Shareholders' expectations of stock returns and fluctuations are constantly changing due to restrictions in financial status and undesirable capital structure, which constrain managers to limit the changes in price trends in order to cover the risk instigated and infused by the unfavorable situation. The present research examines the moderating impact of information asymmetry on the relationship between capital structure adjustment and expected returns. The data from 120 companies approved in the Tehran Stock Exchange were extracted, and a hybrid data regression model was used to test the research hypotheses. Findings indicate that the capital structure adjustment speed correlates with the expected returns. Moreover, the information asymmetry positively affects the relationship between capital structure adjustment speed and expected returns.

Here we developed transformer-based deep neural network NLP models to perform the CRC phenoty**, with the goal of extracting precancerous lesion attributes and distinguishing cancer and precancerous cases. We achieved 0.914 macro-F1 scores for classifying patients into negative, non-advanced adenoma, advanced adenoma and CRC. We further improved the performance to 0.923 using an ensemble of classifiers for cancer status classification and lesion size named entity recognition (NER). Our results demonstrated the potential of using NLP to leverage real-world health record data to facilitate the development of diagnostic tests for early cancer prevention.

In this paper, we will study some properties of this new class of operators and its relationships with some known classifications of operators. We also define the new class of operators that named $\tilde{o}$rder weakly compact operators. The current manuscript highlights the preparation of NiFe2O4 nanoparticles by adopting sol-gel auto combustion route. The prime focus of this study is to investigate the impact of gamma irradiation on the microstructural, morphological, functional, optical and magnetic characteristics. The resulted NiFe2O4 products have been characterized employing numerous instrumental equipments such as FESEM, XRD, UV visible spectroscopy, FTIR and PPMS for a variety of gamma ray doses (0 kGy, 25 kGy and 100 kGy). FESEM micrographs illustrate the aggregation of ferrite nanoparticles in pristine NiFe2O4 product having an average particle size of 168 nm and the surface morphology is altered after exposure to gamma-irradiation. XRD spectra have been analyzed employing Rietveld method and the results of the XRD investigation reveal the desired phases (cubic spinel phases) of NiFe2O4 with observing other transitional phases. Several microstructural parameters such as bond length, bond angle, hop** length etc. have been determined from the analysis of Rietveld method. This study reports that the gamma irradiations demonstrate a great influence on optical bandgap energy and it varies from 1.80 and 1.89 eV evaluated via K M function. FTIR measurement depicts a proof for the persistence of Ni-O and Fe-O stretching vibrations within the respective products and thus indicating the successful development of NiFe2O4. The saturation magnetization (MS) of pristine Ni ferrite product is noticed to be 28.08 emug-1. A considerable increase in MS is observed in case of low gamma-dose (25 kGy) and a decrement nature is disclosed after the result of high dose of gamma irradiation (100kGy).

A large part of the literature aims to show progress by increasing accuracy on this task, but this ignores the inherent uncertainty and ambiguity in the task. In this paper we show that Bayesian Neural Networks, as approximated using MC-Dropout, MC-DropConnect, or an Ensemble, are able to model the aleatoric uncertainty in facial emotion recognition, and produce output probabilities that are closer to what a human expects. We also show that calibration metrics show strange behaviors for this task, due to the multiple classes that can be considered correct, which motivates future work. We believe our work will motivate other researchers to move away from Classical and into Bayesian Neural Networks.

Single phase cubic spinel structure has been confirmed by the X ray diffraction (XRD) patterns. Larger lattice constants of the compositions are found with increasing Yb3+ concentration while the average grain size (52 to 18 nm) has noticeable decrease as Yb3+ content is increased. The presence of all existing elements as well as the purity of the samples has also been confirmed from energy dispersive X ray spectroscopic (EDS) analysis. Frequency dependent dielectric constant, dielectric loss, dielectric relaxation time, AC and DC resistivity of the compositions have also been examined at room temperature. The DC resistivity value is found in the order of 10 to power 10 (omega-cm) which is at least four orders greater than the ferrites prepared by conventional method. This larger value of resistivity attributes due to very small grain size and successfully explained using the Verwey and deBoer hop** conduction model. The contribution of grain and grain boundary resistance has been elucidated using Cole Cole plot. The study of temperature dependent DC resistivity confirms the semiconducting nature of all titled compositions wherein bandgap (optical) increases from 2.73 eV to 3.25 eV with the increase of Yb content. The high value of resistivity is of notable achievement for the compositions that make them a potential candidate for implication in the high frequency applications where reduction of eddy current loss is highly required.

