Abstract. We discuss recent results on the clustering, composition and distribution of Ultra-High Energy Cosmic Rays (UHECR) in the sky; from the energy of several tens of EeV in the dipole anisotropy, up to the highest energy of a few narrow clusters, those of Hot Spots. Following the early UHECR composition records deviations from proton, we noted that the UHECR events above 40 EeV can be made not just by any light or heavy nuclei, but mainly by the lightest ones as He,D, Li,Be. The remarkable Virgo absence and the few localized nearby extragalactic sources, such as CenA, NGC 253 and M82, are naturally understood: lightest UHECR nuclei cannot reach us from the Virgo distance of twenty Mpc, due to their nuclei fragility above a few Mpc distances. Their deflection and smearing in wide hot spots is better tuned to the lighter nuclei than to the preferred proton or heavy nuclei candidate courier. We note that these lightest nuclei still suffer of a partial photodistruction even from such close sources. Therefore, their distruption in fragments, within few tens EeV multiplet chain of events, have been expected and later on observed by Auger collaboration, nearly a decade ago. These multiplet presences, strongly correlate with the same CenA, NGC253 sources. The statistical weight of such correlation is reminded. We conclude that the same role of NGC 253 clustering at lower energies could also feed the Auger dipole anisotropy at lower energy ranges, integrated by nearest Vela, Crab, LMC and Cas A contributes. In our present UHECR model, based on lightest nuclei in local volumes of a few Mpcs, closest AGN, Star-Burst or very close SNR are superimposing their signals, frozen in different epochs, distances and directions, feeding small and wide anisotropy. Possible tests to confirm, or untangle the current model from alternative ones, are suggested and updated.

The remarkable Virgo absence and the few localized nearby extragalactic sources as CenA, NG 253, M82 may be well understood by the lightest nuclei fragility and opacity within Mpc distances. We comment also on the role of a few galactic UHECR sources at ten EeV that may be partially feeding the Auger dipole UHECR anisotropy. The recent anisotropy in the UHECR spectral composition of lightest and heavy nuclei, outside and along the galactic plane, could also be a first confirmation of our previous claims (2012). The interplay of the heavier and most energetic UHECR galactic nuclei with the mainly local (Mpcs) extragalactic signals ruled by lightest nuclei, seems to fit the main pieces of UHECR puzzle.

The CoVid-19 is spreading pandemically all over the world. A rapid defeat of the pandemic requires carrying out on the population a mass screening, able to separate positive from negative cases. Such a cleaning will free a flow of productive population. The current rate and cost of testing, performed with the common PCR (polymerase chain reaction) method and with the available resources, is forcing a selection of the subjects to be tested. Indeed, each one must be examined individually at the cost of precious time. Moreover, the exclusion of potentially positive individuals from screening induces health risks, a broad slowdown in the effort to curb the viral spread, and the consequent mortality rates. We present a new procedure, the Purified by Unified Resampling of Infected Multitudes, in short Purim, able to untangle any massive candidate sample with inexpensive screening, through the cross-correlated analysis of the joint speciments. This procedure can reveal and detect most negative patients and in most cases discover the identity of the few positives already in the first or few secondary tests. We investigate the the two-dimensional correlation case in function of the infection probability. The multi-dimensional topology, the scaled Purim procedure are also considered. Extensive Purim tests may measure and weight the degree of epidemic: their outcome may identify focal regions in the early stages. Assuming hundreds or thousand subjects, the saving both in time and in cost will be remarkable. Purim may be able to filter scheduled flights, scholar acceptance, popular international event participants. The optimal extension of Purim outcome is growing as the inverse of the epidemia expansion. Therefore, the earlier, the better.

The neutrino flavor distribution mainly favoring equal electron and muon presence, is reminded. The angular distribution of highest muon neutrino tracks is analyzed. Their horizontal strong anisotropy and their remarkable up-down asymmetry, with the absence of clustering, is noticed. The main persistent missing of astrophysical X,gamma sources (as GRB and AGN flaring source) and all the above signatures led us to suggest a dominance of prompt charmed (atmospheric) events able to pollute, to smear and to hide any minor astronomical presence.

