We fit various colour-magnitude diagrams (CMDs) of the high-latitude Galactic globular clusters NGC\,5024 (M53), NGC\,5053, NGC\,5272 (M3), NGC\,5466, and NGC\,7099 (M30) by isochrones from the Dartmouth Stellar Evolution Database and Bag of Stellar Tracks and Isochrones for $α$-enrichment [$α$/Fe]$=+0.4$. For the CMDs, we use data sets from {\it Hubble Space Telescope}, {\it Gaia}, and other sources utilizing, at least, 25 photometric filters for each cluster. We obtain the following characteristics with their statistic uncertainties for NGC\,5024, NGC\,5053, NGC\,5272, NGC\,5466, and NGC\,7099, respectively: metallicities [Fe/H]$=-1.93\pm0.02$, $-2.08\pm0.03$, $-1.60\pm0.02$, $-1.95\pm0.02$, and $-2.07\pm0.04$ dex with their systematic uncertainty 0.1 dex; ages $13.00\pm0.11$, $12.70\pm0.11$, $11.63\pm0.07$, $12.15\pm0.11$, and $12.80\pm0.17$ Gyr with their systematic uncertainty 0.8 Gyr; distances (systematic uncertainty added) $18.22\pm0.06\pm0.60$, $16.99\pm0.06\pm0.56$, $10.08\pm0.04\pm0.33$, $15.59\pm0.03\pm0.51$, and $8.29\pm0.03\pm0.27$ kpc; reddenings $E(B-V)=0.023\pm0.004$, $0.017\pm0.004$, $0.023\pm0.004$, $0.023\pm0.003$, and $0.045\pm0.002$ mag with their systematic uncertainty 0.01 mag; extinctions $A_\mathrm{V}=0.08\pm0.01$, $0.06\pm0.01$, $0.08\pm0.01$, $0.08\pm0.01$, and $0.16\pm0.01$ mag with their systematic uncertainty 0.03 mag, which suggest the total Galactic extinction $A_\mathrm{V}=0.08$ across the whole Galactic dust to extragalactic objects at the North Galactic pole. The horizontal branch morphology difference of these clusters is explained by their different metallicity, age, mass-loss efficiency, and loss of low-mass members in the evolution of the core-collapse cluster NGC\,7099 and loose clusters NGC\,5053 and NGC\,5466.

For the CMDs, we use data sets from {\it HST}, {\it Gaia}, VISTA, and other sources utilizing 32 and 23 photometric filters for NGC\,6397 and NGC\,6809, respectively, from the ultraviolet to mid-infrared. We obtain the following characteristics for NGC\,6397 and NGC\,6809, respectively: metallicities [Fe/H]$=-1.84\pm0.02\pm0.1$ and $-1.78\pm0.02\pm0.1$ (statistic and systematic uncertainties); distances $2.45\pm0.02\pm0.06$ and $5.24\pm0.02\pm0.18$ kpc; ages $12.9\pm0.1\pm0.8$ and $13.0\pm0.1\pm0.8$ Gyr; reddenings $E(B-V)=0.178\pm0.006\pm0.01$ and $0.118\pm0.004\pm0.01$ mag; extinctions $A_\mathrm{V}=0.59\pm0.01\pm0.02$ and $0.37\pm0.01\pm0.04$ mag; extinction-to-reddening ratio $R_\mathrm{V}=3.32^{+0.32}_{-0.28}$ and $3.16^{+0.66}_{-0.56}$. Our estimates agree with most estimates from the literature. BaSTI gives systematically higher [Fe/H] and lower reddenings than DSED. Despite nearly the same metallicity, age, and helium enrichment, these clusters show a considerable horizontal branch (HB) morphology difference, which must therefore be described by another parameter. This parameter must predominantly explain why the least massive HB stars (0.58-0.63 solar masses) are only found within NGC 6809. Probably they have been lost by the core-collapse cluster NGC\,6397 during its dynamical evolution and mass segregation. In contrast, NGC\,6809 has a very low central concentration and, hence, did not undergo this process.

