On the study of inclusive semileptonic decays of $B_s$-meson from lattice QCD
Abstract: In this contribution we describe a recent study focused on the lattice calculation of inclusive decay rates of heavy mesons. We show how the inclusive calculation can be achieved starting from four-point lattice correlation functions normalised appropriately. The correlators used in this project come from gauge ensembles provided by the JLQCD and ETM collaborations. An essential point of this meth… ▽ More

The $q^2$ moments in inclusive semileptonic $B$ decays
Abstract: We compute the first moments of the $q^2$ distribution in inclusive semileptonic $B$ decays as functions of the lower cut on $q^2$, confirming a number of results given in the literature and adding the $O(α_s^2β_0)$ BLM contributions. We then include the $q^2$-moments recently measured by Belle and Belle II in a global fit to the moments. The new data are compatible with the other measurements and… ▽ More

Inclusive semileptonic $B$-decays from lattice QCD

Three loop calculations and inclusive $V_{cb}$
Abstract: We discuss the impact of the recent $\mathcal{O}(α_s^3)$ calculations of the semileptonic width of the $b$ quark and of the relation between pole and kinetic heavy quark masses by Fael et al. on the inclusive determination of $|V_{cb}|$. The most notable effect is a reduction of the uncertainty. Our final result is $|V_{cb}|=42.16(51)\, 10^{-3}$.

SUSY Les Houches Accord 2
Abstract: The Supersymmetry Les Houches Accord (SLHA) provides a universal set of conventions for conveying spectral and decay information for supersymmetry analysis problems in high energy physics. Here, we propose extensions of the conventions of the first SLHA to include various generalisations: the minimal supersymmetric standard model with violation of CP, R-parity, and flavour, as well as the simple… ▽ More

SusyBSG: a fortran code for BR[B -> Xs gamma] in the MSSM with Minimal Flavor Violation
Abstract: We present the fortran code SusyBSG version 1.1, which computes the branching ratio for the decay B -> Xs gamma in the MSSM with Minimal Flavor Violation. The computation takes into account all the available NLO contributions, including the complete supersymmetric QCD corrections to the Wilson coefficients of the magnetic and chromomagnetic operators.

Inclusive semileptonic B decays and the determination of |V_ub|
Abstract: We study the triple differential distribution of B-> Xu l nu, consistently including all perturbative and non-perturbative effects through O(alphas^2 beta_0) and O(1/mb^3). The Fermi motion is parameterized in terms of a single light-cone function for each structure function and for any value of q^2, accounting for all subleading effects. We discuss the problems and uncertainties related to the… ▽ More

Running-coupling effects in the triple-differential charmless semileptonic decay width
Abstract: We compute the fully-differential B -> X_u l nu decay width to all orders in perturbation theory in the large-beta0 limit. Each of the five structure functions that build the hadronic tensor is expressed as a Borel integral, summing up O(CF beta0^{n-1} alpha_s^n) corrections for any n. We derive analytic expressions for the Borel transforms of both real and virtual diagrams with a single dressed… ▽ More

Estimate of BR(B -> X_s gamma) at O(alpha_s^2)
Abstract: Combining our results for various O(alpha_s^2) corrections to the weak radiative B-meson decay, we are able to present the first estimate of the branching ratio at the next-to-next-to-leading order in QCD. We find BR(B -> X_s gamma) = (3.15 +_ 0.23) x 10^-4 for E_gamma > 1.6 GeV in the B-meson rest frame. The four types of uncertainties: non-perturbative (5%), parametric (3%), higher-order (3%)… ▽ More

Magnetic dipole operator contributions to the photon energy spectrum in anti-B -> X(s) gamma at O(alpha(s)^2)
Abstract: We compute the O(α_s^2) contributions to the photon energy spectrum of the inclusive decay \bar{B} -> X_s γassociated with the magnetic penguin operator O_7. They are an essential part of the ongoing NNLO calculation of this important decay. We use two different methods to evaluate the master integrals, one based on the differential equation approach and the other on sector decomposition, leadin… ▽ More