The largest solar flare have been recorded in gamma flash and hard spectra up to tens GeV energy. The present building and upgrade of Hyper- Kamiokande (HK) in Japan and Korea, (as well as Deep Core, PINGU) Megatons neutrino detectors do offer a novel way to detectable trace of solar flares: their sudden anti-neutrino (or neutrino) imprint made by proton scattering and pion decays via Delta resonance production on solar corona foot-point. These signals might be observable at largest flare by HK via soft spectra up to tens-hundred MeV energy and by IceCube-PINGU at higher, GeVs energies. We show the expected rate of signals for the most powerful solar flare occurred in recent decades extrapolated for future Megaton detectors. The neutrino solar flare detection with its prompt alarm system may alert astronauts on space journey allowing them to hide themselves into inner rocket container surrounded by fuel or water supply. These container walls are able to defend astronauts from the main lethal (the dominant soft component) radiation wind due to such largest solar flares.

The Sun albedo of cosmic rays at GeVs energy has been discovered recently by FERMI satellite. They are traces of atmospheric CR hitting solar atmosphere and reflecting skimming gamma photons. Even if relevant for astrophysics, as being trace of atmospheric solar Cosmic Ray noises they cannot offer any signal of neutrino astronomy. On the contrary the Moon, with no atmosphere, may become soon a novel filtering calorimeter and an amplifier of energetic muon astronomical neutrinos (at TeV up to hundred TeV energy); these lepton tracks leave an imprint in their beta decay while in flight to Earth. Their TeV electron air-shower are among the main signals. Also a more energetic, but more rare, PeV up to EeV tau lunar neutrino events may be esca** as a tau lepton from the Moon: PeVs secondaries may be shining on Earth atmosphere in lunar shadows in a surprising rich way. One or a few gamma air-shower event inside the Moon shadows may occur each year in near future CTA or LHAASO TeVs gamma array detector, assuming a non negligible astrophysical TeV up to hundred TeV neutrino component (respect to our terrestrial ruling atmospheric ones); these signals will open a new wonderful passepartout keyhole for neutrino been seen along the Moon. The lunar solid angle is small and the muon or tau expected rate is rare, but future largest tau radio array as GRAND one might well discover such neutrino imprint.

The most distant AGN, within the allowed GZK cut-off radius, have been recently candidate by many authors as the best location for observed UHECR origination. Indeed, the apparent homogeneity and isotropy of recent UHECR signals seems to require a far cosmic isotropic and homogeneous scenario involving a proton UHECR courier: our galaxy or nearest local group or super galactic plane (ruled by Virgo cluster) are too much near and apparently too much anisotropic in disagreement with PAO and TA almost homogeneous sample data. However, the few and mild observed UHECR clustering, the North and South Hot Spots, are smeared in wide solid angles. Their consequent random walk flight from most far GZK UHECR sources, nearly at 100 Mpc, must be delayed (with respect to a straight AGN photon gamma flaring arrival trajectory) at least by a million years. During this time, the AGN jet blazing signal, its probable axis deflection (such as the helical jet in Mrk501), its miss alignment or even its almost certain exhaust activity may lead to a complete misleading correlation between present UHECR events and a much earlier active AGN ejection. UHECR maps maybe anyway related to galactic or nearest (Cen A, M82) AGN extragalactic UHECR sources shining in twin Hot Spot. Therefore we defend our (quite different) scenarios where UHECR are mostly made by lightest UHECR nuclei originated by nearby AGN sources, or few galactic sources, whose delayed signals reach us within few thousand years in the observed smeared sky areas.

The recent UHECR events by AUGER and the Telescope Array (TA) suggested that wide clusterings as the North and South, named Hot Spot, are related to near AGNs such as the one in M82 and Cen A. In the same frame since 2008 we assumed that the UHECR are made by light and lightest nuclei to explain the otherwise embarrassing absence of the huge nearby Virgo cluster, absence due to the fragility and the opacity of lightest nuclei by photo-dissociation from Virgo distances. Moreover UHECR map exhibits a few narrow clustering, some near the galactic plane, as toward SS 433 and on the opposite side of the plane at celestial horizons: we tagged them in 2014 suggesting possible near source active also as a UHE neutrino. Indeed since last year, 2015, highest IceCube trough-going muons, UHE up-going neutrino events at hundreds TeV energy, did show (by two cases over three tagged in North sky) the expected overlap** of UHE neutrinos signals with narrow crowding UHECR. New data with higher energy threshold somehow re-confirmed our preliminary proposal; new possible sources appear by a additional correlated UHE-neutrino versus UHE-neutrino and-or with narrow UHECR clustering events. A possible role of relic neutrino mass scattering by ZeV neutrino arised.

