Smart cities have revolutionized urban living by incorporating sophisticated technologies to optimize various aspects of urban infrastructure, such as transportation systems. Effective traffic management is a crucial component of smart cities, as it has a direct impact on the quality of life of residents and tourists. Utilizing deep radial basis function (RBF) networks, this paper describes a novel strategy for enhancing traffic intelligence in smart cities. Traditional methods of traffic analysis frequently rely on simplistic models that are incapable of capturing the intricate patterns and dynamics of urban traffic systems. Deep learning techniques, such as deep RBF networks, have the potential to extract valuable insights from traffic data and enable more precise predictions and decisions. In this paper, we propose an RBF based method for enhancing smart city traffic intelligence. Deep RBF networks combine the adaptability and generalization capabilities of deep learning with the discriminative capability of radial basis functions. The proposed method can effectively learn intricate relationships and nonlinear patterns in traffic data by leveraging the hierarchical structure of deep neural networks. The deep RBF model can learn to predict traffic conditions, identify congestion patterns, and make informed recommendations for optimizing traffic management strategies by incorporating these rich and diverse data To evaluate the efficacy of our proposed method, extensive experiments and comparisons with real world traffic datasets from a smart city environment were conducted. In terms of prediction accuracy and efficiency, the results demonstrate that the deep RBF based approach outperforms conventional traffic analysis methods. Smart city traffic intelligence is enhanced by the model capacity to capture nonlinear relationships and manage large scale data sets.

This paper examines the use of deep recurrent neural networks to classify traffic patterns in smart cities. We propose a novel approach to traffic pattern classification based on deep recurrent neural networks, which can effectively capture traffic patterns' dynamic and sequential features. The proposed model combines convolutional and recurrent layers to extract features from traffic pattern data and a SoftMax layer to classify traffic patterns. Experimental results show that the proposed model outperforms existing methods regarding accuracy, precision, recall, and F1 score. Furthermore, we provide an in depth analysis of the results and discuss the implications of the proposed model for smart cities. The results show that the proposed model can accurately classify traffic patterns in smart cities with a precision of as high as 95%. The proposed model is evaluated on a real world traffic pattern dataset and compared with existing classification methods.

One of the light spectrum of this model could be the scalar triplet leptoquark that is contained in this multiplet. We demonstrate that this particular scalar leptoquark mediation of the transition $b \to c τν$ is capable of simultaneously accounting for both $R_{D}$ and $R_{D^*}$ anomalies. We further emphasize that another Yukawa coupling controls its contribution to $b \to s \ell^+ \ell^-$, ensuring that $R_K$ and $R_{K^*}$ remain consistent with the standard model predictions.

We report on the single-molecule electronic and thermoelectric properties of strategically chosen anthracene-based molecules with anchor groups capable of binding to noble metal substrates, such as gold and platinum. Specifically, we study the effect of different anchor groups, as well as quantum interference, on the electric conductance and the thermopower of gold/single-molecule/gold junctions and generally find good agreement between theory and experiment. All molecular junctions display transport characteristics consistent with coherent transport and a Fermi alignment approximately in the middle of the HOMO/LUMO gap. Single-molecule results are in agreement with previously reported thin-film data, further supporting the notion that molecular design considerations may be translated from the single- to the many-molecule devices. For combinations of anchor groups where one binds significantly more strongly to the electrodes than the other, the stronger anchor group appears to dominate the thermoelectric behaviour of the molecular junction. For other combinations, the choice of electrode material can determine the sign and magnitude of the thermopower. This finding has important implications for the design of thermoelectric generator devices, where both n- and p-type conductor are required for thermoelectric current generation.

Robotic manipulators are widely used in applications that require fast and precise motion. Such devices, however, are prompt to nonlinear control issues due to the flexibility in joints and the friction in the motors within the dynamics of their rigid part. To address these issues, the Linear Matrix Inequalities (LMIs) and Parallel Distributed Compensation (PDC) approaches are implemented in the Takagy-Sugeno Fuzzy Model (T-SFM). We propose the following methodology; initially, the state space equations of the nonlinear manipulator model are derived. Next, a Takagy-Sugeno Fuzzy Model (T-SFM) technique is used for linearizing the state space equations of the nonlinear manipulator. The T-SFM controller is developed using the Parallel Distributed Compensation (PDC) method. The prime concept of the designed controller is to compensate for all the fuzzy rules. Furthermore, the Linear Matrix Inequalities (LMIs) are applied to generate adequate cases to ensure stability and control. Convex programming methods are applied to solve the developed LMIs problems. Simulations developed for the proposed model show that the proposed controller stabilized the system with zero tracking error in less than 1.5 s.