In this manuscript, we will study both $\tilde{o}$-convergence in (partially) ordered vector spaces and a kind of convergence in a vector space $V$. A vector space $V$ is called semi-order vector space (in short semi-order space), if there exist an ordered vector space $W$ and an operator $T$ from $V$ into $W$. In this way, we say that $V$ is semi-order space with respect to $\{W, T\}$. A net $\{x_α\}\subseteq V$ is said to be ${\{W,T\}}$-order convergent to a vector $x\in V$ (in short we write $x_α\xrightarrow {\{W, T\}}x$), whenever there exists a net $\{y_β\}$ in $W$ satisfying $y_β\downarrow 0$ in $W$ and for each $β$, there exists $α_0$ such that $\pm (Tx_α-Tx) \leq y_β$ whenever $α\geq α_0$. In this manuscript, we study and investigate some properties of $\{W,T\}$-convergent nets and its relationships with other order convergence in partially ordered vector spaces. Assume that $V_1$ and $V_2$ are semi-order spaces with respect to $\{{W_1}, T_1\}$ and $\{W_2, T_2\}$, respectively. An operator $S$ from $V_1$ into $V_2$ is called semi-order continuous, if $x_α\xrightarrow {\{{W_1}, T_1\}}x$ implies $Sx_α\xrightarrow {\{W_2, T_2\}}Sx$ whenever $\{x_α\}\subseteq V_1$. We investigate quantum correlations between successive steps of black hole evaporation and investigate whether they might resolve the black hole information paradox. 'Small' corrections in various models were shown to be unable to restore unitarity. We study a toy qubit model of evaporation that allows small quantum correlations between successive steps and reaffirm previous results. Then, we relax the 'smallness' condition and find a nontrivial upper and lower bound on the entanglement entropy change during the evaporation process. This gives a quantitative measure of the size of the correction needed to restore unitarity. We find that these entanglement entropy bounds lead to a significant deviation from the expected Page curve.

Monocrystalline silicon solar cells with photo-absorbing morphology can amplify light-trap** properties within the absorber layer and help to fabricate cost-effective solar cells. In this paper, the effect of different parameters namely temperature and time of Cu-assisted chemical etching was thoroughly investigated for the optimization of the light absorption properties. P-type monocrystalline wafers were selectively treated with Cu(NO3)2.3H2O:HF:H2O2:DI water solution at 50 deg.C for five different time duration. The entire process was repeated at five different temperatures for 20min as well to study the relation between etching temperature and surface reflectance. Sonication bathing was used for the removal of the deposited Cu atoms from the surface with the variation of time and the effect was examined using energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS). Field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM) and UV/VIS spectroscopy were conducted to study the surface morphology and light absorbance respectively. Inverted shapes almost similar to inverted pyramids or porous surface were found randomly on the surface of the wafer. The effect of temperature was found more significant compared to the effect of time variation. An optimum light reflectance was found at 50 deg.C for 20 min of texturization. Atomic force microscopy (AFM) of the textured sample revealed the average depth of pyramidal shape was about 1.58 micro meter. EDS results showed a proportional relation between time and Cu removal process, and a complete Cu atoms free textured surface after 25 min of sonication bathing. Therefore, a suitable Cu-assisted texturization technique was found, which could enable lowering the photo-reflectance below 1% without any antireflection coating.

The magnetoresistance is the magnetic field induced change of electrical resistivity of a material. Recent studies have revealed extremely large magnetoresistance in several non-magnetic semimetals, which has been explained on the basis of either electron-hole compensation or the Fermi surface topology, or the combination of both. Here, we present a single crystal study on MoSi$_2$, which exhibits extremely large magnetoresistance, approaching almost 10$^7$ % at 2 K and 14 T magnetic field. It is found that the electron-hole compensation level in MoSi$_2$ evolves with magnetic field, which is resulted from strong Zeeman effect, and found beneficial in boosting the large non-saturating magnetoresistance. The non-trivial Berry phase in the de Haas-van Alphen oscillations and the moderate suppression of backward scattering of the charge carriers lend support for the topological nature of this semimetal. The ultra-large carrier mobility of the topologically protected charge carriers reinforces the magnetoresistance of MoSi2 to an unprecedented large value.

