We study the late-time dynamics of two particles confined in one spatial dimension and subject to two-body losses. The dynamics is exactly described by a non-Hermitian Hamiltonian that can be analytically studied both in the continuum and on a lattice. The asymptotic decay rate and the universal power-law form of the decay of the number of particles are exactly computed in the whole parameter space of the problem. When in the initial state the two particles are far apart, the average number of particles in the setup decays with time $t$ as $t^{-1/2}$; a different power law, $t^{-3/2}$, is found when the two particles overlap in the initial state. These results are valid both in the continuum and on a lattice, but in the latter case a logarithmic correction appears.

We introduce two disorder-free variants of the Sachdev-Ye-Kitaev (SYK) model, demonstrate their integrability, and study their static and dynamical properties. Unlike diagrammatic techniques, the integrability of these models allows us to obtain dynamical correlation functions even when the number of Majorana fermions is finite. From the solutions, we find that out-of-time-order correlators (OTOCs) in these models exhibit exponential growth at early times, resembling that of quantum chaotic systems such as those with disorder or external kick terms. Conversely, our analysis shows no evidence of random-matrix behavior in level statistics or the spectral form factor. Our findings illustrate that the clean versions of the SYK models represent simple but nontrivial examples of disorder-free quantum many-body systems displaying chaos-like behavior of OTOCs.

The Hohenberg--Mermin--Wagner theorem states that there is no spontaneous breaking of continuous symmetries in spatial dimensions $d\leq2$ at finite temperature. At zero temperature, the classical/quantum map** further implies the absence of continuous symmetry breaking in one dimension, which is also known as Coleman's theorem in the context of relativistic quantum field theories. Except for the classic example of the Heisenberg ferromagnet and its variations, there has been no known counterexample to the theorem. In this Letter, we discuss new examples that display spontaneous breaking of a U(1) symmetry at zero temperature, although the order parameter does not commute with the Hamiltonian unlike the Heisenberg ferromagnet. We argue that a more general condition for this behavior is that the Hamiltonian is frustration-free.

Many magnetic materials are predicted to exhibit bosonic topological edge modes in their excitation spectra, because of the nontrivial topology of their magnon, triplon or other quasi-particle band structures. However, there is a discrepancy between theory prediction and experimental observation, which suggests some underlying mechanism that intrinsically suppresses the expected experimental signatures, like the thermal Hall current. Many-body interactions that are not accounted for in the non-interacting quasi-particle picture are most often identified as the reason for the absence of the topological edge modes. Here we report stable bosonic edge modes at the boundaries of a ladder quantum paramagnet with gapped triplon excitations in the presence of the full many-body interaction. For the first time, we use tensor network methods to resolve topological edge modes in the time-dependent spin-spin correlations and the dynamical structure factor, which is directly accessible experimentally. We further show that these edge modes have anomalously long time coherence, discuss the topological phase diagram of the model, demonstrate the fractionalization of its low-lying excitations, and propose potential material candidates.

The interplay between ferroelectricity and magnetism in these materials leads to the magnetoelectric effect, i.e., an electric-field induced Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya (DM) interaction between spins belonging to the same dimer. We argue that this intra-dimer DM interaction breaks the symmetry of the system in the absence of an electric field and gives rise to the thermal Hall effect, which can be detected in experimentally accessible electric and magnetic fields. We also show that the thermal Hall effect can be controlled by changing the strength or direction of the electric field.

We introduce and study several classes of quantum spin models with multi-body interactions that exhibit quantum many-body scars. The models are constructed by two different methods: one exploiting boundary states in integrable spin chains and the other based on a variant of existing methods such as restricted spectrum generating algebras. The first method allows us to construct deformations of the Majumdar-Ghosh and Affleck-Kennedy-Lieb-Tasaki models -- prototypes of frustration-free systems. With the second method, we construct a large class of spin-$1$ models involving scalar spin chirality in both one and two dimensions. Interestingly, in some cases, the models so constructed have towers of scar states of different character. For each example, we show that the scar states behave differently from thermal states by comparing their spectral and dynamical properties with those of other states. We also show that a superposition of the scar states constructed by the second method exhibits perfectly periodic revivals in the dynamics.