The reliable and rapid identification of the COVID-19 has become crucial to prevent the rapid spread of the disease, ease lockdown restrictions and reduce pressure on public health infrastructures. Recently, several methods and techniques have been proposed to detect the SARS-CoV-2 virus using different images and data. However, this is the first study that will explore the possibility of using deep convolutional neural network (CNN) models to detect COVID-19 from electrocardiogram (ECG) trace images. In this work, COVID-19 and other cardiovascular diseases (CVDs) were detected using deep-learning techniques. A public dataset of ECG images consists of 1937 images from five distinct categories, such as Normal, COVID-19, myocardial infarction (MI), abnormal heartbeat (AHB), and recovered myocardial infarction (RMI) were used in this study. Six different deep CNN models (ResNet18, ResNet50, ResNet101, InceptionV3, DenseNet201, and MobileNetv2) were used to investigate three different classification schemes: two-class classification (Normal vs COVID-19); three-class classification (Normal, COVID-19, and Other CVDs), and finally, five-class classification (Normal, COVID-19, MI, AHB, and RMI). For two-class and three-class classification, Densenet201 outperforms other networks with an accuracy of 99.1%, and 97.36%, respectively; while for the five-class classification, InceptionV3 outperforms others with an accuracy of 97.83%. ScoreCAM visualization confirms that the networks are learning from the relevant area of the trace images. Since the proposed method uses ECG trace images which can be captured by smartphones and are readily available facilities in low-resources countries, this study will help in faster computer-aided diagnosis of COVID-19 and other cardiac abnormalities.

The realization of self-assembled molecular-electronic films, whose room-temperature transport properties are controlled by quantum interference (QI), is an essential step in the scale-up QI effects from single molecules to parallel arrays of molecules. Recently, the effect of destructive QI (DQI) on the electrical conductance of self-assembled monolayers (SAMs) has been investigated. Here, through a combined experimental and theoretical investigation, we demonstrate chemical control of different forms of constructive QI (CQI) in cross-plane transport through SAMs and assess its influence on cross-plane thermoelectricity in SAMs. It is known that the electrical conductance of single molecules can be controlled in a deterministic manner, by chemically varying their connectivity to external electrodes. Here, by employing synthetic methodologies to vary the connectivity of terminal anchor groups around aromatic anthracene cores, and by forming SAMs of the resulting molecules, we clearly demonstrate that this signature of CQI can be translated into SAM-on-gold molecular films. We show that the conductance of vertical molecular junctions formed from anthracene-based molecules with two different connectivities differ by a factor of approximately 16, in agreement with theoretical predictions for their conductance ratio based on constructive QI effects within the core. We also demonstrate that for molecules with thiol anchor groups, the Seebeck coefficient of such films is connectivity dependent and with an appropriate choice of connectivity can be boosted by ~50%. This demonstration of QI and its influence on thermoelectricity in SAMs represents a critical step towards functional ultra-thin-film devices for future thermoelectric and molecular-scale electronics applications.

The prediction plays the important role in detecting efficient protection and therapy of cancer. The prediction of mutations in gene needs a diagnostic and classification, which is based on the whole database (big dataset), to reach sufficient accuracy results. Since the tumor suppressor P53 is approximately about fifty percentage of all human tumors because mutations that occur in the TP53 gene into the cells. So, this paper is applied on tumor p53, where the problem is there are several primitive databases (excel database) contain datasets of TP53 gene with its tumor protein p53, these databases are rich datasets that cover all mutations and cause diseases (cancers). But these Data Bases cannot reach to predict and diagnosis cancers, i.e. the big datasets have not efficient Data Mining method, which can predict, diagnosis the mutation, and classify the cancer of patient. The goal of this paper to reach a Data Mining technique, that employs neural network, which bases on the big datasets. Also, offers friendly predictions, flexible, and effective classified cancers, in order to overcome the previous techniques drawbacks. This proposed technique is done by using two approaches, first, bioinformatics techniques by using BLAST, CLUSTALW, etc, in order to know if there are malignant mutations or not. The second, data mining by using neural network; it is selected (12) out of (53) TP53 gene database fields. To clarify, one of these 12 fields (gene location field) did not exists in TP53 gene database; therefore, it is added to the database of TP53 gene in training and testing back propagation algorithm, in order to classify specifically the types of cancers. Feed Forward Back Propagation supports this Data Mining method with data training rate (1) and Mean Square Error (MSE) (0.00000000000001). This effective technique allows in a quick, accurate and easy way to classify the type of cancer.