We present new isochrone fits to the colour-magnitude diagrams of the Galactic globular clusters NGC\,6362 and NGC\,6723. We utilize 22 and 26 photometric filters for NGC\,6362 and NGC\,6723, respectively, from the ultraviolet to mid-infrared using data sets from {\it HST}, {\it Gaia}, unWISE, and other photometric sources. We use models and isochrones from the Dartmouth Stellar Evolution Database (DSED) and Bag of Stellar Tracks and Isochrones (BaSTI) for $α$-enhanced [$α$/Fe]$=+0.4$ and different helium abundances. The metallicities [Fe/H]$=-1.04\pm0.07$ and $-1.09\pm0.06$ are derived from the red giant branch slopes in our fitting for NGC\,6362 and NGC\,6723, respectively. They agree with spectroscopic estimates from the literature. We find a differential reddening up to $ΔE(B-V)=0.13$ mag in the NGC\,6723 field due to the adjacent Corona Australis cloud complex. We derive the following for NGC\,6362 and NGC\,6723, respectively: distances $7.75\pm0.03\pm0.15$ (statistic and systematic error) and $8.15\pm0.04\pm0.15$ kpc; ages $12.0\pm0.1\pm0.8$ and $12.4\pm0.1\pm0.8$ Gyr; extinctions $A_\mathrm{V}=0.19\pm0.04\pm0.06$ and $0.24\pm0.03\pm0.06$ mag; reddenings $E(B-V)=0.056\pm0.01\pm0.02$ and $0.068\pm0.01\pm0.02$ mag. DSED provides systematically lower [Fe/H] and higher reddenings than BaSTI. However, the models agree in their relative estimates: NGC\,6723 is $0.44\pm0.04$ kpc further, $0.5\pm0.1$ Gyr older, $ΔE(B-V)=0.007\pm0.002$ more reddened, and with $0.05\pm0.01$ dex lower [Fe/H] than NGC\,6362. The lower metallicity and greater age of NGC\,6723 with respect to NGC\,6362 explain their horizontal branch morphology difference. This confirms age as the second parameter for these clusters. We provide lists of the cluster members from the {\it Gaia} Data Release 3.

BP Psc is an active late-type (sp:G9) star with unclear evolutionary status lying at high galactic latitude $b=-57^{\circ}$. It is also the source of the well collimated bipolar jet. We present results of the proper motion and radial velocity study of BP Psc outflow based on the archival $Hα$ imaging with the GMOS camera at 8.1-m Gemini-North telescope as well as recent imaging and long-slit spectroscopy with the SCORPIO multi-mode focal reducer at 6-m BTA telescope of SAO RAS. The 3D kinematics of the jet revealed the full spatial velocity up to $\sim$140 km$\cdot$s$^{-1}$ and allows us to estimate the distance to BP Psc system as $D=135\pm40$ pc. This distance leads to an estimation of the central source luminosity $L_*\approx1.2L_{\odot}$, indicating that it is the $\approx$1.3$M_{\odot}$ T Tauri star with an age $t\lesssim$ 7 Myr. We measured the electron density of order $N_e\sim10^2$ cm$^{-3}$ and mean ionization fraction $f\approx0.04$ within the jet knots and estimated upper limit of the mass-loss rate in NE lobe as $\dot{M}_{out}\approx1.2\cdot10^{-8}M_{\odot}\cdot yr^{-1}$. The physical characteristics of the outflow are typical for the low-excitation YSO jets and consistent with the magnetocentrifugal mechanism of its launching and collimation. Prominent wiggling pattern revealed in $Hα$ images allowed us to suppose the existence of a secondary substellar companion in a non-coplanar orbit and estimate its most plausible mass as $M_p\approx 30M_{Jup}$. We conclude that BP Psc is one of the closest to the Sun young jet-driving systems and its origin is possibly related to the episode of star formation triggered by expanding supershells in Second Galactic quadrant.

We present new isochrone fits to colour-magnitude diagrams of the Galactic globular clusters NGC\,288, NGC\,362, and NGC\,6218 (M12). We utilize a lot of photometric bands from the ultraviolet to mid-infrared by use of data from the {\it HST}, {\it Gaia}, unWISE, Pan-STARRS, and other photometric sources. In our isochrone fitting we use theoretical models and isochrones from the Dartmouth Stellar Evolution Program and Bag of Stellar Tracks and Isochrones for $α$-enhanced abundance [$α$/Fe]$=+0.40$, different helium abundances, and a metallicity of about [Fe/H]$=-1.3$ adopted from the literature. We derive the most probable distances $8.96\pm0.05$, $8.98\pm0.06$, and $5.04\pm0.05$ kpc, ages $13.5\pm1.1$, $11.0\pm0.6$, and $13.8\pm1.1$ Gyr, extinctions $A_\mathrm{V}=0.08\pm0.03$, $0.11\pm0.04$, and $0.63\pm0.03$ mag, and reddenings $E(B-V)=0.014\pm0.010$, $0.028\pm0.011$, and $0.189\pm0.010$ mag for NGC\,288, NGC\,362, and NGC\,6218, respectively. The distance estimates from the different models are consistent, while those of age, extinction, and reddening are not. The uncertainties of age, extinction, and reddening are dominated by some intrinsic systematic differences between the models. However, the models agree in their relative age estimates: NGC\,362 is $2.6\pm0.5$ Gyr younger than NGC\,288 and $2.8\pm0.5$ Gyr younger than NGC\,6218, confirming age as the second parameter for these clusters. We provide reliable lists of the cluster members and precise cluster proper motions from the {\it Gaia} Early Data Release 3.

