Universality of Entropy Scaling in 1D Gap-less Models
Abstract: We consider critical models in one dimension. We study the ground state in thermodynamic limit [infinite lattice]. Following Bennett, Bernstein, Popescu, and Schumacher, we use the entropy of a sub-system as a measure of entanglement. We calculate the entropy of a part of the ground state. At zero temperature it describes entanglement of this part with the rest of the ground state. We obtain an… ▽ More

Correlation Functions in Spin Chains and Information Theory
Abstract: Antiferromagnetic spin chains play an important role in condensed matter physics and statistical mechanics. Recently XXX spin chain was discussed in relation to the information theory. We consider here localizable entanglement, introduced recently by F.Verstraete, M.Popp and J.I.Cirac. New formulae for solutions of quantum Knizhnik-Zamolodchikov equations on level -4 and correlation functions
Abstract: This paper is continuation of our previous papers hep-th/0209246 and hep-th/0304077 . We discuss in more detail a new form of solution to the quantum Knizhnik-Zamolodchikov equation [qKZ] on level -4 obtained in the paper hep-th/0304077 for the Heisenberg XXX spin chain. Asymptotic Behavior of the Emptiness Formation Probability in the Critical Phase of XXZ Spin Chain
Abstract: We study the Emptiness Formation Probability (EFP) for the spin 1/2 XXZ spin chain. EFP P(n) detects a formation of ferromagnetic string of the length n in the ground state. On the asymptotic expansion of the solutions of the separated nonlinear Schroedinger equation
Abstract: Nonlinear Schrödinger equation (with the Schwarzian initial data) is important in nonlinear optics, Bose condensation and in the theory of strongly correlated electrons. The asymptotic solutions in the region $x/t={\cal O}(1)$, $t\to\infty$, can be represented as a double series in $t^{-1}$ and $\ln t$. Our current purpose is the description of the asymptotics of the coefficients of the series.

Differential equation for a correlation function of the spin-${1\over2}$ Heisenberg chain
Abstract: We consider the probability to find a string of $x$ adjacent parallel spins in the antiferromagnetic ground state of the model (in a magnetic field). We derive a system of integro-difference equations which define this probability. This system is completely integrable, it has Lax representation and a corresponding Riemann-Hilbert problem. The quantum correlation funtion is a $τ$-function of this… ▽ More

Correlation Function of the Spin-1/2 XXX Antiferromagnet
Abstract: We consider a special correlation function in the isotropic spin-$\half$ Heisenberg antiferromagnet. It is the probability of finding a ferromagnetic string of (adjacent) spins in the antiferromagnetic ground state. We give two different representations for this correlation function. Both of them are exact at any distance, but one becomes more effective for the description of long distance behav… ▽ More

The Yangian symmetry of the Hubbard Model
Abstract: We discovered new hidden symmetry of the one-dimensional Hubbard model. We showthat the one-dimensional Hubbard model on the infinite chain has the infinite-dimensional algebra of symmetries. This algebra is a direct sum of two $ sl(2) $-Yangians. This $ Y(sl(2)) \oplus Y(sl(2)) $ symmetry is an extension of the well-known $ sl(2) \oplus sl(2) $ . The deformation parameters of the Yangians are e… ▽ More

SU(2)xSU(2) Invariant Scattering Matrix of the Hubbard Model
Abstract: We consider the one-dimensional half-filled Hubbard model. We show that the excitation spectrum is given by the scattering states of four elementary excitations, which form the fundamental representation of $SU(2)\times SU(2)$. We determine the exact two-particle Scattering matrix, which a solution of the Yang-Baxter equation and reflects the $SO(4)$ symmetry of the model. The results for repuls… ▽ More
