We consider a spherically symmetric homogeneous perfect fluid undergoing a gravitational collapse to singularity in the framework of higher-dimensional Rastall gravity in the cases of vanishing and nonvanishing cosmological constants. The possible final states of the collapse in any finite dimension are black hole and naked singularity, hence violating the cosmic censorship conjecture, but the naked singularity formation becomes less favored when the dimension is increased, such that the conjecture is fully restored in the limit of very high dimensions. We find that there are two physically distinct solutions for the collapse evolution in the case of nonzero cosmological constant: trigonometric and exponential solutions. The effective energy density of the fluid is decreasing (increasing) in the former (latter) when the magnitude of the cosmological constant is increased, which implies that the former undergoes a slower collapse than the latter. Furthermore, we find that a temporary trapped surface is possible to emerge in the case of trigonometric solution in the naked singularity region only. Therefore, faraway observers with observational time shorter than the collapse duration may conclude that a black hole is formed, although the collapse will eventually lead to a naked singularity formation.

We discuss a collider probe of a dark sector model in which the dark matter is charged under a new, hidden $U(1)$ gauge group. In particular, we look for the so-called Darkstrahlung process, in which the final states dark matter radiates a new $Z'$ gauge boson and it manifests as dilepton resonances. This work emphasizes the potential of dilepton final states with missing transverse energy in probing the darkstrahlung process. We recast the ATLAS Run 2 search for dilepton resonances in association with missing energy in addition to the ATLAS and CMS searches for sleptons. We find that the recasted searches put strong constraints on the coupling between the dark matter and the $Z'$. Moreover, we evaluate refined search strategies for $Z'$ production and propose an analysis employing constraints on the lepton invariant mass and higher missing energy cut related to the darkstrahlung process. Simulation outcomes indicate substantial enhancements, particularly by a factor of 6 in regions featuring lower $Z'$ masses. Finally, we also discuss the case when the $Z'$ has a long lifetime, resulting in displaced decay of the boson.

The advancement of astronomical observations opens the possibility of testing our current understanding of gravitational theory in the strong-field regime and probing any deviation from general relativity. We explore to what extent compact stars predicted by non-minimal derivative coupling (NMDC) gravity theory agree with observed data. We investigate white dwarfs (WDs), neutron stars (NSs), and quark stars (QSs) mass and radius in various values of constant scalar $|Q_{\infty}|$ at coupling strength of $η=\pm1$. This study focuses on the astrophysical impacts of altering maximum masses by values of $|Q_{\infty}|$ and $η$. From an observational point of view, we found that WD stars are consistent with ultra-cold WD data at $|Q_{\infty}| \lesssim 0.2$. We also found that QS has a similar impact of mass-radius to NS, where the modification is more significant at higher (central) density. For NS and QS EoSs, the value $|Q_{\infty}|$ strongly alters the critical mass and might eliminate the $M-ρ_c$ turning point in the negative $η$ case. In that case, the sufficiently large $|Q_{\infty}|$ could predict $M>2.6 M_\odot$ NS and QS, i.e., larger than GW190814 secondary counterpart. We suggest that the lower mass gap in the gravitational wave and x-ray binary mass population data might restrict the theory's $|Q_{\infty}|$.

In this work, we explore the inflationary dynamics induced by small fluctuations on the Skyrme brane, characterized by a time-dependent perturbative function $\tildeφ$. In the low-energy regime, the model successfully reproduces standard inflation, with a potential term dictated by the Skyrmion at the brane. Gravity localization is achieved at the brane, and the lowest energy scale is established at the asymptotic boundary. The model demonstrates the capability to emulate standard inflation dynamics, resembling $\tildeφ^4$ potential characteristics under certain conditions. At higher energy levels, the behaviour of $\tildeφ$ is contingent upon the Skyrme term coupling constant $λ$, influencing reheating phases. The wave-like nature of fluctuations allows for energy transfer, resulting in a possibly lower reheating temperature. We also discuss the prospect of $λ$ changing sign during inflation, presenting a non-standard coupling dependent on the matter field.

