Three Loop Massive Operator Matrix Elements and Asymptotic Wilson Coefficients with Two Different Masses
Abstract: Starting at 3-loop order, the massive Wilson coefficients for deep-inelastic scattering and the massive operator matrix elements describing the variable flavor number scheme receive contributions of Feynman diagrams carrying quark lines with two different masses. In the case of the charm and bottom quarks, the usual decoupling of one heavy mass at a time no longer holds, since the ratio of the res… ▽ More

On top quark mass effects to $gg\to ZH$ at NLO
Abstract: We compute next-to-leading order QCD corrections to the process $gg\to ZH$. In the effective-theory approach we confirm the results in the literature. We consider top quark mass corrections via an asymptotic expansion and show that there is a good convergence below the top quark threshold which describes approximately {\num a quarter} of the total cross section. Our corrections are implemented in… ▽ More

Heavy flavour corrections to polarised and unpolarised deep-inelastic scattering at 3-loop order
Abstract: We report on progress in the calculation of 3-loop corrections to the deep-inelastic structure functions from massive quarks in the asymptotic region of large momentum transfer $Q^2$. Recently completed results allow us to obtain the $O(a_s^3)$ contributions to several heavy flavour Wilson coefficients which enter both polarised and unpolarised structure functions for lepton-nucleon scattering. 3-loop Massive $O(T_F^2)$ Contributions to the DIS Operator Matrix Element $A_{gg}$
Abstract: Contributions to heavy flavour transition matrix elements in the variable flavour number scheme are considered at 3-loop order. In particular a calculation of the diagrams with two equal masses that contribute to the massive operator matrix element $A_{gg,Q}^{(3)}$ is performed.
