$SU(4)_L \times U(1)_X$ models with little Higgs
Abstract: We discuss the aspects of the fermions and gauge bosons in $SU(4)_L \times U(1)_X$ models with little Higgs. We introduce a set of fermions which ensures the cancellation of gauge anomaly, and explicitly show the cancellation of one-loop quadratic divergence to the Higgs mass from all fermion multiplets and all gauge bosons. CP violation in tau decays
Abstract: CP violation of the charged lepton sector has not been found yet. Tau is a unique charged lepton which can decay into hadrons. In this talk, we argue what kind of new physics can be studied with CP violation of tau lepton decays. We also disucuss how to handle hadronic final state interactions for a prediction of the direct CP violation.

$B_d-\bar{B}_d$ mixing vs. $B_s-\bar{B}_s$ mixing with the anomalous $Wtb$ couplings
Abstract: We explore the effects of the anomalous $tbW$ couplings on the $\bd$ mixing and recently measured $\bs$ mixing. The combined analysis of mixings via box diagrams with penguin decays provides strong constraints on the anomalous top quark couplings. We find the bound from the $\bd$ mixing data is stronger than that from the $\bs$ mixing.

Abstract: We explore the perturbative QCD corrections to the inclusive semileptonic decays of $B$ mesons. In inclusive $B$ decay processes the parton picture works well and the scaling feature manifests because the mass of $b$ quark is larger than the QCD scale. Due to this property, the decay rate may be expressed by a single structure function describing the light-cone distribution of $b$ quark apart fr… ▽ More

Bounds of the mass of Z' and the neutral mixing angles in general SU(2)_L x SU(2)_R x U(1) models
Abstract: We consider phenomenological constraints on the mass $M_{Z^{\prime}}$ and the two mixing angles $θ_R$ and $ξ$ of the neutral sector in a very general class of $SU(2)_L \times SU(2)_R \times U(1)$ models using electroweak data. We do not make any specific assumptions such as left-right symmetry or the Higgs structure. The analysis of the neutral sector has the advantage that it has relatively few… ▽ More

New Electroweak Tests for the Topflavour Model
Abstract: We explore phenomenologies of the topflavour model for the LEP experiment at $m_{_Z}$ scale. Implications of the model on the $Z$ peak data are studied in terms of the precision variables $ε_i$'s.

B-\bar{B} Mixings and Rare B Decays in the Topflavour Model
Abstract: We explore the impact of topflavour model to $B-\bar{B}$ mixings and rare decays of $B$ mesons. By the flavour-changing neutral current interactions of this model, the $B-\bar{B}$ mixing amplitudes are substantially affected while it is hard to investigate the effects on rare decays. Violation of the unitarity of the CKM matrix is also discussed. We find that the bound on $|V_{td}|$ can be stron… ▽ More

Phenomenological Implications of the Topflavor Model
Abstract: We explore phenomenologies of the topflavour model for the LEP experiment at $m_{_Z}$ scale and the atomic parity violation (APV) experiment in the $C_s$ atoms at low energies. Implications of the model on the $Z$ peak data are studied in terms of the precision variables $ε_i$'s. We find that the LEP data give more stringent constraints on the model parameters than the APV data.

Implications of the recent CERN LEP data on nonuniversal interactions with the precision electroweak tests
Abstract: We explore the nonuniversal interaction effects in terms of the precision variables epsilons with the recent LEP data reported by the Electroweak Working Group. The epsilon variables with the nonuniversal interactions are calculated and constrained by the experimental ellipses in the $ε_1$--$ε_b$, $ε_2$--$ε_b$, and $ε_3$--$ε_b$ planes. We find that the new data enables us to make a stringent tes… ▽ More

Motion of b-quark inside B meson: the Parton Model vs. the ACCMM Model
Abstract: We study the distribution function of the b-quark for inclusive semileptonic B decays in the framework of the parton model. We compare the functional behavior of the fragmentation inspired function and the Gaussian ACCMM function, and discuss their validity. Using the HQET parameters, we can critically test these models.

New Precision Electroweak Tests in Supergravity Models
Abstract: We update the analysis of the precision electroweak tests in terms of 4 epsilon parameters, $ε_{1,2,3,b}$, to obtain more accurate experimental values of them by taking into account the new LEP data released at the 28th ICHEP (1996, Poland). We also compute $ε_1$ and $ε_b$ in the context of the no-scale $SU(5)\times U(1)$ supergravity model to obtain the updated constraints by imposing the corre… ▽ More
