bar qq$ states) with the $η(1475,1700)$ states; The heavy gluonium with : $[M_{P_2}, f_{P_2}]=[2751(140),500(43)]$ MeV comparable with the lattice results. One can remark the (natural) one to one correspondence between the pseudoscalar gluonia and their chiral scalar analogue from Ref.1: $σ(1)\to η_1;~G_1(1.55)\to P_{1}; [σ'(1.1),G'(1.56)]\to P'_{1a,1b};~G_2(3)\to P_2$ which is mainly due to the importance of QCD PT in the sum rule analysis that are almost equal in these two channels. Results for the spectra are in Table 2.

We review our results on $Z_{c}$-like states[1] which we complete with the ones on $Z_{b}$-like states by using relativistic QCD Laplace Sum Rules (LSR) within stability criteria and including Factorized Next-to-Leading Order (FNLO) Perturbative (PT) corrections and Lowest Order (LO) QCD condensates up to $\langle G^3 \rangle$. We emphasize the importance of PT radiative corrections for heavy quark sum rules in order to justify the use of the running heavy quark mass in the analysis. Our estimates are compiled in Tables 3 and 4. From our results, the observed $Z_{cs}(3983)$ state are good candidate for being ${\mathcal T}_{cs}$ tetramole (superposition of nearly degenerated molecules and tetraquark states having the same quatum numbers $J^{PC}$ and with almost the same couplings to the currents). The $Z_{cs}$ bump around 4100 MeV can be interpreted as a combination of $D^{*}_{0}D_{s1}$ and $D^{*}_{s0}D_{1}$ molecules. The physical states $Z_{cs}(4000)$ and $Z_{cs}(4220)$ found by LHCb are too low to be considered as the first radial excitations of $Z_{cs}(3983)$. For the future $Z_{b}$, $Z_{bs}$ and $Z_{bss}$, we suggest to scan the region around $(10.3 \sim 10.9)$ GeV while the 1st radial excitations are about 2.4 GeV above the ground states.

We revisit, scrutinize, improve, confirm and complete our previous results [1-3] from the scalar di-gluonium sum rules within the standard SVZ-expansion at N2LO without instantons and beyond the minimal duality ansatz : "one resonance + QCD continuum" parametrization of the spectral function which is necessary for a better understanding of the complex spectra of the $I=0$ scalar mesons. We select different (un)subtracted sum rules (USR) moments of degree $\leq$ 4 for extracting the two lowest gluonia masses and couplings. We obtain: $[M_{σ_B},f_{σ_B}]=[1.07(13),0.46(16)],~[M_{G_1},f_{G_1}][1.55(12),0.37(11)]$ GeV and the corresponding masses of the radial excitations : $M_{σ'_B}$= 1.11(12) and $M_{G'_1}=1.56(14)$ GeV which are (unexpectedly) almost degenerated with the ground states. The 2nd radial excitation is found to have a much heavier mass: $M_{G_2}\simeq$ 2.99(22) GeV. Combining these results with some Low-Energy Vertex Sum Rules (LEV-SR), we predict some hadronic widths and classify them into two groups : -- The $σ$-like ($σ_B,σ'_B$) which decay copiously to $ππ$ from OZI-violating process and the $σ'_B$ to $2(ππ)S$ through $σσ$. -- The $G$-like $(G_1,~G'_1$ and eventually $G_2$) which decay into $η'η, ~ηη$ through the $U(1)_A$ gluonic vertex. Besides some eventual mixings with quarkonia states, we may expect that the observed $σ/f_0(500)$ and $f_0(137)$ are $σ$-like while the $f_0(1.5)$ and $f_0(1.7)$ are $G$-like gluonia. The high mass $G_2(2.99)$ can also mix with the $G_1,~G'_1$ to bring the gluon component of the gluonia candidates above 2 GeV. We also estimate the conformal charge $ψ_G(0)=2.09(29)$ GeV$^4$ and its slope $10^2ψ'_G(0)=-22(29)$ GeV$^2$. Our results are summarized in Table 1.

