Hydrogen energy levels from the anomalous energy-momentum QED trace
Abstract: Energy levels of hydrogen are calculated as one-loop matrix elements of the QED energy-momentum tensor trace in the external field approximation. An explicit connection established between the one-loop trace diagrams and the standard Lamb shift one-loop diagrams. Our calculations provide an illustration how the trace anomaly is realized in the bound state QED.

Two-Loop Electron Factor Contribution to Lamb Shift in Muonium and Positronium
Abstract: We calculate hard spin-independent contributions to energy levels in muonium and positronium which are due to radiatively corrected electron factor insertion in two-photon exchange diagrams. Calculation of these corrections is motivated by the new round of precise measurements of spin-independent transition frequencies in muonium and positronium.

One-loop electron mass and QED trace anomaly
Abstract: Electron mass is considered as a matrix element of the energy-momentum trace in the rest frame. The one-loop diagrams for this matrix element are different from the textbook diagrams for the electron mass renormalization. We clarify connection between the two sets of diagrams and explain analytically and diagrammatically why the results of both calculations coincide.

The physics of the $η$--$η'$ system versus $B^0 \rightarrow J/Ψ\ η(η')$ and $B_s \rightarrow J/Ψ\ η(η')$ decays
Abstract: An approach to the properties of the $η$--$η'$ system developed to solve the famous $U(1)$ problem is used to calculate the partial widths ratios to $η$ and $η'$ in the $B^0 \rightarrow J/Ψ\ η(η',\ π^0)$ and $B_s \rightarrow J/Ψ\ η(η')$ decays. New LHCb pentaquarks as hadrocharmonium states
Abstract: New LHCb Collaboration results on pentaquarks with hidden charm [1] are discussed. These results fit nicely in the hadrocharmonium pentaquark scenario [2,3]. In the new data the old LHCb pentaquark $P_c(4450)$ splits into two states $P_c(4440)$ and $P_c(4457)$. We interpret these two almost degenerate hadrocharmonium states with $J^P=1/2^-$ and $J^P=3/2^-$ as a result of hyperfine splitting betwee… ▽ More

One More Analytic Result for $α^{2}(Zα)^{5}m$ Correction to the Lamb Shift
Abstract: The analytic result for the radiative correction of order $α^{2}(Zα)^{5}m$ to the Lamb shift connected with a polarization insertion in one of the two external Coulomb lines is obtained. This correction arises from a gauge invariant set of diagrams which contain, besides the polarization insertion in the Coulomb leg, all one-loop radiative photon insertions in the electron line with two external… ▽ More

Corrections of Order $α^6m$ to $S$-Levels of Helium
Abstract: Several new corrections of order $mα^6$ to the energy levels of $S$ states in helium are obtained from radiative corrections to the Breit potential and from the polarization insertions in the two photon exchange graphs. While individual gauge invariant contributions are comparable to current experimental errors, the sum of these corrections is an order of magnitude smaller due to mutual cancella… ▽ More

CORRECTIONS OF ORDER $α^2(Zα)^5$ TO HYPERFINE SPLITTING AND LAMB SHIFT
Abstract: Corrections to hyperfine splitting and Lamb shift of order $α^2(Zα)^5$ induced by the diagrams with radiative photon insertions in the electron line are calculated in the Fried-Yennie gauge. These contributions are as large as $-7.725(3)α^2(Zα)^5/(πn^3)(m_r/m)^3m$ and $-0.6711(7)α^2(Zα)/(πn^3)E_F$ for the Lamb shift and hyperfine splitting, respectively. Phenomenological implications of these resu… ▽ More

New Corrections of Order $α^6$ to $s$-Levels of Two-Body Systems
Abstract: New corrections to the energy of $S$-levels of positronium of order $mα^6$ which are as large as several hundred kilohertz are obtained. A new recoil correction of order $α(Zα)^5(m/M)m$ to the Lamb shift in hydrogen is calculated. This correction turns out to be too small from the phenomenological point of view.

Radiative Corrections to P-Levels in the Two-Body QED Problem
Abstract: The physical origin of the $mα^5$ radiative corrections to $P$-levels in the two-body QED problem is elucidated. Then we demonstrate that the next order, $mα^6$, corrections to those levels are due to the anomalous magnetic moment only.

An $α^{2}(Z α)^{5}m$ Contribution to the Hydrogen Lamb Shift from Virtual Light by Light Scattering
Abstract: The radiative correction to the Lamb shift of order $α^{2}(Zα)^5m$ induced by the light by light scattering insertion in external photons is obtained. The new contribution turns out to be equal to $-0.122(2)α^2(Zα)^5/(πn^3)(m_r/m)^3m$. Combining this contribution with our previous results we obtain the complete correction of order $α^{2}(Zα)^5m$ induced by all diagrams with closed electron loops… ▽ More

Abstract: Contributions to HFS and to the Lamb shift intervals of order $α^2(Zα)^5$ induced by the graph with the two-loop overlap** electron self-energy diagram inserted in the electron line are considered. Explicit expression for the overlap** two-loop self-energy diagram in the Fried-Yennie gauge is obtained. First Corrections to Hyperfine Splitting and Lamb Shift Induced by Diagrams with Two External Photons and Second Order Radiative Insertions in the Electron Line
Abstract: Contributions to HFS and to the Lamb shift intervals of order $α^2(Zα)^5$ induced by graphs with two radiative photons inserted in the electron line are considered. It is demonstrated that this last gauge invariant set of diagrams which are capable of producing corrections of considered order consists of nineteen topologically different diagrams. Contributions both to HFS and Lamb shift induced… ▽ More