We develop a general theory of flat-band ferromagnetism in the SU($N$) Fermi-Hubbard model, which describes the behavior of $N$-component fermions with SU($N$) symmetric interactions. We focus on the case where the single-particle spectrum has a flat band and establish a necessary and sufficient condition for the SU($N$) Hubbard model to exhibit ferromagnetism when the number of particles is the same as the degeneracy. We show that the occurrence of ferromagnetism is equivalent to the irreducibility of the projection matrix onto the space of single-particle ground states. We also demonstrate that this result can be exploited to establish a rigorous result for the ferromagnetic SU($N$) Kondo lattice model with a flat band. Specifically, we prove that when the SU($N$) Hubbard model is ferromagnetic, the ferromagnetic SU($N$) Kondo lattice model with the same hop** matrix also exhibits SU($N$) ferromagnetism.

Mutation-based fuzzing has become one of the most common vulnerability discovery solutions over the last decade. Fuzzing can be optimized when targeting specific programs, and given that, some studies have employed online optimization methods to do it automatically, i.e., tuning fuzzers for any given program in a program-agnostic manner. However, previous studies have neither fully explored mutation schemes suitable for online optimization methods, nor online optimization methods suitable for mutation schemes. In this study, we propose an optimization framework called SLOPT that encompasses both a bandit-friendly mutation scheme and mutation-scheme-friendly bandit algorithms. The advantage of SLOPT is that it can generally be incorporated into existing fuzzers, such as AFL and Honggfuzz. As a proof of concept, we implemented SLOPT-AFL++ by integrating SLOPT into AFL++ and showed that the program-agnostic optimization delivered by SLOPT enabled SLOPT-AFL++ to achieve higher code coverage than AFL++ in all of ten real-world FuzzBench programs. Moreover, we ran SLOPT-AFL++ against several real-world programs from OSS-Fuzz and successfully identified three previously unknown vulnerabilities, even though these programs have been fuzzed by AFL++ for a considerable number of CPU days on OSS-Fuzz.

By focusing on states near the ferromagnetic steady states, we obtain the Liouvillian gap in closed form for any $d$ and $N$. In particular, we show that, by decreasing the strength of the interaction and loss, the survival probability of the spin flip exhibits a crossover from the power-law decay to the exponential decay. We expect that our findings can be tested experimentally with ultracold alkaline-earth-like atoms in an optical lattice.

The models can be defined on any lattice in any dimension and allow for spatially varying interactions. We construct a tower of exact eigenstates with finite energy density, and we demonstrate that these QMBS are responsible for the nonthermal nature of the system by studying the entanglement entropy and correlation functions. The quench dynamics from certain initial states is also investigated, and it is confirmed that the QMBS induce nonthermalizing dynamics. As another characterization of the QMBS, we give a parent Hamiltonian for which the QMBS are unique ground states. We also prove the uniqueness rigorously.

We construct exact eigenstates of multicomponent Hubbard models in arbitrary dimensions by generalizing the $η$-pairing mechanism. Our models include the SU($N$) Hubbard model as a special case. Unlike the conventional two-component case, the generalized $η$-pairing mechanism permits the construction of eigenstates that feature off-diagonal long-range order and magnetic long-range order. These states form fragmented fermionic condensates due to a simultaneous condensation of multicomponent $η$ pairs. While the $η$-pairing states in the SU(2) Hubbard model are based on the $η$-pairing symmetry, the exact eigenstates in the $N$-component system with $N\geq 3$ arise not from symmetry of the Hamiltonian but from a spectrum generating algebra defined in a Hilbert subspace. We exploit this fact to show that the generalized $η$-pairing eigenstates do not satisfy the eigenstate thermalization hypothesis and serve as quantum many-body scar states. This result indicates a weak breakdown of ergodicity in the $N$-component Hubbard models for $N\geq 3$. Furthermore, we show that these exact eigenstates constitute integrable subsectors in which the Hubbard Hamiltonian effectively reduces to a non-interacting model. This partial integrability causes various multicomponent Hubbard models to weakly break ergodicity. We propose a method of harnessing dissipation to distill the integrable part of the dynamics and elucidate a mechanism of non-thermalization caused by dissipation. This work establishes the coexistence of off-diagonal long-range order and SU($N$) magnetism in excited eigenstates of the multicomponent Hubbard models, which presents a possibility of novel out-of-equilibrium pairing states of multicomponent fermions. These models unveil a unique feature of quantum thermalization of multicomponent fermions, which can experimentally be tested with cold-atom quantum simulators.