Using the official data and aware of the uncertain source and insufficient number of samples, we present a first and (for the moment) unique attempt to study the first two months spread of COVID-19 in Madagascar. The approach has been tested by predicting the number of contaminated persons for the next week after fitting the inputs data collected within 7 or 15 days using standard least $χ^2$-fit method. Encouraged by this first test, we study systematically during 67 days , 1-2 weeks new data and predict the contaminated persons for the coming week. We find that the first month data are well described by a linear or quadratic polynomial with an increase of about (4-5) infected persons per day. Pursuing the analysis, one note that data until 46 days favour a cubic polynomial behaviour which signals an eventual near future stronger growth as confirmed by the new data on the 48th day. We complete the analysis until 67 days and find that the data until 77 days confirm the cubic polynomial behaviour which is a remarkable feature of the pandemic spread in Madagascar. We expect that these results will be useful for some new model buildings. A comparison with some other SI-like models predictions is done. These results may also be interpreted as the lowest values of the real case due to the insufficient number of samples (12907 for 27 million habitants on 05/06/20). The data analysis of the absolute number of cured persons until 67 days shows an approximate linear behaviour with about 3 cured persons per day. However, the number of percentage number of cured persons decreases above 42-46 days indicating the limits of the hospital equipment and care to face the 2nd phase of the pandemic for the 67th first days. Some comments on the social, economical and political impacts of COVID-19 and confinement for Madagascar and, in general, for Worldwide are shortly discussed.

As the Operator Product Expansion (OPE) usually converges for $d\leqslant 6-8$, we evaluated the QCD spectral functions at Lowest Order (LO) of PT QCD and up to $\langle G^3 \rangle$. We also emphasize the importance of PT radiative corrections for heavy quark sum rules in order to justify the use of the running heavy quark mass value in the analysis. We compare our predictions in Table 3 with the ones from ratio of Moments (MOM). The broad structure arround (6.2 $\sim$ 6.9) GeV can be described by the $\overlineη_cη_c$, $\overline{J/ψ}J/ψ$ and $\overlineχ_{c1}χ_{c1}$ molecules or/and $\overline{S}_c S_c$, $\overline{A}_c A_c$ and $\overline{V}_c V_c$ tetraquarks lowest mass ground states. The narrow structure at (6.8 $\sim$ 6.9) GeV if it is a $0^{++}$ state can be a $\overlineχ_{c0}χ_{c0}$ molecules or/and its analogue $\overline{P}_c P_c$ tetraquark. The $\overlineχ_{c1}χ_{c1}$ predicted mass is found to be below the $χ_{c1}χ_{c1}$ threshold while for the beauty states, all of the estimated masses are above the $η_b η_b$ and $Υ(1S)Υ(1S)$ threshold.

We evaluate the masses and decay constants of the $0^+$ and $1^-$ open-charm $(\bar{c}\bar{d})(us)$ tetraquarks and molecular states from QCD spectral sum rules (QSSR) by using QCD Laplace sum rule (LSR). This method takes into account the stability criteria where the factorized perturbative NLO corrections and the contributions of quark and gluon condensates up to dimension-6 in the OPE are included. We confront our results with the $D^- K^+$ invariant mass recently reported by LHCb from $B^+ \to D^+(D^- K^+)$ decays. We expect that the resonance near the $D^- K^+$ threshold can be originated from the $0^{+}(D^-K^+)$ molecule and/or $D^- K^+$ scattering. The $X_0(2900)$ scalar state and the resonance $X_J(3150)$ (if $J = 0$) can emerge from a minimal mixing model, with a tiny mixing angle $θ_0 \simeq (5.2 \pm 1.9)^0$, between a scalar Tetramole $({\cal T}_{\!\!{\cal M}0})$ (superposition of nearly degenerated hypothetical molecules and compact tetraquarks states with the same quantum numbers), having a mass $M_{{\cal T}_{\!\!{\cal M}0}} = 2743(18)$ MeV, and the first radial excitation of the $D^- K^+$ molecule with mass $M_{(DK)_1} = 3678(310)$ MeV. In an analogous way, the $X_1(2900)$ and the $X_J(3350)$ (if $J = 1$) could be a mixture between the vector Tetramole $({\cal T}_{\!\!{\cal M}1})$, with a mass $M_{{\cal T}_{\!\!{\cal M}1}} = 2656(20)$ MeV, and its first radial excitation having a mass $M_{{\cal T}_{\!\!{\cal M}1}} = 4592(141)$ MeV with an angle $θ_0 \simeq (9.1 \pm 0.6)^0$. A (non)-confirmation of these statements requires experimental findings of the quantum numbers of the resonances at $3150$ and $3350$ MeV.