The Gravitational Wave (GW) events GW150914, GW151226, GW170104 detected by LIGO were a record of Black Hole binary merging system (BH-BH) very probably in nearly empty or a vacuum space; such a kind of events will be mostly with no baryon mass (plasma or dense masses) and therefore mute or blind in any correlated gamma band. If the GWs events might be born inside a globular cluster, a star forming region or along a spiral AGN accretion disk their additional accreting mass may be the needed baryon load to explode and shine: in those dense places. BH BH collapse may also offer an optical X and gamma afterglow via their baryon lightening and photon tracks. Only very nearby (tens Mpc) BH Neutron Star (NS) or NS NS cannibal merging might be guaranteed and associated also with a desired, visible and correlated spherical NS explosion (kilonova one); they require much lower threshold or just nearer distances. Indeed such a very exceptional GW170817 GRB170817a event occurred last August 2017; it took place and it was related to a very first NS NS collapse in a SN kilonova spherical explosion. The GRB170817a gamma, X, radio signature it was exceptional in many features . Its unique values (softer, weaker, the most near and long life one) made GRB170817a very possibly an off-axis jet detection. However there are solid arguments that suggest that such a GRB are not just blazing within a collimated beam jet but that they are also shining in a wider spread gamma equatorial disk blazing, orthogonal to the jet itself. In a few words we were observing the event not along its jet but mostly orthogonal to it. This GRB170817a geometry may better explain the otherwise unexpected beamed to us event. In this paper therefore we summarize the astrophysical and the cosmological signature of such a long desired multiple astronomy.

This scenario mimics the ever-increasing customer demand and the foreseen introduction of energy hubs interconnecting the different energy vectors. We extend an analytical model of cascading behavior due to line overloads to the case of interdependent networks and find evidence of first order transitions due to the long-range nature of the flows. Our results indicate that the foreseen increase in the couplings between the grids has two competing effects: on the one hand, it increases the safety region where grids can operate without withstanding systemic failures; on the other hand, it increases the possibility of a joint systems' failure.

Electric power-systems are one of the most important critical infrastructures. In recent years, they have been exposed to extreme stress due to the increasing demand, the introduction of distributed renewable energy sources, and the development of extensive interconnections. We investigate the phenomenon of abrupt breakdown of an electric power-system under two scenarios: load growth (mimicking the ever-increasing customer demand) and power fluctuations (mimicking the effects of renewable sources). Our results indicate that increasing the system size causes breakdowns to become more abrupt; in fact, map** the system to a solvable statistical-physics model indicates the occurrence of a first order transition in the large size limit. Such an enhancement for the systemic risk failures (black-outs) with increasing network size is an effect that should be considered in the current projects aiming to integrate national power-grids into "super-grids".

Entropic forces in colloidal suspensions and in polymer-colloid systems are of long-standing and continuing interest. Experiments show how entropic forces can be used to control the self-assembly of colloidal particles. Significant advances in colloidal synthesis made in the past two decades have enabled the preparation of high quality nano-particles with well-controlled sizes, shapes, and compositions, indicating that such particles can be utilized as "artificial atoms" to build new materials. To elucidate the effects of the shape of particles upon the magnitude of entropic interaction, we analyse the entropic interactions of two cut-spheres. We show that the solvent induces a strong directional depletion attraction among flat faces of the cut-spheres. Such an effect highlights the possibility of using the shape of particles to control directionality and strength of interaction.

