In front of the major challenges to increase its productivity while satisfying its customer, it is today important to establish in advance the operational performances of the RTG Abidjan Terminal. In this article, by using an M/G/1 retrial queue system, we obtained the average number of parked delivery trucks and as well as their waiting time. Finally, we used Matlab to represent them graphically then analyze the RTG performances according to the traffic rate.

Abstract:
Networks Lte(4G) and Wi-Fi complementarity establishes a heterogeneous system of wireless and mobile networks. We study and analyze the optimal performances of this heterogeneous system based on the bit rate, the blocking probability and user connection loss. Random Waypoint (RWP) is the user mobility model. Users provided mobile terminal equipped with multiple accesses interfaces. We developed a Markov chain to estimate the performances obtained from the heterogeneous networks system, which allowed us to propose an average bit rate value in a sub-zone of this system then the average blocking probability user connection in this zone. We also proposed a sensitivity factor of maximal decrease of these selection network parameters. This factor informs about the heterogeneous networks congestion and dis-congestion system.

Abstract:
A polarization-independent, nonthermal optical effect on the magnetization in bismuth iron garnet is found, in addition to the circular polarization-dependent inverse Faraday effect and the linear polarization-dependent photoinduced magnetic anisotropy. Its impulsive character is demonstrated by the field dependence of the amplitude of the resulting precession, which cannot be explained by a long-…

All-optical switching (AOS) of magnetic domains by femtosecond laser pulses was first observed in the transition metal-rare earth (TM-RE) alloy GdFeCo1-5; this phenomenon demonstrated the potential for optical control of magnetism for the development of ever faster future magnetic recording technologies. The technological potential of AOS has recently increased due to the discovery of the same effect in other materials, including RE-free magnetic multilayers6,7. However, to be technologically meaningful, AOS must compete with the bit densities of conventional storage devices, restricting optically-switched magnetic areas to sizes well below the diffraction limit. Here, we demonstrate reproducible and robust all-optical switching of magnetic domains of 53 nm size in a ferrimagnetic TbFeCo alloy using gold plasmonic antenna structures. The confined nanoscale magnetic reversal is imaged around and beneath plasmonic antennas using x-ray resonant holographic imaging. Our results demonstrate the potential of future AOS-based magnetic recording technologies.

Employing plasmonic antennas for subdiffraction focusing of light on recording media requires to take into account the complete structure of the medium, including dielectric cover layers. We find, with finite difference time domain simulations, that optical energy transfer to the magnetic recording layer is most efficient for an off-resonant antenna. We find, with finite difference time domain simulations, that optical energy transfer to the magnetic recording layer is most efficient for an off-resonant antenna. Furthermore, we show that the focal spot in the magnetic film is well below the diffraction limit, making nanoscale all-optical magnetic data recording achievable.

Surface plasmon polaritons (plasmons) have the potential to interface electronic and optical devices. They could prove extremely useful for integrated quantum information processing. Here we demonstrate on-chip electrical detection of single plasmons propagating along gold waveguides. The plasmons are excited using the single-photon emission of an optically emitting quantum dot. After propagating for several micrometers, the plasmons are coupled to a superconducting detector in the near-field. Correlation measurements prove that single plasmons are being detected.