One can notice that the SVZ value of <alpha_s G^2> has been underestimated by a factor 1.6, <g^3 G^3> is much bigger than the instanton model estimate, while the four-quark condensate which mixes under renormalization is incompatible with the vacuum saturation which is phenomenologically violated by a factor (2~4). The uses of HQSR for molecules and tetraquarks states are commented.

We present a global analysis of the observed Z_c, Z_cs and future Z_css-like spectra using the inverse Laplace transform (LSR) version of QCD spectral sum rules (QSSR) within stability criteria. Integrated compact QCD expressions of the LO spectral functions up to dimension-six condensates are given. Next-to-Leading Order (NLO) factorized perturbative contributions are included. We re-emphasize the importance to include PT radiative corrections (though numerically small) for heavy quark sum rules in order to justify the (ad hoc) definition and value of the heavy quark mass used frequently at LO in the literature. We also demonstrate that, contrary to a naïve qualitative 1/N_c counting, the two-meson scattering contributions to the four-quark spectral functions are numerically negligible confirming the reliability of the LSR predictions. Our results are summarized in Tables III to VI. The Z_c(3900) and Z_cs(3983) spectra are well reproduced by the T_c(3900) and T_cs(3973) tetramoles (superposition of quasi-degenerated molecules and tetraquark states having the same quantum numbers and with almost equal couplings to the currents). The Z_c(4025) or Z_c(4040) state can be fitted with the D*_0D_1 molecule having a mass 4023(130) MeV while the Z_cs bump around 4.1 GeV can be likely due to the (D^*_s0D_1+ D^*_0D_s1) molecules. The Z_c(4430) can be a radial excitation of the Z_c(3900) weakly coupled to the current, while all strongly coupled ones are in the region (5634-6527) MeV. The double strange tetramole state T_css which one may identify with the future Z_css is predicted to be at 4064(46) MeV. It is remarkable to notice the regular mass-spliitings of the tetramoles due to SU(3) breakings M_{T_cs}-M_{T_c}= M_{T_css}-M_{T_cs= (73- 91) MeV.

We also critically revisit and improve existing Lowest Order (LO) QCD spectral sum rules (QSSR) estimates of the $({ \bar Q \bar Q})(QQ)$ tetraquarks analogous states. In the example of the anti-scalar-scalar molecule, we separate explicitly the contributions of the factorized and non-factorized contributions to LO of perturbative QCD and to the $\langleα_sG^2\rangle$ gluon condensate contributions in order to disprove some criticisms on the (mis)uses of the sum rules for four-quark currents. We also re-emphasize the importance to include PT radiative corrections for heavy quark sum rules in order to justify the (ad hoc) definition and value of the heavy quark mass used frequently at LO in the literature. Our LSR results for tetraquark masses summarized in Table II are compared with the ones from ratio of moments (MOM) at NLO and results from LSR and ratios of MOM at LO (Table IV). The LHCb broad structure around (6.2 --6.7) GeV can be described by the $\overlineη_{c}η_{c}$, $\overline{J/ψ}{J/ψ}$ and $\overlineχ_{c1}χ_{c1}$ molecules or/and their analogue tetraquark scalar-scalar, axial-axial and vector-vector lowest mass ground states. The peak at (6.8--6.9) GeV can be likely due to a $\overlineχ_{c0}χ_{c0}$ molecule or/and a pseudoscalar-pseudoscalar tetraquark state. Similar analysis is done for the scalar beauty states whose masses are found to be above the $\overlineη_bη_b$ and $\overlineΥ(1S)Υ(1S)$ thresholds.

