This paper proposes the multi objective variant of the recently introduced fitness dependent optimizer (FDO). The algorithm is called a Multi objective Fitness Dependent Optimizer (MOFDO) and is equipped with all five types of knowledge (situational, normative, topographical, domain, and historical knowledge) as in FDO. MOFDO is tested on two standard benchmarks for the performance-proof purpose; classical ZDT test functions, which is a widespread test suite that takes its name from its authors Zitzler, Deb, and Thiele, and on IEEE Congress of Evolutionary Computation benchmark (CEC 2019) multi modal multi objective functions. MOFDO results are compared to the latest variant of multi objective particle swarm optimization (MOPSO), non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm third improvement (NSGA-III), and multi objective dragonfly algorithm (MODA). The comparative study shows the superiority of MOFDO in most cases and comparative results in other cases. Moreover, MOFDO is used for optimizing real-world engineering problems (e.g., welded beam design problems). It is observed that the proposed algorithm successfully provides a wide variety of well-distributed feasible solutions, which enable the decision-makers to have more applicable-comfort choices to consider.

The prior detection of a heart attack could lead to the saving of one's life. Putting specific criteria into a system that provides an early warning of an imminent at-tack will be advantageous to a better prevention plan for an upcoming heart attack. Some studies have been conducted for this purpose, but yet the goal has not been reached to prevent a patient from getting such a disease. In this paper, Neural Network trained with Particle Swarm Optimization (PSONN) is used to analyze the input criteria and enhance heart attack anticipation. A real and novel dataset that has been recorded on the disease is used. After preprocessing the data, the features are fed into the system. As a result, the outcomes from PSONN have been evaluated against those from other algorithms. Decision Tree, Random Forest, Neural network trained with Backpropagation (BPNN), and Naive Bayes were among those employed. Then the results of 100%, 99.2424%, 99.2323%, 81.3131%, and 66.4141% are produced concerning the mentioned algorithms, which show that PSONN has recorded the highest accuracy rate among all other tested algorithms.

Shuffled Frog Lea** Algorithm (SFLA) is one of the most widespread algorithms. It was developed by Eusuff and Lansey in 2006. SFLA is a population-based metaheuristic algorithm that combines the benefits of memetics with particle swarm optimization. It has been used in various areas, especially in engineering problems due to its implementation easiness and limited variables. Many improvements have been made to the algorithm to alleviate its drawbacks, whether they were achieved through modifications or hybridizations with other well-known algorithms. This paper reviews the most relevant works on this algorithm. An overview of the SFLA is first conducted, followed by the algorithm's most recent modifications and hybridizations. Next, recent applications of the algorithm are discussed. Then, an operational framework of SLFA and its variants is proposed to analyze their uses on different cohorts of applications. Finally, future improvements to the algorithm are suggested. The main incentive to conduct this survey to provide useful information about the SFLA to researchers interested in working on the algorithm's enhancement or application