Neutrino masses might be as light as a few time the atmospheric neutrino mass splitting. High Energy ZeV cosmic neutrinos (in Z-Showering model) might hit relic ones at each mass in different resonance energies in our nearby Universe. This non-degenerated density and energy must split UHE Z-boson secondaries (in Z-Burst model) leading to multi injection of UHECR nucleons within future extreme AUGER energy. Secondaries of Z-Burst as neutral gamma, below a few tens EeV are better surviving local GZK cut-off and they might explain recent Hires BL-Lac UHECR correlations at small angles. A different high energy resonance must lead to Glashow's anti-neutrino showers while hitting electrons in matter. In air, Glashow's anti-neutrino showers lead to collimated and directional air-showers offering a new Neutrino Astronomy. At greater energy around PeV, Tau esca** mountains and Earth and decaying in flight are effectively showering in air sky. These Horizontal showering is splitting by geomagnetic field in forked shapes. Such air-showers secondaries release amplified and beamed gamma bursts (like observed TGF), made also by muon and electron pair bundles, with their accompanying rich Cherenkov flashes. Also planet' s largest (Saturn, Jupiter) atmosphere limbs offer an ideal screen for UHE GZK and Z-burst tau neutrino, because their largest sizes. Titan thick atmosphere and small radius are optimal for discovering up-going resonant Glashow resonant showers. Earth detection of Neutrino showering by twin Magic Telescopes on top mountains, or by balloons and satellites arrays facing the limbs are the simplest and cheapest way toward UHE Neutrino Astronomy .

Up-going and Horizontal Tau Air-Showers, UpTaus and HorTaus, may trace Ultra High Energy Neutrino Tau Earth Skimming at the edge of the horizons. Their secondaries muon, electron pairs, and gamma bundles flashes might trace their nature over UHECR secondaries in horizontal showers. Indeed the atmosphere act as a perfect amplifier as well as a filter for showers: down-ward and horizontal muon bundles may still be originated by far Ultra High Energy Cosmic Rays skimming the terrestrial atmosphere but their rich gamma component will be exponentially suppressed. At large zenith angles after crossing a large slant depth X > 3 10^3 g cm^-2 the number of muons and secondary gamma (produced by the electron pair from muon decay in flight) is comparable. On the other hand, up-ward muon bundles from UpTaus and HorTaus may arise within a young shower with a larger gamma-muon ratio 10^2, leaving a characteristic imprint. We estimate the UpTaus and HorTaus rate from the Earth and we evaluate the consequent event rate of muons, electrons pairs andgamma bundles. We show that such events even for minimal GZK neutrino fluxes could be detected by scintillator arrays placed on mountains at 1-5km and pointing to the horizon. The required arrayareas are within tens-hundreds of square meters. The ideal structure is an array of crown-like twin detectors facing the horizons. We argue that such detectors will be able to detect both muonic bundles at a minimal average flux of 10^-11 cm-2 s^-1 sr^-1 and electromagnetic particles gamma and electron pairs 3 10^-9 cm^-2 s^-1 sr^-1, a few times each year for GZK neutrino fluxes.

We estimate the rate of observable Horizontal and Upward Tau Air-Showers (HORTAUs, UPTAUS) considering both the Earth opacity and the finite size of the terrestrial atmosphere. We calculate the effective target volumes and masses for Tau air-showers emerging from the Earth. The resulting model-independent masses for satellite experiments such as EUSO may encompass at E_nu_tau = 10^19 eV a very large volume, V= 1020 km^3. Adopting simple power law neutrino fluxes, E^-2 and E^-1, calibrated to GZK-like and Z-Burst-like models, we estimate that at E= 10^19 eV nearly half a dozen horizontal shower events should be detected by EUSO in three years of data collection by the "guaranteed" GZK neutrino flux. We also find that the equivalent mass for an Earth outer layer made of rock is dominant compared to the water, contrary to simplified all-rock/all-water Earth models and previous Montecarlo simulations. Therefore we expect an enhancement of neutrino detection along continental shelves nearby the highest mountain chains, also given the better geometrical acceptance for Earth skimming neutrinos. The Auger experiment might reveal such a signature at E_nu= 10^{18} eV (with 26 events in 3 yr) towards the Andes, if the angular resolution at the horizon (both in azimuth and zenith) would reach an accuracy of nearly one degree needed to disentangle tau air showers from common UHECR. The number of events increases at lower energies; therefore we suggest an extension of the EUSO and Auger sensitivity down to (or even below) E_nu = 10^19 eV and E_nu = 10^18 eV respectively.