We obtain [1] α_s(2.85)=0.262(9) and α_s(9.50)=0.180(8) from the (pseudo)scalar M_{χ_{0c(0b)}}-M_{η_{c(b)}} mass-splittings at μ=2.85(9.50) GeV. The most precise result from the charm channel leads to α_s(M_τ)=0.318(15) and α_s(M_Z)=0.1183(19)(3) in excellent agreement with the world average: α_s(M_Z)=0.1181(11)[3,4]. Updated results from a global fit of the (axial-)vector and (pseudo)scalar channels using Laplace and Moments sum rules @ N2LO [1] combined with the one from M_{B_c} [2] lead to the new tentative QCD spectral sum rules (QSSR) average : m_c(m_c)|_average= 1266(6) MeV and m_b(m_b)|_average=4196(8) MeV. The values of the gluon condensate <α_s G^2> from the (axial)-vector charmonium channels combined with previous determinations in Table 1, leads to the new QSSR average [1]: <α_s G^2>_average=(6.35\pm 0.35)x 10^{-2} GeV^4. Our results clarify the (apparent) discrepancies between different estimates of <α_s G^2> from J/ψsum rule but also shows the sensitivity of the sum rules on the choice of the μ-subtraction scale. As a biproduct, we deduce the B_c-decay constants f_{B_c}=371(17) MeV and f_{B_c}(2S)< 139(6) MeV.

Allowing the values of m_{c,b}(m_{c,b}) to move inside the enlarged range of recent estimates from charmonium and bottomium sum rules (Table 1) obtained using similar stability criteria, wee deduce : m_c(m_c) = 1286(16) MeV and m_b(m_b) = 4208(8) MeV. Combined with previous estimates (Table 2), we deduce a tentative QCD Spectral Sum Rules (QSSR) average m_c(m_c) = 1266(6) MeV and m_b(m_b) = 4197(8) MeV, where the errors come from the precise determinations from J/psi and Upsilon sum rules. As a result, we present an improved prediction of f_B_c =371(17)MeV and the tentative upper bound f_B_c(2S)<139(6) MeV, which are useful for a further analysis of B_c-decays.

We review our results in Refs.[1,2] for the masses and couplings of heavy-light DD(BB)-like molecules and (Qq)(Qq)-like four-quark states from relativistic QCD Laplace sum rules (LSR) where next-to-next-to-leading order (N2LO) PT corrections in the chiral limit, next-to-leading order (NLO) SU3 PT corrections and non-perturbative contributions up to dimension d=6-8 are included. The factorization properties of molecule and four-quark currents have been used for the estimate of the higher order PT corrections. New integrated compact expressions of the spectral functions at leading order (LO) of perturbative QCD and up to dimensions d< (6 - 8) non-perturbative condensates are presented. The results are summarized in Tables 5 to 10, from which we conclude, within the errors, that the observed XZ states are good candidates for being 1^{++} and 0^{++} molecules or/and four-quark states, contrary to the observed Y states which are too light compared to the predicted 1^{-\pm} and 0^{-\pm} states. We find that the SU3 breakings are relatively small for the masses (< 10(resp. 3)%) for the charm (resp. bottom) channels while they are large (< 20%) for the couplings which decrease faster (1/m_{b}^{3/2}) than 1/m_{b}^{1/2} of HQET. QCD spectral sum rules (QSSR) approach cannot clearly separate (within the errors) molecules from four-quark states having the same quantum numbers. Results for the BK (DK)-like molecules and (Qq)(us)-like four-quark states from [3] are also reviewed which do not favour the molecule or/and four-quark interpretation of the X(5568). We suggest to scan the charm (2327 ~ 2444) MeV and bottom (5173 ~ 5226) MeV regions for detecting the (unmixed)(cu)ds and (bu)ds states. We expect that future experimental data and lattice results will check our predictions.

