Musielak-Orlicz-Sobolev embeddings: Necessary and Sufficient Conditions
Abstract: In this paper we study the necessary and sufficient conditions on domain for Musielak-Orlicz-Sobolev embedding of the space $W^{1,Φ(\cdot,\cdot)}(Ω)$ where $Φ(x,t):=t^{p(x)}{(\log(e+t))}^{q(x)}.$

Capacity in Besov and Triebel-Lizorkin spaces with generalized smoothness
Abstract: We prove a lower bound estimate for capacities in Hajlasz-Besov, Hajlasz-Triebel-Lizorkin and Hajlasz-Sobolev spaces with generalized smoothness defined on metric spaces in terms of Netrusov-Hausdorff content or Hausdorff content.

A Dirichlet character analogue of Ramanujan's formula for odd zeta values
Abstract: In 2001, Kanemitsu, Tanigawa, and Yoshimoto studied the following generalized Lambert series, $$ \sum_{n=1}^{\infty} \frac{n^{N-2h} }{\exp(n^N x)-1}, $$ for $N \in \mathbb{N}$ and $h\in \mathbb{Z}$ with some restriction on $h$. Recently, Dixit and the last author pointed out that this series has already been present in the Lost Notebook of Ramanujan with a more general form. Although, Ramanuja… ▽ More

Triebel-Lizorkin capacity and Hausdorff measure in metric spaces
Abstract: We provide a upper bound for Triebel-Lizorkin capacity in metric settings in terms of Hausdorff measure. On the other hand, we also prove that the sets with zero capacity have generalized Hausdorff $h$-measure zero for a suitable gauge function $h.$

A necessary condition on domains for optimal Orlicz-Sobolev embeddings
Abstract: We provide a necessary condition on the regularity of domains for the optimal embeddings of first order (and higher order) Orlicz-Sobolev spaces into Orlicz spaces in the sense of \cite{Cia96} (and \cite{Cia06}).

Sobolev embedding implies regularity of measure in metric measure spaces
Abstract: We prove that if the Sobolev embedding $M^{1,p}(X)\hookrightarrow L^q(X)$ holds for some $q>p\geq 1$ in a metric measure space $(X,d,μ),$ then a constant $C$ exists such that $μ(B(x,r))\geq Cr^n$ for all $x\in X$ and all $0<r\leq 1,$ where $\frac{1}{p}-\frac{1}{q}=\frac{1}{n}.$ This was proved in \cite{Gor17} assuming a doubling condition on the measure $μ.$

Lower bound of measure and embeddings of Sobolev, Besov and Triebel-Lizorkin spaces
Abstract: In this article, we study the relation between Sobolev-type embeddings for Sobolev spaces or Besov spaces or Triebel-Lizorkin spaces defined either on a doubling or on a geodesic metric measure space and lower bound for measure of balls either in the whole space or in a domain inside the space.

Measure density and Embeddings of Hajłasz-Besov and Hajłasz-Triebel-Lizorkin spaces
Abstract: In this paper, we investigate the relation between Sobolev-type embeddings of Hajłasz-Besov spaces (and also Hajłasz-Triebel-Lizorkin spaces) defined on a metric measure space $(X,d,μ)$ and lower bound for the measure $μ.$ We prove that if the measure $μ$ satisfies $μ(B(x,r))\geq cr^Q$ for some $Q>0$ and for any ball $B(x,r)\subset X,$ then the Sobolev-type embeddings hold on balls for both these… ▽ More

Removable sets for weighted Orlicz-Sobolev spaces
Abstract: The aim in the present paper is to study removable sets for weighted Orlicz-Sobolev spaces. We generalize the definition of porous sets and show that the porous sets lying in a hyperplane are removable.

Capacities and Hausdorff measures on metric spaces
Abstract: In this article, we show that in a $Q$-doubling space $(X,d,μ),$ $Q>1,$ that supports a $Q$-Poincaré inequality and satisfies a chain condition, sets of $Q$-capacity zero have generalized Hausdorff $h$-measure zero for $h(t)=\log^{1-Q-ε}(1/t).$

Lebesgue points via the Poincaré inequality
Abstract: In this article, we show that in a $Q$-doubling space $(X,d,μ),$ $Q>1,$ which satisfies a chain condition, if we have a $Q$-Poincaré inequality for a pair of functions $(u,g)$ where $g\in L^Q(X),$ then $u$ has Lebesgue points $H^h$-a.e. for $h(t)=\log^{1-Q-ε}(1/t).$ We also discuss how the existence of Lebesgue points follows for $u\in W^{1,Q}(X)$ where $(X,d,μ)$ is a complete $Q$-doubling space s… ▽ More

Removable sets for Orlicz-Sobolev spaces
Abstract: We study removable sets for the Orlicz-Sobolev space $W^{1,Ψ},$ for functions of the form $Ψ(t)=t^p\log^λ(e+t).$ We show that $(p,λ)$-porous sets lying in a hyperplane are removable and that this result is essentially sharp.