Here, we propose a novel method to rigorously obtain both topologically stable BPS and non-BPS states in the $\mathcal{N}=2$ baby Skyrme Model. It is observed that the BPS states found using this novel method coincide with the BPS states found using the usual methods. However, we are also able to obtain the non-BPS states, which break all of the supersymmetry of the theory. Furthermore, there exists a one-parameter family of non-BPS solutions that are connected to the half-BPS solutions, where half of the supersymmetry is restored when the parameter is set to zero. The proposed method is very general, and we expect that it might be useful for investigating the topologically stable non-BPS states of other theories. Thus, this method could possibly have wide applications for the study of non-BPS states in supersymmetric theories.

Using dynamical system analysis, we investigate some cosmological consequences of Rastall gravity coupled to a scalar field (called the Klein-Gordon-Rastall theory) with exponential scalar potential turned on in higher dimensions. From the critical points of the autonomous equations, we can determine the dominant components of the energy density in different cosmic eras. We obtain a fixed point representing a scalar field-matter-dominated era which corresponds to either a late-time or past-time attractor depending on the parameters used. According to this point, the inflationary phase, corresponding to past-time attractors, is given by unstable nodes, whilst the dark energy era, corresponding to late-time attractors, is represented by stable nodes. In the inflationary sector, power-law inflation can still occur in this Klein-Gordon-Rastall cosmological model. On the other hand, in the late-time sector, we find a nontrivial interplay between a scalar field with an exponential potential and the non-conservative energy-momentum tensor of the non-relativistic matter field (baryonic-dark matter) in curved spacetime plays a role as the dark energy. Based on such features, the Klein-Gordon-Rastall cosmology could be a promising candidate for describing both the early and late-time universe.

We discussed a method to accelerate an adiabatic quantum dynamics of XY spin model by using the fast-forward method proposed by Masuda and Nakamura. The Accelerated scheme is constructed by adding the driving Hamiltonian to the original Hamiltonian and speeding it up with a large time-scaling factor and an adiabatic parameter that realizes adiabatic quantum dynamics in a shortened time. Accelerated adiabatic dynamics start by assuming the candidate of driving Hamiltonian consists of the pair-wise exchange interaction and magnetic field. The driving Hamiltonian terms multiplied by the velocity function together with the original Hamiltonian give fast-forward driving for adiabatic states. We apply our method to XY spin model by considering three spin systems on the Kagome lattice. In this model, we obtained the XY pair-wise exchange interaction of nearest neighbors and next-nearest neighbors should be added to the original Hamiltonian as a driving interaction to accelerate the adiabatic motion. This pair-wise driving interaction in the fast-forward scheme guarantees the complete fidelity of accelerated states.

The spherical symmetry has to be assumed and both the metric functions and Skyrme ansatz depend on radial and retarded time coordinates which implies that the system is dynamic. We show that unique smooth solutions with arbitrary initial data exist for a certain time interval with the extra condition that the time interval must be finite in order to have a non-zero topological charge. Then, the strategy to show that global smooth solutions exist is to restrict the initial data and proceed to find suitable configurations for extending the time interval to infinity. We also discuss the possible configurations within The Einstein-Skyrme System which develop singularities in coordinate origin.

We propose a characterization and a quantification of general quantum correlation which is exhibited even by a separable (unentangled) mixed bipartite state in terms of the nonclassical values of the associated Kirkwood-Dirac (KD) quasiprobability. Such a general quantum correlation, wherein entanglement is a subset, is not only intriguing from a fundamental point of view, but it has also been recognized as a resource in a variety of schemes of quantum information processing and quantum technology. Given a bipartite state, we construct a quantity based on the imaginary part the associated KD quasiprobability defined over a pair of orthonormal product bases and an optimization procedure over all pairs of such bases. We show that it satisfies certain requirements expected for a quantifier of general quantum correlations. It gives a lower bound to the total sum of the quantum standard deviation of all the elements of the product (local) basis, minimized over all such bases. It suggests an interpretation as the minimum genuine quantum share of uncertainty in all possible local von-Neumann projective measurement. Moreover, it is a faithful witness for entanglement and measurement-induced nonlocality of pure bipartite states. We then discuss a variational scheme for its estimation, and based on this, we offer information theoretical meanings of the general quantum correlation. Our results suggest a deep connection between the general quantum correlation and the nonclassical values of the KD quasiprobability and the associated strange weak values.