Considering our new result, we update the sum of the different theoretical contributions to a_μwithin the standard model, which we then compare to experiment. This comparison gives (a_μ^{\rm exp} - a_μ^{SM})= +(312.1+- 64.3) 10^{-11}, where the theoretical errors from HLbL are dominated by the scalar meson contributions.

Our results clarify the (apparent) discrepancies between different estimates of < α_s G^2> from J/ψsum rule but also shows the sensitivity of the sum rules on the choice of the μ-subtraction scale which does not permit a high-precision estimate of m_c,b. We obtain from the (axial-)vector [resp. (pseudo)scalar] channels <α_s G^2>=(8.5+- 3.0)> [resp. (6.34+-.39)] 10^-2 GeV^4, m_c(m_c)= 1256(30) [resp. 1266(16)] MeV and m_b(m_b)=4192(15) MeV. Combined with our recent determinations from vector channel, one obtains the average: m_c(m_c)= 1263(14) MeV and m_b(m_b) 4184(11) MeV. Adding our value of the gluon condensate with different previous estimates, we obtain the new sum rule average: <α_s G^2>=(6.35+- 0.35) 10^-2 GeV^4. The mass-splittings M_χ_0c(0b)-M_η_c(b) give @N2LO: α_s(M_Z)=0.1183(19)(3) in good agreement with the world average (see more detailed discussions in the section: addendum). .

We present new compact integrated expressions of SU3 breaking corrections to QCD spectral functions of heavy-light molecules and four-quark XYZ-like states at lowest order (LO) of perturbative (PT) QCD and up to d=8 condensates of the OPE. Including N2LO PT corrections in the chiral limit and NLO SU3 PT corrections, which we have estimated by assuming the factorization of the four-quark spectral functions, we improve previous LO results for the XYZ-like masses and decay constants from QCD spectral sum rules. Systematic errors are estimated from a geometric growth of the higher order PT corrections and from some partially known d=8 non-perturbative contributions. Our optimal results, based on stability criteria, are summarized in Tables 18 to 21 and compared with some LO results in Table 22. In most channels, the SU3 corrections on the meson masses are tiny: < 10% (resp. <3%) for the c (resp. b)-quark channel but can be large for the couplings (< 20%). Within the lowest dimension currents, most of the 0^{++} and 1^{++} states are below the physical thresholds while our predictions cannot discriminate a molecule from a four-quark state. A comparison with the masses of some experimental candidates indicates that the 0^{++} X(4500) might have a large D^*_{s0}D^*_{s0} molecule component while an interpretation of the 0^{++} candidates as four-quark ground states is not supported by our findings. The 1^{++} X(4147) and X(4273) are compatible with the D^*_{s}D_{s}, \bar D^*_{s0}D_{s1} molecules and/or with the axial-vector A_c four-quark ground state. Our results for the 0^{-\pm}, 1^{-\pm} and for different beauty states can be tested in the future data. Finally, we revisit our previous estimates [1] for the D^*_{0}D^*_{0} and D^*_{0}D_{1} and present new results for the D_1D_1.