Molecular junctions are a versatile test bed for investigating thermoelectricity on the nanoscale1-10 and contribute to the design of new cost-effective environmentally-friendly organic thermoelectric materials11. It has been suggested that transport resonances associated with the discrete molecular levels would play a key role in the thermoelectric performance12,13, but no direct experimental evidence has been reported. Here we study single-molecule junctions of the endohedral fullerene Sc3N@C80 connected to gold electrodes using a scanning tunnelling microscope (STM). We find that the magnitude and sign of the thermopower depend strongly on the orientation of the molecule and on applied pressure. Our theoretical calculations show that the Sc3N inside the fullerene cage creates a sharp resonance near the Fermi level, whose energetic location and hence the thermopower can be tuned by applying pressure. These results reveal that Sc3N@C80 is a bi-thermoelectric material, exhibiting both positive and negative thermopower, and provide an unambiguous demonstration of the importance of transport resonances in molecular junctions.

The novel design feature of these molecules is the presence of either (1) crown-ether or (2) diaza-crown-ether bridges attached to the side of the current-carrying anthraquinone wire. The crown-ether side groups selectively bind alkali- metal cations and when combined with TCNE or TTF dopants, provide a large phase-space for optimising thermoelectric properties. We find that the optimum combination of cations and dopants depends on the temperature range of interest. The thermopowers of both 1 and 2 are negative and at room temperature are optimised by binding with TTF alone, achieving thermpowers of -600 microvolts/K and -285 microvolts/K respectively. At much lower temperatures, which are relevant to cascade coolers, we find that for 1, a combination of TTF and Na+ yields a maximum thermopower of -710 microvolts/K at 70K, whereas a combination of TTF and Li+ yields a maximum thermopower of -600 microvolts/K at 90K. For 2, we find that TTF do** yields a maximum thermopower of -800 microvolts/K at 90K, whereas at 50K, the largest thermopower (of -600 microvolts/K) is obtain by a combination TTF and K+ do**. At room temperature, we obtain power factors of 73 microwatts/m.K2 for 1 (in combination with TTF and Na+ ) and 90 microwatts/m.K2 for 2 (with TTF). These are higher or comparable with reported power factors of other organic materials.

