Abstract:
We present the discovery and early observations of the nearby Type II supernova (SN) 2024ggi in NGC 3621 at 6.64 +/- 0.3 Mpc. The SN was caught 5.8 (+1.9 -2.9) hours after its explosion by the ATLAS survey. Early-phase, high-cadence, and multi-band photometric follow-up was performed by the Kinder (Kilonova Finder) project, collecting over 1000 photometric data points within a week. The combined o…

The combined o- and r-band light curves show a rapid rise of 3.3 magnitudes in 13.7 hours, much faster than SN 2023ixf (another recent, nearby, and well-observed SN II). Between 13.8 and 18.8 hours after explosion SN 2024ggi became bluer, with u-g colour drop** from 0.53 to 0.15 mag. The rapid blueward evolution indicates a wind shock breakout (SBO) scenario. No hour-long brightening expected for the SBO from a bare stellar surface was detected during our observations. The classification spectrum, taken 17 hours after the SN explosion, shows flash features of high-ionization species such as Balmer lines, He I, C III, and N III. Detailed light curve modeling reveals critical insights into the properties of the circumstellar material (CSM). Our favoured model has an explosion energy of 2 x 10^51 erg, a mass-loss rate of 10^-3 solar_mass/yr (with an assumed 10 km/s wind), and a confined CSM radius of 6 x 10^14 cm. The corresponding CSM mass is 0.4 solar_mass. Comparisons with SN 2023ixf highlight that SN 2024ggi has a smaller CSM density, resulting in a faster rise and fainter UV flux. The extensive dataset and the involvement of citizen astronomers underscore that a collaborative network is essential for SBO searches, leading to more precise and comprehensive SN characterizations.

Abstract:
We present more than 50 results including some range inclusion results to characterize reverse order law for Moore-Penrose inverse of closed range Hilbert space operators. We use basic properties of Moore-Penrose inverse to prove the results. Some examples are also provided to illustrate failure cases to hold the reverse order law in infinite dimensional settings.

Abstract:
We give criteria for the Jacobian of a singular curve $X$ with at most ordinary $n$-point singularities to be anti-affine. In particular, for the case of curves with single ordinary double point we exhibit a relation with torsion divisors. If the geometric genus of the singular curve is atleast 3 and the normalization is non-hyperelliptic and non-bielliptic, then except for finitely many cases the…

If the geometric genus of the singular curve is atleast 3 and the normalization is non-hyperelliptic and non-bielliptic, then except for finitely many cases the Jacobian of $X$ is anti-affine. Furthermore, if the normalization is a general curve of genus atleast 3 then the Jacobian of $X$ is always anti-affine.

This research paper is intended to study the nanoparticles shapes on peristalsis of Casson fluid in a channel flow by considering Joule heating effects. The study of such flows has various relevance applications in biomedical engineering and industries. Slip conditions is maintained at the velocity, temperature and nanoparticle concentration. The problem is modeled in terms of partial differential equations with suitable slip boundary conditions and then computed by using semi analytical technique known as Homotopy Analysis Method with Mathematica software. The influences of nanoparticles shape on velocity, pressure, temperature and nanoparticle concentration distributions are discussed with the help of graphs. Here, increase in Joule heating parameter enhance the fluid temperature and nanoparticle concentration decreases with an increasing Joule heating and also we observed that the different shapes has different thermal conductivity, but the lamina shaped nanoparticles have high thermal conductivity as compared to needle shaped nanoparticles.

The present study aims to investigate the study of double-diffusive convection on peristaltic flow under the assumption of long wavelength and low Reynolds number. The mathematical modelling for a two dimensional flow, along with double diffusion in nanofluids is considered. The motivation of the present research work is to analyse the effects of thermal radiation on a peristaltic flow through a porous medium in a non-uniform channel. The heat flux of the linear approximation employs the thermal radiation ofthe flow problem. The governing equations are analytically solved by using Homotopy Perturbation Sumudu Transformation method (HPSTM) with the help of the symbolic software Mathematica. The results of the velocity, pressure rise, temperature, Solutal(species)concentration and nanoparticle volume fraction profiles are graphically shown.

Abstract:
Various norms can be defined on a Krein space by choosing different underlying fundamental decompositions. Some estimates of norms on Krein spaces are discussed and few results in Bognar's paper are generalized.

In this paper we look at the notion of cohomological triviality of fibrations of homogeneous spaces of affine algebraic groups defined over $\mathbb{C}$ and use topological methods, primarily the theory of covering spaces. This is made possible because of the structure theory of affine algebraic groups. Further, we generalize our results for arbitrary connected algebraic groups and their homogeneous spaces. As an application of our methods, we give a structure result for quasi-reductive algebraic groups(i.e groups whose unipotent radical is trivial), upto isogeny.