We present new compact integrated expressions of QCD spectral functions of heavy-light molecules and four-quark $XYZ$-like states at lowest order (LO) of perturbative (PT) QCD and up to $d=8$ condensates of the Operator Product Expansion (OPE). Then, by including up to next-to-next leading order (N2LO) PT QCD corrections, which we have estimated by assuming the factorization of the four-quark spectral functions, we improve previous LO results from QCD spectral sum rules (QSSR), on the $XYZ$-like masses and decay constants which suffer from the ill-defined heavy quark mass. PT N3LO corrections are estimated using a geometric growth of the PT series and are included in the systematic errors. Our optimal results based on stability criteria are summarized in Tables 11 to 14 and compared, in Section 10, with experimental candidates and some LO QSSR results. We conclude that the masses of the $XZ$ observed states are compatible with (almost) pure $J^{PC}=1^{+\pm}, 0^{++}$ molecule or/and four-quark states. The ones of the $1^{-\pm}, 0^{-\pm}$ molecule / four-quark states are about 1.5 GeV above the $Y_{c,b}$ mesons experimental candidates and hadronic thresholds. We also find that the couplings of these exotics to the associated interpolating currents are weaker than that of ordinary $D,B$ mesons ($f_{DD}\approx 10^{-3}f_D$) and may behave numerically as $1/ \bar m_b^{3/2}$ (resp. $1/ \bar m_b$) for the $1^{+},0^{+}$ (resp. $1^{-}, 0^{-}$) states which can stimulate further theoretical studies of these decay constants.

We scrutinize recent QCD spectral sum rules (QSSR) results to lowest order (LO) predicting the masses of the BK molecule and (su)\bar(bd) four-quark states. We improve these results by adding NLO and N2LO corrections to the PT contributions giving a more precise meaning on the b-quark mass definition used in the analysis. We extract our optimal predictions using Laplace sum rule (LSR) within the standard stability criteria versus the changes of the external free parameters (τ-sum rule variable, t_c continuum threshold and subtraction constant μ). The smallness of the higher order PT corrections justifies (a posteriori) the LO order results + the uses of the ambiguous heavy quark mass to that order. However, our predicted spectra in the range (5173\sim 5226) MeV, summarized in Table 7, for exotic hadrons built with four different flavours (buds), do not support some previous interpretations of the D0 candidate[1], X(5568), as a pure molecule or a four-quark state. If experimentally confirmed, it could result from their mixing with an angle: sin 2θ\approx 0.15. One can also scan the region (2327~ 2444) MeV (where the D*_{s0}(2317) might be a good candidate) and the one (5173~ 5226) MeV for detecting these (cuds) and (buds) unmixed exotic hadrons (if any) via, eventually, their radiative or π+hadrons decays.

We summarize recently improved results for the pseudoscalar [1,2] and vector [3] meson decay constants and their ratios from QCD spectral sum rules where N2LO + estimate of the N3LO PT and power corrections up to d< 6 dimensions have been included in the SVZ expansion. The "optimal results" based on stability criteria with respect to the variations of the Laplace/Moments sum rule variables, QCD continuum threshold and subtraction constant μare compared with recent sum rules and lattice calculations. To understand the "apparent tension" between some recent results for f_B*/f_B, we present in Section 8 "a novel extraction" of this ratio from heavy quark effective theory (HQET) sum rules by including the normalization factor (M_b/M_B)^2 relating the pseudoscalar to the universal HQET correlators for finite b-quark and B-meson masses.
We obtain f_B*/f_B=1.025(16) in good agreement with the one 1.016(16) from (pseudo)scalar sum rules in full QCD [3]. We complete the paper by including new improved estimates of the scalar, axial-vector and B^*_c meson decays constants (Sections 11-13). For further phenomenological uses, we attempt to extract a Global Average of different sum rules and lattice determinations of the decay constants which are summarized in Tables 2-6. We do not found any deviation of these SM results from the present data.

We include in the OPE the contributions of non-perturbative condensates up to dimension-eight. With the Laplace sum rules approach (LSR) and in the $\overline{MS}$-scheme, we obtain $M_{D^*D}=3738(152)$ MeV, which agrees within the errors with the newly discovered $Z_c$(3900). For the bottom channel, we find $M_{B^*B}=10687(232)$ MeV in good agreement with the observed $Z_b$(10610). Couplings of these states to the currents are also extracted. Our results are improvements of the LO ones in the existing literature.

In addition to the standard τ(sum rule variable) and t_c (QCD continuum threshold) stablity criteria, I introduce a new stability criterion versus the arbitrary QCD subtraction point μfor extracting the optimal results when radiative QCD corrections are included. Future improvements on further uses of QCD spectral sum rules (QSSR) are commented.