Optical pulling with tractor beams is so far highly dependent on (i) the property of embedding background or the particle itself , (ii) the number of the particles and/or (iii) the manual ram** of beam phase. A necessary theoretical solution of these problems is proposed here. This article demonstrates a novel active tractor beam for multiple fully immersed objects with its additional abilities of yielding a controlled rotation and a desired 3D trap**. Continuous and stable long distance levitation, controlled rotation and 3D trap** are demonstrated with a single optical set-up by using two coaxial, or even non-coaxial, superimposed non-diffracting higher order Bessel beams of reverse helical nature and different frequencies. The superimposed beam has periodic intensity variations both along and around the beam-axis because of the difference in longitudinal wave-vectors and beam orders, respectively. The difference in frequencies of two laser beams makes the intensity pattern move along and around the beam-axis in a continuous way without manual ram** of phase, which allows for either linear motion (forward or backward) or angular movement (clockwise or anticlockwise) of fully immersed multiple particles. As a major contribution, the condition for increasing the target binding regions is also proposed to manipulate multiple immersed objects of different sizes and shapes.

In this paper, we analyze whether quantum correlations between successive steps of evaporation can open any way to resolve the black hole information paradox. Recently a celebrated result in literature shows that `small' correction to leading order Hawking analysis fails to restore unitarity in black hole evaporation. We study a toy qubit model of evaporation allowing small quantum correlations between successive steps and verify the previous result. Then we generalize the concept of correction to Hawking state by relaxing the `smallness' condition. Our result generates a nontrivial upper and lower bound on change in entanglement entropy in the evaporation process. This gives us a quantitative measure of correction that would mathematically facilitate restoration of unitarity in black hole evaporation. We then investigate whether this result is compatible to the established physical constraints of unitary evolution of a state in a subsystem. We find that the generalized bound on entanglement entropy leads to significant deviation from Page curve. This leads us to agree with the recent claim in literature that no amount of correction in the form of Bell pair states would lead to any resolution to the information paradox.

We analyze the Kim, Lee & Lee model of information erasure by black holes and find contradictions with standard physical laws. We demonstrate that the erasure model leads to arbitrarily fast information erasure; the proposed physical interpretation of information freezing at the event horizon as observed by an asymptotic observer is problematic; and information erasure, whatever the process may be, near the black hole horizon leads to contradictions with quantum mechanics if Landauer's principle is assumed. The later part of the work demonstrates the significance of the "erasure entropy." We show that the erasure entropy is the mutual information between two subsystems.

In this article, we have proposed a compact classification of isotropic and homogeneous single negative (SNG) electromagnetic metamaterial based perfect tunneling unit cells. This unified classification has been made by means of the band gap theories and properties of the arrays made up of these unit cells. Based on their reported characteristics, we have proposed new structures that simultaneously show perfect tunneling band and complete band gap (CBG-omni directional stop band for both polarizations). Besides, we have identified a kind of perfect tunneling which can be considered as "phase shifted perfect tunneling". Several interesting and new phenomena like Complete Perfect Tunneling (CPT-omni directional perfect tunneling for both polarizations), Band Gap Shifting,CBG in Double Positive (DPS) material range, etc. have been reported with proper physical and mathematical explanations.

We report experimental studies of the temperature and magnetic field dependence of resistivity and dc magnetic susceptibility and the temperature dependence of zero field heat capacity in a Ti$_{0.6}$V$_{0.4}$ alloy. The temperature dependence of the normal state dc magnetic susceptibility in this Ti$_{0.6}$V$_{0.4}$ alloy shows T$^2$lnT behavior. The temperature dependence of resistivity follows a T$^2$ behaviour in the range 20-50 K. On the other hand, a term $T^3$ lnT is needed in the expression containing the electronic and lattice heat capacities to explain the temperature dependence of heat capacity at temperatures where $T^2$ dependence of resistivity is observed. Such temperature dependence of dc magnetic susceptibility, resistivity and heat capacity are indications of the presence of spin-fluctuations in the system. Further experimental evidence for the spin fluctuations is obtained in the form of a negative value of T$^5$ term in the temperature dependence of resistivity. The influence of spin-fluctuations on the superconducting properties of Ti$_{0.6}$V$_{0.4}$ is discussed in detail. We show from our analysis of resistivity and the susceptibility in normal and superconducting states that the spin fluctuations present in Ti$_{0.6}$V$_{0.4}$ alloy are itinerant in nature. There is some evidence of the existence of preformed Cooper-pairs in the temperature range well above the superconducting transition temperature. Our study indicates that the interesting correlations between spin-fluctuations and superconductivity may actually be quite widespread amongst the superconducting materials, and not necessarily be confined only to certain classes of exotic compounds.