The topological nature of topological insulators are related to the symmetries present in the material, for example, quantum spin Hall effect can be observed in topological insulators with time reversal symmetry, while broken time reversal symmetry may give rise to the presence of anomalous quantum Hall effect (AHE). Here we consider the effects of broken rotational symmetry on the Dirac cone of an AHE material by adding trigonal war** terms to the Dirac Hamiltonian. We calculate the linear optical conductivity semi-analytically to show how by breaking the rotational symmetry we can obtain a topologically distinct phase. The addition of trigonal war** terms causes the emergence of additional Dirac cones, which when combined has a total Chern number of $\mp 1$ instead of $\pm 1/2$. This results in drastic changes in the anomalous Hall and longitudinal conductivity. The trigonal war** terms also activates the higher order Hall responses which does not exist in a $\mathcal{R}$ symmetric conventional Dirac material. We found the presence of a non-zero second order Hall current even in the absence of Berry curvature dipole. This shift current is also unaffected by the chirality of the Dirac cone, which should lead to a non-zero Hall current in time reversal symmetric systems.

In this work, we investigate the system's homoclinic snaking, i.e. snaking-like structure of the bifurcation diagram, particularly the effect of the lattice type. Numerical continuation using a pseudoarclength method is used to obtain localized solutions along the bifurcation diagram. We then develop an active-cell approximation to classify the type of solution at the turning points, which gives good agreement with the numerical results when the sites are weakly coupled. Time dynamics of localized solutions inside and outside the pinning region is also discussed.

In this work we consider the higher dimensional Skyrme model, with spatial dimension $d > 3$, focusing on its BPS submodels and their corresponding features. To accommodate the cases with a higher topological degree, \(B\geq 1\), a modified generalized hedgehog ansatz is used where we assign an integer \(n_i\) for each rotational plane, resulting in a topological degree that proportional to product of these integers. It is found via BPS Lagrangian method that there are only two possible BPS submodels for this spherically symmetric ansatz which shall be called as BPS Skyrme model and scale-invariant model. The properties of the higher dimensional version of both submodels are studied and it is found that the BPS Skyrmions with \(B\geq1\) exist in the first submodel but there is only \(B=1\) BPS Skyrmion in the second submodel. We also study the higher dimensional version of self-duality conditions in terms of strain tensor eigenvalues and find that, in general, the scale-invariant model has a stronger self-duality condition than the BPS Skyrme model.

In this report, we discuss the dynamics of photons in a five-dimensional Schwarzschild black hole. We find that the corresponding Eddington-Finkelstein-like coordinate admits two time-coordinate singularities for a particular condition. This condition is due to the existence of a non-zero angular momentum related to the extra spatial dimension. By introducing a new Regge-Wheeler tortoise coordinate, both singularities can be removed from the Eddington-Finkelstein-like coordinate. It is identified that the additional singularity is related to the photon sphere in a hyperplane, and we analyze it using a dynamical system approach. Simulation results of photon motion based on numerical calculation are presented. It is suggested that the related bending motion characteristic can probably be considered as a signature for probing the existence of the extra spatial dimension.

We theoretically investigate the thermoelectric properties of semiconducting (gapped) materials by varying the degrees of polynomials in their energy dispersion relations, in which either the valence or conduction energy dispersion depends on the wave vector raised to the power of two, four, and six. The thermoelectric transport coefficients such as the Seebeck coefficient, electrical conductivity, and thermal conductivity are calculated within the linearized Boltzmann transport theory combined with the relaxation time approximation. We consider various effects such as band gaps, dimensionalities, and dispersion powers to understand the conditions that can give the optimal thermoelectric efficiency or figure of merit ($ZT$). Our calculations show that the so-called pudding-mold band structure produces larger electrical and thermal conductivities than the parabolic band, but no significant difference is found in the Seebeck coefficients of the pudding-mold and parabolic bands. Furthermore, we find that a high $ZT$ can be obtained by tuning the band gap of the material to an optimum value simultaneously with breaking the band symmetry. The largest $ZT$ is found in a combination of two-contrasting polynomial powers in the dispersion relations of valence and conduction bands. This band asymmetry also shifts the charge neutrality away from the undoped level and allows optimal $ZT$ to be located at a smaller chemical potential. With some reasonable values of thermal conductivity parameters, the maximum $ZT$ for the bulk systems can be larger than 1, while for one-dimensional systems it can even reach almost 4. We expect this work to trigger high-throughput calculations for screening of potential thermoelectric materials combining various polynomial powers in the energy dispersion relations of semiconductors.