In quantum spin-1 chains, there is a nonlocal unitary transformation known as the Kennedy-Tasaki transformation $U_{\text{KT}}$, which defines a duality between the Haldane phase and the $\mathbb{Z}_2 \times \mathbb{Z}_2$ symmetry-breaking phase. In this paper, we find that $U_{\text{KT}}$ also defines a duality between a topological Ising critical phase and a trivial Ising critical phase, which provides a "hidden symmetry breaking" interpretation for the topological criticality. Moreover, since the duality relates different phases of matter, we argue that a model with self-duality (i.e., invariant under $U_{\text{KT}}$) is natural to be at a critical or multicritical point. We study concrete examples to demonstrate this argument. In particular, when $H$ is the Hamiltonian of the spin-1 antiferromagnetic Heisenberg chain, we prove that the self-dual model $H + U_{\text{KT}} H U_{\text{KT}}$ is exactly equivalent to a gapless spin-$1/2$ XY chain, which also implies an emergent quantum anomaly. On the other hand, we show that the topological and trivial Ising criticalities that are dual to each other meet at a multicritical point which is indeed self-dual.

A variant of energy scale deformation is considered for the S = 1/2 antiferromagnetic Heisenberg model on polyhedra. The deformation is induced by the perturbations to the uniform Hamiltonian, whose coefficients are determined by the bond coordinates. On the tetrahedral, octahedral, and cubic clusters, the perturbative terms do not affect the ground state of the uniform Hamiltonian when they are sufficiently small. On the other hand, for the icosahedral and dodecahedral clusters, it is numerically confirmed that the ground state of the uniform Hamiltonian is almost insensitive to the perturbations unless they lead to a discontinuous change in the ground state. The obtained results suggest the existence of a generalization of sine-square deformation in higher dimensions.

We investigate the quantization of the complex-valued Berry phases in non-Hermitian quantum systems with certain generalized symmetries. In Hermitian quantum systems, the real-valued Berry phase is known to be quantized in the presence of certain symmetries, and this quantized Berry phase can be regarded as a topological order parameter for gapped quantum systems. In this paper, on the other hand, we establish that the complex Berry phase is also quantized in the systems described by a family of non-Hermitian Hamiltonians. Let $H(θ)$ be a non-Hermitian Hamiltonian parameterized by $θ$. Suppose that there exists a unitary and Hermitian operator $P$ such that $PH(θ)P = H(-θ)$ or $PH(θ)P = H^\dagger(-θ)$. We prove that in the former case, the complex Berry phase $γ$ is $\mathbb{Z}_2$-quantized, while in the latter, only the real part of $γ$ is $\mathbb{Z}_2$-quantized. The operator $P$ can be viewed as a generalized symmetry for $H(θ)$, and in practice, $P$ can be, for example, a spatial inversion. We also argue that this quantized complex Berry phase is capable of classifying non-Hermitian topological phases, and we demonstrate this in some one-dimensional strongly correlated systems.

We study nonlinear Drude weights (NLDWs) for the spin-1/2 XXZ chain in the critical regime at zero temperature. The NLDWs are generalizations of the linear Drude weight. Via the nonlinear extension of the Kohn formula, they can be read off from higher-order finite-size corrections to the ground-state energy in the presence of a $U(1)$ magnetic flux. The analysis of the ground-state energy based on the Bethe ansatz reveals that the NLDWs exhibit convergence, power-law, and logarithmic divergence, depending on the anisotropy parameter $Δ$. We determine the convergent and power-law divergent regions, which depend on the order of the response $n$. Then, we examine the behavior of the NLDWs at the boundary between the two regions and find that they converge for $n=0, 1, 2$ $({\rm mod}~4)$, while they show logarithmic divergence for $n=3$ $({\rm mod}~4)$. Furthermore, we identify particular anisotropies $Δ=\cos(πr/(r+1))$ ($r=1,2, 3,\ldots$) at which the NLDW at any order $n$ converges to a finite value.

We study the phase diagram of an extended parafermion chain, which, in addition to terms coupling parafermions on neighbouring sites, also possesses terms involving four sites. Via a Fradkin--Kadanoff transformation the parafermion chain is shown to be equivalent to the non-chiral $\mathbb{Z}_3$ axial next-nearest neighbour Potts model. We discuss a possible experimental realisation using hetero-nanostructures. The phase diagram contains several gapped phases, including a topological phase where the system possesses three (nearly) degenerate ground states, and a gapless Luttinger-liquid phase.