Anticipating future precise measurements of the D- and B-like (semi-)leptonic and hadronic decays for alternative determinations of the CKM mixing angles, we pursue our program on the D- and B-like mesons by improving the estimates of f_{D*_(s)} and f_{B*_(s)} (analogue to f_π) by using the well-established (inverse) Laplace sum rules (LSR) and / or their suitable ratios less affected by the systematics, which are known to N2LO pQCD and where the complete d = 6 non-perturbative condensate contributions are included. The convergence of the PT series is analyzed by an estimate of the N3LO terms based on geometric growth of the coefficients. In addition to the standard LSR variable τ and the QCD continuum threshold t_c stability criteria, we extract our optimal results by also requiring stability on the variation of the arbitrary QCD subtraction point μ. We complete the analysis by a direct estimate of f_{B_c}. Our results summarized in Tables III and IV are compared with some other recent estimates.

Using ratios of the inverse Laplace transform sum rules within stability criteria for the subtraction point μin addition to the ones of the usual tau spectral sum rule variable and continuum threshold t_c, we extract the π(1300) and K(1460) decay constants to order α_s^4 of perturbative QCD by including power corrections up to dimension-six condensates, tachyonic gluon mass, instanton and finite width corrections. Using these inputs with enlarged generous errors, we extract, in a model-independent and conservative ways, the sum of the scale-independent renormalization group invariant (RGI) quark masses (m_u+ m_q):q\equiv d,s and the corresponding running masses (m_u+m_q) evaluated at 2 GeV. By giving the value of the ratio m_u/m_d, we deduce the running quark masses m_{u,d,s} and condensate <\bar uu> and the scale-independent mass ratios : 2m_s/(m_u+m_d) and m_s/m_d. Using the positivity of the QCD continuum contribution to the spectral function, we also deduce, from the inverse Laplace transform sum rules, for the first time to order α_s^4, new lower bounds on the RGI masses which are translated into the running masses at 2 GeV and into upper bounds on the running quark condensate <\bar uu>. Our results summarized in Table 2 and compared with our previous results and with recent lattice averages suggest that precise phenomenological determinations of the sum of light quark masses require improved experimental measurements of the π(1.3) and K(1.46) hadronic widths and/or decay constants which are the dominant sources of errors in the analysis.

Considering the classical two-point correlators built from (axial)-vector, scalar \bar qq and gluonium currents, we confront results obtained using the SVZ + 1/q^2 expansion to the ones from some QCD holographic models in the Euclidian region and with negative dilaton Φ_i(z)=- |c_i^2| z^2. We conclude that the presence of the 1/q^2-term in the SVZ-expansion due to a tachyonic gluon mass appears naturally in the Minimum Soft Wall (MSW) and the Gauge/String Dual (GSD) models which can also reproduce semi-quantitatively some of the higher dimension condensate contributions appearing in the OPE. The Hard-Wall model shows a large departure from the SVZ + 1/q^2 expansion in the vector, scalar and gluonium channels due to the absence of any power corrections. The equivalence of the MSW and GSD models is manifest in the vector channel through the relation of the dilaton parameter with the tachyonic gluon mass. For approximately reproducing the phenomenological values of the dimension d=4,6 condensates, the holographic models require a tachyonic gluon mass (α_s/π)λ^2= -(0.12- 0.14) GeV^2, which is about twice the fitted phenomenological value from e^+e^- data. The relation of the inverse length parameter c_i to the tachyonic gluon mass also shows that c_i is channel dependent but not universal for a given holographic model. Using the MSW model and M_ρ=0.78 GeV as input, we predict a scalar \bar qq mass M_S=(0.95-1.10) GeV and a scalar gluonium mass M_G= (1.1- 1.3) GeV.