In this paper we show how to derive the Bogomolny's equations of the generalized self-dual Maxwell-Chern-Simons-Higgs model presented in \cite{Bazeia:2012ux} by using the BPS Lagrangian method with a particular choice of the BPS Lagrangian density. We also show that the identification, potential terms, and Gauss's law constraint can be derived rigorously under the BPS Lagrangian method. In this method, we find that the potential terms are the most general form that could have the BPS vortex solutions. The Gauss's law constraint turns out to be the Euler-Lagrange equations of the BPS Lagrangian density. We also find another BPS vortex solutions by taking other identification between the neutral scalar field and the electric scalar potential field, $N=\pm A_0$, which is different by a relative sign to the identification in \cite{Bazeia:2012ux}, $N=\mp A_0$. Under this identification, $N=\pm A_0$, we obtain a slightly different potential terms and Bogomolny's equations compared to the ones in \cite{Bazeia:2012ux}. Furthermore we compute the solutions numerically, with the same configurations as in \cite{Bazeia:2012ux}, and find that only the resulting electric field plots differ by sign relative to the results in \cite{Bazeia:2012ux}. Therefore we conclude that these BPS vortices are electric-dual BPS vortices of the ones computed in \cite{Bazeia:2012ux}.

We construct hairy static black holes of higher dimensional general coupling Einstein-Skyrme theories with the scalar potential turned on and the cosmological constant is non-positive in which the scalar multiplets satisfy $O(d+1)$ model constraint where $d$ is the spatial dimension of the spacetime and $d \ge 3$. Some physical properties of solutions near the boundaries, namely, near the (event) horizon and in the asymptotic region are discussed. Then, we prove that these black hole solutions exist globally which may have finite energy for non-positive cosmological constant. Finally, we use perturbative method to perform a linear dynamical stability analysis and then, show the existence of stable and unstable solutions in the model.

In this paper we construct higher-dimensional minimal theory of mass-varying massive gravity (MTMVMG) where the masslike scalar potential is coupled to a vielbein potential, unlike in the previous literature where it is coupled to metric, such that the number of graviton degrees of freedom in the theory is the same as in general relativity. We then study the cosmological aspects of this theory and show that it has eight critical points: five in the massless sector and three in the massive sector. In contrast to the standard theory of mass-varying massive gravity where the graviton mass asymptotically approaches zero at late times, hence making the contribution of massive gravity to the late-time cosmic expansion minimum, the MTMVMG can provide good descriptions both in the massless and massive sectors. Especially, there are at least two interesting possible scenarios for the late-time cosmology in the theory: the dark energy is either due to the constant graviton mass which comes from the scalar field that becomes frozen after the reheating era, or due to the quintessence paradigm where the scalar field is dynamic. Therefore, if the accelerating expansion of the universe in the massless sector can be explained by standard quintessence paradigm, in the massive sector it has to be explained by the nontrivial interplay between quintessence and massive gravity.