Based on the photographic and the CCD observations of the relative motion of A, B components of the binary system ADS~9346 obtained with the 26-inch refractor of the Pulkovo Observatory during 1979-2019, we discover an invisible companion associated with the A-star. Comparison of the ephemerides with the positional and the spectroscopic observations allowed us to calculate the preliminary orbit of the photocenter ($P=15$ years). The minimal mass of the companion is approximately $0.13~M_\odot$. The existence of the invisible low-mass companion is implied by the IR-excess based on the IRAS data. To confirm this, additional observations of the radial velocity near the periastron need to be carried out.

We utilise 34 photometric bands from the ultraviolet to mid-infrared by use of data from the {\it HST}, {\it Gaia} DR2, SDSS, unWISE, Pan-STARRS DR1, and other photometric sources. In our isochrone fitting we use the PARSEC, MIST, DSEP, BaSTI, and IAC-BaSTI theoretical models and isochrones, both for the solar-scaled and He-$α$-enhanced abundances, with a metallicity of about [Fe/H]$=-1.58$ adopted from the literature. The colour-magnitude diagrams, obtained with pairs of filters from different datasets but of similar effective wavelengths, show some colour offsets up to 0.04 mag between the fiducial sequences and isochrones. We attribute these offsets to systematic differences of the datasets. Some intrinsic systematic differences of the models/isochrones remain in our results: the derived distances and ages are different for the ultraviolet, optical and infrared photometry used, while the derived ages are different for the different models/isochrones, e.g. in the optical range from $12.3\pm0.7$ Gyr for He-$α$-enhanced DSEP to $14.4\pm0.7$ Gyr for MIST. Despite the presence of multiple stellar populations, we obtain convergent estimates for the dominant population: best-fitting distance $7.4\pm0.2$ kpc, true distance modulus $14.35\pm0.06$ mag, parallax $0.135\pm0.004$ mas, extinction $A_\mathrm{V}=0.12\pm0.02$, and reddening $E(B-V)=0.04\pm0.01$. These estimates agree with other recent estimates, however, the extinction and reddening are twice as high as generally accepted. The derived empirical extinction law agrees with the Cardelli-Clayton-Mathis extinction law with the best-fitting $R_\mathrm{V}=3.1^{+1.6}_{-1.1}$.

In our isochrone fitting we use the PAdova and TRieste Stellar Evolution Code, the MESA Isochrones and Stellar Tracks, the Dartmouth Stellar Evolution Program, and a Bag of Stellar Tracks and Isochrones both for the solar-scaled and enhanced He and $α$ abundances with a metallicity about [Fe/H]$=-1.33$ adopted from the literature. All tools provide us with estimates of the distance, age, and extinction law to the cluster. The best-fit distance, true distance modulus, and age are $7.4\pm0.3$ kpc, $14.34\pm0.09$ mag, and $12.15\pm1.00$ Gyr, respectively. The derived distance agrees with the literature, including the {\it Gaia} DR2 parallax with its known global zero-point correction. All the data and models, except some UV and SDSS data, agree with the extinction law of Cardelli-Clayton-Mathis with $R_\mathrm{V}=3.60\pm0.05$ and $A_\mathrm{V}=0.20\pm0.02$ mag. This extinction is twice as high as generally accepted due to a rather high extinction between 625 and 2000 nm. An offset of the model colours instead of the high extinction in this range is a less likely, yet possible explanation of the discovered large deviations of the isochrones from the data.