We solve few-magnon problems for a finite-size spin-$S$ periodic Heisenberg XXZ chain with single-ion anisotropy through constructing sets of exact Bloch states achieving block diagonalization of the system. Concretely, the two-magnon (three-magnon) problem is converted to a single-particle one on a one-dimensional (two-dimensional) effective lattice whose size depends linearly (quadratically) on the total number of sites. For parameters lying within certain ranges, various types of multimagnon bound states are manifested and shown to correspond to edge states on the effective lattices. In the absence of the single-ion anisotropy, we reveal the condition under which exact zero-energy states emerge. As applications of the formalism, we calculate the transverse dynamic structure factor for a higher-spin chain near saturation magnetization and find signatures of the multimagnon bound states. We also calculate the real-time three-magnon dynamics from certain localized states, which are relevant to cold-atom quantum simulations, by simulating single-particle quantum walks on the effective lattices. This provides a physically transparent interpretation of the observed dynamics in terms of propagation of bound state excitations. Our method can be directly applied to more general spin or itinerant particle systems possessing translational symmetry.

Beyond the canonical examples such as Lieb lattices and line graphs, a variety of tight-binding models are found to possess flat bands. However, analytical treatment of dispersion relations is limited, especially when there are multiple flat bands with different energies. In this paper, we present how to determine flat-band energies and wave functions in tight-binding models on decorated diamond and pyrochlore lattices in generic dimensions $D \geq 2$. For two and three dimensions, such lattice structures are relevant to various organic and inorganic materials, and thus our method will be useful to analyze the band structures of these materials.

We investigate these weights for the spin-1/2 XXZ chain in the critical regime. The effects of the Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya interaction and an external magnetic field are also studied. Solving the Bethe equations numerically, we obtain these weights for very large system sizes and identify parameter regimes where the weights diverge in the thermodynamic limit. These divergences appear in all the orders studied in this paper and can be regarded as a universal feature of the NLDWs. We study the origin of these divergences and reveal that they result from $\textit{nonanalytic}$ finite-size corrections to the ground state energy. Furthermore, we compute closed-form expressions for several weights in the thermodynamic limit and find excellent agreement with the numerical results.

Our Monte Carlo simulation of the loop-gas model strongly supports this conjecture, i.e., the ground state undergoes a Kosterlitz-Thouless transition and exhibits quasi BEC in two dimensions.

Since the theoretical prediction and experimental observation of the thermal Hall effect of magnons, a variety of novel phenomena that may occur in magnonic systems have been proposed. In this paper, we review the recent advances in the study of topological phases of magnon Bogoliubov-de Gennes (BdG) systems. After giving an overview of the previous works on electronic topological insulators and the thermal Hall effect of magnons, we provide the necessary background for bosonic BdG systems, with a particular emphasis on their non-Hermiticity arising from the diagonalization of the BdG Hamiltonian. After that, we introduce the definitions of $ \mathbb{Z}_2 $ topological invariants for bosonic systems with pseudo-time-reversal symmetry, which ensures the existence of bosonic counterparts of "Kramers pairs". Because of the intrinsic non-Hermiticity of the bosonic BdG systems, these topological invariants have to be defined in terms of the bosonic Berry connection and curvature. We then introduce theoretical models that can be thought of as magnonic analogues of two- and three-dimensional topological insulators in class AII. We demonstrate analytically and numerically that the $ \mathbb{Z}_2 $ topological invariants precisely characterize the presence of gapless edge/surface states. We also predict that bilayer CrI$_3$ with a particular stacking would be an ideal candidate for realization of a two-dimensional magnon system characterized by a nontrivial $ \mathbb{Z}_2 $ topological invariant. For three-dimensional topological magnon systems, the thermal Hall effect of magnons is expected to occur when a magnetic field is applied to the surface.