In this paper, we search for the BPS skyrmions in some BPS submodels of the generalized Skyrme model in five-dimensional spacetime using the BPS Lagrangian method. We focus on the static solutions of the Bogomolny's equations and their corresponding energies with topological charge $B>0$ is an integer. We consider two main cases based on the symmetry of the effective Lagrangian of the BPS submodels, i.e. the spherically symmetric and non-spherically symmetric cases. For the spherically symmetric case, we find two BPS submodels. The first BPS submodels consist of a potential term and a term proportional to the square of the topological current. The second BPS submodels consist of only the Skyrme term. The second BPS submodel has BPS skyrmions with the same topological charge $B>1$, but with different energies, that we shall call "topological degenerate" BPS skyrmions. It also has the usual BPS skyrmions with equal energies, if the topological charge is a prime number. Another interesting feature of the BPS skyrmions, with $B>1$, in this BPS submodel, is that these BPS skyrmions have non-zero pressures in the angular direction. For the non-spherically symmetric case, there is only one BPS submodel, which is similar to the first BPS submodel in the spherically symmetric case. We find that the BPS skyrmions depend on a constant $k$ and for a particular value of $k$ we obtain the BPS skyrmions of the first BPS submodel in the spherically symmetric case. The total static energy and the topological charge of these BPS skyrmions also depend on this constant. We also show that all the results found in this paper satisfy the full field equations of motions of the corresponding BPS submodels.

In this paper we consider a class of static spacetimes in higher dimensional ($D \ge 4$) scalar-torsion theories with non-minimal derivative coupling and the scalar potential turned on. The spacetime is conformal to a product space of a two-surface and a $(D-2)$-dimensional submanifold. Analyzing the equations of motion in the theory we find that the $(D-2)$-dimensional submanifold has to admit constant triplet structures in which the torsion scalar is one of them. This implies that these equations of motion can be simplified into a single highly non-linear ordinary differential equation called the master equation. Then, we show that in this case the solution admits at least a naked singularity at the origin which is not a black hole. In the asymptotic region, the spacetimes converge to spaces of constant scalar curvature which are generally not Einstein. We also use perturbative method to linearize the master equation and construct the first order solutions. At the end, we establish the analysis of local-global existences of the master equation and then, prove the non-existence of regular global solutions.

We consider a model of Bose-Einstein condensate of weakly interacting off-shell gravitons in the regime that is far from the quantum critical point. Working in static spherically symmetric setup, recent study has demonstrated that the effective spacetime geometry of this condensate is a gravastar. In this paper we make three generalizations: introducing a composite of two sets of off-shell gravitons with different wavelength to enable richer geometries for the interior and exterior spacetimes, working in $f({\mathcal R})$ gravity, and extending the calculations to higher dimensions. We find that the effective spacetime geometry is again a gravastar, but now with a metric which strongly depends on the modified gravity function $f({\mathcal R})$. This implies that the interior of the gravastar can be de Sitter or anti-de Sitter and the exterior can be Schwarzschild, Schwarzschild-de Sitter, or Schwarzschild-anti-de Sitter, with a condition that the cosmological constant for the exterior must be smaller than the one for the interior. These geometries are determined by the function $f({\mathcal R})$, in contrast to previous works where they were selected by hand. We also presented a new possible value for the size of the gravastar provided a certain inequality is satisfied. This restriction can be seen manifested in the behavior of the interior graviton wavelength as a function of spacetime dimension.

The fast forward scheme of adiabatic quantum dynamics is applied to finite regular spin clusters with various geometries and the nature of driving interactions is elucidated. The fast forward is the quasi-adiabatic dynamics guaranteed by regularization terms added to the reference Hamiltonian, followed by a rescaling of time with use of a large scaling factor. With help of the regularization terms consisting of pair-wise and 3-body interactions, we apply the proposed formula (Phys. Rev.A 96, 052106(2017)) to regular triangle and open linear chain for N = 3 spin systems, and to triangular pyramid, square, primary star graph and open linear chain for N = 4 spin systems. The geometry-induced symmetry greatly decreases the rank of coefficient matrix of the linear algebraic equation for regularization terms. Choosing a transverse Ising Hamiltonian as a reference, we find: (1) for N = 3 spin clusters, the driving interaction consists of only the geometry-dependent pairwise interactions and there is no need for the 3-body interaction; (2) for N = 4 spin clusters, the geometry-dependent pair-wise interactions again constitute major part of the driving interaction, whereas the universal 3-body interaction free from the geometry is necessary but plays a subsidiary role. Our scheme predicts the practical driving interaction in accelerating the adiabatic quantum dynamics of structured regular spin clusters.