One of the goals of the Pulkovo program of research on stars with large proper motions is to reveal among the low-luminosity stars those that have evidence of binarity. Twelve astrometric binary candidates from the Pulkovo list have been included in the program of speckle observations with the BTA telescope at the Special Astrophysical Observatory of the Russian Academy of Sciences (SAO RAS) and the 2.5-m telescope at the Caucasus Mountain Observatory (CMO) of the Sternberg Astronomical Institute of the Moscow State University to confirm their binarity and then to determine the parameters of the revealed stellar pairs. The binarity of the brightest of these stars, J1158+4239 (GJ 3697), has been confirmed. Four sessions of speckle observations with the BTA SAO RAS telescope and one session with the 2.5-m CMO telescope have been carried out in 2015 - 2016. The weighted mean estimates of the pair parameters are $ρ$=286.5$\pm$1.2 mas and $θ$=230.24$\pm$0.16$^{\circ}$ at the epoch B2015.88248. The magnitude difference between the pair stars is $Δm$=0.55$\pm$0.03 (a filter with a central wavelength of 800 nm and a FWHM of 100 nm) and $Δm$=0.9$\pm$0.1 (an R filter).

Based on observations performed with the Pulkovo normal astrograph in 2008-2015 and data from sky surveys (DSS, 2MASS, SDSS DR12, WISE), we have investigated the motions of 1308 stars with proper motions larger than 300 mas/yr down to magnitude 17. The main idea of our search for binary stars based on this material is reduced to comparing the quasi-mean (POSS2-POSS1; an epoch difference of $\approx$50 yr) and quasi-instantaneous (2MASS, SDSS, WISE, Pulkovo; an epoch difference of $\approx$10 yr) proper motions. If the difference is statistically significant compared to the proper motion errors, then the object may be considered as a Δμ-binary candidate. One hundred and twenty one stars from among those included in the observational program satisfy this requirement. Additional confirmations of binarity for a number of stars have been obtained by comparing the calculated proper motions with the data from several programs of stellar trigonometric parallax determinations and by analyzing the asymmetry of stellar images on sky-survey CCD frames. Analysis of the highly accurate SDSS photometric data for four stars (J0656+3827, J0838+3940, J1229+5332, J2330+4639) allows us to reach a conclusion about the probability that these Δμ binaries are white dwarf + M dwarf pairs.

The one-meter telescope-reflector `Saturn' (D=1 m, F = 4 m) was partially renovated at the Pulkovo observatory at the end of 2014. The telescope was equipped by CCD camera S2C with 14x14 arcmin field of view and 824 mas per pix scale. The observations of outer Jovian satellites have been performed in a test mode since January 2015. The exposure time of 30 seconds allows us to obtain images of stars up to magnitude 19.5 with the present state of the mirror and the equipment. The observations of outer Jovian satellites have been performed during testing period. These objects are interesting targets because their astrometric observations required to improve ephemeris and dynamic studies. Satellites positions have been determined on the basis of CCD images obtained within 6 nights. Astrometric reduction is performed by linear method using HCRF/UCAC4 and HCRF/URAT1. Internal accuracy of satellites positions has been estimated as 20 - 100 mas. The absolute values of residuals O-C do not exceed 100 mas in most cases. The independent tests have been carried out by the direct comparison with the results of observations of the Jovian satellite Himalia performed simultaneously by the Normal astrograph (the largest difference was 113 mas). This work has been partially supported by RFBR (12-02-00675-a) and the 22 Program of RAS Praesidium.

Based on the Ogorodnikov-Milne model, we analyze the proper motions of Tycho-2 and UCAC2 stars. We have established that the model component that describes the rotation of all stars under consideration around the Galactic y axis differs significantly from zero at various magnitudes. We interpret this rotation found using the most distant stars as a residual rotation of the ICRS/Tycho-2 system relative to the inertial reference frame. For the most distant ($d\approx900$ pc) Tycho-2 and UCAC2 stars, the mean rotation around the Galactic y axis has been found to be $M_{13}=-0.37\pm0.04$ mas yr$^{-1}$. The proper motions of UCAC2 stars with magnitudes in the range $12-15^m$ are shown to be distorted appreciably by the magnitude equation in $μ_α\cosδ$, which has the strongest effect for northern-sky stars with a coefficient of $-0.60\pm0.05$ mas yr$^{-1}$ mag$^{-1}$. We have detected no significant effect of the magnitude equation in the proper motions of UCAC2 stars brighter than $\approx11^m$.