Despite previous extensive analysis of open quantum systems described by the Lindblad equation, it is unclear whether correlated topological states, such as fractional quantum Hall states, are maintained even in the presence of the jump term. In this paper, we introduce the pseudo-spin Chern number of the Liouvillian which is computed by twisting the boundary conditions only for one of the subspaces of the doubled Hilbert space. The existence of such a topological invariant elucidates that the topological properties remain unchanged even in the presence of the jump term which does not close the gap of the effective non-Hermitian Hamiltonian (obtained by neglecting the jump term). In other words, the topological properties are encoded into an effective non-Hermitian Hamiltonian rather than the full Liouvillian. This is particularly useful when the jump term can be written as a strictly block-upper (-lower) triangular matrix in the doubled Hilbert space, in which case the presence or absence of the jump term does not affect the spectrum of the Liouvillian. With the pseudo-spin Chern number, we address the characterization of fractional quantum Hall states with two-body loss but without gain, elucidating that the topology of the non-Hermitian fractional quantum Hall states is preserved even in the presence of the jump term. This numerical result also supports the use of the non-Hermitian Hamiltonian which significantly reduces the numerical cost. Similar topological invariants can be extended to treat correlated topological states for other spatial dimensions and symmetry (e.g., one-dimensional open quantum systems with inversion symmetry), indicating the high versatility of our approach.

We theoretically demonstrate that interacting symmetry-protected topological (SPT) phases can be realized with ultracold spinful bosonic atoms loaded on the lattices which have a flat band at the bottom of the band structure. Ground states of such systems are not conventional Mott insulators in the sense that the ground states possess not only spin fluctuations but also non-negligible charge fluctuations. The SPT phases in such systems are determined by both spin and charge fluctuations at zero temperature. We find that the many-body ground states of such systems can be exactly obtained in some special cases, and these exact ground states turn out to serve as representative states of the SPT phases. As a concrete example, we demonstrate that spin-1 bosons on a sawtooth chain can be in an SPT phase protected by $\mathbb{Z}_2 \times \mathbb{Z}_2$ spin rotation symmetry or time-reversal symmetry, and this SPT phase is a result of spin fluctuations. We also show that spin-3 bosons on a kagome lattice can be in an SPT phase protected by $D_2$ point group symmetry, but this SPT phase is, however, a result of charge fluctuations.

With the use of the so-called Onsager symmetry, we construct such scarred models for arbitrary spin quantum number $ S $. There are two types of scar states, namely, coherent states associated to an Onsager-algebra element and one-magnon scar states. While both of them are highly-excited states, they have area-law entanglement and can be written as a matrix product state. Therefore, they explicitly violate the eigenstate thermalization hypothesis. We also investigate the dynamics of the fidelity and entanglement entropy for several initial states. The results clearly show that the scar states are trapped in a perfectly periodic orbit in the Hilbert subspace and never thermalize, whereas other generic states do rapidly. To our knowledge, our model is the first explicit example of disordered quantum many-body scarred model.

Adiabatic quantum computing is a framework for quantum computing that is superficially very different to the standard circuit model. However, it can be shown that the two models are computationally equivalent. The key to the proof is a map** of a quantum circuit to an an adiabatic evolution, and then showing that the minimum spectral gap of the adiabatic Hamiltonian is at least inverse polynomial in the number of computational steps $L$. In this paper we provide two simplified proofs that the gap is inverse polynomial. Both proofs result in the same lower bound for the minimum gap, which for $L \gg 1$ is $\min_sΔ\gtrsim π^2 / [8(L+1)^2]$, an improvement over previous estimates. Our first method is a direct approach based on an eigenstate ansatz, while the the second uses Weyl's theorem to leverage known exact results into a bound for the gap. Our results suggest that it may be possible to use these methods to find bounds for spectral gaps of Hamiltonians in other scenarios.

We derive exact results for the Lindblad equation for a quantum spin chain (one-dimensional quantum compass model) with dephasing noise. The system possesses doubly degenerate nonequilibrium steady states due to the presence of a conserved charge commuting with the Hamiltonian and Lindblad operators. We show that the system can be mapped to a non-Hermitian Kitaev model on a two-leg ladder, which is solvable by representing the spins in terms of Majorana fermions. This allows us to study the Liouvillian gap, the inverse of relaxation time, in detail. We find that the Liouvillian gap increases monotonically when the dissipation strength $ γ$ is small, while it decreases monotonically for large $ γ$, implying a kind of phase transition in the first decay mode. The Liouvillian gap and the transition point are obtained in closed form in the case where the spin chain is critical. We also obtain the explicit expression for the autocorrelator of the edge spin. The result implies the suppression of decoherence when the spin chain is in the topological regime.