We are able to derive rigorously the Bogomolny's equations of those BPS submodels. The resulting Bogomolny's equations, along with possible constraint equations, are in general forms in which some of the known BPS submodels may contain other possible non-trivial (non-vacuum) solutions then the ones found in the literature. Thermoelectric properties of two-dimensional (2D) Dirac materials are calculated within linearized Boltzmann transport theory and relaxation time approximation. We find that the gapless 2D Dirac material exhibits poorer thermoelectric performance than the gapped one. Furthermore, there exists an optimal band gap for maximizing the figure of merit (ZT) in the gapped 2D Dirac material. The optimal band gap ranges from 6kBT to 18kBT, where kB is the Boltzmann constant and T is the operating temperature in kelvin. This result, which is similar to that for bulk semiconductors, indicates the importance of having narrow gaps to achieve the best thermoelectrics in 2D systems. Larger maximum ZTs can also be obtained by suppressing the lattice thermal conductivity. In the most ideal case where the lattice thermal conductivity is zero (leaving the electron thermal conductivity alone), the maximum ZT in the gapped 2D Dirac material is many times ZT of commercial thermoelectric materials.

In this report, we discuss the behavior of coordinate-time dependent lapse function of FLRW metric of an accelerated expanding universe in the de Rham-Gabadadze-Tolley massive gravity theory. We find for the conventional dRGT formalism the corresponding lapse function can exhibit unphysical behaviors in the associated parameter space with a negative cosmological-constant-like term that leads to the decelerated universe model. To solve this problem, we introduce the so-called cosmological background density parameter to the perfect fluid stress-energy tensor which induces negative pressure. It turns out that this setup could overcome the existence of singular and negative square lapse function in the related parameter space and restore all the parameter space to admit only the accelerated expanding universe model.

The Lugiato-Lefever equation is a damped and driven version of the well-known nonlinear Schrödinger equation. It is a mathematical model describing complex phenomena in dissipative and nonlinear optical cavities. Within the last two decades, the equation has gained a wide attention as it becomes the basic model describing optical frequency combs. Recent works derive the Lugiato-Lefever equation from a class of damped driven $φ^4$ equations closed to resonance. In this paper, we provide a justification of the envelope approximation. From the analysis point of view, the result is novel and non-trivial as the drive yields a perturbation term that is not square integrable. The main approach proposed in this work is to decompose the solutions into a combination of the background and the integrable component. This paper is the first part of a two-manuscript series.

In the local case, we show that both the $k$-order linear energy and the energy norm are bounded for finite time with initial data in $H^{k+1}\times H^{k}$. Whereas in the global case, we have to add three assumptions related to the nonminimal coupling constant, the scale factor of spacetimes, and the form of the scalar that has to be a polynomial with a small positive parameter. Then, we show that the solution does globally exist with a particular decay estimate that depends on the scale factor of the spacetimes. We develop a scheme of fast forward of adiabatic spin dynamics of quantum entangled states. We settle the quasi-adiabatic dynamics by adding the regularization terms to the original Hamiltonian and then accelerate it with use of a large time-scaling factor. Assuming the experimentally-realizable candidate Hamiltonian consisting of the exchange interactions and magnetic field, we solved the regularization terms. These terms multiplied by the velocity function give rise to the state-dependent counter-diabatic terms. The scheme needs neither knowledge of full spectral properties of the system nor solving the initial and boundary value problem. Our fast forward Hamiltonian generates a variety of state-dependent counter-diabatic terms for each of adiabatic states, which can include the state-independent one. We highlight this fact by using minimum (two-spin) models for a simple transverse Ising model, quantum annealing and generation of entanglement.

