Data Analysis of Massive Gravitational Waves from Gamma Ray Bursts
Abstract: We investigate the detectability of massive mode of polarization of Gravitational Waves (GWs) in f(R) theory of gravity associated with Gamma Ray Bursts (GRBs) sources. We obtain the beam pattern function of Laser Interferometric Gravitational wave Observatory (LIGO) corresponding to the massive polarization of GWs and perform Bayesian analysis to study this polarization. Dynamics of coupled Josephson junctions under the influence of applied fields
Abstract: We investigate the effect of the phase difference of applied fields on the dynamics of mutually coupled Josephson junction. The system desynchronizes for any value of applied phase difference and the dynamics even changes from chaotic to periodic motion for some values of applied phase difference. We report that by kee** the value of phase difference as $π$, the system continues to be in peri… ▽ More

Photometric Scaling Relations for Bulges of Galaxies
Abstract: We study the photometric parameters of the bulges of galaxies of different Hubble types including ellipticals, lenticulars, early and late type spirals and early type dwarf galaxies. Analyzing the distributions of various photometric parameters, and two- and three-dimensional correlations between them, we find that there is a difference in the correlations exhibited by bright (M_K < -22) and fai… ▽ More

Phase transitions and bubble nucleations for a phi^6 model in curved spacetime
Abstract: Condsidering a massive self-interacting phi ^6 scalar field coupled arbitrarily to a (2+1) dimensional Bianchi type-I spacetime, we evaluate the one-loop effective potential. It is found that phi ^6 potential can be regularized in (2+1) dimensional curved spacetime. A finite expression for the energy-momentum tensor is obtained for this model. Evaluating the finite temperature effective potentia… ▽ More

Multisoliton solutions and integrability aspects of coupled nonlinear Schrodinger equations
Abstract: Using Painleve singularity structure analysis, we show that coupled higher-order nonlinear Schrodinger (CHNLS) equations admit Painleve property. Using the results of Painleve analysis, we succeed in Hirota bilinearizing the CHNLS equations, one soliton and two soliton solutions are explictly obtained. Lax pairs are explictly constructed.

First Order Phase Transitions in a Bianchi type-I universe
Abstract: Considering the theory of induced gravity coupled to matter fields, taking the $φ^6$ interaction potential model we evaluate the one-loop effective potential in a (3+1)dimensional Bianchi type-I spacetime. It is proved that the $φ^6$ theory can be regularised in (3+1)dimensional curved spacetime. We evaluate the finite temperature effective potential and study the temperature dependence of phase… ▽ More