Ultra High Energy (UHE) neutrino Astronomy and relic Neutrino masses may play a key role in solving the Ultra High Energy Cosmic Ray (UHECR) puzzle within the Z-Showering model. Tau air-shower originated by UHE neutrino in matter may probe and amplify this expected UHE neutrino Astronomy. The discover of upcoming and horizontal tau air-showers (UPTAUs, HORTAUs), born by UHE, nu_tau interacting inside mount chains or along Earth Crust crown masses at the Horizons edges, will greatly amplify the single UHE nu_tau track. Observing UPTAUs and HORTAUs along their line of showering, from higher balloons or satellites, at Greisen-Zatsepin-Kuzmin (GZK) energies above 10^19 eV, may test a calorimeter mass exceeding 150 km^3 (water equivalent). Observing Horizontal Shower by EUSO will probe even larger ring areas generated in huge terrestrial volumes larger than 2360 km^3. These highest GZK energies nu_tau astronomy are well tuned to test the needed abundant nu fluence in GZK Z-Showering model where ZeV (above 10^21 eV) Ultra High Energy neutrinos hit on relic light (near 0.1-3 eV masses) anti-neutrinos, in hot dark matter halos, creating boosted UHE Z bosons. Their nucleon decay in flight may born secondaries observed on Earth atmosphere as UHECR. The wide EUSO acceptance may test easily Z-showering fluxes as well as GZK neutrinos at their minimal granted fluence. The rare (78) observed upcoming terrestrial gamma flashes observed by BATSE satellite during last decade may be also be traces of such UPTAUs and HORTAUs.

The Ultra High Energy Cosmic Ray (UHECR), by UHE neutrino-relic neutrino--Z showering in Hot Dark Halos (HDM), shows an energy spectra, an anisotropy following the relic neutrino masses and clustering in dark halo. The lighter are the relic neutrinos masses, the higher their corresponding Z resonance energy peaks. A twin light neutrino mass splitting may reflect into a twin Z resonance and a complex UHECR spectra modulation as a twin bump at at highest GZK energy cut-off. Each possible neutrino mass associates a characteristic dark halo size (galactic, local, super cluster) and its anisotropy due to our peculiar position within that dark matter distribution. The expected Z or WW,ZZ showering into proton-anti proton and neutron-anti neutron might correspond to peculiar clustering in observed UHECR at 10^{19}, 2 10^{19}, 4 10^{19} eV. A neutrino light HDM halo around a Mpc will allow to the UHECR neutron--anti-neutron secondary component at E_n> 10^{20} eV (due to Z decay) to arise playing a role comparable with the charged p-bar{p} ones. Their un-deflected n-bar{n} flight is shorter leading to a prompt and hard UHECR trace pointing toward the original UHECR source direction. The direct proton-antiproton pairs are split and spread by random magnetic fields into a more diluted and smeared and lower energy UHECR signal around the original source direction. Additional prompt TeVs signals by synchrotron radiation of electro-magnetic Z showering must also occur solving the Infrared-TeV cut-off. The observed hard doublet and triplets spectra, their time and space clustering already favour the rising key role of UHECR n-bar n secondaries originated by neutrino-Z tail shower.

The Ultra High Energy (UHE) neutrino scattering onto relic cosmic neutrinos in galactic and local halos offers an unique way to overcome GZK cut-off. The UHE nu secondary of UHE photo-pion decays may escape the GZK cut-off and travel on cosmic distances hitting local light relic neutrinos clustered in dark halos. The Z resonant production and the competitive W^+W^-, ZZ pair production define a characteristic imprint on hadronic consequent UHECR spectra. This imprint keeps memory both of the primary UHE nu spectra as well as of the possible relic neutrino masses values, energy spectra and relic densities. Such an hadronic showering imprint should reflect into spectra morphology of cosmic rays near and above GZK 10^{19}-10^{21}eV cut-off energies. A possible neutrino degenerate masses at eVs or a more complex and significant neutrino mass split below or near Super-Kamiokande \triangle m_{ν_{SK}}= 0.1 eV masses might be reflected after each corresponding Z peak showering, into new twin unexpected UHECR flux modulation behind GZK energies: E_{p} sim 3(frac{triangle m_{ν_{SK}}}/m_ν10^{21}),eV.
Other shadowsof lightest, nearly massless, neutrinos m_{nu_{2K} simeq 0.001eV simeq kT_ν, their lowest relic temperatures, energies and densities might be also reflected at even higher energies edges near Grand Unification: E_{p} \sim 2.2(m_{ν_{2K}/E_ν})10^{23}, eV .