The model is described by the nonlinear Schrodinger equation with a 'stream flow' potential, that induces a spatial translation to standing waves. We then mainly consider the dynamics of dark solitons in a black hole or white hole flow analogue and their interactions with the event horizon. A reduced equation describing the position of the dark solitons was obtained using variational method. Through numerical computations and comparisons with the analytical approximation we show that solitons can pass through black hole horizons even though they will break up into several solitons after the collision. The brane-world cosmological model in higher-dimensional spacetime with a bulk scalar field is investigated. We derive the $(4+n)$-dimensional gravitational field equations for the scalar field on the $(3+n)$-brane in a $(5+n)$-dimensional bulk with Einstein gravity plus a self-interacting scalar field. The $(4+n)$-dimensional gravitational field equations can be formulated to standard form with the extra component. Using this formalism we study the Kaluza-Klein brane cosmology. We derive the Friedmann equation and a possible energy leak out of the brane into the bulk. We present some exact solutions corresponding to vacuum brane and matter on the brane.

In this paper we study several aspects of extremal spherical symmetric black hole solutions of four dimensional N=1 supergravity coupled to vector and chiral multiplets with the scalar potential turned on. In the asymptotic region the complex scalars are fixed and regular which can be viewed as the critical points of the black hole and the scalar potentials with vanishing scalar charges. It follows that the asymptotic geometries are of a constant and non-zero scalar curvature which are generally not Einstein. These spaces could also correspond to the near horizon geometries which are the product spaces of a two anti-de Sitter surface and the two sphere if the value of the scalars in both regions coincides. In addition, we prove the local existence of non-trivial radius dependent complex scalar fields which interpolate between the horizon and the asymptotic region. We finally give some simple ${\lC}^{n}$-models with both linear superpotential and gauge couplings.

Then, we have a family of dyonic non-supersymmetric black holes deformed with respect to the flow parameter related to the Kähler-Ricci soliton, which possibly controls the nature of black holes, such as their asymptotic and near horizon geometries. Two types of black holes are discussed, namely a family of dyonic Reissner-Nordström-like black holes and Bertotti-Robinson-like black holes where the scalars are freezing all over spacetime and at the horizon, respectively. In addition, the corresponding vacuum structures for such black holes are also studied in the context of Morse-(Bott) theory. Finally, we give some simple $\;{\lC \mathrm{P}}^n$-models whose superpotential and gauge couplings have a linear form.

The modified gravitational equations to describe a four-dimensional braneworld in the case with the Lorentz invariant violation in a bulk spacetime is presented. It contains a trace part of the brane energy-momentum tensor and the coefficients of all terms describe the Lorentz violation effects from the bulk spacetime. As an application, we apply this formalism to study cosmology. In respect to standard effective Friedmann equations on the brane, Lorentz invariance violation in the bulk causes a modification of this equations that can lead to significant physical consequences. In particular, the effective Friedmann equation on the brane explicitly depends on the equation of state of the brane matter and the Lorentz violating parameters. We show that the components of five-dimensional Weyl curvature are related to the matter on brane even at low energies. We also find that the constraints on the theory parameters are depend on the equation of state of the energy components of the brane matter. Finally, the stability of the model depend on the specific choices of initial conditions and the parameters $β_i$.

The scalar manifold can be viewed as a one-parameter family of Kähler manifolds generated by a Kähler-Ricci flow equation. Consequently, a vacuum manifold characterized by $(m,λ)$ where $m$ and $λ$ are the dimension and the index of the manifold, respectively, does deform with respect to the flow parameter related to the geometric soliton. Moreover, one has to carry out the renormalization group analysis to verify the existence of such a vacuum manifold in the ultraviolet or infrared regions. At the end, we discuss a simple model with linear superpotential on U(n) symmetric Kähler-Ricci orbifolds.

The cosmological evolution of an interacting scalar field model in which the scalar field interacts with dark matter, radiation, and baryon via Lorentz violation is investigated. We propose a model of interaction through the effective coupling $\barβ$. Using dynamical system analysis, we study the linear dynamics of an interacting model and show that the dynamics of critical points are completely controlled by two parameters. Some results can be mentioned as follows. Firstly, the sequence of radiation, the dark matter, and the scalar field dark energy exist and baryons are sub dominant. Secondly, the model also allows the possibility of having a universe in the phantom phase with constant potential. Thirdly, the effective gravitational constant varies with respect to time through $\barβ$. In particular, we consider a simple case where $\barβ$ has a quadratic form and has a good agreement with the modified $Λ$CDM and quintessence models. Finally, we also calculate the first post--Newtonian parameters for our model.
