The study discusses the main features which affect the IT companies valuation on the example of social networks. The relevance of the chosen topic is due to the fact that people live in the information age now, and information technologies surround us everywhere. Because of this, social networks have become very popular. They assist people to communicate with each other despite of the time and distance. Social networks are also companies that operate in order to generate income therefore their owners need to know how promising and profitable their business is. The social networks differ from traditional companies in this case the purpose of the research is determining the features of social networks that affect the accuracy and adequacy of the results of company valuation. The paper reviews the definitions of information technology, social networks, history, types of social networks, distinguishing features based on domestic and foreign literature. There are analyzed methods of assessing the value of Internet companies, their characteristics and methods of application. There is the six social networks evaluation was assessed in the practical part of the study: Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat, Sina Weibo and Vkontakte on the basis of the literature studied and the methods for evaluating the Internet companies which recommended in it, including the method of discounting the cash flow of the company as part of the income approach and the multiplier method as part of a comparative approach. Based on the analysis, the features that affect the social networks valuation are identified.

The general picture of game theoretic modeling dealt with here is characterized by a set of big players, also referred to as principals or major agents, acting on the background of large pools of small players, the impact of the behavior of each small player in a group on the overall evolution decreasing with the increase of the size of the group. In this Part I approach players in groups are not independent rational optimizers. They are either directly controlled by principals and serve the interests of the latter (pressure and collaboration setting) or they resist the actions of the principals (pressure and resistance setting) by evolving their strategies in an 'evolutionary manner' via interactions with other players subject to certain clear rules, deterministic or stochastic. The examples of the real world problems involved include government representatives (often referred to in the literature as benevolent dictators) chasing corrupted bureaucrats, inspectors chasing tax-paying avoidance, police acting against terrorist groups or models describing the attacks of computer or biological viruses. Other class of examples concerns appropriate (or better optimal) management of complex stochastic systems consisting of large number of interacting components (agents, mechanisms, vehicles, subsidiaries, species, police units, robot swarms, etc), which may have competitive or common interests. Such management can also deal with the processes of merging and splitting of functional units (say, firms or banks) or the coalition building of agents. The actions of the big players effectively control the distribution of small players among their possible strategies and can influence the rules of their interaction.

Modelling all possible life cycles of a company in a highly competitive economic environment gives a significant advantage to the owner in his business investment activities. This article proposes and analyses a dynamic model of a company's life cycle with known action costs and transition probabilities, that can be affected by an outside influence. For this task, the Markov model was utilized. The proposed model is illustrated on a task of determining an advertising policy for a car dealership, that would increase the stock equity of a company. The result demonstrates the usefulness of a model for use in determining future actions of a company. We also review multiple models of the influence of outside factors on a company's total capitalization.

This article discusses the model of decision making under risk on the example of project management. This is a game with two players, one of which is Investor, and the other is the Project Manager. Each player makes a risky decision for himself, based on his past experience. With the help of a mathematical model, the players form a level of confidence, depending on who the player accepts the strategy or does not accept. The project manager assesses the costs and compares them with the level of confidence. An investor evaluates past results. Also visit the case where the strategy of the player accepts the part.

Set of corruption agents is considered. It is supposed that agents are placed in sites of the lattice. Agents take decision about participation in corruption activity at discrete moments of time. The decision may lead to profit or to loss. It depends on prehistory of the system. Profit and its dynamics are defined by stochastic Markov process. Stochastic nature of the process models influence of external and individual factors on agents profits. The model is formulated algorithmically and is studied by means of computer simulation. Numerical results are given which demonstrate different asymptotic state of a corruption network for various conditions of simulation.

A mathematical model of the industrial enterprises location in the region is formalized and studied in this paper. It is necessary to locate objects polluting the environment in such way as to maximize the total income of the players. The total income is calculated as income from the activities of enterprises, minus the funds that are spent on the recover damage to the environment. This problem is formalized as a non-cooperative game with n players that exploit common sources -- natural objects. Numerical example is solved.

A network model of manufacturing system is considered. This is a network formation game where players are participants of a production process and their actions are their's requests for interaction. Production networks are formed as a result of an interaction. Players' payoff functions are defined on the set of all possible networks. In this paper the special case of network formation games is considered. Payoff functions are supposed to be additive and depend on subsets of arcs. Two cases are considered. First, subsets of arcs are supposed to be not intersected. The necessary and sufficient conditions for equilibrium are given for this case. The second case is the one where subsets of arcs are determined by 3-agent coalitions. An illustrative example is given where equilibria and a compromise solution are found.

Shannon's quantity of information is specified as a function of two arguments: a vector of hidden corruption factors and a subset of corrupt agents. Several optimization problems are solved to determine the contribution of corresponding corrupt agents to the total illegal behavior. An illustrative example is given. A convenient algorithm for computing the covariance matrix with missing data is proposed.

The process of interaction is described by a system of two delay differential equations. The criterion for asymptotic stability of nontrivial equilibrium point is obtained when both industries co-work steadily. Recently developed toy models for the mean-field games of corruption and botnet defence in cyber-security with three or four states of agents are extended to a more general mean-field-game model with $2d$ states, $d\in \N$.
In order to tackle new technical difficulties arising from a larger state-space we introduce new asymptotic regimes, namely small discount and small interaction asymptotics. Moreover, the link between stationary and time-dependent solutions is established rigorously leading to a performance of the turnpike theory in a mean-field-game setting.