Until now, there is no e-management and automation necessary for the operations or procedures of the departments in the Technical Education Foundation Erbil, and the foundation like any other organization in Kurdistan region is not connected to the network, because there is not infrastructure for that purpose. To solve this problem, comes the proposal DLMS4TEF, which requirements are divided into hardware and software, as hardware will need Fast-Ethernet (LAN) technology to connect the departments of the Foundation via Client-Server network later, when an infrastructure is established for e-governments or e-management, it may be extended to the campus network. The software is represented by installing windows server to implement the proposal design of DLMS4TEF, PHP script is used as web programming that supports the server, where as the HTML and JavaScript are used to support the client side. The dynamic DLMS4TEF will be based on relational database, which is created by using MySQL, to support processing hundreds of queries per second, and the Kurdish Unicode to support Kurdish fonts of GUI's, Moreover, for security DLMS4TEF allows each department in the Foundation to enter its own section and prevent accessing other sections by using HTAccessible program which allows the user to access by using his IP address and his computer only. The important conclusions and advantages of applying DLMS4TEF are making backup to DLMS4TEF's databases using the option (zipped) which allows them to reach the size of (3%) of the original database size, sufficient security techniques, through achieving levels of security, hidden access to the administrator section, and finally DLMS4TEF, when compared with the traditional methods and project of Oman, shows the same efficiency of some, if not better, features of Oman. The noval method for mutational disease prediction using bioinformatics tools and datasets for diagnosis the malignant mutations with powerful Artificial Neural Network (Backpropagation Network) for classifying these malignant mutations are related to gene(s) (like BRCA1 and BRCA2) cause a disease (breast cancer). This noval method did not take in consideration just like adopted for dealing, analyzing and treat the gene sequences for extracting useful information from the sequence, also exceeded the environment factors which play important roles in deciding and calculating some of genes features in order to view its functional parts and relations to diseases. This paper is proposed an enhancement of a novel method as a first way for diagnosis and prediction the disease by mutations considering and introducing multi other features show the alternations, changes in the environment as well as genes, comparing sequences to gain information about the structure or function of a query sequence, also proposing optimal and more accurate system for classification and dealing with specific disorder using backpropagation with mean square rate 0.000000001. Depending on references of the World Health Organization there is large numbers of sick persons with different diseases worldwide, and without succor at a suitable time this could lead to fatality of the patients. This paper offers a succoring system controlled by the patient based on the location of patients. The proposed system is the first tracking system using mobile GIS based on WCF technology to offer online succoring (24 hour a day), but really works only when the patient sends request for succoring. The patients will send a request (SMS by click one button) contains his ID, Longitude and Latitude via GPRS network to a web server containing a database, which the patient was registered previously on it. Then the server will locate the patient on Google map and retrieve the patient's information from the database. This information will be used by the server to send succoring facility and notify the nearest and most suitable ESC; moreover, the server will send SMS over IP to inform the patient emergency contacts and emergency hospital. The optimal productivity for proposed succoring system appears in handling a large number of requests within short period at rate of one request/need succoring per sec as result of using mobile GIS based on WCF technology. Furthermore, the process of request and reply for emergency cases of the patients achieved in costeffective way due to this technology, which allow sending data (SMS over IP) via Internet using GPRS network. The proposed system can be implemented in a minimum configuration (hardware and software) to minimize the overall cost of operation and manufacturing. Keywords- WCF; WPF; Build-in GPS; GPRS; Mobile GIS; SoIP; Tracking System; Google Maps API.

Cancer is one of the most feared diseases in the world it has increased disturbingly and breast cancer occurs in one out of eight women, the prediction of malignancies plays essential roles not only in revealing human genome, but also in discovering effective prevention and treatment of cancers. Generally cancer disease driven by somatic mutations in an individual DNA sequence, or genome that accumulates during the lifetime of person. This paper is proposed a novel method can predict the disease by mutations despite The presence in gene sequence is not necessary it are malignant, so will be compare the protein of patient with the gene's protein of disease if there is difference between these two proteins then can say there is malignant mutations. This method will use bioinformatics techniques like FASTA, CLUSTALW, etc which shows whether malignant mutations or not, then training the backpropagation algorithm using all expected malignant mutations for a certain genes (e.g. BRCA1 and BRCA2) of disease, and using it to test whether patient is holder the disease or not. Implementing this novel method as the first way to predict the disease based on mutations in the sequence of the gene that causes the disease shows two decisions are achieved successfully, the first diagnose whether the patient has mutations of cancer or not using bioinformatics techniques the second classifying these mutations are related to breast cancer (e.g. BRCA1 and BRCA2) using backpropagation with mean square rate 0.0000001. The measurement of performance of Internet Protocol IP network can be done by Transmission Control Protocol TCP because it guarantees send data from one end of the connection actually gets to the other end and in the same order it was send, otherwise an error is reported. There are several methods to measure the performance of TCP among these methods genetic algorithms, neural network, data mining etc, all these methods have weakness and can't reach to correct measure of TCP performance. This paper proposed a new method of measuring TCP performance for real time IP network using Biocomputing, especially molecular calculation because it provides wisdom results and it can exploit all facilities of phylogentic analysis. Applying the new method at real time on Biological Kurdish Messenger BIOKM model designed to measure the TCP performance in two types of protocols File Transfer Protocol FTP and Internet Relay Chat Daemon IRCD. This application gives very close result of TCP performance comparing with TCP performance which obtains from Little's law using same model (BIOKM), i.e. the different percentage of utilization (Busy or traffic industry) and the idle time which are obtained from a new method base on Bio-computing comparing with Little's law was (nearly) 0.13%.

Applying the new technique on academic institutes network of Erbil city from view of media (optic fibre) shows that there is disability in cost (budget) of the media which is needed (nearly) 4 times if implement default Prim's algorithm (don't using GPS & GIS) base on unrealistic distances between the nodes.