Using recent values of the QCD (non-) perturbative parameters given in Table 1, we reconsider the extraction of f_B and the on-shell mass M_b from HQET Laplace spectral sum rules known to N2LO PT series and including dimension 7 condensates in the OPE. We especially study the convergence of the PT series, the effects on "different spectral sum rules data" of the continuum threshold and subtraction point varied in a larger range than in the existing literature and include in the error an estimate of the N3LO PT series based on a geometric growth of the PT series. We obtain the Renormalization Group Invariant (RGI) universal coupling : \hat f_B^\infty=0.416(60) GeV^{3/2} in the static limit M_b \to \infty and the physical decay constant including 1/M_b corrections: f_B^{hqet}=199(29) MeV. Using the ratio of sum rules, we obtain, to order α_s^2, the running mass m_b(m_b)=4213(59) MeV. The previous results are in good agreement with the ones from QCD spectral sum rules (QSSR) in full QCD to the same order from the same channel [1]: f_B^{qcd}=206(7) MeV and m_b(m_b)^{qcd}=4236(69) MeV.

We estimate the masses of the 1-- heavy four-quark and molecule states by combining exponential Laplace (LSR) and finite energy (FESR) sum rules known perturbatively to lowest order (LO) in α_s but including non perturbative terms up to the complete dimension-six condensate contributions. We use double ratio of sum rules (DRSR) for determining the SU(3) breakings terms. The SU(3) mass-splittings of about (50 - 110) MeV and the ones of about (250 - 300) MeV between the lowest ground states and their 1st radial excitations are (almost) heavy-flavour independent. The mass predictions summarized in Table 2 are compared with the ones in the literature (when available) and with the three Yc(4260, 4360, 4660) and Yb(10890) 1-- experimental candidates. We conclude that the lowest observed state cannot be a pure 1-- four-quark nor a pure molecule but may result from their mixings. We extend the above analyzes to the 0++ four-quark and molecule states which are about (0.5-1.0) GeV heavier than the corresponding 1-- states, while the splittings between the 0++ lowest ground state and the 1st radial excitation is about (300-500) MeV. We complete the analysis by estimating the decay constants of the 1-- and 0++ four-quark states. Our predictions can be tested using some alternative non-perturbative approaches or/and at LHCb or some other hadron factories.

The study of the effects of the subtraction scale μon "different QSSR data" and the use (for the first time) of the Renormalization Group Invariant (RGI) scale independent quark masses in the analysis are emphasized. The estimates [rigourous model-independent upper bounds] reported in Table 2: f_D/f_π=1.56(5)[< 1.68(1)], f_B/f_π=1.58(5)[< 1.80(3)] and f_{D_s}/f_K= 1.58(4) [< 1.63(1)], f_{B_s}/f_K=1.50(3)[< 1.61(3.5)], improve previous QSSR estimates. The remarkable agreements with some of the experimental data on f_{D,D_s} and with lattice simulations within dynamical quarks confirm both the success of the QSSR semi-approximate approach based on the OPE in terms of the quark and gluon condensates and of the Minimal Duality Ansatz (MDA) for parametrizing the hadronic spectral function which we have tested from the complete data of the J/ψand Υsystems. The running quark masses m_c({m_c})=1286(66) MeV and m_b({m_b})= 4236(69) MeV from M_{D,B} are in good agreement though less accurate than the ones from recent J/ψand Υsum rules.

The strong-isospin violation in $ψ(3770)\rightarrow J/ψ+ π^0$ via intermediate $D$ meson loops is investigated in an effective Lagrangian approach. In this process, there is only one $D$-meson loop contributing to the absorptive part, and the uncertainties due to the introduction of form factors can be minimized. With the help of QCD spectral sum rules (QSSR), we extract the $J/ψDD^*$ form factor as an implement from the first principle of QCD. The $DD^*π^0$ form factor can be well determined from the experimental data for $D\rightarrowπlν$. The exploration of the dispersion relation suggests the dominance of the dispersive part via the intermediate $D$ meson loops even below the open charm threshold. This investigation could provide further insights into the puzzling question on the mechanisms for $ψ(3770)\to$ non-$D\bar{D}$ transitions.
