This paper describes the KnowledgeHub tool, a scientific literature Information Extraction (IE) and Question Answering (QA) pipeline. This is achieved by supporting the ingestion of PDF documents that are converted to text and structured representations. An ontology can then be constructed where a user defines the types of entities and relationships they want to capture. A browser-based annotation tool enables annotating the contents of the PDF documents according to the ontology. Named Entity Recognition (NER) and Relation Classification (RC) models can be trained on the resulting annotations and can be used to annotate the unannotated portion of the documents. A knowledge graph is constructed from these entity and relation triples which can be queried to obtain insights from the data. Furthermore, we integrate a suite of Large Language Models (LLMs) that can be used for QA and summarisation that is grounded in the included documents via a retrieval component. KnowledgeHub is a unique tool that supports annotation, IE and QA, which gives the user full insight into the knowledge discovery pipeline.

This survey presents an overview of methods for learning from video (LfV) in the context of reinforcement learning (RL) and robotics. We focus on methods capable of scaling to large internet video datasets and, in the process, extracting foundational knowledge about the world's dynamics and physical human behaviour. Such methods hold great promise for develo** general-purpose robots.
We open with an overview of fundamental concepts relevant to the LfV-for-robotics setting. This includes a discussion of the exciting benefits LfV methods can offer (e.g., improved generalization beyond the available robot data) and commentary on key LfV challenges (e.g., missing information in video and LfV distribution shifts). Our literature review begins with an analysis of video foundation model techniques that can extract knowledge from large, heterogeneous video datasets. Next, we review methods that specifically leverage video data for robot learning. Here, we categorise work according to which RL knowledge modality (KM) benefits from the use of video data. We additionally highlight techniques for mitigating LfV challenges, including reviewing action representations that address missing action labels in video.
Finally, we examine LfV datasets and benchmarks, before concluding with a discussion of challenges and opportunities in LfV. Here, we advocate for scalable foundation model approaches that can leverage the full range of internet video data, and that target the learning of the most promising RL KMs: the policy and dynamics model. Overall, we hope this survey will serve as a comprehensive reference for the emerging field of LfV, catalysing further research in the area and facilitating progress towards the development of general-purpose robots.

In a post-prognostics decision context, this paper addresses the problem of maximizing the useful life of a platform composed of several parallel machines under service constraint. Application on multi-stack fuel cell systems is considered. In order to propose a solution to the insufficient durability of fuel cells, the purpose is to define a commitment strategy by determining at each time the contribution of each fuel cell stack to the global output so as to satisfy the demand as long as possible. A relaxed version of the problem is introduced, which makes it potentially solvable for very large instances. Results based on computational experiments illustrate the efficiency of the new approach, based on the Mirror Prox algorithm, when compared with a simple method of successive projections onto the constraint sets associated with the problem.