The existence of "Kramers pairs" in these systems is guaranteed by pseudo-time-reversal symmetry which is the same as time-reversal symmetry up to some unitary transformation. The Sachdev-Ye-Kitaev (SYK) model attracts attention in the context of information scrambling, which represents delocalization of quantum information and is quantified by the out-of-time-ordered correlators (OTOC). The SYK model contains $N$ fermions with disordered and four-body interactions. Here, we introduce a variant of the SYK model, which we refer to as the Wishart SYK model. We investigate the Wishart SYK model for complex fermions and that for hard-core bosons. We show that the ground state of the Wishart SYK model is massively degenerate and the residual entropy is extensive, and that the Wishart SYK model for complex fermions is integrable. In addition, we numerically investigate the OTOC and level statistics of the SYK models. At late times, the OTOC of the fermionic Wishart SYK model exhibits large temporal fluctuations, in contrast with smooth scrambling in the original SYK model. We argue that the large temporal fluctuations of the OTOC are a consequence of a small effective dimension of the initial state. We also show that the level statistics of the fermionic Wishart SYK model is in agreement with the Poisson distribution, while the bosonic Wishart SYK model obeys the GUE or the GOE distribution.

Abstract:
We present rigorous and universal results for the ground states of the $f=2$ spinor Bose-Hubbard model. The model includes three two-body on site interaction terms, two of which are spin dependent while the other one is spin independent. We prove that, depending only on the coefficients of the two spin dependent terms, the ground state exhibits maximum or minimum total spin or SU(5) ferromagnetism…

We present rigorous and universal results for the ground states of the $f=2$ spinor Bose-Hubbard model. The model includes three two-body on site interaction terms, two of which are spin dependent while the other one is spin independent. We prove that, depending only on the coefficients of the two spin dependent terms, the ground state exhibits maximum or minimum total spin or SU(5) ferromagnetism. Exact ground-state degeneracies and the forms of ground-state wave function are also determined in each case. All these results are valid regardless of dimension, lattice structure, or particle number. Our approach takes advantage of the symmetry of the Hamiltonian and employs mathematical tools including the Perron-Frobenius theorem and the Lie algebra $\mathfrak{so}(5)$.

Abstract:
We investigate a topological superconducting wire with balanced gain and loss that is effectively described by the non-Hermitian Kitaev/Majorana chain with parity-time symmetry. This system is shown to possess two distinct types of unconventional edge modes, those with complex energies and nonorthogonal Majorana zero modes. The latter edge modes cause nonlocal particle transport with currents that are localized at the edges and absent in the bulk. This anomalous particle transport results from the interplay between parity-time symmetry (non-Hermiticity) and topological superconductivity.

We introduce and study a lattice fermion model in one dimension with explicit $\mathcal{N}=1$ supersymmetry (SUSY). The Hamiltonian of the model is defined by the square of a supercharge built from Majorana fermion operators. The model describes interacting Majorana fermions and its properties depend only on a single parameter $g$. When $g=1$, we find that SUSY is unbroken and the ground states are identical to those of the frustration-free Kitaev chains. We also find a parameter regime in which SUSY is restored in the infinite volume limit. For sufficiently large $g$, we prove that SUSY is spontaneously broken and the low-lying excitations are gapless, which can be thought of as Nambu-Goldstone fermions. We then show numerically that these gapless modes have cubic dispersion at long wavelength.

We derive a mechanism for the polarization operator at second order in the nearest-neighbor hop** Hamiltonian. Using the exact results of the Kitaev honeycomb model, we then calculate the polarization dynamical correlation function corresponding to electric dipole transitions, in addition to the spin dynamical correlation function corresponding to magnetic dipole transitions.

We study a supersymmetric fermion lattice model defined by Hermann Nicolai. We show that its infinitely many classical supersymmetric ground states are associated to breakdown of hidden local supersymmetries.

We study the properties of two-dimensional conformal field theories (CFTs) with sine-square deformation (SSD). We show that there are no eigenstates of finite norm for the Hamiltonian of a unitary CFT with SSD, except for the zero-energy vacuum state $|0\rangle$. We then introduce a regularized version of the SSD Hamiltonian which is related to the undeformed Hamiltonian via a unitary transformation corresponding to the Mobius quantization. The unitary equivalence of the two Hamiltonians allows us to obtain zero-energy states of the deformed Hamiltonian in a systematic way. The regularization also provides a way to compute the expectation values of observables in zero-energy states that are not necessarily normalizable.
